If Pigment is Mari, I was wondering if Begonia were to be Kel. I feel she'd fit as Kel.

But I also have this concept where each day, Ash would have a new set of team members that accompany on her journey, due to Graphite in the Real World not really having a close friend group. So yea I'm not really sure.

I only have an this for an idea, though it's not official:

Day 1- Storm, Lily (or Mint), and Blossom (or Begonia)

Day 2- Dr Brainstorm, Klutz, Sweeps (Sweepy Smurf)

Day 3- Pigment, Painter, and Jokester.

Also since Jokester's here, here's some information on the prankster jester:

He's a jester who loves pranks and entertaining. He's also very skilled at magic tricks. He can also be pretty petty since he can dish out a joke, but can't take one. When he's being pranked by someone else, he complains about it not being funny and declares a prank war on the Smurf who dares to prank him. And once again, he's kinda unhinged. Sometimes he doesn't know how to control his energetic nature, so at some point if he gets too excited, he becomes manic. He also has this special ability in battle where he pranks the team with an exploding present that makes the whole team angry while raising his stats.

IOGHDILK Seriously though- Where's Jokey dressing up as a jester in the canon franchise? I swear he fits the qualities of a jester, but I don't think I have seen him being a jester unless it's fanart. It's really cool he's a clown, yes

BUT WHERE IS JESTER JOKEY SMURF Am I missing it or ioghbfllns-

I'm bored, so here's some relationship, family, and random Smurf head canons I have.

I like to think Hefty and Handy are brothers, with Hefty being the older brother. Their light competition displayed in some of the episodes in both the old and current series gave me a bit of siblings vibe. IDK

~

One friend group I have as a ead canon is Jokey, GUTSY, and Grouchy.

Grouchy is mainly friends with Jokey because Jokey doesn't really stop bugging him but he enjoys at least some type of company, even if it's annoying. Jokey does try to make Grouchy smile, and even succeeds sometimes. This is based on their many interactions in the current series.

Though, Gutsy and Grouchy are more likely closer, based on the interactions I saw during a rewatch I did on the first movie. They're both stubborn and don't like Brainy that much, obviously, so their friendship is pretty solid.

(also I'm headcanoning that Grouchy sometimes sends letters to Big Mouth and vice versa. THAT EPISODE HAD NO RIGHT BEING THAT DARN CUTE!)

This next one is still a little shaky.

Storm and Begonia being related, purely based on their similar hairstyles. Either cousins or sisters, though I'm leaning towards cousins.

Hackus is surprisingly introverted, due to being not too bright and only having Vexy for company before becoming a real Smurf. So, while he is still loud and chaotic, he has a hard time making friends. Thankfully, Clumsy and Dimwitty let him hang around when Vexy's busy.

Vexy hangs out with the members of the Smurf band on occasion, mostly Meteorite. Other than them, she also hangs with Smurfette mostly, and has a bit of a friendship with Vanity and Blossom, surprisingly.

I chose Blossom because I wrote a fan written episode where Blossom tried to be more like Vexy to seem cooler, even putting black streaks in he blue hair. I might share it, but it's still unfinished and rocky.

Greedy has a small crush on Vexy, but it doesn't go any further than that because of the death glares he gets from Grouchy from a distance every time Greedy talks to her.

Vexy is either oblivious or doesn't know how to let Greedy down gently.

Gargamel is Aromantic.

Rating the new 3D Smurf show's redesigns of preexisting Smurfy Grove girls

Blossom: 10/10. The only thing they changed was the colors of her dress and shoes, and having a magenta dress just fits Blossom.

Lily: 5/10. They changed nothing except making her pigtails rounder, but I prefer her pigtails having flatter ends.

Begonia: 4/10. Babygirl... what did they do to your hair... her cute bangs are Gone.... The only reason she's rated this high up is because I understand her hair is that way due to budget constraints.

Storm: 1/10. She looks bad in green and they got rid of her hat flappies! If she had her hat flappies she would be much higher ranked. This is one character I don't give a shit about budget constraints for- her hat flappies are so important. They spent money on making wigs for Hefty and Scaredy to wear in one episode, but didn't even bother to give storm her hat flappies.

Willow: ??/10. Every version of Smurfwillow looks like someone was asked to draw/model her from memory with no references. It's a big mess across all media she's in. I can't rate this because the fact no one can remember what Smurfwillow looks like is as funny as it is upsetting.

The Smurfs: A New Touch Of Blue synopsis thread Part 7

The Okidoki! AKA Okey-Dokey!

Jokey has a new prank: Grouchy has a tendency to say ‘no’ to anything and everything, so he gives him a potion which has some very surprising effects. Whenever anyone asks him to do something, he says “okey dokey” and does it straight away... even if the thing they’re asking is for him to go to Gargamel’s hovel! 

AKA Smurfy Magic Duel 

Papa Smurf wants to prove to SmurfWillow AKA Willow that alchemy is more powerful than her “natural” magic. He invites her to come visit his lab for a little demonstration, which fails to impress the leader of the Smurf girls. The two wizards end up challenging each other to a magic duel. But their duel gets cut short when Papa Smurf inadvertently makes Gargamel and Azrael appear in the middle of the village! 

The Two Dimwits Make a Pair AKA Doctor Brainy & Mister Dumb 

When Brainy wants to prove that he has the heaviest brain and therefore is the most intelligent, he invents the “Smurf-scales”. Unfortunately, instead of weighing his brain, the contraption turns Brainy into a complete dummy. The village loses its brainiac smurf and gains a second Dopey/Dimwitty, which isn’t without consequences... 

Gargamel in Drool! AKA Shell Game 

Gargamel turns himself into a snail so that Farmer brings him back to the Smurf’s Village. Except once there, Gargamel is unable to turn back to his former self! Stuck as a snail, he becomes Dopey/Dimwitty’s pet and tries to find a way to escape. But as a snail, you never move too fast... 

Blossom Goes Green AKA Blossom Goes Wild!

When SmurfBlossom AKA Blossom gets into a huge fight with SmurfStorm AKA Stormy and SmurfLily AKA Lily, she announces she’s moving out of Smurfy Grove and moving in with - Wild! Much to his surprise. 

Smurf Us From Here! AKA No Smurf Out!

When Scaredy is afraid a ghost is haunting his house, he asks Handy to make it airtight. But the house becomes so secure that they end up getting locked inside, with Brainy, SmurfBegonia AKA Begonia SmurfBlossom AKA Blossom, and then Chef. How will these very different Smurfs manage to get along? And above all... escape! 

Greedy's Soufflé AKA Souffle Shuffle

When Chef sprains his ankles after a fight with Greedy, he’s left without anyone available to take his soufflé to the upcoming Spring Festival. Greedy offers his help, but how can you trust Greedy to not chow down the soufflé before it gets to its destination? Since everyone has already left the village, Chef doesn’t have the choice. It will be up to Greedy to prove that he’s up to the task! 

Timid's Cure AKA Curing Private Timid 

Hefty is convinced that Timid admires him and so decides to take him under his wing and teach him some self confidence. Poor Timid has no desire to be like Hefty, but of course doesn’t dare tell him. Timid takes refuge in the forest to escape his interfering “advice”, thinking he’ll get a little peace and quiet... but he soon bumps into the ogres! 

Overworked Smurfette AKA Smurfette Overdoes It!

Smurfette wears herself out by overdoing things, so to teach her the art of doing nothing, Papa Smurf enlists the help of the grand master of idleness, Lazy! But when the student surpasses the teacher and Smurfette convinces everyone to switch to “idleSmurfism”, this leads to all kinds of trouble in the village...

The Rise of Papa Smurf AKA Papa Smurf Leaves the Nest

While Papa Smurf is preparing a potion to cure his voice loss, a sparrow enters his lab and accidentally switches bodies with him.

The Smurfash AU

The Smurfash AU is a Smurfs x Omori AU. It started off as a little funny "what-if" when I drew Graphite as Omori and Pigment as Mari because well, Graphite is emo and associated with a monotonous palette.

Meanwhile Pigment is colorful, cheerful and Graphite's sister. But now I ended up extending this AU when I kept on exploring more ideas.

This is something I have held back from posting until now. This is an AU that I have made some time ago. Because I made so many drawings based on it, I decided to finally post it.

In this AU, Graphite plays the role of Sunny. In the Dreamworld, she goes by this black and white cloaked Smurf named Smurfash (Ash or Ashy for short) As Ash, she gets to explore these wonderful dreamy environments with her friends. Though underneath these whimsical dreams hides something dark.

Smurfs in the Dreamworld are Smurfs that Graphite have met in the Real World. However some dream Smurfs, like Jokester and Klutz, are sort of different from their Real World counterparts.

The Girl Smurfs are portrayed more accurately. Meanwhile, most male Smurfs are sort of caricatures of their real selves. (Like Jokester, who is a slightly more unhinged version of Jokey)

(There was supposed to be a design for Dr Brainstorm (Brainy Smurf) as well, but I haven't finish one for him yet)

Some of these designs are not official and will change. Would go the same with my ideas, since it's still an AU in development and I'm just playing with ideas. I'll also share more information and context on the AU as I post more content for it.
