Here to say a few words of iKON Bobby’s Colin Kaepernick post. The Nike ad encourages people to take a stand in social issues like Colin did. And in Bobby’s IG post, he wrote “Stopping racism is our responsibility”. He took a stand and risk that post. He uses his social media not to gain followers but to share his thoughts.

He chose this advocacy. I personally think it is deep in his Heart. His family moved to Virginia, U.S.A when he was 9 or 10yrs old. In his brother’s youtube Channel, he said they moved there and they dont know English. They ordered Drive thru in Mcdonalds and got scammed because the cashier probably knew they dont know English. That is why in his youtube Channel he shared How to properly order so even if you dont know much about English you can basically order and not get scammed. Bobby in one of the Vlives before, has addressed that he experienced such in the US. We all know not everyone gets the good graces once you move to another country. So he hustled being asian specifically Korean, BUT he has always been proud being who he is and never ashamed even when he got bullied by racist kids/people. He believes in peace, Love and kindness in this world.

He is an amazing person who I am really proud of. Even if we are not of the same nationality, knowing about him and his person makes me feel really proud that he is Korean, an Asian, and most of all, a kind and humble person who makes stand. He is a man of influence and charisma. I am really proud that he is loves his family and his country so much. People all over the world should learn from him too.

He auditioned and passed the Overseas auditioned to become a YG trainee at 14yo. Experience so much pain losing WIN with Team B at 17yo, became the youngest winner of SMTM in 2014 at 18yo, released music in 2014 and finally debuted as iKON in 2015 at 19yo.

In 2013 during WIN, his rap is about his Mom.

When he won SMTM he said in his winning speech for his Mom to pack her bags becaus she will buy her a house so their family can Go back home in South Korea.

In 2018, he still shows his affectionate self as a son for his mother and grandmother.
