The Network Engineer (OCS) is a key member of Network Operations team and will be responsible for the following:

Analyze product requirements and implement system configurations

Configure basic services such as Tariff Data and Rating plans

Design and Perform preventive health checks on systems to maximize uptime

Monitor system performance and proactively correct potential service issues

Troubleshoot and resolve system/service issues and escalate to Level 3 where required

Perform configuration and integration of a system/network nodes, testing/UAT/SIT and configuration for integration and expansion in project expansion phases

Prepare process documentation and SOP’s for daily operational tasks and continual improvement

Prepare, analyze and dispatch regular performance reports and dashboards

  Passionate about Technology, Telecommunications and disruptive models

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent

At least 3 years experience in one or more of the following technologies

Systems: OCS, PCRF, SCP, GGSN, BSS, SMSC,USSD

Interfaces: Diameter (GX, GY, RO), Camel, SMPP, SNMP, SS7

Prior experience and knowledge of systems and networks in a telecommunications or data communications environment preferred

Good understanding on prepaid, postpaid, and convergent charging solutions and network dependencies

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
