I’m terrible about losing and breaking my coffee mugs. But not all of the losses are my fault! Once I had a yellow smiley face mug that I left I the college dorm kitchen because I had baked cookies and left a bunch of my equipment there. I came back after it air dried and everything was there except the mug.

The kicker is that I found it again on someone’s desk while I was in someone’s room doing the spring break fire alarm test (I was an RA), but I didn’t take it back, because (a) maybe this person happened to have an identical mug (b) it would have felt like crossing a line to take something from a room I was in because I had access to the master key.

EDIT: i was doing the alarm test with another RA. So whatever you vote below, remember that you have to explain it to someone else.
