I'll Never Let You Go - Art Challenge

Hello there! I just wanted to share a little art challenge I had in mind for this story that I'm sharing. It is a long fanfiction that follows the events of Super Mario Galaxy if you're interested in reading 🌟

If you'd like to participate as the story unfolds, I have a little challenge for you:

Take any character/group that appears in the story (or game), and draw them looking up at the comet like Mario is in the cover!

O~o~O

The characters who physically appear in the story so far don't deviate from Canon. And I don't have a preference for who you draw, even if you want to draw your favorite boss, the most minor of enemies, or even Mario again! Here is a list of some of the major characters that appear just to give some ideas:

Mario, Luma (or Lumas), Princess Rosalina, the Toad Brigade, Luigi, Bowser Jr., King Bowser, and Princess Peach!

Winter 2019. I showed my long distance boyfriend, who grew up rather isolated from video games, my childhood game Super Mario Galaxy. Telling him my stories and seeing him grew an appreciation for a game that's now over 10 years old was a magical experience. Then, a summer later we met again and he reached the part where you return to Gateway Galaxy. Rosalina said she comes there once every 100 years and to us, the time it took till we met again really felt like a hundred years. That's how the Gateway sorta became our place and I'll treasure these memories forever.
