All of these claims are wrong. 'Smartin was never inappropriate with John mod. Stop projecting your own behaviour on others.
They were all RPing. Why wouldn't she see consultjohnwatson as John Watson, as long as they were all RPing? Have you forgotten the basic definition of role-playing now, Shezza?
Stop claiming which Tumblr user is behind which RP blog without any proof. Stop pulling claims out of your ass.
And no, the role play is not "bordering on explicit", moron. Stop bullshitting. The role play has become in character and heart-warming ever since you exited and New Sherlock RP entered the picture. Because, you know, most people do not log on to Tumblr to interact with RP bloggers (like you) only to get bullied and get filled up with negative energy later on.
Not to mention the fact that you only chose to answer asks with sexual innuendos all the time, and answered them all with your general obnoxiousness. Who's the one "bordering on explicit" and "being inappropriate then? Stop shifting your own blame on others.
And @/safedistancefrombeingsmart was not mixing up ooc and IC behaviour. That was all you, especially when you decided to throw a jealous fit when Harry made a pinned post to count the days since she'd been sober.
Get out of projection-land.
You're the one throwing a jealous fit right now as we speak, and not 'Smartin. Never them.
Also, stop throwing around words like "harassment" and "bullying". A person like you has no right to use those words for others. You're a known bully in this fandom. You're the one who harasses people online every damned time. You're doing the same shit to John mod and her friends right now. Your claims about "harassment" sound laughable because everyone knows that you have a horrible habit of victimising yourself all the time. You look comical when you cry out "bullying" etc from your admin blog.
Again, stop shifting your own blame on others. Get over yourself. And move the hell on from all this. Learn to reflect on yourself sometime.
Leave John RP and her followers alone.

Friday Night and Outta Sight: Part II
Pairing: Two-Bit x Marcia
A/N: i’m so proud of myself for getting this done! i hope you all enjoy it and feel free to leave me some feedback! criticism is really helpful for future reference.
Warning: a panic attack is described near the end! lots of angsty stuff, bros!
The trip to Marcia’s wouldn’t be too long, so Two-Bit took a few pit stops to swipe some things. At one stop sign, he looked over at a corner store window. Flowers laid in a complex pattern, spelling out the words “Yes We’re Open!” He cocked an eyebrow and made a quick turn.
In the parking lot, Two-Bit noticed a couple of kids. They were nicely dressed- almost like they were heading to church. They turned to him with a look of seeming terror before hurriedly walking away. Two-Bit laughed at the sight, getting out of his car. But soon, he realized who the kids were looking at. Turning his head, Two-Bit saw a small group of hoods, in the dying sunlight, led by one of the most known gang leaders. “Timothy Shepard & Co! What a lovely surprise! I was just about to-”
“Shut up, Mathews.” Tim spat.
Two-Bit fell quiet, awkwardly staying put. He was trying to look away from the glare that Tim possessed, but found that it was nearly impossible. “So ...been to the moviehouse, anyone? I hear they remodeled. I’m ready to check that out. Their popcorn is not my favorite, though.”
Curly nodded. “Yeah, needs more salt.”
“I’m more of a butter guy, myself, but-”
“What the hell’re you doing here?” Tim interrupted.
“I’m in the mood for a burger. That’s why I came to a flower shop.”
“You smartin’ off to me, Mathews?”
“That is a negative, your scariness. I’m actually hungry and I’m supposed to be on a date right now. Unfortunately, it’s not with you, so if you’ll excuse me.” Two-Bit turned on his heels, ready to walk away when Tim grabbed the back of his shirt.
“I heard you’re datin’ a rich girl.” Tim spoke grimly.
Two-Bit cleared his throat, turning back to the tough bunch. “Yes, Tim, that’s correct. But don’t be jealous, I didn’t forget about you.” He playfully nudged the taller hood. “We can go on our date tomorrow. I’ll even get you some flowers too, then-”
Tim flicked out his blade, signaling Two-Bit to shut up. “Get back into your car and go home.” Tim said lowly.
Two-Bit’s eyebrows came together. “That’s it? That’s why you’re here? To tell me to leave? You’re not gonna like …..do something?”
“Dallas wanted me to jump you, scare the shit outta you. Should I have listened to him?”
“That’s gonna be a no from me, Tim.”
“That’s what I thought.” Tim pushed him away. “And from now on, Mathews, stick to girls that you actually have a chance with. You hittin’ on rich girls is just beggin’ the fuzz to show up.”
Without a word or a look back, Two-Bit got into his car and drove out of the parking lot. He kept looking in his rearview mirror. Tim was tailgating him with that same glare still present. Thinking about Marcia, Two-Bit took a sharp turn and made his way to the rich side of town.
About 5 miles down the road, red and blue lights came out of nowhere. Looking back in his rearview mirror, Tim’s car was long gone. Sirens wailed as Two-Bit pulled his car over and waited for a cop to walk up.
“Son, do you know why I pulled you over?” The lanky officer questions.
”Because you don’t know how to have a good time?” The greaser answered.
“Step out of the vehicle.” After receiving the silver bracelets, the officer pushed Two-Bit into the back of the police car.
Two-Bit looked to the female officer in the front seat. “Hello.” He greeted.
“Hi.” She said plainly.
After a pause, Two-Bit cleared his throat. “So do you have a taser?”
“Yeah, want me to use it?”
“Officer, please.” He scoffed. “We just met.”
She spun around fast, glaring. “You have the right to remain silent,” She growled, “so shut up.”
~ ~ ~ ~
The next day, a school assembly brought Marcia and Two-Bit back together. Though, not in the way that either of them really hoped. All the students were crammed together like sardines in a can. Lots of girls, mostly Soc girls, were looking at Two-Bit and scoffing. Some just whispered about him, then walked away quickly. A lot of people told him that he broke Marcia’s heart and he’ll pay. There was even a rumor that she was seeing someone new and though it was probably just to make him feel bad, he couldn’t help but understand Marcia never wanting to see him again. The thought was eating him up, so he went up to a group of familiar faces and asked about someone who could always turn his mood around. “You ladies seen Kathy?”
~ ~ ~ ~
When Marcia reached the gym, she and Two-Bit had bumped into each other.
“I’m so sorry!” She exclaimed, turning to the greaser. “I didn’t ...see you there.” Her eyes went from Two-Bit’s to the blonde’s as her words faded away.
“Marcia, hey! I was actually looking for you. I had to-”
She shook her head. Her face grew warm and all the sounds around her slowly seemed to be submerged into water. Her heart beat loudly in her ears and her palms were sweating. She wanted to say something, but nothing would come out of her mouth.
“Marcia?” A feminine voice came from behind her, turning her around forcefully. Cherry stood there, concern suddenly washing over her. “We should go find a seat. Ok?”
Before Two-Bit could say anything, Marcia and Cherry walked away. As they did, Kathy pulled Two-Bit up the bleachers. The separated two had the same thing on their minds: Don’t look back.

Here’s what four experts predict for Tampa Bay’s real estate market in 2019
Experts predict a slowing but still healthy market for new homes and existing homes in Tampa Bay this year. [SUSAN TAYLOR MARTIN | Times
Trade wars, interest rates, extreme weather — all these factors and more could affect residential real estate in the Tampa Bay area this year. Will we see the same trends as in 2018, when prices rose due to a relatively scant supply of available homes?
To get some answers, we spoke with four experts — a Tampa Bay home builder; a top executive with an online real estate service; a vice president of Coldwell Banker; and a Tampa appraiser who had some interesting comments on how the popularity of HGTV’s Fixer Upper with Joanna and Chip Gaines has affected Tampa Bay’s market. (The interviews have been edited for length and clarity.)
Daren Blomquist, senior vice president of ATTOM Data Solutions, formerly RealtyTrac. The Califorinia-based company tracks data for more than 155 million U.S. properties.
"I see Tampa Bay shaping up similar to what we’re seeing in many markets, which is a cooling trend in 2019 with the rate of price appreciation slowing down. When you look at the third quarter of 2018, you have a year-over-year price increase of about 8 percent, which is still very healthy, but in the first quarter we were seeing a 10 percent increase and before that we saw a string of many months that were double digit going all the way back to 2015.
"The Tampa Bay market is still outperforming the national market and many others similarly sized including Phoenix, Charlotte, Austin and Nashville but we’re still seeing that trend toward slowing appreciation, which I think is a good thing. We were seeing unsustainable price growth over the last six years, and if it continued we’d be talking about, ‘Are we in another housing bubble?’ What really stands out is not just the price increase but that the increase in wages has not kept up. (Since 2012, home prices have risen 120 percent in Hillsborough County while wages are up 9 percent. In Pinellas, prices are up 110 percent versus 10 percent for wages.)"
Willy Nunn, president of Homes by WestBay and past president of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. In 2018, WestBay closed on more than 550 houses in new-home communities including Waterset and Triple Creek in Hilllsborough and Bexley, Connerton and Starkey Ranch in Pasco County.
"2018 was an incredible year and I think we will probably be down from 2018. The belief that interest rates were going to rise made the 2018 spring selling season exceptionally strong, and that demand was pulled forward. I think 2019 is going to be a more natural year. We look for the (new-home) market to be around 2017 levels for volume but prices are going to remain high. … It’s very difficult in a strong location to deliver product much under $300,000. In outlying areas, single-family homes may be available in the very low $200,000s but that’s like Hernando County and Polk County.
"There is no getting around this fundamental shortage of shelter at almost all prices. Land is expensive, land development costs are expensive, subcontractors are more expensive. Buildable lots are decreasing, things like flood plain and wetlands preservation take up a lot more land than is commonly considered. We have been affected a little bit by the Canadian lumber tariffs, but the China tariffs could make sourcing certain items more expensive such as lighting and countertops.”
Joni L. Herndon, Tampa-based senior residential appraiser, former chair of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board and 2019 chair of Florida Realtors appraisal subcommittee.
"I think 2019 is going to be a decent year, but it’s all about price point. Affordable housing is always going to have a strong market: Anything under $400,000 is hard to keep on the market and agents are having a hard time finding properties. Under $800,000, the interest rate is really very important. A lot of (potential) sellers have very favorable interest rates, some below 5 percent, some below 4 percent. Shaking those people loose out of that favorable interest rate is going to be very difficult as rates go up. I think inventory is going to continue constricting.
"What sells is what’s showing on the Internet. People go to realtor.com and they see that interior that looks like what they see on TV. Those that have the HGTV look, the look that Joanna Gaines does with the grays, the whites, the (white-ish) Carrara marble. She’s brilliant. (Light gray) goes with different fabrics, it changes color depending on if you’re on the water or not. It’s the trend now, it has been the last four or five years, and I think it’s going to continue. The beiges and yellows and gold colors are gone.”
Charles Richardson, regional senior vice president of West Central Florida, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
"I’m relatively optimistic (about 2019). We still have excellent pricing when you compare our market to other markets around Florida and the country. Our affordability index is still very desirable, we have corporate relocation activity with people moving into the market, there’s still a lot of in-migration. Florida is still going to have a lot of those benefits, they won’t go away.
"That said, inventory is growing right now. There is a little bit of a shift from everything selling in a week to people being very judicious with their evaluations of pricing. There is a great deal of knowledge by buyers because of their access — they can see every listing and all details so buyers are very concerned about making sure they are making the right purchase at the right price. There is a lot of study going into it.”
