okay. ordered a new crockpot (bc it's Stew Season and also "just let me throw shit in a slow cooker and hit the button" season), the ribs are going to marinate in the fridge for 3 hours I guess, bc slow cooking in the oven apparently takes 1/4 of the time a slow cooker takes.
idk what to do now, bc it's apparently the kind of day where everything I try is doomed to failure. maybe I'll finish that book...
