These Crispy Taco Sloppy Joes are a tasty take on the original sloppy joe recipe. They combine the flavors of tacos with the ease of making a sloppy joe. Great for a quick and filling dinner during the week!

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 8 taco shells. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional.

Instructions: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Stir in taco seasoning mix and salsa. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350F 175C. Place taco shells on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 minutes. Once taco shells are warm, spoon the beef mixture into each shell. Top each taco with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Sloppy Joe French Fry Bake combines the classic flavors of sloppy joes with the crispy goodness of French fries, all baked together for a comforting and hearty meal.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 can 15 oz sloppy joe sauce. 1 bag 28 oz frozen French fries. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Green onions for garnish optional.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, saut until softened. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in sloppy joe sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes. Spread frozen French fries in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the sloppy joe mixture over the French fries, spreading evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the French fries are crispy. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired before serving.

Ingredients: 2 leftover burgers. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Butter for toasting buns.

Instructions: Put a little oil in a pan and heat it over medium heat. Cut up some onions, bell peppers, and garlic and add them to the pan. Saut them until they get soft and smell good. Add the burgers that were left over to the skillet with the vegetables that had been sauted. Cook until everything is hot. Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and mix them in well with the burger mix. For a few more minutes, cook until everything is heated through and well mixed. Add pepper and salt to taste. Cook the hamburger buns in a different pan until golden brown. Spread butter on the inside of the buns. Put the sloppy joe mix on top of the toasted buns. Enjoy your tasty Sloppy Joe Leftover Burger while it's still hot!
