Oh I might be about to get my next flat
#there was a cute lil 1 bed house that i had really wanted that was £25 a month cheaper than this flat#but after emailing n ringing the agency 5 times they never got back to me#n its further away from the bus stop than this flat#im worried about getting the flat cuz they want me to start rent in December#but i dont move till late January#n i pay rent on my current place till January#but they just texted me asjing if id pay rent n deposit on 3rd January#which is acceptable since its unfurnished so ill need time to come down on a weekend n sort out bed frames n sofa n tv stand n shit#i hope i get it just so i dont need to worry about it#but thats still all of December where someone could swoop in n steal it from me#theyve not offered me a holding deposit yet either#may have to brong that up to them#hmmmmmm#its a nice flat tho its got double french doors that open to a tiny little balcony that has a nice view over some woodland#good sized rooms#slightly older kitchen appliances than what ive currently got#it has a bath as well as shower which is much preferred#hngngnhngnngnhngnhnh#i want this flat pls universe manifest it for me
