Wanted to write down my headcannons on how the fraggle gang sleeps after drawing the eepy babies

• Gobo gets pretty hot during sleep no matter the weather so he avoids contact and cuddling if he can. He also removes the blanket a lot in his sleep bc my boi is overheating. Lets Wembley sleep in his bed in case of a nightmare

• Wembley FOR SURE has a TON of plushies and kisses them good night every time. He cuddles them, making sure that they are comfortable too. He does have a favorite tho, Bembley (obv) which he uses as a stress reliever. He moves a lot so every morning he finds himself in weird positions.

• Boober has a strict night routine!! He falls asleep and wakes up at an exact time he set up. Wakes up at 6am and falls asleep at 10pm. Sleeps like a dying victorian child. Has frequent nightmares with Sidebottom in them.

• Mokey definitely uses rain sounds or calming mantras as sleepy aid. Before she even goes into bed she checks if her pet plant Landford is okay and asleep. Never has any nightmares or body aches and wakes up refreshed.

• Red kicks in her sleep for sure. She moves a lot and talks in her sleep. She would be the type to comatose upside down with her feet on her pillow. Falls asleep WAY earlier than Mokey because she was swimming the whole day. Red and Mokey cuddle together a lot but they have their own beds if they wanna sleep alone. Red always lets down her hair (which i forgot to add in the drawing oops) and kinda shakes it off.

2. A headcanon you weren’t sure about at first, but have come to like:

Tugger and Skimble’s friendship!! At first I was like. Are you guys sure? They didn’t hang out at all :(

But!!! Thanks to everyone’s propaganda, I saw the light. Skimble and Tugger have such bestie potential, they’re so funny together. The master of order vs the agent of chaos. They’re friends <3

3. A character that fandom had helped you appreciate:

Again, Skimbleshanks. I was neutral on him, (still loved him lots, just not that passionate).

This is mostly because all I knew is that he was silly and he did rly well in the 2019 movie, (and my dad’s infamous skimble hatred. Truly what is his problem). But!!! Thanks mostly in part to @mysticalcats’s propaganda (ily lots bestie) I grew to truly appreciate our favorite train cat. He truly is the cat of the railway train.

7. Your favorite tropes to read/write/draw

I have a ton!!!! For reading, I really appreciate the ✨dramatics✨. Huge fan of Macavity and Misto fics, a lot of really interesting concepts there that I love a lot. Also seeing the backstory of some of the kittens (Skimble finding Misto and Vicci fic ILYYYY 🫶).

Writing is tough because it’s kind of an on and off thing. Writing Jemima’s perspective is really fun, and so is writing dialogue and humor for the cats. I especially liked writing a scene that included Bombalurina and Demeter together, they’re so sweet.

None of it’s really that good, but it’s self indulgent in a rly specific way and it’s nice to play around with.

DRAWING IS THE BEST EVER 🫶🫶🫶 I like doing pintrest poses with different cats, cat oc art is my favorite in the world, I loved that one era where I just. Collected random OCs and painted them.

One of my favorite works is the Bluebelle and Bluebeard painting I did, I love angst art SO fucking much, and I wish I did/saw more of it 💔

Boober's mesmerizing aid (Naga! Sidebottom and Boober Fraggle)

Boober: Hmmf. (He tosses and turns) Humpf! Oh! It's no use! I can't get to sleep! (He suddenly hears a familiar laugh) Oh no.

Sidebottom: Hahaha, here is my favourite insomniac, Boober!

Boober: Wait, how come you can talk to me, even if I am not asleep?

Sidebottom: I've told you many times that I am a part of you, Boober! Therefore, I can come see you ANYTIME! Just close your eyes!

Boober: (Grumbles, then covers them) If this can help me fall asleep..Sheesh. (He opens them up and gasps as Sidebottom appears. Only now, he has a patchwork-like snake tail in place of legs.) Aaah! Don't eat me, you...Fraggle-snake! (He cowers).

Sidebottom: (Guffaws) I am not a snake, I turned myself into a naga-fraggle! I only want to help you, I promise!

Boober: Whatever thingy you are, please go away!

Sidebottom: Aaaw, come on. I only want to help...(He whispers to Boober) to make you sssleeep...

Boober: (Stops shaking and slowly looks up) Uh...Really?

Sidebottom: Why, of coursssse... (He makes an antenna grows from his forehead, that has his small pendulum which he used on Junior Gorg, once. It spins like a small propeller.) Jusst waatch...

Boober: (Gasps as he looks at the shiny spinning pendulum....Then he looks entranced, sighing)

Sidebottom: (Stroking Boober's head) Trust in me....Just in me...Shut your eyes...And trussst in me... (Boobers moans a little and almost falls off his bed) Whoa, there, buddy! (He begins wrapping his patchwork tail around Boober's waist, swaying his head left and right, Boober sleepily following along) You can sleep...Sssafe and ssound...Knowing I...Am around... (Sidebottom uses the tip of his tail to hold Boober's chin as the latter is lifted up like a limp doll and placed on Sidebottom's chest) Ssslip into silent slumber...Sail on a sssilver misssst...Slowly and surely, you senses will cease (he playfully, gently squeezes Boober) to resissst...

Boober: (Snores a little and smacks his lips)

Sidebottom: You're snoring...Hehehe.

Boober: *yawns) Sssorry...

Sidebottom: (Kisses his head and finishes his song) Just relaaaxxx...be at ressst...Like a bird...In a nessst...Trust in me...And jussst in me...Ssshut your eyessss...And trussst in me...Pleasant dreamssss... (He pulls the blanket over both of them) Trusst in me....

Cg Boober headcanons part 2

Because I thought up some more!!!

Aside from baby talk and chin tickling, he will also coo at you and cradle you in his arms, telling you how cute you are.

This Fraggle is an anxious mess! He worries about germs, safety hazards, your safety, how long you've been in your dirty diaper/clothes for, whether he's doing things right/wrong, pretty much anything, no matter how much you reassure him.

It's because he cares a lot about you. A great deal. Especially in his care. Oh, and he always comes prepared, so be prepared for him to prep your regression bag in advance. He even brings said bag with him, just in case.

He might not be a singing kind of Fraggle, but he will sing to soothe you if you're sad or sleepy and can't sleep.

He will put you down for a nap and rock you in your hammock, esp when its bedtime. But not before giving you a goodnight kiss.

As for storytime, that's kind of Gobo's department, but he does try.

If you are playing doctor with your stuffies, he even joins in. Hey, it's a good way to teach about being healthy!

finally binged all of Back to the Rock today so I wanted to update my Fragglesona!

This is Murr- she's a sleepy and solitary fraggle who likes collecting rocks (that she names), making sculptures out of radishes, making ill-fitting robes like the one she wears, and generally just standing around observing the others. Has perpetual bedhead and tends to take naps in the strangest places.

She's not very cheerful or playful but she means well. Like everyone's weird older sister who will bring you a cool treat after going on a trip.

Packed fraggle shirt, kermit shirt, feddy fazbear shirt. Will wear fraggle shirt tomorrow night at theater, then next morning for museum. Kermit shirt for dinner, then feddy for zoo/aquarium/whatever on final day.

A shit ton of underwear and socks.

One pair of hopital socks (for sleepy time)

Have yet to pack toiletries. I need brush, toothbrush, deodorant, toothpaste. Also need pills, mom suggested i bring actual bottles to proof theyre mine? May just bring bottles and use personal server to record when take them.

Sleepy fraggles cuddlin'

My headcannon is that Gobo probably gets really hot during sleep so he usually avoids contact, while Wembley is the complete opposite and loves to cuddle.

Also Red snores in her sleep, while Mokey hold her like a lil teddy bear 🧸

I imagine that they all give great hugs since they are so fluffy!!!

WOOBER ROCK CHAPTER 6 (i broke the title thing)

The four friends entered the great hall. It was buzzing with fraggles everywhere. They usually liked to get to meals early before the bell so they could avoid the endless lines and crowds. But because of Boober and Wembley getting side tracked, they were all forced to endure the fraggle lunch craze.

They stood in line for a good 30 minutes. Finally, they each had their food and they all began walking to their lunch spot by the pond. Mokey was already there. "Oh hello! I was worried you wouldn't show up", She smiled warmly and took Red's paw in her own. "We were going to be here sooner but someone",Red eyed Wembley and Boober,"Took forever leaving". Wembley looked at his lap guiltily. Boober wished to comfort him but kept to himself. "We're all here now, leave em alone Red", Gobo nudged Wembley with his elbow and Wembley perked up.

After they finished, Gobo lead the way to the portal. Boober clung to Mokey when it came into sight. "Oh boy, oh boy", Wembley bounced back and forth behind Gobo. "Okay, ya'll just watch and wait for the reveal of the coolest artifact yet",Gobo was really playing this up. He ducked into the hole and the gang watched as crept past the sleeping beast. In the basket next to the monster was a small package, about six inches tall. Gobo swiped it and quickly tiptoed back through the portal. When he was on the other side he peaked behind him and grumbled. He kicked a pebble, "Its usually cooler than that" Wembley flapped his hands,"that was so cool!"

Boober spoke from behind mokeys cardigan,"That will always be the most dangerous thing to do in all of Fraggle Rock", He sneezed,"and you probably bring deseases and viruses back every time!" Boober sneezed again. He was just allergic to dog fur, but he might as well been crawling into his grave with how dramatic he was being on the way back to Gobo and Wembley's cave.

Gobo stood in front of his friends. Red sat up on the table, mokey sat politely in a chair next to her. Wembley and Boober stood next to the table. Eyes focused on Gobo as he read out the postcard. "Ahem. Dear Nephew Gobo..."

"In the time i have spend exploring the land of outer space, I have yet to mention to you the magic rocks the larger silly creatures own. I understand this perfectly. The creatures speak into the magic rock and it speaks back. It sings, it lights up, it answers the universes most important questions. I am lucky to have been able to borrow one of these devices to send you for my museum. Take good care of it, Your Uncle Travelling Matt"

"Well lets see it Gobo, another piece of junk for the dumb museum", Red spat but kept her eyes focused on the package in Gobo's lap. "I cant wait to see it! Magical rocks, I have so many", Mokey hummed. Wembley rocked back and forth on his paws and urged Gobo to open the gift. Finally, he did. Slowly. Just to keep his pals on edge. But soon enough, in his paws was a black rectangular object.

Gobo turned it over in his paws and tapped its shiny surface. He flipped it on its side and pressed a button. It lit up. The fraggles gasped. "It looks like Doozer technology!", Red chirped. Gobo touched the screen and the phone unlocked, "Woah...Gee, my uncle has sure done it this time eh? " Wembley's eyes shined as Gobo fiddled with the different apps. He opened the camera and almost jumped out of his fur. "Its me!" Wembley peered over his brother's shoulder,"Me too!" Gobo's finger slipped and he took a picture, causing the magic rock to make a shuttering sound. The group immediately started chattering amongst themselves and taking more and more awkward selfies as they looked the phone over. All except Boober who hung behind, twiddling his thumbs. Wembley looked up and got his attention with a smile. Boober let out a sigh and moved to stand next to the other short fraggle.

"How cool is this! We have so many little paintings of ourselves in this!" , Gobo said proudly," Lets see what else it does" He tapped around a few more apps and suddenly the device started singing. The fraggles cheered. "music and paintings!", Mokey said," How truely magical!" Reds tail wagged behind her," This is a thing to celebrate! We should have a party! With music! And we can all take tiny paintings with every fraggle in the rock!" Everyone agreed.

" Party after supper tomorrow! Tell everyone you know!",Gobo called as his friends left his cave. Wembley was prancing behind Boober on his way back to his hidey hole. "I thought it was neat!", he smiled. "You think everything Gobo does is neat", Boober unhooked the lock on his den opening. Wembely hummed,"Well not EVERYTHING" Boober chuckled and faced the green fraggle," Like what?"

Wembley fumbled with the hem of his shirt. "I dont think its very neat when...um", Wembley didnt think it was neat when Gobo spoke down on Boober. But he couldn't say that. It'd only hurt Boober's feelings. And he couldn't bare the thought of that. so he lied. "I guess I do think everything he does is neat" Wembley tossed himself onto Boober's bed. "Boober?"

"Yes Wembley?"

"I uh- I think your face is really pretty"

Boober did a double take at the fraggle in his bed. "you what?" Wembely gulped and wondered if his comment was too out of pocket. "I said...um...Your face, its pretty. And your eyes are cool" Boober covered his face with a paw,"I- I dont know how to react to that". Wembley sat up and reached out for Boobers paws. The blue fraggle jumped slightly but offered his paws when Wembley pulled away. "I mean it, Im sure of it actually! I think youre really very handsome. And I love your eyes" Boober tilted his head down, "Wembley...Can i tell you something?" Wembley nodded, "Anything!" Boober took a deep breath. "Im blind. I mean- Not completely. I can see out of my right eye. Kind of"

"oh", Wembley was taken aback. All the times he had startled the shorter fraggle by accident quickly ran through his head, "Im sorry, uh, for scaring you sometimes" Boober tightened his grip on Wembleys paws and smiled. " its okay Wems"

They laid next to eachother, tails intertwined. "Mokey knows?", Wembley asked. "Yeah, you can't really keep something like that a secret from a sister like Mokey". Wembley looked at Boober, then back at the ceiling. "Does she get to see your face?" Boober raised an eyebrow and smirked a little," Not really, Not since we were little". Wembley rolled over to face the blue fraggle. "Do you think I could see it?" Boober thought to himself. If he let Wembley in, the gates would be open. Would he have to show anyone else? Wembleys tail curled tighter around Boober's and his worries melted away. It was surreal laying here with him, like this, so vulnerable. But Boober wasnt scared. Not of Wembley, at least. "Yes...yes you can see", Boober took his cap off and rolled to face Wembley. The green fraggle shyly reached out and pushed his friends bangs out of his face. Both of their faces went hot. "Youre beautiful", Wembley smiled softly. Boober held Wembley's paw in his own.
