I haven’t ever written a full soulmate au! But I’ve done a few pieces: this rhackisha one from last year (tag: “soulmate au”), and this rhack one from kinktober (tag: “corporate soulmate au”). I have a couple scenes sketched out for the latter, and would love to expand on it when I have the time (someday, sob).

oc stuff under the cut! 

the first one is adria, who was originally a d&d aasimar sorceror! he’s now also a dude born from a comet from another ttrpg i was a part of, but his whole deal is that he’s a Thot™️, a beautiful, narcissistic, vain, self-indulgent hedonist. for the TIME magazine cover i imagined that he’d be an actor and/or musician, with a ridiculous amount of fans who follow his lifestyle “advice” and social media like crazy, and he just eats it all up!!! of course there are downsides but if he’s got the attention, everything’s fine, right?? :^) 

adria has a younger brother who i’ve drawn here before, lucas! 

the second one is camille, who i’ve drawn before!! she was also originally a d&d character, except she was a human ranger. she’s one of my older ocs that i revamped into a d&d character! in like the “normal” au where all of my OCs somehow know each other, she’s a personal trainer and kickboxer, so in the TIME magazine cover i imagined that she’s a up-and-coming kickboxer who’s somehow attracted the attention of the people. she’s a serious, slightly humourless lesbian who was brought up with violence, but is wanting to change for the sake of the people she loves and is trying her best to fuel her penchant and passion for violence into something constructive!!!!

LOL ! VERRRYYY TRUE!! 😂 I know that in webcomics, where the story moves slower because of the update schedule, there’s definitely a huge push for instant gratification. The romance in TINF, though, was mostly born out of my intense desire for a non-allo romance in media and I’m very, very stubborn, so I’m very adamant about keeping my pace 😂 I really appreciate that you enjoy it regardless!! That means a LOT to me 😭💕 thank you so much!!! 😚💘💘💘
