SKYJADLORIAN WITH REY??? I FEAST

Well, I started doing the thing.

There was a light rain falling as they set the Falcon down on the Island’s pebbly shore. Not far down the way, the ship that had hailed them swept into view as Rey was stepping onto land, and a wave of strange familiarity washed over her as she watched it. Certainly, she would remember clearly if she’d seen such a glorious Mandalorian antique before? But no, the feeling was dim and far away, like a half-recalled dream 5 minutes after waking, continuing as the ship landed and the armored pilot climbed down from the cockpit. 

  A nervousness was still lingering in Rey’s belly, until Chewie was calling out in greeting with a long, hairy raised arm. The Mandalorian started jogging towards them, until he was caught up in a robust Wookie hug. “Of course you’re still around,” The gravely voice from the coms issued out from under the old, well-worn helmet, “Bout as hard to kill as me, I think.” Chewie responded in jovial turn, while Rey knew she was squinting, thinking hard, this persistent notion not letting her be, until the Mandalorian’s helmet turned towards her.

 “Rey.” He said softly, or as soft as such a voice could be, his vissage otherwaie inscrutable,and her eyes widened. “...well, you got a little taller. Come’on.” He motioned the stunned-silent girl to follow him, as he began trudging toward the rocky hills.

No official ship name so I just call 'em Copollo AKA the Dumpster Fire Ship To End All Dumpster Fires of The Trials of Apollo (Apollo X Commodus). I may be even more TRASH for this ship. it's all about the D R A M A. the BETRAYAL. the LOVE they HAD but was set aside for the GOOD OF THE PEOPLE OF ROME yet also done so for a SELFISH REASON AND- *inhale* also the little pieces we got of them in ToA are TREATS and we need MORE OF THEM

aaaaaand for the last one is a ship Lolling and I made for our Burning Thistles AU that haunts my mind and it's name is-

last song: Bad Romance by Lady Gaga but the Halestorm version because of that one Ashfur & Squirrelflight map that lives rent-free in my head rn. it's SO GOOD.

last movie: uh.......*frantically scans memory for movies* umm....oh, right! Glory in US Wars and Military Strategies at school. It's about the 54th Massachusetts Regiment in the Civil War. The tag i would give it? Nobody Lives/Everyone Dies. Not your typical school movie.

(i would also just like to throw out there that 13 Days and Midway are also good movies I've watched in my History classes. History teachers are always the best, amiright? I get to sit there and draw while paying attention to the movie and Mr. H is completely okay with it lol)

currently reading: I am speed-running the entire The Trials of Apollo series I started the Dark Prophecy (Book 2) last Friday and here I am on the Tower of Nero (Book 5) 4 days later lol. still gotta read Book 1 tho otherwise MY STREAK ISN'T COMPLETE!

currently consuming: had tacos for supper

Three ships: SkyJadLorian (also DinLuke & SkyJade are thrown into here as mono ships), Apollo X Hyacinthus (I'm on a Greek Mythology burn rn and THESE TWO MAKE ME FEEL THINGS), and...........brain failing............idk. i'll just throw a list out there: Percabeth, Hinny, Jarogen- WAIT I GOT IT.

so i don't actually "ship" them as an "endgame" ship, but as a ship for the feeling you catch my drift? In the Trials of Apollo, it's reveled that Apollo previously had a relationship with Emperor Commodus, a previous (terrible!) Roman Emperor and he's back from the dead/never stayed dead (even though Apollo killed him but don't worry the not-death makes sense in the story but anyway) and. oh boy. so much BAGGAGE and ANGST and FEELINGS in there! there are SO FEW fanfics focusing on them and I WANT MORE because I like seeing these kind of complicated relationships come back round and bite people in the butt.

especially if it's Apollo, my newest blorbo <3 it's always fun seeing your favs suffer.

I don’t know what the problem with me is but I can totally ship Luke with other people other than Din. Han, Lando, Boba, Wedge, Biggs, even Mara, you name it. However, I literally CANNOT HANDLE Din with other characters. Even if I like them! I don’t hate Cobb, Omera, or Boba, they are fantastic, but I’m like DIN YOU BASTARD YOU ARE CHEATING ON LUKE. Like I can’t even look at cute Dincobb art, because I just feel so DISLOYAL.

Exception is made for some polycules. BobaDinLuke gets a hearty pass, but ONLY if BOTH Boba and Din are completely gone for Luke. I NEED MY BOY TO BE HAPPY AND CARED FOR BY VICIOUS MANDALORIANS.
