Mamma Mia! - Sophie Sheridan x Fem!Reader
Fem x Fem Materlist (in the process of creation)
Pairing; Sophie x BestFriend!Fem!Reader
Warning(s); none
Summary; It's girls' night. Sophie and her best friends are going out to celebrate her engagement to her boyfriend, Sky Rymand, but during the whole night Sophie's thoughts are occupied by something else...
Lovers or Twin Flames?
Everyone knows about the terms lovers and twin flames.
A lover is basically someone who you're in a romantic relationship with and who loves and cares deeply for you. Now you see twin flames are just like that, someone who's connected to you in a way that they are like your literal twin or the other half of you.
We all have lovers and twin flames but the problem is simply trying to identify who's who.
In most cases we misinterpret our twin flames as our lovers and vice versa.
For example, my neighbour, Sarah, has a husband who's her lover. His name is Jeffery and her best friend is Bridgette who is her twin flame. But what Sarah doesn't know is that Bridgette is actually meant to be her lover and Jeffery is more of her twin flame. Not trying to say that I'm a love expect, cause I'm not, but if you pay close attention to Sarah's interactions between Bridgette and Jeffery you'd clearly see that Bridgette is the one for her.
To give a better example without sounding like a nosy neighbour- my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend who is now my fiancé, Sky, is the perfect guy for me.
He loves to explore the town with me, he'd give me advice whenever I'm going through a tough time, he supports me no matter what and not to mention that our chemistry is unbreakable and certainly undeniable.
He's my Eugene Fitzherbert and his Rapunzel, it's the perfect match. Don't get me wrong, my mother is definitely not Mother Gothel, no! She's more of Rapunzel's biological mother- kind, loving, supporting and always willing to listen to her daughter's needs and wants. Although she might be the best mother a daughter could ask for, she's also a bit tough whenever I'd want to know something about my father, the man I never got to meet ever since I was born.
But enough about that, let's talk about my twin flame- Y/n Hallow. My best friend of many years, she's always been by my side whenever things weren't right and when they weren't horribly wrong, like that one time I asked my mother if my biological father could walk me down the aisle on my wedding day but instead us settling it like two adults we broke into a huge argument, yet Y/n was there to defend me, hold me in my room as the tears cast down my face. She sang to me a sweet melody to calm me down and even cuddled me that night while brushing on hair whispering to me sweet words that I will never forget.
"I'm here for you,"
"Don't worry, everything will be alright,"
"And if they're not then it's okay, life has it's ups and downs, and it's okay to be upset if things don't go according to plan,"
"But don't make it a habit to let one bad thing make you upset for the rest of your living days,"
"Life has other amazing opportunities for you,"
"And remember what I told you in the fifth grade when that kid, Marcus, bullied you? I told you that 'I will always be there to kick ass when things go wrong, cause I love you and I always will,".
I have to admit, Y/n has always been the one to make me happy when not happy. She'd never judge me too- which is why I'd always go to her first before anyone else. Sometimes I'd have imageries in my head of her being my lover instead of my twin flame and the more I think about it- the more I doubt Sky and I's relationship.
"Do you think this dress makes me look fat?". Ali says to me as she rotates in her tight, short and sparkly dress. "Yes and maybe." A gasp brings me out of my thoughts and I turn my head to see Ali looking at me with a flabbergasted expression. "Really?! Should I look for something else? But the stores already closed by now! Do you think I'll be able to lose weight in less than 30 minutes?!" "What?" "SOPHIE!" "What? What did I do?" Ali drops onto my bed, whining. A confused Lisa walks into the room looking between Ali and I and I just shrug my shoulders not understanding what happened. Lisa rolls her eyes before walking up to Ali and telling her that they're about to leave and she has to get ready. After a few sniffles, Ali gets up and leaves to go to the bathroom not before she gave a dirty look and I just shrug my face still being lost.
"Why haven't you gotten dressed yet?" Lisa says to me and I look down to see that I'm still dressed in my pyjamas. "Whoops, my bad, I didn't realise." "Well hurry up the party starts in less than 25 minutes." "Cool, oh is Y/n here yet?" "No, why? Do you need something from her? I can see if I can get it for you if you'd like." "No! no- I mean no thanks it's fine, just wanted to know whether or not she has arrived yet." "Alright then, see at the party," Lisa waves to me before leaving and I wave back with a false smile and once the door closes my 'smile' drops.
It's been ten minutes and now there's only fifteen minutes left till the party starts. Brushing my teeth, I wash my face afterwards and dry it with my face cloth. The sound of my bedroom door opening catches my attention. "Hey Sop, just wanted to se if you were done showering and I got your dress for you!". "Thanks mom, your a life saver! Could you help me put it on?" "Sure thing, sweetie, I'll be right back." "Alright mom!". Opening my bathroom door, I spot my dress onto of my bed. After applying some lotion and deodorant, I start doing my makeup till the sound of a knock on my door catches me off guard and a line appears on the side on my cheek. "Damnit, who is it?" I try rubbing off the red with my hand but it only gets worse. "Y/n! Could I come in, by any chance?".
Shit.
"Um, sure." The door opens behind me and closes afterwards. My eyes meet that of Y/n's and my eyes sooner begin to flatter on her body, she looked marvellous. Her hair was neatly done and so was her makeup, although her face looked as if she barely had anything on her face due to the natural look she'd done. She was wearing a beautiful blue pants suit with a matching blazer and from the looks of it- she wasn't wearing anything underneath the blazer.
My eyes go back to her eyes and her face expression gone blank. "Yeah, I know my cheeks all red, my hand jumped when you knocked and I messed up my makeup." "Huh?" "My cheek is red, isn't that why you're all frozen by my door." "That's not the reason but I'll try and help with your makeup fiasco." A my eyebrows quirk in confusion but I shrug off the feeling anyway as Y/n makes her way towards me, pulling up a chair next to me.
"My bad, I didn't mean to frighten you." She says, getting a wipe from her pocket and she gently places her fingers underneath my chin making me face her direction as she wipes the red from my cheek. "It's alright, why did you freeze while you stood by the door?" Her face turns red and I couldn't tell whether it was just her makeup or she was flustered. "Well, doesn't everybody freeze whenever they unexpected walk in on someone bathing or changing to be exact. "What do you mean?" Her eyes flatter onto my body and I follow her gaze to see that I was completely naked. Now it was my turn as well to be flustered as the warmth of cheeks catches Y/n's attention. "How much lipstick spread onto your cheeks, don't mind it, it's just blush."
My heart was throbbing in ways I couldn't explain, Y/n's close proximity to me and I fully unclothed body plus her bare chest which was barely even covering her breasts were driving insane. "Sophie, are you alright? Your body temperature feels like it's increasing." "What? Yeah I'm totally fine." "Are you sure? Don't forget that this is your party and you can cancel it if you'd like." The adrenaline in my veins were a clear sign that I'm not okay. I don't whether this feeling is pure lust or what but without a single thought about my next move, my lips move forward closing the gap between our lips and the feeling felt so natural once she reciprocated.

One of my closest friends introduced me Mamma Mia cause it was their favourite musical (followed by hamilton) and I don't know whether it's because I love Amanda Seyfried or what but I just felt some stuff for her character so the moment my hands got onto my laptop and my mind I was filled different ideas, there was no going back.

***Spoiler Warning***
I can’t say that I was following the hype train for Elseworlds. I was kind of at that point with some of these shows where I was way more interested in what was going to be set up than what was actually going to happen during the crossover episodes. Like comics, bigger doesn’t always mean better. This was actually one of those times where I was happy to be wrong. Would I have loved to see the Legends make an appearance here? Of course, but it also made sense that they wouldn’t want to stuff too many heroes into a story that would benefit from more focus.
The first act The Flash “Elseworlds, Part 1” is leaps ahead of what the other two crossovers had to offer in the first night. My only hope was for a better start than last year’s crossover, and that was exactly what we got. Last year it was pretty weak the way they began with Supergirl. And not because they started with Supergirl, but because there was no actual crossover content till the last few minutes. This time around so much ground was covered, so much given clarity to, and so much fun experienced from heroes seeing the other side of the grass. I don’t think I could have asked for anything more than what we got here, for the most part. Barry and Oliver fully embraced the madness of their new realities. They of course had their moments to freak out about the changes, but they took every advantage to show what it is like to step in the shoes of the other. What then brought them to Kara was a reason you couldn’t argue with. What brought them to both Kara and Clark at the same time was even better. Little time was wasted in emphasizing that this story is taking place exactly where each show’s current storylines are progressing.
The second act was thrilling for everything dealing with our tour of Gotham in the Arrowverse. It was shocking how they decided to play up the myth of Batman and stirring the question of if there ever was a Batman. You want to believe it, but no one is truly straightforward about the answer to that question. The setting was on point from the city view to the halls of Arkham Asylum. What made this introduction so great was the reaction from Oliver, Barry, and Kara. They all had their own opinion of Batman, where Gotham fits in this world, and the existence of Batwoman. Kate Kane was exactly how you pictured her from the books. She’s cold, she commands attention when she steps into the room, very confident in her actions. I definitely was left with a quick impression that she worked that role better than Oliver could. How they explained her connection to Batman and Bruce Wayne was clever. She still has her distance from the two, but this obviously isn’t going to be like the books where she one night decides she wants to dress like a bat but ignore everything about the bat.

Our first confrontation with Deegan in Arkham was absolutely brilliant. If it wasn’t the action they delivered after the prisoners were set free, it was every prisoner in Arkham who had a familiar name. You either recognized their name right away, or you had to look a bit deeper if you weren’t too up to date with the villain’s real names.
The third act put a lot of work into the endgame when Dr. John Deegan was challenged to think bigger. The reality he put together was very well executed for someone who finally realized where he went wrong the first time. It’s not as if we haven’t seen our characters flipped from being heroes to villains before, but it was fun for the way that Barry and Oliver interacted with them. Barry and Oliver waking up in a new reality where they are criminals known as the Trigger Twins was one heck of a way to throw them out of their element. It was short-lived with pacing taking priority, but worthwhile for another role that Barry was able to play outside of being the good guy. Being that this third episode was Supergirl’s part, there was much more of her and others from her story seen in this last stretch. I enjoyed the way that their tone fit into this crossover considering their theme centers around family and hope more than any of the others. Whether it was how Kara took control of her situation, or the way that Clark and Lois rose to the occasion, they stole the spotlight the only way that heroes can when they let their compass point them in the right direction. I mean, lets talk about Lois and company who joined that fight. I didn’t see it coming and I loved every second of the last people you would expect to make a difference do their thing.
For somewhat villains, Dr. John Deegan and The Monitor did stand out in their own way. I say somewhat because Deegan isn’t seen all too much as himself, and The Monitor’s actions weren’t exactly as they seemed on the surface. He was doing wrong, but clearly with good intentions in mind. His actions were the kind that lean towards Gods who think that manipulation serves as a better line of communication than being direct. Cliche yes, but the way they went about it was clever. Now Deegan I would say is for the most part forgettable. Not for what troubles he created, but for the fact that you are left with an image of Superman burned into your head rather than him. Aside from his moments rewriting reality as himself, that was as far as his actions went carrying his own face. Because of that, I found myself more so applauding Tyler Hoechlin for his role as Superman. He proved to have a lot of range. That sinister laugh, the monologuing, everything else in-between stood out when the Supes in black took matters into his own hands.

As I told someone earlier this week, the best thing about Elseworlds was the tone. You read from some people that this could be too cheesy or cliche, but what is comics if not those things? It’s not about the act of being cheesy or cliche, it’s about why. Sometimes that is what we actually need from these shows. Other shows may be better in some areas, but they also can suffer from being bleak. This three-night crossover put more effort into trying to find a balance between being light-hearted and serious. I walked away from that last episode believing in the existence of hope in superhero stories. The admiration for the way that they aimed to define what it means to be a hero. What you do as the hero, as your normal self, even what you can accomplish without your powers/gear says more than anything else could. I cherished every moment where they smiled, laughed, opened up about the things that only other heroes could relate to. This was one of the first times that I was able to cheer on Oliver for the growth he accepted when faced with other options in carrying himself as the Green Arrow.
What also deserves some recognition is the effects used for this event. Obviously there are some things they simply can’t perfect, but other things looked great. It was very cool for the level of detail that went into certain characters and how it didn’t pop out too much as things inhuman. The Superman fight was a bit fluffy in the sky, but it could have looked so much more different if they decided that it all needed to be generated images. Aside from that, they spared no expense in lighting and special effects from everyone else who had a hand in making this event out of the ordinary.
Elseworlds might be the best crossover they have done so far. I would dare to say that this is the best. It benefited from not involving too many heroes and focusing purely on those who are at the core of these shows. They also proved that you can take being a hero very seriously, but it means nothing if you can’t have a little fun along the way. Call that cheesy, but it may just mean you need to broaden your definition of superheroes in comic worlds.

Clear skies, without a cloud in the night sky greet Bella and I this morning as we leave the house.. a mild 16c at 4:00am so I can’t complain and with a projected temperature of 24c later today it certainly looks like a great day… My Wife Sandra is off to Colombia this Sunday for a month to see her family there, I’m in charge of Bella, and the Kids (20 & 17) .. but that’s Sunday, this is Friday, one more day of the working week to get through and then the week end is here….
LOTTO WINNER TO BUILD WIFE DREAM HOUSE IN EAST LOTHIAN…. A retired man from East Lothian can now turn his dream of building a house for his wife, who has arthritis, into reality after winning more than £5m in the Lotto. Tommy Parker, 68, and his wife Linda, 67, shared a £25m prize in the Lotto must-be-won draw on Wednesday by matching five numbers and bonus ball. Mrs. Parker finds getting around unaided difficult. So her husband wants to have a house built without stairs. Mr Parker has, however, continued to paint his kitchen despite the win. He said: "I know now that I am a millionaire I can get someone to do this for me, but I've started the job so I'll finish it too. "I need to occupy my time with something while I think"
DRIVERS FACED LONG DELAYS ON EDINBURGH CITY BYPASS…. Drivers experienced long delays on the Edinburgh City Bypass during the Tuesday morning rush hour due to two breakdowns on the westbound carriageway. A broken down cement lorry between the Straiton and Lothianburn junctions caused congestion back to Gilmerton. Traffic was also affected by another breakdown on the slip road at Straiton. The bypass has now been cleared and traffic is flowing again.
LIFETIME BAN FOR ILLEGAL PUPPY TRADER CHRISTOPHER GORMAN….. A man who caused the unnecessary suffering of dogs in his care has been given a lifetime ban on keeping animals and a £2,600 fine. Christopher Gorman, 54, was found guilty of allowing the death of a puppy in his care and repeatedly striking dogs with a large piece of wood. The offences happened in June 2016, at his home in Plains, North Lanarkshire. The unlicensed pet shop owner's conviction follows a Scottish SPCA investigation. Gorman was found guilty of three charges under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act at a hearing in September. Airdrie Sheriff Court heard that on 3 June 2016, a witness heard a large pack of dogs barking aggressively in the rear garden of his home. The witness filmed Gorman repeatedly striking the dogs on the body with a piece of wood and then contacted the Scottish SPCA, which was granted permission to carry out a search of the premises. A large number of dogs were found in the garden with no form of segregation. The conditions were described as filthy, with large quantities of faecal matter over a significant area of the rear garden. Christopher Gorman had already been banned from keeping animals for 10 years after being found guilty of 10 animal abuse offences earlier in the year During the search, two mastiff puppies were found lying beneath a radiator in a room next to the kitchen. One of the puppies was dead and the other had to be put down. A post-mortem examination concluded that one of them had died from canine parvovirus.
LONG SERVING RNLI THURSO COXSWAIN TO RETIRE…. Thurso lifeboat's coxswain Bill Munro will retire on Thursday after almost 48 years serving with the RNLI station. Known in the RNLI by his nickname Wing, the 64-year-old has received multiple awards over the years for his role in many rescues. He and his volunteer crew were recognised for their bravery in the rescue of a scallop boat, Aztec, in extreme weather in September 1997. They continued the rescue even after one of the lifeboat's engines failed. In July 2011, Mr Munro was involved in the rescue of 12 tourists - six military personnel and their wives - from the rocks on the island of Stroma in the Pentland Firth. In a letter to the RNLI afterwards, one of those rescued wrote that he could not "praise highly enough the bravery, professionalism and manner in which your team went about extracting us from the rocks. "It probably wasn't the most difficult rescue Wing's crew has carried out, but to us every man was a hero of enormous proportions and we will be eternally indebted."
MORAY BREWER WOOHA TARGETS US MARKET AFTER FUNDING BOOST…. Moray-based brewer WooHa is set to increase its exports to the USA, after securing £700,000 of funding. The company, which specialises in "100% natural, vegan-friendly beers", plans a five-fold increase in production following the purchase of a new site in Kinloss. It is also hiring another four employees, bringing the staff headcount to 10. The company's growth plans have been supported by HSBC. WooHa, which started exporting to the US in January, is aiming to increase its brewing capacity to 2.5 million litres per year in 2019. Founder and owner Heather McDonald said: "We have seen an increased demand from the American market for our Scottish beer - so much so that we forecast that next year, 80% of our business will be from exports, with the US the main market." Susan Rowand, HSBC head of business banking in Scotland, added: "We're seeing an increase in demand for Scottish food and drink products abroad and the USA, in particular, offers a huge opportunity."
On that note I will say that I hope you have enjoyed the news from Scotland today,
Our look at Scotland today is of the brave Thurso Coxswain Bill “Wing” Munro.. he deserves all the credit we can give him…
A Sincere Thank You for your company and Thank You for your likes and comments I love them and always try to reply, so please keep them coming, it's always good fun, As is my custom, I will go and get myself another mug of "Colombian" Coffee and wish you a safe Friday 27th October 2017 from my home on the southern coast of Spain, where the blue waters of the Alboran Sea washes the coast of Africa and Europe and the smell of the night blooming Jasmine and Honeysuckle fills the air…and a crazy old guy and his dog Bella go out for a walk at 4:00 am…on the streets of Estepona…
