and in 2019 i wrapped on a show a week before halloween spent the entire week making riva a helen of troy costume including daily runs to the garment district to buy more metallic thread (devil's substance it's so hard to work with) and trim and then she made me go home rather than to the halloween party bc i hadnt slept in two weeks
