I’m tired of the wretched bird website so that means my WIPs are going to be stuck here for now. So, because I kept threatening to write it and finally started it, proof that I am working on the Planes Trains and Automobiles Fengqing AU...

Feng Xin is running late. 

It’s not entirely his fault this time; Jun Wu had called right as he was about to head out of the office, and had proceeded to go into excruciating detail about the contract going through. Feng Xin had been forced to listen, because he couldn’t just hang up on Jun Wu (no matter how much he would like to—especially if it could follow some choice words about going to fuck himself on something sharp and rusty), and then he’d forgotten his overnight bag underneath his cubicle on his way out and had to dash back inside to retrieve it. 

And that would have been okay, but Shi Qingxuan had caught him in the elevator and given the most enthusiastic holiday well-wishes he’s ever received outside of his immediate family, so escaping back to the street was much more difficult than it should have been. 

Normally, he wouldn’t mind. But he has special plans for this holiday season, and it requires making it back to Xianle early this year so he has enough time to meet everyone he needs to meet. 

Outside, it has started to snow; the flurries aren’t thick enough to be disruptive, but Feng Xin blinks snowflakes out of his eyes as he scans the street for a taxi. It’s busy today, with many people leaving work early to head home for New Year’s; the business sector of the city will be abandoned in a few days’ time, the red lanterns hanging over empty streets. 

But today, it’s still crowded enough that Feng Xin has to push his way through a crowd on the sidewalk in order to get close enough to the street that he can stick out his arm and hail the next cab. Even so, it takes a few tries before one of them finally peels to the side and pulls up in front—

As Feng Xin shoulders the overnight bag and prepares to grab the back door handle, someone pushes past him, ramming into his side before descending on the taxi cab door. He catches a glimpse of silky dark hair and a black coat, and a face that would be pretty with its flushed cheeks if it wasn’t so obviously mean-spirited in its expression. 

“The fuck—?!” Feng Xin splutters as he regains his balance. Pretty or not, who shoves strangers on the street when they’re trying to get in a cab? And why is he standing so close to the taxi, anyway? 

“Watch where you’re fucking standing,” the stranger has the audacity to call out as grabs the door handle and climbs right the fuck inside to utter directions to the cab driver. 

No fucking way. That—that was his cab. 

“You fucker,” Feng Xin yells after him, the heat of his indignation bravely battling against the cold of the winter air. “I hope you get fucked! You fucking douchebag!” 

The door closes, and the taxi weaves back into the stream of traffic. Feng Xin spares an extra curse for the driver for permitting that blatant display of cunt-like behavior, then runs a gloved hand through his hair in frustration.

Natsume week, day 6: Travel

Pokemon AU, specifically a Hisui one, cause I've had this in my wips for ages and the story of legends arceus definitely fits the 'travel' prompt. I've had the idea for a pokemon AU for ages but could never figure out a good pokemon to represent madara, until I played legends arceus and saw Hisuian Zoroark, and immediately I knew I had to make a Hisui AU. The more historical setting and the 'wilder' pokemon fits the vibe of natsuyuu better too tbh

I also posted a timelapse of this to my patreon if ppl are interested!

Story wise, Natsume would probably be the grandson of the first person to fall through the rift several decades ago, and has drifted from town to town after his parents died due to people's scepticism of Reiko and their families' stronger connection to pokemon. Eventually he ends up in yatsuhara tho and gets taken in by the Fujiwaras, and ends up joining the survey corps with Taki and Tanuma to learn more about pokemon. Taki's grandfather started the survey corps, but passed away recently so now Taki is carrying in his footsteps. Tanuma wants to learn more about pokemon but doesn't have a lot of experience with them, the only one he's been able to tame is a single magikarp.

Natori and Matoba would be the Diamond and Pearl clans obviously but I haven't figured out what pokemon they'd have so I didn't draw them lol

Oh boy!

Hello, hello! You can call me Actias or Moth, whichever's easier to remember, and you probably know me from one of my pokemon irl blogs!

I made this account as a way to talk OOC without cluttering my own blogs, as well as posting WIPS, commentary, all sorts of things really! Because let's face it, my main blog is very, very cluttered (and I don't plan on changing this.)

@battle-subway-ghost - My first pokemon irl blog, starring Paris, an Ace trainer from Unova who has since moved to Galar. He has an upbeat personality at a glance, but he's hiding a sea of traumas and mental problems underneath. Will engage in high-stakes stuff from time to time.

@frosty-sneasel - Lumi, or Paris' childhood friend. She's an artist, as well as an ice-type specialist who has since retired due to health issues. She's generally happy and friendly, mainly due to not talking about her problems online. Will generally be low-stakes, but discussions of medical problems and past accidents will come up.

@dodriotrio - A Galarian Wild Area Ranger, and his eccentric and mysterious roommate! There seems to be something up with both of them, subtle or not, but besides that, they're pretty chill!

Activity: Low Activity (mods have finished refurbishing things, soon to change?) Current Arc: None!

@dark-type-appreciator - A 15 year old warrior skitties fan and artist and his purrloin, Goldie! I can't say much else, since this blog just started unfortunately!

@tgirljessilina - Someone who's been on rotumblr for 10 years now! She likes contests and Kalos Showcases, but mostly posts about her life these days. Not much else can be said, this blog is brand new.

Finally got around to writing a pinned post for my blog//

Hi there, nickname's Skitty! I mainly post about Kirby or Kirby fan characters, although a lot of memes and other fandoms find their way here too. Somehow became a blog semi-dedicated to making Sword and Blade content. Occasionally I post my original characters as well, but not as often. All of my artwork is archived on DeviantArt, but I'm generally more active here with doodles n such. If you see me around, please don't be afraid to say hi! I've been in the Kirby fandom for 10+ years now and have seen many a things.

I'm still learning as an artist and am currently studying game design, as I'd love to make my own someday (especially horror!)

-I love gothic/symphonic rock and metal with a passion, but I listen to Vocaloid too. Evanescence, Nightwish, and Kasane Teto my beloved. <3

OK HI i have 2 options… first is inteleon and/or any of the sobble line… sobble is my favorite pokémon and unlike a lot of people i do genuinely like inteleon even though he’s a twink with yaoi hands or whatever BUT i think it’d be fun to see how you’d change him… [:

second option 2 me. one i’m kinda rlly disappointed in. is delcatty. i really don’t like a lot of evolutions of cute lil pokemon because they don’t make them Better they just make them Less Cute but !!!! delcatty. i love skitty so much i’ve been playing since ruby but delcatty isn’t a good evo to me, even looking past it’s bad BST, just because. mostly i hate how the ears are connected it freaks me out but they just. delcatty isn’t as cute as skitty and it doesn’t make up for it even by being cool looking or anything. and it changed the pin-cushion tail into its neck pillow or whatever and made it’s tail really boring and yea 😢

Working on these as we speak!!! I think inteleons design is super unique and definitely works with his super spy thing he has going on. As a line the sobble line has grown on me but I know a lot of people think hes too skinny/humanoid/etc. but that's a common complaint for... any bipedal starter in my experience. I'm working on him right now but don't have any crazy ideas other than bulking him up a little (although I am biased. i like that he has spaghetti limbs so we'll see) and in general tying him a little closer visually to his prevos. I've also thought delcatty's ears were a weird jump, especially with no middle evo? I def think delcatty has a strong silhouette and is super recognizable so probably not changing anything drastically since he IS already evolved from the most perfect cat ever!!!! It always bothered me a little that his eyes were open even though he has a little neck pillow and his dex entries talk about how he sleeps anywhere/everywhere. will post delcatty right after this! Inteleon is a wip so... might be a little longer till I post him but PLAN on seeing him TODAY!!!!

oh yes! they're not my favorite characters without headcanons and self projection after all :,D

for steven, i've made a few posts dedicated to just steven hcs! can't remember what that tag was (just "headcanons" maybe?) but all you need to know is that my absolute favorite ride or die steven headcanon is that he's half galarian on his mother's side. don't know where the thought came from either, i just thought british steven was cute or something. i've got way more on those dedicated posts (i think like... 55-ish hcs?) so i won't ramble here much longer unless i want this post to become Ungodly long (it probably will)

i briefly mentioned this in my silly wip pile post, but the one thing i will yell into the quite frankly empty void of juan's tag is that GNC JUAN OR BUST! i know people use that term for a bunch of different stuff so i like to use gnc for him in terms of breaking gender roles and not really anything to do with the character himself if that makes sense? like. he's a contest star or something, i think he would like to look pretty no matter how 🥺 put the cute little man in a cute little dress! (bonus points for wallace "YAS BITCH SLAY" moments lol. also not sure where to put this but i think he/they juan would also be kinda cute heehee). if he's from the pokemon version of greece, he's super into cats as well and probably has like 5 skitty he picked up from the side of the road and it's wallace who needs to physically restrain him from the 6th because "you don't need it yoU HAVE ENOUGH CATS" and THEN on that note i'm a chad and believe that juan adopted wallace as his son because this is such a sweet headcanon GUYS GET ON THIS

clair and lance i think come as a package deal because it's either 1) i like to think that at some point before lance became champion HE was the one taking care of clair (for some reason. parents busy? idk) which makes their relationship lean closer to siblings or 2) fuck canon, they are straight up siblings. i have accidentally called them siblings to some friends so at this point i'm going all in on my mistakes and i also..... kinda hate how their relationship is presented in canon so fuck that it's (canon) morbin' time. but a bit for each character individually: you have seen this in most my lance posts, he has heterochromia because it's badass and is also pokemon's gay icon and is kissing my oc. clair would just roll her eyes and go "oh geez really" whenever this happens. she's basically the kid who thinks everything love-related is gross and sappy. also you know how most teenagers need to get approval of their partner from their parents? lance needs to go through his bratty little relative. anyway, lance. he's a mess in super social situations (at the end of hgss he says being around TWO people is too noisy for him or something at the hall of fame?), a hopeless coffee addict, and he's a closet contest fan and has had crushes on like Way too many cute male coordinators (legal adult male coordinators ofc). and for clair herself.... i wanna think she's really good at swimming because hanging out with the dratini and dragonair at the dragon's den is her favorite way to calm down and chill out, and she has also fallen to the same fate of buying identical capes at the goldenrod department store

with falkner, pokemon masters has made me realize the brilliance of narcoleptic falkner because he talks about being tired and falling asleep a few times in his pokemon center dialogue! also on that note, he says he wants to go to galar just to take the corviknight taxis, so maybe he's a fan of travelling around? he'd love going to different regions and observing bird pokemon he's never seen before! he is also pathetically short i wanna punt him into orbit lovingly
