I am obsessed with soulmate characters. There is no (light) without (dark) there is no (sun) without (rain) there is no (day) without (night) there is no (joy) without (anger) there is no (red) without (green) there is no (love) without (hate) there is no (defense) without (offense) there is no (tide) without (moon) and these characters can be love interests, best friends, enemies, rivals, I DON'T CARE, but they understand each other like no one else does and where one goes the other follows

And this isn't about just grumpy x sunshine this is about one existing without the other. Characters where if you take one away a part of them gets taken with the other, characters whose lives are significantly altered by the absence of the other, characters who literally already do find each other in different universes.

srsly tho as a disabled person he is Disabled As Fuck to me. 1hp havin ass. he has chronic pain and fatigue and some days cannot walk and prefers to just take pain meds and sleep all day because it’s easier than functioning like that. and he has different mobility aids depending on support requirements for the day because his pain varies. sans being generally depressed as well which makes getting out of bed twice as hard

papyrus helping sans with functions he otherwise can’t do on his own otherwise…. the brothers ever….. they’re each others mutual caretakers…. and are both autistic also

I saw a fair few fics where Papyrus introduced Mettaton to Sans and Sans did the whole "Overprotective father who considers his daughter property and therefore doesn't allow her any agency" act, when there's a much funnier alternative to have Sans be a protective jackass without any of the implications about Papyrus being unable to make his own choices...

Like, Sans canonically works for Mettaton guys. He does stand up comedy at his resort. And we know Mettaton isn't a great boss and the working conditions under him are not fantastic, have you guys seen Burgerpants?

He absolutely would give Mettaton shit if Papyrus brought him home! Like, can't believe that, of all people his cool little brother could have dated it was the capitalist. Smh.

Buddy would also definitely leverage that against his boss. I'm imagining things like: "If you don't give me a raise I'm gonna show up to the wedding dressed in my pajamas" "Papyrus would hate that too" "Papyrus is happy any time I get out of bed in the morning, try again buckaroo"

I love how fucking dumb the skeleton brothers act. Like these guys are so stoopid. When they look at each other after the rock bit and they start spinning they are SO FUNNY I love them so much. They're brothers and they have stupid bits that they do.

SO i storyboarded this comic and drew the first page back in 2015, and then totally and completely forgot about it 😂 i remember around that time i was struggling to accept that chronic illness was my life and couldn't be ignored.

it was really cathartic to come back to finish this, both with improved skills, and improved mental health. i feel like God allowed me to forget about it, just so that He could gift it back to me now, as a reminder of our growth together.

AAAAAAAHHH I'm absolutely obsessed with how you draw the ut characters!! 😍😍 I especially liked that drawing you did of papyrus and sans a while ago.

thank you!! they’re all very fun to draw but Sans and Papyrus are my favorite characters, so I’m happy to hear so! 😊❤️ (tho it might be cause I just have a soft spot for siblings in fiction: these two, Sonic and Tails, Dipper and Mabel and the tmnt obviously 🥹 I really love them all)
