Skeletal Family Burning Oil 1984 Track Of Choice: The Wind Blows Quintessential 80s Goth Rock. By one of those bands that I feel gets overlooked far too often. Another of those Goth Rock bands from the heartland of West Yorkshire they formed in 82 and put this gem out a couple of years later. Recording the album in 4 days for less than £700 quid. An Indy chart topper from its release this album is a perfect example of the atmospheric yet spiky post punk shapes that Goth Rock was forming in the early 80s.
