If Bellamy tended to resemble his father, there was this will in him to do better, still - despite his conservatory thoughs about modern monarchy, it is true that Bellamy's wish was to add a touch of modernity to the way he would run the family business as well as establishing himself as a family leader. Seraphina on the other end, was the exact same as her mother : this desire to appear as a pretty face the country would put on a pedestal, the quintessential korean woman. It isn't such a surprise that like all, she had her secrets, yet, unlike many around her, it was impossible to tell what she was truly made of - a blur that Seraphina loved to use at her advantage when times are appropriate. Y'ever just make doughnuts

Today has been a good day. I went out with my sister to go shopping for outfits for my friend’s wedding next month. First we stopped at Nordstrom Rack and tried on lots of dresses. I found one I liked that looked good on me and fit well, and it wasn’t as expensive as I was expecting!

After that we went to Quaker Bridge Mall. We started at Macy’s Backstage, where I got these shoes to go with the dress.

The silver looks a little dark in the picture I took. It’s brighter and sparklier in person.

There weren’t any fancy enough dresses in Backstage, so next we checked out the regular part of Macy’s. We tried on some more dresses with no luck. Next was Torrid, nothing there fancy enough. Then we went to JC Penney and tried on a bunch more dresses. My sister ended up getting a gorgeous silver glittery dress. This photo doesn’t do it justice.

After we had pizza in the food court we went to Victoria’s Secret because I had a bunch of coupons. Plus, I wanted to buy something on my VS credit card to keep it open since I haven’t used it since early last year. I ended up splurging and getting a new perfume, the new Bombshell Escape. It has a beautiful, light tropical scent.

On the way out of the mall we stopped at Torrid again to pick up some Spanx. So now we are all set for next month!

The day still has many hours in it and I am POOPED! It was a really nice day, though. :)

Aphrodite decided to visit Diana at the museum; she wanted to get lunch and hang out with the new 'baby' sister of the family. She was just walking around the exhibit for Greek mythology when she paused in front of a painting of her as Diana walked up. "Do mortals get everything wrong? My boobs are not that big, let me guess a perverted old geezer painted this."

"I told you, I'll be fine. You should worry about yourself." She's trying to dry off the best she can, wringing a startling volume of water from her hair.

The Mistwood was always a little, well, misty, but she didn't remember it being so wet. Isn't it just their luck, that they would be caught in the rain?

She turns around to find Eda offering a mug of something. "I... Thank you, Edalyn."

There is no protest, not even inspecting the drink before she takes a sip. Sure enough, it does make her feel warmer.

"But, wow. You weren't kidding, were you?" Lilith looks around at the so-called 'Spirowl House' with undisguised awe. She didn't want to get her hopes up too high, knowing that a crucial part of the home—Hooty—would be missing, but apart from that sad absence... "It really is an exact replica. Of course, you'll have to find new clutter to fill it with..."
