Today’s prompt is Knight, but instead of giving yall a sketch, I’m gonna give you my head canon of why Sir Galahad isn’t in the main story.

He’s dead.

Why? Well, its confirmed within SATBK that the Holy Grail Quest has already happened, since Sir Percival is also referred to as the Knight of the Grail, and that her quest for it is a “legend in its own right.”

Galahad was also a member of the Holy Grail quest, the most prominent one besides Percival. And at the end of the quest, only he was capable of witnessing the Grail’s mysteries before he died. Sound familiar? Blaze was the only one worthy to seal Iblis due to her power over fire, and that version of her died in order to save the world. And when you battle Percival in game, she’s in a volcanic region, alone.

I think a similar situation happened. A force of evil got hold of the Holy Grail, and in an effort to stop them, Galahad made the ultimate sacrifice.
