As care homes and sheltered housing are increasingly needed to remove stress from an underfunded NHS the budgets of councils are cut and they are closing them down, selling them off to rackmanist corporate interests... who offer the tenants either eviction or a 50% rent increase + administative charges... at the same time as the government is cutting the assistance needed for those people who need that kind of support.

For those that aren't that familiar with uk politics, basically this is the two big English parties working to silence SNP voice & allow genocide in Palestine to proceed without UK actually having to call for a ceasefire.
