One such ground breaking innovation is the Single Sitting Root Canal, offered at FMS Dental Hospital. This procedure has revolutionized the way root canal treatments are performed, providing numerous benefits to patients.
The Process of Single Sitting Root Canal at FMS Dental Hospital Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Comprehensive Diagnosis:
Before initiating the root canal procedure, the skilled team of dentists at FMS Dental Hospital conducts a thorough examination of the patient's oral health. This includes digital X-rays and other diagnostic tools to assess the extent of the infection and any other underlying dental issues.
Patient Comfort and Sedation:
FMS Dental Hospital prioritizes patient comfort, and sedation options are available for those who may experience anxiety during dental procedures. This ensures a relaxed and pain-free experience for the patient throughout the root canal treatment.

Cleaning and Disinfection:
The infected pulp inside the tooth is carefully removed, and the root canals are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. The use of advanced irrigation solutions helps eliminate bacteria and debris, promoting a higher success rate for the root canal treatment.
Sealing and Restoration:
Once the cleaning process is completed, the root canals are sealed with a biocompatible material to prevent any future infections. FMS Dental Hospital emphasizes the importance of restoring the tooth to its natural function and appearance. Depending on the extent of damage, a crown may be recommended to protect the treated tooth.
Benefits of Single Sitting Root Canal at FMS Dental Hospital:

in another life :: higuruma hiromi
summary: the day before keita's trial, you and higuruma meet by chance in a small cafe.
cw: angst, canon compliant.
wc: 1k
notes etc.: I had the big sad and decided to turn it into everyone else's problem too. sorry, have my angst though.
In another life, I would've loved doing laundry and taxes with you
Higuruma wasn’t one to stare, but the moment you looked back at him sitting by the counter and smiled, he realized his gaze must have lingered on you longer than he anticipated. He quickly averted his eyes elsewhere, fumbling around with Keita's case files on the table before taking the cup of coffee and giving it a big gulp. He felt somewhat silly to be gazing at a random woman in a random cafe one day before Keita’s second trial, but oh well, here he was.
You happened to be at Morioka for the past week, still working as an underground healer using your RCT, glad enough that Jujutsu High hadn't caught up with you. This was your last day in Morioka before leaving for Hokkaido, for yet another job, and your mind wandered around until you noticed this man looking at you.
You saw him when he came inside the cafe, carrying a big briefcase, some folders with what seemed to be piles of papers inside, and the most tired, exhausted face you had ever seen on anyone. He had a black suit on, wore a black tie and had a tiny pin on his lapel. The man, however, didn’t seem to notice you eyeing him as he put down his order for a single cup of black coffee before taking himself and his papers to a table in the farthest corner of the place.
Maybe it was the fact that you'd be leaving the city in a few hours, or that you instantly found him to be charming in an understated way, but you grabbed your own latte and walked towards the man, not failing to notice there was an empty seat in front of him.
”Hey,” you called, pulling his eyes towards you, “is this seat taken?”
Higuruma was surprised, confused, and wondered if maybe you wanted to take the chair to use on another table.
”No, it’s not.”
”Great. Can I sit with you?”
Now he felt even more confused.
”Why?”
You chuckled a little, and cocked your head to the side.
”Because I saw you staring at me, and would like to tell you I was staring at you too when you walked in. That should be a nice conversation starter.”
Oh, caught red handed, he thought to himself. That’s what you get from getting distracted instead of working.
”I...” he began, wanting to say he was about to start working, that he was busy and couldn’t possibly entertain any type of company, but out of his mouth simply came “yes, you can.”
Satisfied, you pulled the chair and sat with him, not placing your beverage on the table to avoid the risk of an accident involving your coffee and his seemingly very important papers.
”So, change of scenery? Came to work at a cafe for the day?” you asked, leaning back.
He seemed out of his element - something he probably was. Higuruma couldn’t recall the last time he went on a date sandwiched in between his gruesome working hours. Having an attractive woman sitting with him and asking him questions was definitely not on the list of things that might happen when he stepped foot out of his apartment that morning.
”Yes, I was feeling trapped inside the office,” Higuruma mindlessly replied, putting his papers down for a moment, “I’m concerned about this trial tomorrow and wanted to read these files again.”
Then, it clicked. The suit, the pin - that now, up close, was clearly a sunflower - and the put upon face.
”Oh, you’re a lawyer?”
He nodded. “You?”
”I’m a nurse,” was the trained answer you already had for when people asked you that. “What about this case is making you nervous?”
You had no idea why you were asking this man so many questions, but he seemed unendingly interesting to you. Something about him just drew you in.
He scratched the bridge of his hooked nose for a second, apparently pondering on his next words.
”I’m afraid my client, who was relieved to be acquitted the first time around, might end up getting crushed by the cogs of the criminal justice system.”
”Oh, so you’re a criminal lawyer?”
”Yes.”
”Wow. That’s...”
Crazy in a country with such a high conviction rate. Delusional. Dangerous.
”Admirable.”
He was taken aback, and his eyes widened a little as you both locked gaze.
”I mean, Japan has a very high conviction rate, right? I read it somewhere,” you noted, taking a sip from your latte.
”Yes. 99%, in fact.”
”99%?!” you exclaimed.
He nodded and kept silent, realizing how ludicrous that was. The fact that only 1% of criminally pursued cases ended up in acquittals. After so many years, one can get accustomed to any and every type of absurdity, it seems.
“Why do you do it?” you asked him.
”Because I have a terrible habit of not being able to ignore unfair situations. If I see someone being a victim of injustice, I just have to do something about it.”
“And how has that been working out for you?”
Higuruma thought about it for a moment, yet no words came to him. He could feel himself slipping away, but denied the very notion that working with what made him feel fulfilled was the same thing that was silently chipping away at his soul, one wrongful conviction at a time.
Realizing you might’ve hit a nerve, you thought it’d be better to change the approach, asking, “is your client innocent? The one who’ll be retried tomorrow?”
Higuruma acquiesced. “Yes, yes he is.”
You sighed, and with one big gulp, finished your coffee.
”Life isn’t fair anywhere, but I’m glad there are people like you trying to tip the scales back in place,” you told him, sparing him a warm smile.
He was slightly embarrassed, not knowing how to respond to the compliment.
”And you said you were a nurse, right? Why?”
You sighed and shrugged, “I wish I had the same ‘this is what I’ve always wanted’ drive, but it’s just where life pushed me towards.”
“And why did you wish you had the same drive?”
“Because... I guess, it’s because I only became a nurse after losing everything and everyone I wanted to keep in my life. There was nothing else for me to do.”
This seemed like an oddly intimate conversation to be having with a random stranger, but it felt comforting in a way. His attentive eyes, probably from years of hearing clients crying and pleading, never seemed to look past you. They stated, silently, I’m listening. I see you.
“I don’t think that’s true,” he noted, being someone able to pry out the truth out of people even when they didn’t realize they were lying - to someone else or to themselves.
”What do you mean?”
”You’re what? In your mid twenties? Early thirties?”
You were confused. “Hm... Yes?” Is this some kind of pick up line?
”You probably had some years to acclimate yourself to that profession. You answered me quickly when I asked, which suggests that you’re accustomed to telling people you’re a nurse for a while now. What I mean to say is that you look at peace with that choice, and I’d guess you haven't tried changing careers or anything of the sort.”
The man really read you like an open book, and you were speechless, widening your eyes a little.
”I’ll take that as a confirmation to what I’ve just said,” he stated, noting your silence.
You scoffed and chuckled a little, realizing that you were now the one figuratively getting surprised with a random person butting themselves in your table.
“I... I think I do enjoy healing people, even though it takes a toll on me, sometimes.”
Higuruma didn’t notice how his coffee had gone cold by this point, his papers now forgotten as you both talked for a good while.
”What did you mean when you said you lost everything before becoming a nurse?”
Your mouth fell agape, but no words came out. In a second, trying to look elsewhere to mask your uncomfortable feeling, you took a quick look at your watch, realizing that you had been chatting for a very long time. You had to run or you’d miss your train.
“Oh, that’s a conversation for another day, lawyer man, I have a train to catch.”
”Another day, huh?” he inquired, and you smiled, aware that he understood what that meant.
You definitely wanted to see him again.
You pulled up a paper note, writing your name and number on it. Swiftly, you offered him the paper, and he took it from your hands, reading it.
”Now you have my name and my number. What should I call you?”
”Higuruma Hiromi.”
“It was nice to meet you, Higuruma Hiromi, criminal defense lawyer.”
He was surprised to realize how much he liked hearing his name in your voice. He hadn’t had what felt like genuine conversation for a very long time, and could say he was even pleased you had butt in his work to probe him around with questions.
He felt heard and seen, too.
“I unfortunately really have to go now, I’m leaving for Hokkaido for a few days,” you stated, blushing slightly before proceeding, “but you should give me a call.”
He nodded your way, and for the first time during this entire interaction, actually spared you a smile.
”Okay.”
***
It had been probably hours that Higuruma laid inside this full bathtub reminiscing on the last days of normalcy before his fallout. He suddenly remembered the day prior to Keita’s conviction, and how he met you at that cafe.
It all felt like a faint dream of events that happened years ago, and not something that had taken place only a few weeks prior.
Maybe I should’ve called her. I wonder if she’s safe.
He got the gist of the Culling Games from kogane, especially the fact that the Games didn’t stretch so far as to Hokkaido. Pulling him from apathy, he felt the mildest hint of concern and hope, expecting you’d be actually safe, given you were leaving for Hokkaido that afternoon.
At Hokkaido, you followed the news about the Culling Games, glad you had been out of the ground zero when shit went down. You wondered if the people you met in the past - friends and acquaintances, mostly - were alright, and for a second, the image of that lawyer came into your mind.
You wondered if he was safe too.
Unfortunately, only one of you two would be proven right.

Falling into oblivion isn't something Gojo Satoru is privy to. But watching Nanami Kento do it for him is close enough.
—
Or, it's Christmas day and Gojo Satoru is in a liquor store.
read on ao3 or below the cut
It's Christmas day and Gojo Satoru is in a liquor store.
He's wearing the thickest pair of sunglasses he can find, unable to bring himself to wrap the usual white bandage around his skull because no matter how many rounds of RCT he's pumped through his body, he just can't seem to get rid of the throbbing headache between his temples.
The bell chimes and the clerk barely glances up. Gojo takes that as an opportunity to pluck three bottles of whatever’s expensive, something dark with an ostentatiously thick glass and a staggering percentage. When the clerk silently rings him up, he leaves twice the amount of yen he's supposed to and leaves the store without another look. Merry Christmas.
Before the warp even finishes Gojo's hand is already raised into a fist, knocking on the solid wood of the condominium door. Despite the late hour, he hears shuffling on the other side of the door, muffled but heavily so. A testament to how well-financed this place really is.
Nanami’s blank expression comes into view, still dressed in his usual blue button up and light slacks. The knuckles gripping the door knob are crusted with blood, no doubt from his share of the efforts put in Kyoto. But his glasses are off—the closest that Nanami gets to relaxation mode. His mouth is pressed in a tight line, deep lines just under his cheekbones making him look eternally serious. Even in high school, those lines were there, as if he was destined to be a downer from the very start.
“Ho ho ho,” Gojo raises the bottles, letting his lips form into a wide, easy smile. All teeth. “I come bearing gifts, Nanami Kento-san!”
The grin plastered on his face doesn’t even feel strained as he watches Nanami’s gaze flicker all over him, assessing, and for a moment he wonders if this is how people feel about his Six Eyes.
There’s a long pause. He lets his annoying grin soften. “Come on,” he says softly, almost slumping against the doorway.
With a sigh, Nanami turns back into the apartment, leaving the door cracked open, and Gojo doesn't hesitate to slide himself through the threshold, bottles clinking against each other.
Gojo toes off his shoes daintily before letting it flop messily on the entryway anyway. "Excuse the intrusion," he says politely.
Following Nanami in, he sets the bottles down the dining table, pretending to take in his surroundings. This isn't the first time that he's been here, but it's the first time that he's been here with Nanami's permission. Years when Nanami was gone, entering the tasteless world of corporate work--Gojo had to check on him somehow. Even if it did come in the form of breaking and entering. Though Gojo would never do something as amateur as breaking anything.
There's a few changes here and there. When Gojo last visited, everything had a thin layer of dust, neglected and untouched. Take-out boxes in the trash, the vague tracings imprinted into the carpet from the entryway to the bedroom like a patch of grass trampled overtime from consistent wear. Now, there's a few plants that sit across the windowsill, some books that sit on the coffee table along with a messy, opened first-aid kit. Paperwork sits neatly on top of the sofa and Gojo has no doubt that they're alphabetically-ordered.
Nanami's voice rings out, finally. "You know where the glasses are, I presume?"
Gojo’s eyes flicker towards him, the corner of his lips tilted upward. He doesn't bother gracing Nanami with an answer as he goes to the kitchen, opening the second cabinet next to the fridge where he knows the cups are stored, tidy and clean. Pauses. Grabs the bottle opener from the next drawer and grabs a single glass before settling into the dining table.
With a rough, calloused hand, Nanami reaches forward and tugs the cork out with his teeth, easy and practiced, face impassive as the liquor pours out smooth, and not for the first time does Gojo wonder about the center of the venn diagram between jujutsu sorcerers and salarymen, and how it all merges beautifully into alcoholism.
Nanami looks up, eyes slated and vaguely inquisitive. "You don't drink," he states.
"But you," Gojo reaches forward and tips the bottom of the bottle higher with finger, the glass nearly overflowing. "Do."
It's a testament to the day they've had that Nanami doesn't question him. He watches with a deep satisfaction as Nanami pulls a deep drink, expression smooth and unflinching while straight liquor goes down his throat. Gojo can only imagine what it must feel like. Vision fuzzing at the edges, movements sluggish, the bluntness of everything that's sharp. It’s a craving that someone of his caliber isn't allowed to indulge in.
Falling into oblivion isn't something Gojo Satoru is privy to. But watching Nanami Kento do it for him is close enough.
"Good?" he asks, and he can't keep the wistfulness from his voice.
He gets a disinterested hum in return. Nanami grabs the bottle, tops off the glass to the brim and drinks once more.
There was a time when Gojo thought they'd be young forever. At the age of 16, there was nothing left to conquer. The bite at the cherry doesn't just stop at the mouthful for him; it drips down his forearms, his fingertips red and sticky with the sweetness of his own power. The idea that power will continue to grow was a given. By 27, he feels that same power turn to rot inside of him. The hierarchy of power, the metallic tang of it on his tongue, all surmounting to this. His other half, long gone years ago but gone gone as of a few hours ago. It was Gojo who did that.
Is this what power is? Is power all that he is? How many times does he need to learn the same lesson, from the same person? He's not sure how he'll react if he peels his own skin back and sees nothing but cursed energy thrumming inside him instead of flesh and bone.
He reaches over and wipes a streak of condensation from Nanami's drink, rubbing it with his forefinger and his thumb. "What did it feel like to leave?"
Nanami peers at him over the glass. To his credit, his complexion is fair, none of the telltale signs of tipsiness anywhere on his sharp features. "Are you mocking me?"
For some reason, that makes him laugh. "Not this time, no."
A beat passes. "It was a relief."
"Was it, now?" Letting his eyes slide close, Gojo lets a small sigh escape his lips. It was a foreign feeling, jealousy. He wasn't sure he knew how to process it. Ever the masochist, he says, "Tell me more."
Nanami loosens his tie. "Gojo-san," he says, voice mild. "You can leave, you know."
"Now you're the one mocking me."
"I don’t mock," he replies, taking a sip. "I'm being honest. You can leave."
Gojo leans back against his chair, the creak sounding out in the quiet room. He pushes the thick sunglasses up so it's settled into his hairline, his inhuman blue eyes in full view for Nanami to see.
Nanami's gaze never wavers. “You can leave,” he repeats. “You just have to come back.”
“Like a vacation?” he scoffs.
“Like rest.”
He lets out a hum, just a touch condescending. “I wasn’t aware that we get sabbatical,” he drawls. “And you think you can all handle it? If I leave for a bit?”
“Can you?”
A long pause stretches between them. Nanami sighs. Rubs his eyes. “Are you okay?”
His voice is even. “I’m fine.”
Nanami sighs again, this time with a bit of a temper. He forgoes the glass and drinks straight from the bottle. “Geto-senpai—“
“How come he gets to be Geto-senpai?" he cuts in, leaning his chair back precariously, balancing on wobbly two legs. He stares up at the ceiling, unseeing. "Where did my senpai privileges go? I'm still older than you. When did I stop being your senpai?"
"You and I aren't in school anymore," Nanami reminds him patiently. "He stays as Geto-senpai because I never got to know him outside of our school days."
Gojo steadies himself, leaning forward until the chair's footing is stable. He jerks his head forward and the shades slide down his eyes once more. "Neither did I."
There's a silence and he stubbornly keeps his gaze plastered on the cream-white of the ceiling. Despite that, he can feel the weight of Nanami's stare, the questions and curiosity there like it's a physical thing, a squeeze of intense pressure through his eyes alone until Gojo's crushed into dust. Peine forte et dure--execution via death of increasingly heavier stones.
He knows what question is floating between them. Instead, Nanami repeats: "You can leave."
"It seems even Nanami Kento can be cruel when he wants to be."
From the corner of his eye, he sees Nanami shake his head, almost quick, and he wonders if the liquor is finally kicking in. "I'm telling you what nobody else will tell you."
"There's a reason people don't tell me that," he says flatly. "Because it's a fucking lie. I can't leave. You know that."
"And, like I said," Nanami replies, almost annoyed. "You can come back."
"I disagree." His voice comes out sharper than he wants it to. "Sometimes, things just don't come back. Funny how that works out."
There's a beat, but it feels different. Gojo finally tilts his head downwards and can’t quite understand the expression that flickers across Nanami’s features. "Other times, things have a funny way of coming back, wouldn't you agree?"
In this dim lighting, he takes in Nanami’s appearance. Really takes him in. Sees the same lines from a younger, boyish version of him like a persistent shadow, the same way an artist can't help but see the first draft instead of the final version. Realizes that the version he had of Nanami in his head hasn't existed in years. For a moment, Gojo wonders if this will be another thing to grieve over. He finds a fondness instead.
A tightness in Gojo's chest loosens by the smallest fraction. He laughs a little. "That liquor must be good."
"It's not bad." Nanami glances at the empty bottles, unimpressed. "A bit on the cheaper side."
"Spoken like a true salaryman," he coos. "My beloved kouhai, the capitalist."
"It's not a bad thing to have taste. Most adults developed past convenience store candy." Nanami gets on his feet without a hint of imbalance, grabbing both bottles and the glass with one hand before going to the kitchen. "Ah, that reminds me."
Gojo hums, stretching his arms over his head, relaxed as Nanami opens the dishwasher. He's relieved of all tidying duties—he’s the guest, after all.
"Fushiguro Megumi," Nanami continues. "He's fifteen now?"
"As of three days ago," he confirms, pleased. He'll never pass up an opportunity to talk about Megumi. "Thinking of a birthday gift? Lucky for you, he's the cash and gift card type, so it's not very difficult.”
Nanami ignores him. "Then you're really not going anywhere." Peeking his head around the corner, Nanami is wiping his hands on a dish rag, and even from here he can see how the white cloth pinkens from the blood being wiped off. "Since he's enrolling in Jujutsu High next year."
Gojo smiles, slow and wide. He props his chin on his palm. “And what does little Megumi have to do with this?”
"He has everything to do with this. They all do." Nanami rolls up his sleeves as he uses the same rag to start wiping down the dining table, and Gojo doesn't bother hiding his mild interest in the grace of his movements. He supposes in a different world, Nanami Kento could be the poster boy for domesticity and dull lifestyles. "You'd never leave them to the whims of the higher ups. Or worse—" he scratches a stubborn spot on the table with his nail. "Themselves."
He lets his lazy smile turn into a full grin. "You could have a knack for this teaching thing too, you know."
The look he receives in return is so stoic that Gojo would hardly believe he downed two bottles on his own just earlier in the evening. "I don’t believe that I have anything worth sharing with the next generation."
Gojo tilts his head slightly, before shrugging. There’s only so much deep conversation either of them can have in one go, and today of all days isn’t the time to push it. “Suit yourself."
When the table is sparkling, bottles neatly put away in the recycling bin, Gojo takes stands on his feet, voice bright. "I'll take my leave. Thanks for hosting! Let's do this again sometime?"
"I'd rather not normalize vicarious drinking."
"Alwaus such a downer," he yawns, walking to the threshold and toeing on his shoes. "And I thought you and I were close, Nanami-san."
There's a brief moment where Gojo ties his laces and he feels Nanami is only a few feet behind him.
"Is that all you wanted to talk about?" Nanami asks, tone almost bored, but Gojo knows what he wants to ask. Always does. Even with his shades on and turned around, his Eyes can pick up what most people can’t. The underlying question that Nanami wants to ask, diluted behind a misleading question, the same way a decadent sweet futilely hides behind a thin wrapper. And he knows Nanami knows this.
Despite this, it doesn’t change the fact that Gojo Satoru is a selfish man and he keeps his cards close to his chest.
"For now." He gets on his feet, walking through the front door without a glance back, throwing a lax wave behind him. "Merry Christmas, Nanami."
The door shuts close before he gets an answer. He takes the elevator—a quick ride despite the high floor—and steps out the building. The world is coated in a thin layer of snow. After a long moment, he steps past the awning and begins to walk.
And when the snow lands on his nape, freezing and persistent, he lets it melt.

Root canal treatment (RCT) is a dental procedure designed to save a tooth that is severely infected or decayed. Traditionally, root canal treatments were performed over multiple visits. However, advancements in dental technology have introduced single sitting RCT, which allows the procedure to be completed in one visit. Despite its growing popularity, there are several myths surrounding single sitting root canal treatments. Here, we address these myths and present the facts to provide a clear understanding of this innovative procedure.

Helly hcs?
/Nf
𖦹 ☘️ ˓ ミ Helly !! headcanons 𝅄˚ ♡̸
• Of course! I'm taking it a little slow with the oneshots, but do feel free to request for hcs for charatcers and what not!
☆ . Being the youngest, the entire team treats him like a little brother. When he is unable to go out due to his many accidents, they try their best to make spare time for him!
☆ . Back onto the first headcanon, if the rct team is free; they LOVE to build pillow forts together! Sometimes, Helly even asks to play 'kingdom' with them. Helly likes to protray himself as various things, but its usually him with a paper crown and a blanket as a cape.
☆ . Loves making artcrafts! For each member he had made one for them, and they all treasure it dearly.
☆ . Helly doesn't like the dark. It reminds him of when he fell in that ravine in episode 2 season 3. Usually Roy sits with him (because of his horrible sleeping schedule, hes usually awake) and comforts him until he falls asleep. Jin had made a little helicopter shaped lamp to solve this problem!
☆ . Droney and him are like best friends. They go on little adventures together, even if it causes total chaos.
☆ . Speaking of Droney and Helly, they LOVE to prank the entire rescue team. Once, they had filled up Poli's locker with fake catterpillars. Let's just say the entire town have heard Poli's screams that day..
☆ . Pretty sure this is a little canon but; he sometimes feels a little useless to the team. He has this mindset as to where they found him annoying because due to him being a child, he cant keep up very well. But the team reasures him that they love him and it will always be that way.
☆ . (This is a bit Royber related, forgive me.) Loves to tease Roy over his crush on Amber. The amount of times he has called Roy a hopeless romantic is priceless!
☆ . Loves food like any typical kid does. Candy, cake. And what not! And hates food that any typical kid does. Vegetables, especially green peppers. Poli and him have a shared hate over vegetables. (Little do they know, roy sneaks in veggies in their meals sometimes.)
☆ . He sometimes helps Jin out whenever shes making one of her many insane inventions. Sometimes, she even lets him screw a few things here and there!
☆ . On my GL2 design, he has a little hairclip of colors that represent the team. He just views the entire team as his older siblings.
☆ . Developed spring allergies. Spring is certainly not of his favourite seasons. It would be actually summer! He loves to play around on the beach.
☆ . Whenever him and Jin bicker, his way of apologizing is drawing Jin a little something. Jin had made a board to hang onto the wall so she can put his drawings onto there.
☆ . There's not a single day where you dont see him without a bandaid. It's practically an accessory to his outfit now.
☆ . He lights up the team in every way. Sometimes, he even manages to get them into one of his many silly shenanigans. (Besides Droney, Roy and him love to prank the others too. ESPECIALLY Poli.)
☆ . Ipad kid
☆ . Once tried to make a propeller for Roy when the fire engine said he wishes he could fly like him too. Lets just say, it didnt end up very well..
. . .
Thank you for the ask! :)
