((For Jayden, it’s really about knowing her preferences or remembering the hobbies or interests she really enjoys. Someone could bring her a book on her favorite subject, or purchase a little trinket that reminded them of her, or even someone memorizing her favorite foods. It’s those types of little details that make Jayden feel she’s appreciated and loved by the person. 

Although I will say, she’s starting to grow fond of physical affection too. Slowly but surely. A good example would be if someone she trusted laid their head on her shoulder, or if they held her hand.))

[[Oh man that definitely varies by muse! Since this is headcanons though, and not things that have been threaded/RPed uuuh I suppose I’ll pick Verse? He ironically has had the least actually action packed or heroic threads, despite his origins. Verse himself wouldn’t consider any of his actions “daring” per se though, rather just courses that had to be taken, as he was built to do.

Fighting Nero, definitely, would fall under one of the toughest battles of the OVER-unit’s life if you were to ask him directly. Because Nero is built with similar capabilities (universe hopping + time travel), tracking him down for a confrontation was a challenge all its own, but the actual battle itself? Few things have ever put such strain on Verse’s hardware. Especially with how many threats he had to barrel through from different timelines to get there, in the first place.]]

I like how she’s developed from a one bit character into a fully fledged character. She was originally only made ooc wise to lighten the tone of the base but now she’s basically her own person with her own quirks. /

The thoughts rang through Sting Chameleon’s mind as he was positively curious of how his old Ranger unit had been doing since he unwillingly went Maverick. He hopes no one resents him for what he did, especially when it was revealed that he was doing it due to a hostage situation involving some of his men. But... part of him still didn’t want to get noticed.

So, a shimmer later, and Sting Chameleon was completely transparent, as he’d sneak into the 9th Battalion barracks, skulking around as he’d crawl up on the wall, and up onto the ceiling, staying upside-down on it as he’d look around, red scanner-eye zipping about and scanning any Reploid in the vicinity, trying to recognize at least one of them...

“….what.” He meant it as a question, but Issimo couldn’t quite manage to put anything more than dull surprise in his voice. “But Zero’s-….he. He can’t-….” The young Reploid fell silent, unable to bring himself to articulate the truth.

He’d heard his share of ghost stories, sure, but he didn’t actually believe them. People - especially Reploids - couldn’t just ‘come back’ like that.

“…um. What was that about screaming?” Issimo tried to change the subject.

“I honestly have no idea. I’m pretty sure it was one of your siblings reacting to ...something.” Reploid narrowed her eyes. His behavior, the dull surprise- something was up. The scream, Rock running down the hall, it all coincided with her receiving the strange message. “Issimo ...have you received anything ...weird ...such as, I don’t know, a series of seemingly-random letters and numbers that just so happen to be a coding formula and can be converted into regular text?”

She hardly cared that she was being oddly specific; she just wanted another reaction and response to analyze and either confirm or disprove her hunch.

I rode up there with one camera man to report live on the scene. It was exhilarating, and really nice being up so high. I’d love to get that chance again some day.”

“Crap!” Haelth shouted as the bullets fly past her head. She rushes down the slope and duck to the side of the building where Issimo was hiding.

“Are the bombs are ready?” She asked Issimo who nodded in responded.

“Yep. Let’s blow these bastard back to hell!” Issimo said, before pushing the trigger.

BOOM!

The Mavericks scream in panic as the throwing in the air. Silent fills the city after the explored happened beside the flames. Both Issimo and Haelth sigh in relief as the threat was gone.

“Well, that’s done and over with.” Issimo comment before turning to Haelth, “Are you alright?” He asked her.

“I’m fine. Just tried.” Haelth replied, sitting against the wall, “I send out our location to HQ. They send a rescue to us soon. So we can rest for a bit.” She told him. Issimo sits down next to her. They talk for a while until Haelth and Issimo couldn’t stay awake.

When the rescue team arrived they found them curling up together. It was so cute that one of them snap a photo and somehow Scott got hold of it and use to blackmail Haelth ever since.

PROMPTS I’D LIKE TO RECEIVE, PART 1.

Vi has trouble connecting with people in general to be honest with you, even other reploids. However the barrier between himself and most humans (from his world and similar timelines at least) is even greater.

Part of his trouble relating to and understanding most people is the sheer amount of time he spends with his job. He was built to be a Maverick Hunter, and spends the majority of his time around other Maverick Hunters. Essentially, his whole life is the purpose he was created for, despite having free will. It's very hard for a reploid like him to just, get a new job. A new purpose. He lacks a lot of the skills needed for most other careers and lifestyles because of the path he was put on when he was little more than a blueprint.

This means that, to a certain degree he doesn't have a lot in common with most people. There's very few shared experiences or hobbies for example. Most of us can relate to people we hardly know just because we've often dealt with similar things to them (same types of jobs, similar environments growing up, and so on), he doesn't have that.

This works in reverse though, as most people don't really know how to interact with him. More often than not with newcomers, conversation pretty immediately shifts to his armor and the huge cannon mounted on his shoulder. Vile likes weapons sure, but it means he tends to end up just, talking to everyone about work. Forever. Because he's a Maverick Hunter and the average person doesn't see him as more than that. The same way he doesn't get to be more.
