im planning my whole day around sincaraz tomorrow. might even take a different transit route so i dont have to take the subway and lose data service even if it adds 20+ mins to my commute. but i have to weigh the pros and cons on if i should be skipping class where we are likely to go over some possibly important exam information

Okay feel free to leave this in the depths of your ask box haha but I had to get it out. I don't think Sincaraz have a compelling dynamic at all? IDK the whole "Fedal 2.0" thing just feels manufactured a bit by ATP marketing. I simply feel there is a lack of matching each other's freak therefore I am obviously going to dump some rarepair discourse in your inbox sorry
Jannik seems like someone who's only really comfortable with the few people he's really close to & so in Fic Land I think that translates most compellingly to a friends to lovers thing with Matteo or Jack. Alternatively I think Janholger enemies to lovers is so fun. Angst/sexual tension of your rightful "destiny" on tour being "stolen" etc etc. Great hate sex potential.
I know Carlos pining over Jannik is a popular take but to be honest I think Carlos acts around Jannik the same way he acts around every man he meets (cuddly golden retriever) & people only notice it with Jannik because they're direct rivals. I honestly think the most fun Carlos ships are the more unexplored ones. Carlos & Grigor could be good (how are there no fics for them yet?). Or Ben? They vibe on the same silly level
dying, poor anon, based on the back-to-back asks you've been holding this in for a while, huh. re: your first ask, this is a safe space in the sense that i'm not going to respond with "but ACTUALLY it's REAL." at the same time you did just come to a known yapper with a prompt that is implicitly about metanarratives in sports fandoms.
because, i mean, that's the thing. this is a sports fandom. full of sports fans. the narratives on the court aren't just a vehicle for the personalities off the court—they're why we're here. and love it or hate it sincaraz is one of THE narratives. partly because, yeah, tennisworld is desperate for the next fedal.¹ but also partly because they play insane and unbelievable tennis against each other. we are always talking about miami and indian wells because no matter how many times you watch those points they never get more normal.
like, the "carlos pining" take—you're coming at it from the perspective of how they interact backstage, so to speak. others are coming at it from the perspective of carlos talking up jannik as his biggest rival for two straight years, when he was the youngest no. 1 in history and jannik was Just Some Guy. "because they're direct rivals" IS the answer. (i know it wasn't actually a question.)
this is obviously not everyone's reason for shipping it or the only reason they ship it.² (and beloved mutuals please do NOT start an indirect back-and-forth through my inbox of "but actually carlos DOES treat jannik differently here's 39841038490 specific pieces of evidence" because i have a real job to do today.) just, it's not incidental to the appeal. it is the appeal.
just cut a gazillion words about early fedal and the future of tennis. ok your real message here is that the things you find most compelling have been underaddressed by fandom. this is fair. as someone who enjoys several ships that have nothing to do with rivalry or metanarratives and everything to do with They Just Really Like Each Other, i get where you're coming from. honest. i think with jannik/matteo in particularly you're looking at a promising future, like, we're in a shipping boom right now! whether that will translate to fic is an open question. (i feel like the jannik/jack miniboom didn't result in that much fic but i also didn't go looking because i am not compelled by jack draper. sorry beloved mutuals.) i believe in the power of matteo's face to deliver but i think maybe promptfest could be an early bellwether—there were quite a few jannik/matteo prompts.
(i'll also take this opportunity to note that i doooo hope that promptfest will produce some rarepair fills and prompt amnesty is ongoing. once again please don't flood the form with 20 prompts but if you want to drop one or two for a ship you can't believe is missing from the table…)
size is a challenge here. if the current iteration of tennis fandom were bigger sincaraz would still be the main course but at least you'd have other things to eat as well. rarepair would mean "ugh there's only a dozen fics in the tag" instead of "ugh there are zero fics in the tag." however that is somewhat out of our hands.
so the real, actual solution is… be the change you wish to see. this is not a very satisfying answer. believe me. beLIEVE me. i understand. but after MONTHS OF LABOR³ i'm starting to see the fruits of my rareishpair efforts and i believe you can too. take your character insights and flesh them out a bit, string a couple anecdotes into a narrative (optional), add some illustrative visuals, boom. mayafritzes' janholger post totally sold me and i think a lot of other people! (would loooove to read jannik/holger/invisible presence of carlos alcaraz fic.) of the ships you mention i would particularly enjoy seeing you or someone else do this for ben/carlos. :D if you can seed the ground with a fic that also helps.
sorryyyyy i realize you're just venting and not asking for either deep analysis or action items. this is the risk of coming to my askbox though. 😔 best of luck finding food that is better suited to your palate, i hope you don't have to cook it ALL for yourself. :(
--
¹ this is a strategy that is destined to fail btw. which makes it especially appealing (meta)narratively. they built a statue of us / and they put it on a mountaintop…
² re: jannik: i am actually totally on the same page with you in that i think he VERY much wouldn't be comfortable around carlos. the difference is that i think that just makes the fic potential more interesting. SORRYYYYYYYY.
³ obviously this is exaggeration for comedic effect… to a point. people here were shipping it already and it's the fact that i did see a brief discussion in the ferru tag that finally pushed me get on tumblr instead of just pour all my thoughts directly into bff texts. but the discussion had yet to produce fic. so, rolls up sleeves. hasn't escaped me that fic #5 is yet to appear tho.

maybe not the sincaraz anons you asked for but.... what do you make of the sinner is a sore loser / only cares about carlos when hes winning accusations? i dont think its true and i love them but i genuinely dont understand why hes so hot and cold with carlos sometimes. just personaliyt? idk thoughts?
I don't know like I definitely don't think he's a bitter loser or anything. But I do think he has these moments of should I be so close to a rival sort of....I don't know it's very interesting to observe. I do think time will tell with regards to both of them (IRL)
BUT if we are to rpf it then it's jannik feeling things and repressing it Smiles

What is your 'very hear me out hc' that you mentioned on the Sinnettini post?!
hehe (rpf nsfw)
First and foremost forgive me but nah lets get with it
i thought of a poly between them with sincaraz as matteo's sugarbabies. But lets just go with this as I'm thinking abt it. They live together and if matteo isnt around, theyd 'play' around tgt, etc etc, dark bdsms, denials, limits testing, exploring e/o kinks, but i'd say sincaraz fingers e/o when matteo isnt home like a lot, one of them (i'll take carlos) probably is an exhibitionist for wanting to do a 'show' a lot, jannik would probably idk maybe masturbates a lot when matteo isnt around etc. But i imagine sincaraz would be cute w/ e/o but it gets 'hotter' when matteo is around. He he. If any of the writers see this, if you want to write it go ahead, i have too much of wips to write it 😭😭 or you anon! Get wild with it haskshjssh

The thing with Sincaraz is even tho Jannik has seemed cold to Carlos on occasion, I don’t think they disliked each other( unlike how some make it seem) with igaryna I do think Aryna was genuinely tripping balls with how Iga became a multi slam champion so quickly in comparison to her. Idk if it ever got to the point of disliking each other, but you could tell the relationship took a hit after Iga’s success. Which makes them so much more interesting to analyze.
ok i do have to pull away slightly from my own projections...i actually want to talk about this more objectively because it is really really interesting to me
tbh yeah i don't think jannik or carlos have ever disliked each other. jannik maybe has been more indifferent or distant at points but it was always very clear (to me at least) that they had a good relationship on and off the court, even if it seemed one-sided at points. i mean the whole thing started with jannik being the one to say "i hope we play some more," so that sort of dispels any uncertainty that they're both actively participating in this rivalry/relationship.
the complicated(?) thing with igaryna is i think in part that yes, iga experienced so much success (including being a multi-slam champion) early on, but also specifically that this happened when aryna was experiencing literally the worst year of her career.
i honestly don't think prior to 2022 that aryna even cared that much about iga. 2021 was a good year for her, and you could clearly track the progress she was making from season to season. she was 22, turning 23, #2 in the world at the end of the 2021, with ash barty at #1 and iga down at #9. she even said that at the beginning of 2022, her goal was to end the year as #1 and to win a grand slam. so sure, iga had success, iga had a grand slam, but i don't think aryna had any reason to actually be primarily focused on iga over anyone else on tour.
and then 2022 happened and iga świątek happened and yeah. i do think it kinda drove aryna a bit crazy to see someone younger be that much better when, at the same time, she was completely devolving. it wasn't just the fact that she was losing but the way she was losing, and the way that iga was winning. she went 1-4 that year against iga (only win was at the finals), including the devastating uso semi loss. and yeah, if someone beat me four times in a row while i'm also going through the yips and have completely lost the ability to execute my most important shot...i would also be pissed!
quick interlude for some direct quotes from break point (which covered the 2022 season):
"this year, iga, she won everything. it was so annoying."
"yeah iga is the target for me. this season, she beat me like four times. i was really pissed off...so i really need this revenge for myself. i have to be physically, mentally ready for her."
"i have to be stronger than her. i have to be better than her. and with iga, if you lose your mind, then there is like, really zero chance to win."
won the semi against iga in fort worth and then lost against garcia in the final. so after thinking at the beginning of the year that she might have a chance at a grand slam and YE#1, instead she ends 2022 without a single title and at #5. meanwhile iga is #1 and broke like a gazillion records and had a crazy match winning streak and won two grand slams and also beat aryna four times in a row. so yeah, i think aryna's, as you said, "tripping balls."
in 2023 i think she's was still riding this wave, even after winning AO. you can definitely it see in their match-ups at stuttgart and madrid. ultimately i think the thing that changed their relationship most was aryna reaching #1, because a) i think for her that was a really important achievement and helped to ease the "performance gap" between her and iga and b) iga said that she felt like others were "chasing" her for #1 and that losing actually kinda helped to take the pressure off. so i think both of them "mellowed out" a bit. and additionally that their next match-up was cancún where the weather took precedent over everything else lmfao.
fast-forward to now, and they're at the point where iga is still ahead in terms of achievement but, as aryna herself said, they're keeping it interesting with the match-ups, and aryna is catching up (particularly in terms of consistency). 3 grand slams to 5 is wayyy different from 1 grand slam to 4.
but i think aryna still sees iga as this target in her head for what she's chasing, which is why you hear her talk about iga in such a way, like she's surprised when iga doesn't win and that she's always putting pressure on herself to make the match-up interesting/to make sure they get the chance to play or make sure the matches they play are good. conversely iga is very matter-of-fact about the rivalry and her respect for aryna, and i think talks about them more as equals. "thank you, aryna, for sharing the court with me...thanks for forcing me to be a better player" in madrid and "i think we're both players that deserve to be in semifinals and finals...she's a great tennis player, what can i say?" in cincinnati.
i dont even know how to wrap this up. i think i know too much. sorry. but my point is i get you. i think sincaraz was founded on this general respect and admiration, which then developed into a rivalry, whereas igaryna was so one-sided/unbalanced in terms of rivalries from the start that there had to be some proverbial bloodshed before they could start liking each other.

(sorry im out of words rn lol but) still cannot stop thinking about the eros and psiche sincaraz au, idk if you have anything you want to say about it, maybe about the thinking/writing process? 💌
that one was so much fun to write, I honestly don't remember how I came up with the idea but it absolutely consumed my brain until I finished it. I was so obsessed with adapting a myth into tennis and all the little details that had to go into it. and every time I figured out a plot point or something (like each the first three tasks relating to one of the big 3) I got so excited and I just had to write it down. this legit might be my favorite fic I've ever written

feel free to completely ignore this ask but i’ve been reading through your tennis posts and. god!! thank you!! so many great takes. i love this sport and will probably die watching it but the atp is really so dire at the moment and the wta is… well, it’s a lot better (mainly bc it actually has a competitive top ten with fun personalities), but i still think the rivalries could be more compelling
but if we’re talking about narrative atrocities then the atp is clearly mostly at fault. i find it crazy how so many people on tennisblr love sincaraz? just. nothing there to grab onto. way worse than fedal. i don’t really enjoy their match up stylistically (peaked with uso 2022 but these days it feels like all there is to say is “wow these guys really can hit the ball hard”. the most compelling angle i can find on them plotwise is that brief period of time around the china swing where it seemed like sinner was finally leaning into the bromance with alcaraz but only as a pr tactic to distract from the doping thing. bc at least that’s kinda messy
and i also like meddy but that’s been. um. a bit excruciating lately. truthfully my real fav is dan evans so this is possibly my own fault for not picking someone who looked even vaguely like a slam contender to back
i do have to say i find alcaraz’s flopping kinda compelling though. there’s clearly a mental struggle/adhd lack of focus there that a lot of people attribute to him being 21 but idk if he’ll ever iron out. i think there’s a realistic world in which he keeps peaking for a couple of tournaments a year but otherwise falls off & is dramatically overtaken by sinner/maybe fonseca/some other people & is kind of a precursor to their era… on the other hand maybe he’ll pull it together and i’ll just sit here with dan evans
oh please, my average ask response time is about 4-6 months but for tennis hater asks that dives down to under 24 hours. (pretend like I actually answered this in 24 hours. I would have if it hadn't been NYE.) I too obviously do not get why sinner/alcaraz are so popular, I mean I didn't get why federer/nadal are so popular so this is just a continuation of a theme for me. it's all been downhill since sampras/agassi, I keep saying. I don't even WANT to be annoying about this, I try not to be that picky, it's just that I thought we were getting a chaos era post big 3 for at least like,, a couple years. this is my issue right, I'm not even saying sinner/alcaraz and federer/nadal are ontologically evil (maybe), I'm just saying that if you win THAT much, you'd better have some insane narrative juice to keep it interesting. and quite frankly, the number of athletes in the history of sports who could make me enjoy that level of domination is probably in like,, the low double digits at best. but these guys aren't even trying!! for shame
as for popularity, idk, I guess people will just like any blokes who are good at sport. I don't really know what goes on in tennis tumblr, I never sought out that community (though I think some of my posts kinda accidentally breached containment, which is!! fine!! you guys are welcome! but also don't take any of my mouthing off seriously pretty please) BUT my general sense is that it's a lot of love for two tennis rivalries that I personally find... well. eh! well. now look, I do have to admit that I prefer my sports rivalries with a bit more antagonism and bitterness and resentment, I love a good feud. but it's not a non-negotiable requirement! I think the most important thing for me is having... well, stakes. I kind of need to feel like some of these losses are making a part of the loser's soul die with it. like they want and need it so badly and it'll also hurt if they lose. the most infamous encounters aren't just great because they're great in sporting terms, but they're great because they meant something to the athletes involved. you don't get a do-over, it's not just one of many encounters, it's something a bit sadder and uglier and broken... that's where the narrative juice comes from, the stakes. if you don't care then why should I, right
and this is broadly my issue with sinner/alcaraz. like,, if they lose, they'll be fine, right. obviously they really want to win, but it's also recoverable. they don't get sick at the thought of losing to each other. it's not a low point for them, it's not something they struggle to put behind them, it's not something that eats away at them. idk, sue me, I want the angst! I also think the rivalry peaked at uso 2022 - and it's not just because the tennis was so excellent, it's because it genuinely felt like sinner might have lost an opportunity and wouldn't be able to make up for it and it looked like it hurt. (I mean, I knew he'd make up for it because I have always had faith sinner would eventually be a multiple slam winner, but y'know for the non-enlightened people.) that was actually the most compelling stretch of the rivalry for me! where sinner was still kinda frail (bodily weakness as a substitute for a personality but we move) and was an okay player who only peaked when he played alcaraz. so there it was kind of... alcaraz really invested in a rivalry with this guy who isn't quite good enough to keep up until he's playing alcaraz. fine, it's not 'symbols of unity in a divided nation until one accused the other of cheating and the other said they'd never been friends at all' levels of narrative juice, but you can work with that. whatever. except obviously even that has been ruined because sinner doesn't even have the graciousness to still suck. I'm sick of these people!! sick to my stomach
and yeah I mean the drug thing is what counts as narrative tension these days... I did enjoy how sinner/alcaraz stonks briefly plummeted with alcaraz's extremely lukewarm response to sinner's little clostebol situation. similar to my schadenfreude when federer didn't show up to nadal's retirement, it's the little things in life. I honestly sort of stopped paying attention to men's tennis after uso so I didn't really know about the *gestures* asian swing sinner/alcaraz situation, though I suppose that would be theoretically interesting. it's not even that I think cold-blooded guys like sinner are inherently boring, it's just him specifically that's boring because he never DOES anything. henin was cold-blooded!! she would do anything to win, including some pretty blatant cheating! we used to be a proper sport! and while I broadly agree that I think the wta isn't like,,, at its PEAK potential - beyond the protagonists just being way more interesting as people than the atp lot, I do also think there's a couple very key differences between something like the sinner/alcaraz rivalry and, say, the swiatek/sabalenka rivalry
first off, I've stress tested this and know for a fact that iga does become less palpable for me if she isn't fallible - we tried this out in 2022, I got bored of her, I didn't hate her like I would an atp player but it did feel pretty tedious to me. NOW I am extremely hooked and cannot WAIT to see what year she'll have. I'm rooting for her!! I know I've said this before but igatha and sublanko really do benefit from how much they're visibly fighting demons. angst is good, struggle is good, they both look desperate to beat each other. I don't support broadcasters showing backstage video of them after their defeats as a matter of principle, but we've had one us open where we've seen aryna demolish a racquet after a defeat followed by another us open where we've seen iga cry and... it's humanising. I care because they're fallible and quite frankly a lot of the time they seem like they're barely holding it together. introverted vs extroverted, both intense but in completely different ways, massive contrast in everything about them including how they express their emotions - but they both frequently look like they might die if they don't win the next point. if I were on either of their teams, I would be working very hard on their ability to regulate their emotions (and tbf sublanko has gotten better at this). objectively, you do want to be a sinner-type on the court. but I am not being employed by any professional tennis player (open to requests though) and As A Fan, on-court disasters is what I want
secondly. I saw this going around a few days ago --
Tumblr media
-- and my immediate response was 'aww'. which, idk, I obviously wouldn't have that reaction with sinner/alcaraz, or indeed any current men's rivalry. I did some self-examination to check whether this was just the misandry talking, but I think the crucial difference to me is that... well, they did dislike each other for a while! it wasn't a FEUD but it was definite tension. and now they've played a bunch and now they're getting warmer towards each other, and it feels more meaningful since there's actually an arc. and they're two interesting characters with an interesting relationship and I want to see where it'll go. it's not noughties wta but crucially the tennis is fun AND and and I don't go into every single tournament thinking one of two players will win it. now, if that were the case on the wta tour, then I probably would need iga and aryna to step up their narrative juice game. but as it currently stands, we're good
and on the alcaraz point.... I mean, maybe. ideologically, I am a big believer that people pay too much attention to slams. but idk, men's tennis kinda kills me on this because I've watched djokovic faff about at various tour-level events for years before locking in the second it gets to slams. if we're being honest in men's tennis it kinda is all about the slams because that's the tier that has been so completely and violently gatekept for so long. so I know that alcaraz fans do have to deal with some ups and downs but also like... I can't lie! at this point I would quite literally sacrifice at least a toe, possibly even two, for someone I like to have a bad year where they win two slams! my sympathy is limited! and then if anything it's even MORE annoying for me because I don't LIKE following the sport week in week out if I don't feel like I'm being emotionally rewarded for that commitment because none of that shit matters anyway. I think ideally you have a bunch of storylines on tour level that culminate in the slams. but in men's tennis, it feels like there's always only one show in town. you can fool yourself for a while that there isn't, but reality always inevitably comes calling
to actually engage with the substance of the alcaraz point and take my own emotion out of this, I do think it's true that alcaraz is 'underperforming' to some extent and a lot of it's psychological. my nuclear hot take about the jcf relationship is that I'm happy for everyone who thinks the dynamic has lovely vibes, but it's a lot of credit being given to someone who came in when the most important work had already essentially been done and still hasn't exactly fixed alcaraz's shot selection. alcaraz's floor is still too low, when he plays badly he plays really bad - and maybe it is partly a concentration thing, but I really don't think it's an unfixable problem. if it were completely a concentration/motivation thing, an ability to peak for big finals that falls away elsewhere, then maybe yes, but it's way more concrete and basic things where I feel like he rarely gets the balance quite right. a lot of the times it doesn't matter because he's so obscenely talented he really doesn't have to be playing the percentages, and I do agree on principle with the idea you don't want to overly regulate him to avoid taking his love for the game. but... you do need some patterns, you do need to make your plan a and plan b not so violently different, you need to come up with some ways of modulating your levels of offence that aren't 100% attacking absolutely everything or just using your athleticism to chase after balls. there's room in between! galaxies of space in between! and look, I'm old-fashioned, I also don't like how much ferrero coaches alcaraz because I don't think that's how tennis should work. but I'm not one of those people who thinks alcaraz is some hack fraud who would be 'exposed' without ferrero - I do however think it's a crutch and one that alcaraz should probably rethink for his own sake. because fundamentally, coaching can only do so much in the moment. talent and instinct are great, and maybe alcaraz just doesn't need more than that to make his choices for him. but if I were working on that team, I would be taking a long hard look at his decision making within points, and I wouldn't wait until he's in the middle of the point to do it
(but also I think he'll be fine because he's just that good lol, like if he's physically okay I really struggle to see all these other players overtaking him. maybe this is big three brain talking but idk just feels deeply unlikely)
as for the actual alcaraz/sinner match-up, I do think it's Fine but also we have to be honest with ourselves here and say that they've played one great match and played a lot of great... moments. that miami (?) 2023 point everyone remembers, it's great, but also the match it was in wasn't exactly a classic - and that's been one of the better ones. the roland garros match last year was actively terrible and nobody will convince me otherwise. it is vaguely interesting in that it's two very offence-inclined players who express that inclination in very different ways, and alcaraz is constantly dancing on the line of attempting to overhit against sinner. but also... idk, linear bashing isn't exactly my favourite style anyway in men's tennis and it's... you're not really allowed to say this as a tennis fan, but I don't really emotionally connect with alcaraz's tennis. my brain knows how brilliant it is, my heart doesn't feel it. I've tried, I really have. idk... maybe it's because he's just too talented, something in me almost feels like it devalues it, like it's making the impossible mundane. I just need more tension, even though he's been a loose cannon this past year I never really believe he's going to lose until he's lost. I get why his tennis makes everyone go crazy, but idk. I think I need to feel the possibility of failure to enjoy success. I can appreciate alcaraz's shots, I do very often, there's a backhand slice on the run passing shot he hit on some clay court a couple years ago I still regularly think about. but alas, my heart remains cold. what can you do
anyway. that's my first tennis hater post of the new year. people seem to keep coming back for more. extremely unenthused about men's ao (djokovic playing monfils later on in the year of our lord 2k25, they need to take this sport out back and shoot it), extremely hype for the girlies. I'm actually FINE with not being a MASSIVE fan of any of the top players, passionately rooting for scrubs and just enjoying the drama at the top as a mostly neutral bystander - which is ideally what you'd get from a dan evans stan-type gig, but unfortunately that doesn't really work if you actively despise most of the top players. I have no real opinions on fonseca as yet, I'm not really a huge wunderkind person in general unless they're so juiced up on the narrative they're on the verge of overdosing, but also where I'm at with sinner it might end up being some type of enemy of my enemy arrangement. or maybe I'll find him even more annoying!! lord knows I was rooting for sinner in that uso 2022 match. I had this moment in like 2017 where federer was making his comeback and I realised I'd had enough - and then eventually I got lured back in with the promise of the nextgen. the less said about how that's going the better. this situation isn't getting better I reckon... the time has come once again. it is what it is

saw the hostile antirpf anon and i have some thoughts (that nobody asked for lmao) i think some ppl genuinely don't realize that rpf fandom is just fans having fun. we don't claim to know these people and we're merely using them as our barbie dolls that's it! and while those antirpfies are being silly (or maybe they're just misunderstanding things idk) i think some ppl do take things too far. i mean genuinely thinking that they're secretly in love or saying that their gfs are fake or sth like that is also weirdo behavior. this is not directed at you in any way, i'm sorry! it's just that larry still gives me war flashbacks lmao. but i don't think we're at that point cause it's a much smaller community
Oh hi anon! My thoughts on this: I agree with the first part, ofc. I don't know these people, my rpf is just for fun. I do not truly believe these guys are dating or something.
On the second part: I really don't think that is a REAL problem with this fandom in particular, like you said. What made a big part of larries shippers really bad (mind you, I was never a directioner, this is second hand experience) was the fact that they harrassed (in fact, some still do) the families AND the two people involved in the ship. They directly bothered them with questions about their sexuality, on socmed, irl. At one point involving the son of one of the guys too.
Now, I don't think this is happening in the tennis rpf fandom on any social media. And while I saw some people on twitter say stuff like "Anna is a fake gf for PR, Jannik is gay", I doubt those people said that for the rpf side of things, more because they're homophobic pricks that consider it shameful to be gay and therefore use that to drag Jannik. Like, on twitter I only can think of one truly "larry-like" (but not completely larry-like) sincaraz account, and even this woman never bothered them directly, she just posts on her twitter to her few followers, mostly censoring names too. And honestly I do not care that much about what is written here on tumblr. It's tumblr. They're not reading our blogs (at least, I think so, Jannik if you're reading I send you a kiss). Just don't bother them on their socmed and irl about it, and don't make it a big enough thing that could make headlines of papers.
I hope you understand what I mean!

I was tagged by @mythicalpoolnoodle thank you!!!
Three ships: I have to say sincaraz/janlitos (lit for example my user is because of them😭). I’m going to say Ruru and finally I will say Carlando (they’re the best bromance in f1 in my opinion)
First ship: I shipped a lot of people when I was younger, but I think it was or yuzuvier (because I watched figure skating when I was 7 years old approx) or Leonetta (from the serie called Violetta)
Last song: now I’m listening to music and the last song that I was listening to was pop tech by almacor
Last film: idk right now, maybe it was a Spanish film that it was in the TV while I was having dinner
Currently reading: I’m reading a Fedal book called “Rafa & Roger: Un recuerdo por la rivalidad más importante de la historia del tenis” by two Spanish journalists whose names are Antonio Arenas and Rafael Plazas (I put the link if someone wants it). I’m reading this book because it’s a Christmas present basically (Santa knows me very well i see 👀). Also, I’m studying my university notes if you count it as reading 😅
Currently consuming: football (in Christmas principally the Premier League because it was the Boxing Day and Barcelona is not playing until January 2nd). BUT MOSTLY TENNIS. I do not know why but in this moment I need a lot this sport in my life (lit I’m staying up late watching the United cup and also waiting Rafa to play)
Currently craving: I’m craving bags of ham flavored potato chips because in where I’m living right now they don’t sell it, however, in my hometown yes :). In addition, as we are at Christmas and we’re in family, I’m craving for example the rice that my family does
I'll tag @faeryaester @belteppismo and @game-set-canet (no pressure to respond btw)

Note
fedal!!! :D
they fall into the same category as sincaraz unfortunately. like The Ship. practically perfect. but that means to me they are kind of boring. but this is also partially my own fault because i missed basically all of fedal in real time. i think i would have liked them a lot when they were in their young love phase (idk enough about the timeline........pre-2010 maybe??). so perfectly balanced to the point that you could argue they were placed on earth solely to play tennis against each other. could have (should have?) hated each other all things considered but hashtag love wins.
