Frers Pavilion

Hey guys! This is the Frey pavilion from the Rural Asociation.

It was a great example of french academy architecture.

The building (as many others in Buenos Aires) was flatten out and all decorations were removed.

As it is a versatile exposition hall, I left it generic, so you can use it as a wedding venue, a disco, a restaurant, or anything you like.

You will need CC from Felixandre, TheJim, SYB, Harlux, King Falcon, Pierisim and other for it to work properly.

4th Version of my updated Grand King's Bedchamber Bed under Louis XV.

This is the summer bed received in 1723 when Louis XV returned to Versailles, the summer furnitures from his predecessor the sun king were missing as they were gifted to the duke of Tresmes at his death in 1715. A new summer set was received and given the number 2200 by the Garde Meuble. It was actually made from some older brocades received in 1688, and given the numbers 123,132,133,134. In 1723 Lallié retouched them and sent them back to the garde meuble under the new number 2200. In this post I won't go into the details about my choices when designing the updated version of that brocade as I will in a future post. I will just focus on the bed which I made sticking as much as possible to the description from the 1723 garde meuble entry.

The Golden Bedroom

Good morning my darlins!

Another room completed in the #help I accidentally built a palace saga! The master bedroom, all in golds, and lavishly oh so "palace-esque"....

...I'd say it's a bedroom fit for Marie Antoinette herself, but there is no pink in sight, and .... it's not ugly, lol.

Palace WIP

I'm working on two palaces right now, the main palace and a country palace. This is the Palace Moralia, it was used as a main palace during the 1800's but now used for special events and celebrations.

OH Darlins! I'm so so excited about this!!

The only question.... I'm building a kinda Versailles Palace knock off (#helpIAccidentallyBuiltAPalace) .... now do I wait for this set and completely redo the exterior...... Orrrrrrrrrrrr ... Do I use the release of this set as an excuse to build another Palace?

Oh, such a conundrum!!!!!

Porcelain cabinet - Royal palace of Madrid

Today we bring to you a recreation of the porcelain cabinet of the Royal Palace of Madrid. This is a collaboration between @artyssims and me.

This part of the set contains the wall patterns, the chair, the door, the console and the column.

- Wall patterns - recolour of the salon de nobles wall patterns of @thejim07

- Chair - recolour of the florence chair of felixandre.

- Console - recolour of the florence console of felixandre.

- Door - recolour of the petit trianon door of felixandre.

- Column - recolour of the versailles columns of felixandre.

CHÂTEAU DE CLAGNY (WIP) Part 4 - Interiors

La Grande Galerie de Clagny

This is my version of the Grand Gallery of Clagny, one of the few rooms in the château whose appearance is known. With marble cladding, gilding and exquisite furniture, it was an architectural work as grand as its owner's ambitions.

The king's library (which only has that name)

Built in the Blenheim castle that existed here before, it still preserves certain original details of the previous building but, since the major renovation it has been altered until 1880 and now has a more eclectic style , against the rest of the palace, here is the monarch's official office but not the preferred one of most of them.

Álzaga Unzué Mansion

Hi guys! I can finally share the Álzaga Unzué Mansion. The historical facts are in my previous post.

I only found the floorplan for the presidential room. The main floor was recreated from a video and photos.

I altered the garden because it's now part of the Four Seasons Hotel and I could not find old photos of the place.

It has a great reception hall, a ball room, 2 living room, a great dining room, a library and desk, playroom and elevator in the first floor. 

Ther second floor is reserved for bedrooms, and a second playroom. 

The 3rd floor holds the old kitchen, guests rooms and service rooms. 

As always, you  will need lots of CC for it to work properly, mostly from Felixandre, TheJim, SYB, Aggresivve Kitty, among others.

The Palace Library is done!

It took a couple of days and several rebuilds to get the two story gallery library for my #Help I Accidentally Built A Palace project finally finished.... and much frustration. ..... and I lost count of how many times I had to rebuild the roof, lol!!

I also finished the Blue Drawing Room on the second floor

.... but I think I'm going to put the Accidental Palace build aside for a while.... I have a few designs in my head that are bursting to be built!!!

Palace View

I just finished the front of the main palace. The main palace is built on multiple lots, this is the guest entrance. I will upload more this week as well as a new chapter to the story, almost finished. I also want to work on and upload some new portraits or a palace build for you guys in the coming week or so!
