Messy, messy girl. Not even she’s exactly sure on why she decided to give this a shot in the first place. Marrying isn’t even on her plans, per se! In fact, it is the last thing in her mind after… that. But well, her siblings keep insisting she should stop being so bitter over it all already and move on, and worst comes to worst, at least she’ll have had some fun, and met a kindred spirit or two in the process. (The bit in the introductory segment, the one talking about the bachelorette’s high school sweetheart and falling too hard, falling, falling, falling endlessly into a hopeless abyss of feelings that will never be reciprocated-) (No. It wasn’t quite like that, was it? At least one of them had been lucky before) (Not her. Why couldn’t it have been her?) …It felt like a familiar enough story.

Made some updates to my sims versions of the OTPs I will be using for the lovestruck livestream on the 25th of July! The poll is technically not closed yet, but it's very obvious that Thraxette and Jariel+Porkins are going to win, so I went ahead and "prepared" them for the livestream.

you know what? it's not like josie was deliberately trying to fool her boyfriend. she truthfully didn't know who the father was! her only real crime was not informing yancy of the possibility that he wasn't. and frankly he could have asked, right? if he had asked if it was possible that someone else was the father josie would have been happy to tell him.

the question is this: does it make sense to tell him now? it's not like anyone could tell they aren't yancy's kids. both babies have josie's eyes and their hair colors conveniently match their presumed parents. there's no reason for josie to disrupt her partner's joy with the ugly truth.

we'll see next round if a reason does pop up :)
