The Old Court House - August build

What's better than a Brindleton Bay build for summer? Not much, right? That's what I thought when I decided upon this build as my August build download, which will be posted sooner rather than later, as I'll be very busy at the end of the month. I'm still debating whether I'll furnish at least the kitchen and the bathrooms, as that would be 'logical' when someone buys a house, but we'll see where the inspiration takes me.

This build was partially inspired by houses in Salem, Massachusetts.

#first fullpage comic in my new sketchbook woooo 🎉#poor rune. accidentally hibernated for 20 years and he didn't even do it on purpose.#you can tell by the fact that he went to nap in his freakin pajamas #as you do when you go to sleep #but then this time he just. didn't wake up. and his family assumed it was on purpose. so they just let him???#oops?????#yes munch is a surname that's been used in norway - especially in towns that had historically had contact with german merchants. fun fact #so while his dad was originally literally a windenburg townie from the sims 4... it still works #oh yeah the way i am handling language in this comic. do keep in mind it is set in norway and the canon language is actually norwegian #so while any dialog usually gets masked with english so you may actually understand wtf people are saying #text on objects do not get translated. because they're a part of the world and stuff. it's the way people see them. that makes sense right #(don't even get me started on my complex relationship with written norwegian. long story short: it is a pain)#EDIT: now with the full comic under the readmore

Hey, sorry that I haven't responded to your email from last Wednesday. I was hiking with some friends and had no reception.

You asked about the room. It is free from August. So that should go well with your move. I'm assuming that you can't come and see it in person beforehand. I've attached a few photos for you so you have a rough idea of what the apartment looks like. Sorry for the poor quality, my camera is quite old and I'm not exactly the best photographer.

Unfortunately, the bedroom is still pretty chaotic at the moment. When Marie moves out next month, everything will of course be cleaned. Please let us know if you're still interested!

Thank you for telling me a little bit about yourself. I'm also really into sports and music. I'm actually in the gym almost every day and I also really enjoy bouldering and hiking. German Shepherd & Golden Retriever

I have two other dogs model for Blender. Once a German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever. I have developed further and the two cuties have got everything I have learned in the last few months. Compared to my first wolf models, these two are very perfect. The fur processing is getting better and better and it is becoming more and more realistic, a process that I have been practicing for months and am now ready for. 🐶🐺💖
