"It's been a little hectic, okay." *smiling* "Plus, Mike didn't think it was a good idea for him to go out unless it was a doctor's visit. He's old so..."

"Mmhmm...and controlling..."

*sighs* "Being a little pushy is not controlling. He never said I couldn't date, he's just threatened by Sean. We're over, so there's nothing to worry about. Other than that moment, he's been great."

"People like him lure you in with a false sense of security. Everything seems fine, even perfect, until you do something they don't like. Remember what happened to my mother when she was with him?"

"I do, but when I told him I knew, he explained that he really regretted reacting like that. He said he was already upset about a business deal, and her Viagra comment just sent him over the edge. He also said that it was his first and last time he ever laid hands on a woman."

"And you believe that? Look, I know you didn't come here for a lecture, but hearing you say his name and 'great' in the same sentence is triggering. You didn't see her face. That wasn't a one time hit, it was multiple blows of rage. I'm legit concerned for you. I mean, what's gonna happen when he finds out you named his son after Sean?"

"I just liked the name, that's all."

"Bullshit! He was supposed to be Sean Sylas Smith Jr. You practically went on about it all the time."

*sighs* "You're right, and in hindsight that was a stupid decision. Giving birth was supposed to be the happiest time of my life but instead it was the loneliest. I just wanted a reminder of what we would've had. I'm also sure the change in hormones didn't help."

"Humph...Most definitely. Well listen, my place is always available if you need it."

"I thought you and Kash were thinking about moving in together?"

"Girl please, he can wait." *chuckles* "Besides, he's not moving here and I can hold off on selling this place."

"Well, thank you. I'm sure everything will be fine though." As Sylas starts fussing. "Oh look your nephew's hungry. After I feed him, he's all yours. I need a nap." *nervously laughs, as she's relieved to change the subject*

what video games would the be each of the marauders era character favorite?

i’m gonna yap about it and i hope you guys do too.

remus would play red dead redemption a lot i think— the entire series. his friends would play with him too. they’d run around being annoying cowboys online, with remus being the only one *actually* good at the game.

i think sirius would play the grand theft auto series and i really don’t know why? maybe i just feel like he’d enjoy being a menace on the roads, going to the strip club, and being a demon in online servers.

for james i was initially gonna say street fighter, but i personally prefer mortal kombat and i am biased so he would play mortal kombat. he’d always choose kitana if possible because he had a crush on her as a kid.

peter gives me fortnite vibes. he’d love building shelters and running people over with an op car and doing the little dances. rip peter pettigrew you would have loved fortnite </3 he’d play as one of the banana characters or something

lily would play animal crossing. need i say more? no, but i will! she’d have a big garden, keep all the cute villagers ONLY, and her house would be decorated so nicely. she’d love it. she’d have her friends visit her island all the time.

regulus was really hard for me to place, but i eventually landed on baldur’s gate. i feel he would dig the high fantasy vibes and the freedom of player choice, while also fucking heavy with the strategy aspect. he’d like being a sorcerer because of the added difficulty of sorcery points, and always play a drow because he gives me drow vibes.

mary would play the sims. probably the sims 2. she’d always have really dramatic households and also have a shit ton of custom content. i don’t really see her as a gamer, so she’d be more casual about it.

marlene would play roblox lmao. she would be such a troll in bloxburg, and take dress to impress VERY seriously or VERY unseriously. she’d probably also get banned a few times.

i tried so hard to think of a good game dorcas would play but all i could think of was movie star planet. that game slaps though, so she’d be great at it. she’d be one of those msp players that has the subscription and the best clothes that none of the kids on msp could buy. iconic.

barty would play cyberpunk 2077 to death. he be an absolute terror in night city. also he’d constantly go to joytoy locations and nobody can tell me he wouldn’t. barty would love the depravity of the cyberpunk aesthetic.

evan would play league of legends. he’d complain about it and say the game sucks, and yet he’d be playing it 24/7. he’d usually play as mid lane characters like sylas or, for my arcane fans, ekko.

pandora would play wizards 101. she’d be infamous on that game in the community and would log on almost every day. she wouldn’t care if people think it’s lame or childish as long as she’s having fun.

next gen, we have Danny and his three children. not pictured is his partner (fiancee?) Dulce. the we have gen 3 matriarch Serena and her two children. not pictured is Serena's fiance, Liam (deceased). and finally, we have Serena's twin Ronan and his son, who was adopted (no partner).

we have two other whole branches from Danny's partner Dulce Talla and Serena's partner Liam Goth, but that's a whole other kettle of fish

I built a space my husband said a group of guys would love so I must have done something right 😁!

No new sim build today, I brought some of my existing fellows together for a guys night in, but everyone but the fellow on the left on the couch are on the gallery already if you like their look.

Can’t really blame Corinne for thinking she saw monsters under the bed with a house this lacking in lights and filled with shadows.

So....about those weddings lol....

It wasn’t going too bad at first but it quickly quickly devolved. Its 14hours later and my wedding is still struggling to go on without everything done. 

A lot of the same that I’m seeing everywhere else, but I’ll make a list of every thing that went wrong.

I managed to get the sim of honor, flower pal & ring bearer down the aisle with everyone seated...however they wouldn’t sit back down again even if I chose the “guest take seats” interaction again. I thought, “well...that’s not too bad I’ve seen people who can’t even accomplish that.”

Then it just got worse...

Took about 3 times to get my first sim, Sylas, down the aisle. When he finally got to the end, I tried to send his future husband, Lane, but sadly Sylas couldn’t even wait until Lane got to the start of the aisle before he ran off. 

When I finally got Sylas and Lane both to the end of the aisle, his cousin decided it would be a good time to stop sitting and stood directly in the middle of the aisle.

Not only that, but like everyone else has said, the officiant doesn’t work at all. If I even chose the option with the officiant, Sylas and Lane just sat there staring at each other not finishing the vow exchange and then eventually just walking away from each other.

It took about 5 times for me to choose the option to exchange vows (without officiant) for them to exchange vows still. And all the guests kept playing musical chairs and talking through the entire service.

I will say, once they were actually exchanging the rings, all the guests paid attention and cried and cheered when they kissed. I was also able to get them to throw rice after exchanging vows.

I did the spousal kiss but it didn’t register at all. Same thing with the toasts, guests wouldn’t gather for them, when I requested the sim of honor to do one they wouldn’t, and when Sylas or Lane did one, it didn’t register as completed.

I bought the cake when I got to the lot because I had seen a lot of people buying it prior and it being spoiled or not showing up for the wedding. I tried to store it in the fridge on the lot just in case, but I guess you can’t put wedding cakes in the fridge??? Thankfully, it didn’t spoil, but the cake cutting interaction doesn’t work at all. Even if it did it wouldn’t matter because the guests started eating it as soon as it was placed down anyways.

Finally, the one thing that seemed to work for everyone else was the slow dancing, but Sylas and Lane kept coming together for 5 seconds and then stopped dancing, not even going through the whole interaction. I also at one point had Sylas appear to be slow dancing alone with his arms extended around some invisible figure (I wish I got a picture). Eventually after about 10 times the interaction finally did fully play out and it was really sweet, but it took a long time to get there.

Finally, the wedding event completely broke the UI in my game, I couldn’t switch between my Sims and when I did, the moodlets were locked in between sims and kept telling me they were just eaten by a cowplant even though there wasn’t one on the lot? This could be my fault because I have some mods installed, but I did check that all the ones I had were updated to be compatible with the most recent update.

Sorry that was so long winded, and I’m not mad that I bought the pack mostly because I like the BB, CAS & Tartosa. I knew that it the wedding functions were virtually unplayable before buying, so I knew what I was buying into. But its honestly unacceptable that this pack was released in this condition, and that its been DAYS and no one on the sims team has acknowledged it yet. I don’t think its their fault, they’re most likely overworked, underpaid, and on a tight timeline, but at least some acknowledgement of “hey we know the pack is severely broken, but we’re working on a fix” would be nice. 

At this point, its my opinion that when (if) they do fix the pack, they should refund everyone who bought it and release it as a base game update. I know that won’t ever happen, but with all the controversy, and the condition it was released it, not to mention that some of the core functions are *supposed* to be things that work in the base game anyways, I feel like that’s the right answer. 

Anyways, who else bought the pack, and what are you thinking of it so far?

After a while, Olga started to give birth and Ariel was freaking out. The married couple went to the hospital and Olga gave birth to the heir. His name is Olaf. He has the easily amused and evil traits. Olga looks at her husband and was like, "Happy now? I gave you a son." Meanwhile, Ariel was left alone. The married couple arrived home. Olga pertained to Olaf like a good mother she is.

Hi there! My name is Coby (you can also call me Bee), and I’m excited to show you all what I’ve been working on in the Sims 4!

As you all know, The Sims 4 is a great game. It’s fun and very versatile and there’s a lot you can do with it. However, it is a bit lacking in some areas.

Specifically, lore! (And a lots of the builds are kinda gross and the families aren’t fleshed out at all and the worlds get a bit boring... but mostly lore.) So, I have decided to make a whole in-depth Sims 4 save file that focuses on lore within the worlds, familial relationships, pack integration, and just giving the whole game just a bit of a lift!

31 new families living in all the worlds except Newcrest and Evergreen Harbor (54 total sims, not including pets)

I started this before Eco Lifestyle came out so I haven’t gotten there yet. Also, I totally forgot to put families in Newcrest so my fault lmfao, but I will be doing that! All the families have backstories, fully fledged out personalities with skills, jobs, relationships, and a lot of them even belong to clubs. Business will all be owned by sims in the world, and I will try my best to make sure any randomly spawning sims will have all of the above, but sometimes they just appear and I miss them. I will try though!

Some of the backstories are realistic, and true to life!

“The Henrys are the family behind the well-loved Desert Rose restaurant! Mom Annette is the cook and dad Cecil runs the books. Kid Elaine and her twin brother Sylas entertain the guests (who are family friends) with the help of their little sister Jaclyn. Teenager Aniyah, though, isn't as happy with the family business, since she knows she's next in line to take over, when she'd much rather be a famous soccer player.”

Some of them are a bit more ridiculous and definitely not from a place of realism...

“The Herman's moved from a quaint neighborhood in Windenburg to Willow Creek. Before the big move, Sonya belonged to the ladies club, The Upper Crusts. She remained in the club, even while her wife Alice joined the Girl's Best Friend club of Willow Creek. There wouldn't be any issue, except that means they belong to two rival clubs. Will the women be able to grow past this and be able to raise teen actor Dayton and little social butterfly Nathalie?”

I made the families very diverse, in terms of ages, races, religions, sexualities, backgrounds, you name it! (White cishets will never be the majority in anything I create!)

Previously existing townies now have pets, are in clubs, own businesses, have reputations and fame levels, and more! All for pack integration :>

Remodels of several houses in Willow Creek

To be honest, I really haven’t gotten far in terms of building, but I have remodeled the two least-expensive neighborhoods in their entirety and I’m working on the bigger houses now. 

I’m putting two starter homes in all the worlds (except maybe Del Sol Valley will only have one because of plot limitations...) and I hope to keep one lot completely empty so you can build if you wish.

I’m putting restaurants in most, if not all, of the worlds. There will also be other establishments like bowling alleys and movie theatres where they will fit. Pack integration, baby!

What I have planned!

Like I said above, I’ll be filling up Newcrest and putting more business in all the worlds, as well as starter homes. 

Tying in lore from the other games!

While I never had the chance to play the older Sims games, I will tying in things from those into my save file! I’ve watched enough Sims history videos on Plumbella’s channel to know that Miss Sims 4 is severely lacking. So!!

Sylas Mize (name may change)

1. Sylas will start the story of as a newly changed vampire.

2. At first he’s not going to remember how he was changed or really much of anything from before waking up as a vampire in Forgotten Hollow. But his past is definitely an important part of the storyline.

3. He’s not going to like being a vampire at first. Definitely not... My poor squeamish, vegetarian son. 😂

4. He’s a writer! Wants to be a novelist.

5. Sylas is pretty soft and adorable, but is also very weak-willed at times. He’s especially weak when it comes to things he wants - or the people he’s interested in.

Thanks!  Sylas is a gem for sure.  I have written out scenes for the first five chapters for AUB3.  So yay!

Well, the screenshots I don’t use are just like one billion different angles of the same scene.  I just use the ones I think capture what I want.  I don’t think it would be post-worthy, but we never know what the future holds. I do share time-to-time pictures during filming where sims do random things or swoon over others.

but simssub, you say, aren't he and Julianna twins? isn't it both their birthday? and i am in the unfortunate position to tell you that in the word of sims 4, pregnancies STOP YOUR AGING, so Julianna is two pregnancies younger than Cedric at this point

but it's okay; even though she's not aging up, she's still celebrating!

all the non-household family members were invited, of course, so Julianna and Cedric got to celebrate with Danny and Katrina, as well!

and good news! Cedric is as much a silver fox as his father before him!

Sylas is still a young adult, due to vampirism, so they ARE exactly what Bella was most afraid of in New Moon. Sylas is still as into Cedric as ever, so I guess SyCed and Bedward are just built different.

Julianna's age up will be happening after her twins' birthday, so. next big event on the schedule is Serena and Ronan's birthday, aka, start of gen 3!

I was working on a legacy family and after 30 plus great grandchildren in I accidentally overwrote my game. 😢 So I decided to start over and give my children's love interests family stories as well. I created Sims for their 3 children to date in my orginal. The mother is Josephine, father Sylas, oldest daughter pink sweater Hilary, second Chloe and third child is Bennett.

When I originally created the little boy Keiran him and his sister Eva lived together as young adults and Eva had a daughter. No father in the picture. Keiran married Hilary. Eva later married a Sim I made named Damon. In this playthrough she is dating Malcolm Landgraab. I am working on making him the father of her baby once they reach young adult and have him forced to breakup with her because of his mom. She is from a poor family. Malcolm won't know about the baby and live an angry life. Father is Jacob and mother is Rosalie.

Damon is Eva's future husband and very sweet guy. She is currently school friends with him. Father is Elliott and mother is Lauren.

Sofia the little girl in purple is Bennett's future first wife. In my orginal he cheats on her with her best friend Summer and had them both pregnant. Harmony the girl in blue was lesbian and an active. She adopted with one of the townies and married them. Mom is Erica she is family oriented and working as a doctor. Father Roberto is a criminal and currently cheating with Dina Caliente.

I plan on her getting pregnant. I haven't decided if it will stay secret affair or if I will break up the family. I am leaning towards secret family. Or having Erica cheat with Don who is currently dating Nina. Drama I love it. 😂

Summer married Bennett after she talked him into leaving her best friend and his family to commit to their child. Her brother Zack married Chloe Pierce he became a chef and later owned a restaurant. The Aguilar's are also Spellcasters. Father is Jonah and mother is Gemma.

The parents are new to my story and I am working to see where I want their story to go... The Pierce Boone Aguilar clan were pretty strong in my orginal story. So I am excited to see what I do with these families. 😂
