That genshin Au/rewrite Sounds super interesting tho i'm all 👀👀👀👀 i totally get how hectic that is. Even Just slightly changing characters Is a Lot of Work. I spent hours on my nahida redesign so i can't imagine changing even more characters and other stuff on top of that.

Alright, well, for starters, how you became friends could vary.

Either you’re some messed up otherworldly creature with a thirst for chaos and destruction like him, or some unsuspecting human. Or maybe you knew what you were doing? Who knows! Bill knows.

Regardless, at first he doesn’t pay you much mind. You’re simply another pawn on the chessboard to him.

He can get bored easy, so he hangs out around you a lot. Not for long, mainly frequent short visits.

He finds you amusing, you and your antics! If you’re a dimensional thing like him, he’s quick to invite you to join him in wrecking havoc. If you’re a human, he’s more still in the ‘I’m better lol’ mindset.

When you guys are finally friends, he will try to convince you to let him possess you. Not all the time! And very infrequently! Come on, won’t you help a pal out?

His love language (PLATONICALLY) is acts of service and gift giving. He’s not an emotional being by any means at all, so this is how he expresses his care for you.

As canonically presented, his gifts are kinda…..messed up.

Oh, the Dreamza week Monster drawing!

I usually have at least some thoughts about what I am drawing, but this was not super concrete tbh. It was mostly about what kind of monsters they would be hdfjhd As such they somewhat removed from the characters, because the character are not creepy little creachers. (well they can be tbf)

For Dream I thought, he would be a devil/fey-like creature. Something that deals in bargains, deals, and favors, but tries to trip you up all along the way. Something that you might confuse with a hooded wanderer from afar, but is clearly unearthly at a second glance. Something that wouldn't eat you outright, but would haunt you after whatever ill-advised deal you made with him. Waiting for you to trip up or for you not to be able to fulfill it.

He also is 100% maw under that mask and can squeeze in and under surprisingly small places.

For Philza I was thinking, he is more simply an Omen of Death :)

Death follows in his steps and if you see him your demise is near. Though it doesn't necessarily have to be a violent death!

Both of them are immortal and old compared to humans, but Philza is ancient ancient.

i think asura is very intriguing but in the like i love exploring how fucked up asura is as a character. Like.

We are given just enough about him to piece together how he got to the point where he is, but not enough to fully have a detailed backstory, but you don't need a detailed backstory to understand the basic facts of this god's life:

He was made, a full adult, and he just simply was. He did not grow up, he was not born, he was simply made.

He is afraid of all things, and many things. Asura's anxiety and paranoia has made him a very sad and pitiable man before becoming a kishin. He couldn't speak up properly and mumbled every single thing he said. He would cover his face in scarves, and wear six shirts. He was that afraid.

He ate his weapon partner eventually because of his paranoia.

He became a kishin soon after gaining the ability to eat souls after devouring his weapon partner.

From then on, he has enjoyed a more erratic and hysterical and manic personality, feeling the extremes of every emotion he couldn't feel prior thanks to his anxiety.

With all of these, it's not hard to put in the puzzle pieces with a few more breadcrumbs:

Asura was a fragment of Lord Death, mainly his fear, and that is why he was so afriad.

Asura was not one to make friends or get close to anyone, he has been very isolated his entire life and he was afraid of even his weapon partner.

He devoured his weapon partner, a very out of the blue thing for everyone because nobody knew how far he was spiraling then, and started descending into a way to defeat his fears, eventually becoming a kishin and finding that peace he's been looking for.

He does not feel remorse, or regret. And from his perspective, why should he? Asura finally found peace after his entire life being nothing but fear, and anxiety, and paranoia, and now he feels free from those awful and terrifying thoughts that had a hold on him. Now he can show his face, speak confidently, he can smile and laugh with everyone, he's not afraid anymore. He's no longer afraid! It's a win, it's a win for him at the cost of everyone else and he doesn't care about everyone else so it's no biggie. I mean if I was Asura, I wouldn't wanna give that up either!

but his very existence is harmful now because of what he has become-- his very presence can drive people to madness and he does not care. So what if other people are afraid now ? Not his problem, not his to deal with.

I am a hill folk through and through. I don’t feel right if the roads don’t have four or five switchbacks on up to the top of the hill. If I can’t hike up a nice lil hill and look out over the land for miles once I get there it’s simply not for me.

I’m a woods person too. A place without trees unsettles me. I sleep uneasy without them.

There's that thing where you are a mountain, desert, or ocean person. I think there are more archetypes than that. There are mesa people, lake people, valley people, and woods people come so many different varieties.

I found three big isopods under a muddy brick. Collectively they are The Ancient Ones, and I was gonna make a poll to let my fine followers choose their names(with great options such as Cringe, Based, and Pillbugged/Bugpilled, Kung, Pow, and Penis, and Boston, Molasses, and Disaster— among others) but this very functional site decided to simply delete the post the three times I tried to make it. So I’ve decided to name them after a note from a previous class’ lesson that I saw on a whiteboard in college with no context instead.

Hello! I'm curious about how a person plays their cards right to make a sleepy Piepoe, cuddly..

Cuddling Piepoe sounds like heaven on its own

It's pretty simple! But I'll summarize a good strategy for you...!!!

First things first approach them and, with as little words as possible, say hello and ask about how her children are doing. That will immediately brighten his mood, and cause him to pick you up and bring you to them! Odds are they're all gonna be very tired and sleepy too(they tend to take many group naps together).

Then, play around with the small ones, watch over them for some time, simply stay around and treat them with care and kindness. Eventually they'll get very very tired, and most likely nap either around you or right on your lap, head, arms, etc!

And finally, when the naps are planned to continue, since you're being napped on by the young ones Piepoe will automatically make you part of the group nap as well.

And that's the basis! She'll scoop you up and cuddle with you for a long while, as will the rest of the little creachers. It's also quite warm and soft, so it'd be great for cold days!!

1. feeling my mind expand/gaining new perspectives/learning something new and then immediately sharing this feeling with childlike wonder and joy among my loved ones. Or the other way around when they'll excitedly infodump some niche thing on me and I can soak it all up like a sponge. Delicious.

2. good food. If a dish has good and interesting texture. If there is acidity and also tanginess, something smooth and salty, fatty richness. All the good stuff. And if you get to share it, even better.

3. Birds! Im so glad we share a planet with those little creachers. If you don't agree, then go outside and look at them, study their movement, their song, see them interact with other birds, see them interact with their environment. Amateur birdwatching is one of the easiest joys in life and it never gets boring.

4. Seeing my loved ones smile, hearing them laugh. Feeling their bodies, their skin, hugging and embracing them. Simply cherishing their physical presence in my life. As someone who has been in long distance relationships with partners and friends, I cannot tell you enough how much it means to me to just get to hold and smell my beloveds. To hear their voice without distortion through a phone. Delightful. The stuff that dreams are made of.

5. Plants! Similarly to birds these are one of the simplest pleasures. You will find them everywhere around you, big and small, and they can all teach you something. You can even have them in your house in pots and name them and care for them. My oldest has been with me since 2017. I couldn't move her in all her formidable tallness of 3 metres, so now she's only 50 centimetres tall, but I am as attached as you could be. That rubber tree is my companion and if I do it right, she will hopefully outlive me someday.

Would Egghog Sonic have more animalistic instincts? Like hissing at random enemies and purring?

egghog sonic and silver both just growl, shadow starts with growling as a warning and hisses as a Warning Warning. hedgehogs do apparently "purr" but despite me loving the more animalistic stuff i honestly just dont like them purring personally, in your mind palace they can purr as much as you want them to

when they were babies they made hedgehog squeaky toy noises and meeps and MANY snorts / snuffles

shadow when uncomfortable (but not threatened) and unable to get out of the situation makes disgruntled hedgehog snorts. like when eggman cleans his ears. snerf. snorf. snurf

anyway eggy sonic is more animalistic in his movement; he gets on all fours to Investigate Things or sneak, more about his general creacher posture here

he also has a lot of juvenile behaviors, like nesting (while insisting his brothers get in the nest for Safety) and wanting to be physically close to family and. eating baby food. fun fact, there is a flavor simply known by his brothers as "the spaghetti one" and the smell makes shadow violently gag and it lingers in the kitchen All Day if sonic cracks one open. sonic refuses to stop eating The Spaghetti One and everyone hates it
