Dinner last night... BBQ chicken, steamed snap beans, hot buttered ciabatta rolls, but the star of show turned out to be the slow simmered greens - bacon, onions, stewed tomatoes, smoked beef, garlic, and chicken stock. They were incredible. Washed it all down with Mother Load by Tommyknocker.
