Have sim Warden and sim Paige (and their other Bone Season cohorts) been up to any new antics lately? What about the Priory sims?

I haven’t had any time to play lately, but I’m going to spend about a week on The Sims when I’ve finished this draft. 

Last time I played, Warden and Paige were enjoying their industrial-style penthouse apartment in San Myshuno – they had recently become my first Simillionaires – while Sabran and Ead were living an idyllic life on Sulani. Warden is a doctor right now and Paige is exacting justice as a judge. Sabran’s a diver and Ead is a conservationist. Nadine is living in the city with one of her friends from university, on the rise as a Style Influencer after breaking up with her cheating boyfriend.

Ezra, who still owned their grandmother’s bakery, was doing very well for himself and decided to host a charity event. He invited Lulu since she was the chief of police and also because she was his sister and he knew he could guilt some money out of her. The town’s most elite (and most snobbish) showed up in droves to these things to make it seem like they were giving back to the community instead of just the greedy simillionaires they were.

Festivus Pole (CC for Custom Holiday) - Celebrate Festivus with the Rest of Us!  To celebrate Festivus, you need: 1) A Festivus Pole, because tinsel is distracting; 2) Feats of Strength, or physical competitions meant to crown the strongest; 3) Airing of Grievances, gather family and tell them all the ways they have disappointed; and 4) Lastly, don't forget the Grand Meal.

Cemetery Lot Trait - Designate a lot as a cemetery and your Sims can remember those who have passed. I set my lot as Generic. Sims can visit and will get a small Sadness buff while they are at the Cemetery, but it doesn't last long. While there, in the Stories section of the interaction menu, they can share stories about Sims who have passed. Occasionally, spirits may visit around midnight, but it won't be "spooky" unless you add the spooky trait.

Simillionaire Aspiration - Finally Sims can aspire to be Sim-Millionaires! The Fabulously Wealthy Aspiration is a great idea, but it considers about 250,000 to be wealthy? My Sims have greater dreams. They want to become Simillionaires! This mod uses cash plus home lot value to determine net worth. The reward trait is the same - Shrewd. And since there are only 4 steps to this aspiration, Sims will receive more reward store points along the way.

Services for Elderly, Youth, and Homeless (aka Sim Services) UPDATE - NEW: Now this mod also contains an ELDER HOME Lot Trait! (Similar to a retirement home or nursing home, this trait is designed specifically so elders can enjoy their final years in a safe, secure home, and not be a burden on their loved ones.) Designate a home as an "Elder Home". This lot will receive a discount on power and water bills, plus the Elder Sims who live here will get a boost on some skills, such as creative pursuits. However, they may tire more easily and spend more time in the bathroom. Additionally, they can chat with others about "when I was young ...".

Suited to blend in and stand out all at the same time. Minimal and futuristic looks speak volumes to Thomas' too-cool-for-school attitude while informing others that he's a pretty important guy. As someone who spends hours upon hours in front of a screen, comfort is the utmost priority. He makes it a point to dress up and show out in his favorite Hypebeast garbs when making an occasional appearance on campus. 007 Creative Agency – Greg Burgess (Graphic Designer), Shannon Knight (Creative Strategist), Chester Estrada (Art Director), Estelle Williams (Creative Producer), Patrick Ellis (Copywriter), Viola Flowers (Account Manager).

In celebration of entering my creative agency bag, I felt inspired to create the team of a small digital agency. Top row (left to right): Greg is a timid but vibrant graphic designer. He started his career producing digital social content for pennies and eventually met Estelle online. She took a chance on him, and his talents have flourished since. Shannon is Estelle's best friend and former roommate. She was employee 2, lending her unique perspective on brand development to the establishing projects of the agency. Chester is the most recent hire on the team, and undeniably grossly overpaid (thought he would argue that he is making a humbling amount). Not only is he one of the most cutting-edge and remarkable creative minds in the brand space, but his level of professional recognition has brought undeniable traffic to the agency – making his occasional outbursts and odd requests minor in the grand scheme of things. Bottom row (left to right): Estelle is the founder of the agency, taking the courageous leap towards unionizing after 5 years in-house at what she thought was her dream job. Not only did she convince some of the company's hottest talent to jump ship and join forces, but she also has built one of the most dynamic up-and-coming agencies in just 3 years. Patrick was one of the early members of the team, leaving his dream job alongside Estelle to invest in her dream. This comes as no surprise to anyone who has witnessed their passionate banter and existential discussions that could last hours if you let them. Starting out as a meek and kind intern, Viola was the first person to make Estelle realize the impact she's made in the design space. Viola's blind adoration for the agency not only stroked Estelle's ego but has remained a constant reminder of the community her agency has created beyond standard client relationships. In her two years at the agency, Viola has scaled from part-time intern all the way to full-time account manager.
