Düşük ücretler, fazla mesailer, iş yerinde uğradıkları mobingler, çalışma koşulları ve tüm bunlara itiraz edebilecekleri tek yol olan sendikal haklarının engellenmesi birçok işçiyi direnişe geçmeye zorladı. Manisa, İstanbul, Gaziantep ve Hatay’daki eylemlerde işçiler günlerdir ve hatta aylardır sessiz çığlıklar atıyor. Türkiye'nin sessiz çığlığı Bir suredir ücret ve vergide adalet, kamuda ücret dengesizliginin giderilmesi ve taşeron işçi sorununun çözümü için bölgesel mitingler düzenleyen Türk-İş yeni bir eylem kararı aldı.Turk-is, 24 Eylül Salı günü tüm Turkiye'de mesai saati oncesinde isyerleri önünde kitlesel basın açıklamaları yapacak. Açıklamadan sonra işçiler, isyerleri önünde bir saat süreyle oturma eylemi yapacak.

İşte Türkiye'deki işçilerin iş güvencesi ve sosyal haklarını talep ettikleri diğer eylemler... MADEN İŞÇİLERİ EYLEMDE Manisa Soma’da, AKP Batman Milletvekili Ferhat Nasıroğlu’nun aile şirketine ait Fernas maden ocağında, Bağımsız Maden-İş Sendikası’na üye oldukları gerekçesiyle altı işçi işten çıkarıldı. 21 gündür eylemde olan işçiler, direnişlerini Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerine taşıma kararı aldı. Dün, Nasıroğlu’nun Muğla Bodrum’daki oteli önünde üç gün sürecek bir nöbet eylemi başlattılar. İşçiler, eylemi yarın Ankara’ya taşıyacak, önce Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı önünde basın açıklaması yapacak, ardından Fernas Holding’in Ankara’daki binası önüne geçecek ve Meclis önünde geceyi geçirecek. Bağımsız Maden İş Sendikası Örgütlenme Uzmanı Mert Batur, “Şirket geri adım atmıyor. Maaşların yeterli olduğunu ve iş güvenliğiyle ilgili bir sorun olmadığını ifade ediyor” dedi. GIDA VE PLASTİK İŞÇİLERİDE EYLEMDE İstanbul’un Çatalca ilçesinde, Tek Gıda-İş Sendikası’na üye oldukları için işten atılan Polonez gıda fabrikası işçilerinin direnişi 58. gününü doldurdu. İşçiler, sık sık polis müdahalesi ile karşı karşıya kalıyor. Tek Gıda İş Sendikası Örgütlenme Uzmanı Suat Karlıkaya, “Eylemimizi devam ettiriyoruz. Fabrika üretimi durdu, çalışanlar idari izinli. Sendika üyesi olduğu için işten çıkarılan işçilerin geri alınmasını istiyoruz” dedi. Eylemler sırasında polis müdahalesi sonucu bazı işçilerin yaralandığı bildirildi. İstanbul Hadımköy’deki As Plastik’te, grev kararının ardından işten atılan işçilerin direnişi ise 14 gündür sürüyor. Petrol-İş Sendikası işyeri temsilcisi Savaş Çakmak, grev ilanının ardından 3’ü sendika temsilcisi olmak üzere 10 kişinin işten çıkarıldığını belirtti. Çakmak, “Sendikalaştığımız için tazminatsız işten çıkarıldık. İşveren sendikalaşmayı engellemek için birçok uygulama yapıyor. Sosyal haklarımızın iyileştirilmesini istedik, ancak karşılık bulamadık” şeklinde konuştu.   TEKSTİL İŞÇİLERİ SIRADA Gaziantep’te, Akcanlar Tekstil işçilerinin vergi kesintileri, yedili çalışma sistemi ve kötü çalışma koşullarına karşı başlattığı direniş birinci ayını doldurdu. Birleşik Tekstil Dokuma ve Deri İşçileri Sendikası (BİRTEK SEN) Genel Başkanı Mehmet Türkmen, “Direniş, patronun pazar tatilini ortadan kaldıran yedili sistem dayatması üzerine başladı. İşçiler, vergi kesintileriyle birlikte ücretlerinin düşmesine de tepkili. Patron yedili sisteme dair yasal mevzuata dayanıyor, ancak işçiler bunu kabul etmiyor” dedi. Türkmen, ayrıca Gaziantep’teki Divan ve Grand Otel’e yönelik boykot kampanyası başlatacaklarını açıkladı. METAL İŞÇİLERİ Hatay’ın İskenderun Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde bulunan Befesa Silvermet fabrikasında, Birleşik Metal-İş üyesi işçilerin düşük ücretlere karşı başlattığı grev 52. gününde. Birleşik Metal-İş Sendikası Anadolu Şube Başkanı Deniz Ilgan, “Toplu iş sözleşmesi görüşmeleri yapıldı, ancak işveren yeni bir teklif sunmadı. Grev devam ediyor ve haklarımızı alana kadar mücadelemiz sürecek” dedi. Türkiye’nin dört bir yanında yaygınlaşan bu direnişler, ekonomik krizin işçi sınıfı üzerindeki etkilerini ve hak taleplerinin nasıl genişlediğini gözler önüne seriyor. İşçilerin mücadelesi, ülke genelinde sosyal ve ekonomik adalet arayışının sembolü haline gelmiş durumda.

Gebze Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde (GOSB) bulunan Mersen işçilerinin grevi 154. günü geride bıraktı. Mersen işçileri 2022 yılında DİSK’e bağlı Birleşik Metal-İş sendikasında örgütlenerek çoğunluğu sağlamış, bakanlıktan çoğunluk tespit belgesini almıştı. Patronun yetki belgesine itirazından sonra yasal sürelerin geçmesini bekleyen Mersen işçilerinin örgütlenme mücadelesi aslında yaklaşık iki yıldır sürüyor.

Asgari ücretin altında ücrete çalışmaya itiraz ederek sendikalaşan 135 Polonez işçisi, 65 gündür fabrika önünde eylemde.

MKB Rondo çalışanları İstanbul Tuzla’da bulunan Avusturya menşeili MKB Rondo Oluklu Mukavva Kutu ve Ambalaj San. Tic. A.Ş şirketi ile sendika arasında devam eden toplu iş sözleşmesi görüşmelerinde anlaşma sağlanamaması üzerine işçiler 28 Ağustos 2024 tarihinde greve girdi.

HAK-İŞ Konfederasyonu'na bağlı yetkili Öz Büro İş Sendikası, Sarar ile toplu iş sözleşmesi imzalanamaması nedeniyle başlayan grevde 22'nci güne girildi.

Tuzla'da bulunan Tarkett Turkey Zemin Kaplamaları fabrikasında çalışan Petrol-İş üyesi işçiler toplu iş sözleşmesi görüşmelerinde anlaşma sağlanamaması üzerine greve çıktı.

Özçelik-İş’in örgütlü olduğu Yolbulan Metal’de toplu iş sözleşmesi görüşmelerinde işçilerin yüzde 130’luk zam talebine karşı patron yüzde 50 dayattı. Düşük zammı kabul etmeyen işçiler 92 gündür grevde.
