Im definitely not gonna sit through all 10 hours of Ned’s Cozy Fireplace and analyze every pixel (yes ofc i fucking am)

(i dont think theres really gonna be any lore in this, Its just observations for fun bc im bored and dont want to interact with my family)

so basic stuff to start off with

little figurine of ned and what looks like a snowman from the christmas saves the year video (?) (actually it looks more like a snow ned), picture from the chlorine mv, ned funko pop, and a cup of chlorine

Ive been watching it on 2x speed and skipping through it, at 43:49 the tv turns on a plays a clip from the chlorine music video

around an hour and 22 minutes in, ned gets up (he does this a few more times throughout the video) and you can see he’s sitting on a tree stump, I still have no idea where he is though. There is also this symbol on the side of the container/chest

at 5 hours and 17 minutes, the tv turns on and plays a 10 minute clip of tyler working in the studio, which i dont think ive ever seen before

at 5 hours and 31 minutes, it plays the entire christmas saves the year mv while the song plays in the background

at 6 hours and 7 minutes it plays the whole jumpsuit mv

at 9:05:40 it plays some behind the scenes from the stressed out mv

at 9 hours and nine minutes it plays some behind the scenes clips from the ride mv

and lastly at 9:54:30 it just plays a minute long clip of torches

theres also this note on the wall (photo and theory from @silverlininghills post). and the missing letter spell out “a date”, the note says

Theres a lot in this note besides the missing letter. At least a lot of questions raised from it. The letter is addressed to ned and mentions clancy and the torchbearer (josh), so it wasnt written by any of them, but then who DID write it? It also says “just like keons said”, does this mean ned and whoever wrote the note are working with keons? I thought that, while he was a good bishop, he was still a bad guy, but maybe not, or maybe ned and the note writer are working with him, or are on clancys side but are pretending to work with keons(?)

And another theory, the tv plays the clip of Tyler in the studio at exactly 5:17:00, 5/17 is the anniversary of blurryface, this year it'll be the ninth anniversary, ninth year also being something clancy mentions in one of his letters. Is something maybe releasing that day?? an update to the website? maybe even a single??

I think I had known about them for a while just because they are so famous but I started really listening to them in like late 2021 (december?) from a 2010s music YouTube playlist (I hadn't listened to basically any music for a few years and I was trying to rediscover my music taste, slowly turned out to be way different than it was a few years ago) and slowly from there I kind of just started listening to more and more, it was originally a guilty habit but at some point I realized that I just love their music too much to pretend I didn't

and my first song was Stressed Out

2. have you been on concert(s)?

ohhh my god I really wanted to go to a concert in the scaled and icy tour but i felt like there was no way for me to so i haven't gone yet :( i really wanna go sometime in the future..

4. favourite thing about the clique?

Really creative!! Really intelligent when analyzing lore, the smallest clue/hint etc, amazing art, I saw a lot of really nice writing inspired by lyrics during Cliquetober

1. when/how did you discover them? + what was the first song you listened to? in 2016 when they played stressed out up and down on the radio... I loved the way Tyler pronounced the "d" in stressed out... so a bit basic but you know, I'm glad it was a hit or else I might not have found them

2. have you been on concert(s)? once in 2019 on the bandito tour in Berlin (I got to spend valentines day with them <3)

3. do you remember where you were when trench dropped (if you were a fan by then)? when they released natn and jumpsuit I was in Croatia with no mobile data and shitty signal... so I took my moms partners phone to basically the only spot where I could get signal and downloaded the two songs on spotify on the actual release on oct 5th-ish I was in my moms partners flat, they were asleep and my phone had no power... so I took his laptop and headphones to listen to the album... I cried the whole time

4. favourite thing about the clique? when I went to the concert there were people giving out yellow duct tape and everyone really dressed the part... it felt like we were all part of something bigger

5. any memorable/funny/interesting quote (from interviews/bts footage/…) you especially like? i've had "its possible but is it plausible" as my whatsapp status for a few years now, idk why really... *slap* NO is also a classic... oh or sEX 'n the ciTyYYyYy

okay, trying a thing

i've started two new sideblogs:

@thefourthtale, a mental illness/vent/general negativity blog. anyone can follow, but check the description for potential triggers

a private blog, for posting stuff that steers a lil too close to doxxing territory on my main blog (face reveal, location stuff, work stuff, etc). mutuals are welcome to ask for the url, and i guarantee if we've interacted, like, at all (even if you just show up in my notes a lot) i'll be happy to give it to you. seriously. don't be shy.

why am i doing this? well, tbh, bc i've gained a decent amt of followers (over 1600 now!) over the years and while i know and love and trust many of you, it's not all of you. also, there is still a bit of fear abt ppl from my IRL life finding this blog and seeing things i Do Not Want Them To See lol. i may end up tweaking the distribution of ~content (gross) as i go but for now this seems like the easiest way to do it

1. when/how did you discover them? + what was the first song you listened to? my first song(s) were definitely stressed out and the other blurryface singles. heard them on the radio when i was like 9 or 10. i used to sing along with stressed out and tear in my heart.

2. have you been to any concert(s)? no but i will be going during their next tour cycle even if it is the last fucking thing i do. the next album is the last album of the dema storyline you bet your ass i am getting to a concert. however, i was invited to go see the seattle bandito tour concert way back when by a friend but i couldn't go because i was busy. i'm still kicking myself for that one because i don't even remember what i was doing but i know for a FACT it wasn't that important.

3. do you remember where you were when trench dropped (if you were a fan by then)? not the album dropping exactly, but the first time i listened to it was at my friend's house with my whole friend group that same day. we were hanging out that afternoon to both plan for our big halloween party. it was a pretty cold, rainy october day. we decided to go on a walk in the rain, and then when we went back to the house we decided to listen to it together.

i miss having irl friends to talk about twenty one pilots with like that. i do have a friend who knows of twenty one pilots and loves to hear about the lore, but its mostly because they know i like it and they want to support my interests. that friend group was like. super into them lmao.

4. favourite thing about the clique? i can share my silly little theories and demaverse ocs and everyone is just like "hell yeah!!!!!!!!!!" and then i get to do the same for other people's theories and ocs :3

first song I listened to was probably stressed out on the radio. I didnt really know them until maybe a week after blurryface was released. My cousin told me that she found this really cool band and showed them to me and I was immediately hooked.

noooo :( I want to go so bad but I absolutely cant afford that at all, maybe one day though, ive been saving up for a while

kind of. i definitely thinks its gonna have a bit more of a dark and depressing vibe if its gonna follow redecorate like they said. Im hoping for something similar to Trench since that was definitely my favorite album+era. Im also hoping that the shade of purple that people have been theorizing about will come into play because I really like it.
