So I watched Project Shadow this morning and. To me this means Maria designed his shoes while Gerald made them reality + I like to think Maria did what she could to help with crafting them. Which means those are one of if not the only tangible thing Shadow has to remember her by since everything else was either destroyed or is still on the Ark. This is making me cry fr 😭
