Chuck:

Obsession

He would prioritize his creations of music over anything else, mainly himself. He would only stop when he needs to be on the Ghost Train, when his needs [e.g. sleep, hunger, thirst] become too unbearable to the point of getting in the way of his work, or if someone he cares about nags him enough.

Isolation/Detatchment

He works with his creations alone, and has worked alone for most of his life. However, only when he entered the Ghost Station in pursuit of “the next big thing in music!” did he really start detatching from society and even himself. People rarely see him outside of the station. He’s also forgotten how to relate to people & even parts of his early life.

This is kinda canon, too.

Tempestuousness

Chuck was already the type not afraid to show his emotion. Thanks to his mental health deteriorating during his time in the Ghost Station, this quality’s been made even more extreme. His mood is unpredictable; He can go from tranquil to livid in a matter of seconds. This doesn’t fail to scare most people away.

Also pretty canon.

[Gender] Dysphoria

This conflict isn’t as serious as others mentioned, but it does get to him from time to time. It’s also another reason he convinces himself not to go outside.

Gray:

Loss of Self

He believed a lifelong occupation should arise from a fiery passion, yet he never found more than an ember. Living as an empty husk, he discovered acting—living a life given to him. Through acting, he filled his long-held void, but at the cost of his true self. Everything everyone knows of him is merely an act that’s second-nature, making him distrust himself; His entire identity may only reflect his characters', after all. Even if he manages to shed his personas, he’d be right back as an empty husk. Right back to square one.

So he holds onto his act. He clings to it and keeps it in his grasp through wear and tear and blood and tears.

(Still proud of his successful career. It earned him a life, after all.)

Kinda jealous of Gray’s cool mindedness

Admires him in a celebrity-kind of way; Gray is quite literally a celebrity actor.

Will stand up (no pun intended istg) & fight for him when he doesn’t himself

Thinks of Chuck’s hot-headedness as a bit of an inconvenience, but also a little something to chuckle with him about

Admires him in a “He’s really dedicated!”-kind of way; Chuck quite literally sacrifices his health for his music.

Will stay behind and make sure he at least tries to get better

Random Relationship HCs:

Chuck is iffy about Gray carrying him. Sometimes he loves it, sometimes he hates it, and sometimes it’s just a quick favor.

Chuck has pretty fluffy hair (when it’s not greasy or tangled from neglect). Gray likes touchin’ it (much to Chuck’s dismay and/or content).

They both have effortless hair routines. Chuck just puts a hat on and calls it a day while Gray ruffles it up a bit and gets majestic outcomes.

Sometimes, Gray is comfy enough to whisper to Chuck. Since Chuck has great (& sensitive) hearing, he has no problem hearing Gray’s whispers.

Gray somehow found Chuck’s sweet spot to kiss: in between the tragus (ear) & his side burns.

Some Pokemon Designs I made

They are a Regular type of Pokemon. The Rabbit Jellyfish Pokemon Ghost and Water type They have no X Factor Pokedex Entry: Stingly: Stingly is usually very docile and swims in shallow waters. If a child offers it a fruit or fish then Stingly will allow the child or parent of the child catch it to take it to its forever home. Its tail is that of a jellyfish's stingers but are non fatal. Whipstings: Whipsting is incredibly fast and perfers to be on land then on water unlike its previous evolution. Its appearance intimidates other smaller pokemon so stay way from it. Silentsting: Silentsting is often found running around in a forest, hunting for prey. In desperate attempts to reach a location it can't go, it will use its teeth to help it. The bone around its chest can be used as a missile in case of an attack.

A starter Pokemon The Bandaged Flame Pokemon A fire and fighting type They have a Signature Abliity: During a battle, It will heat up the ground below and fire types will have an increase in attacking and defense. Pokedex Entry: Blazer: Despite being small, it will often have an attitude with people and Pokemon if they remark on how small it is. If it is still being teasted for longer periods of time, it will head but them hard and try to start a fight. Scorched: The light yellow and orange markings on its body allow it to cool down after an attack. The bandages allow it to swing around places so it can try and do a sneak attack. It will also have less of an attitude with people but is more jealous of other Pokemon, especially other fire types. Singed: From its previous evolutions, it is much more calmer than them. They can be found around volcanos and deep in caves training other fighting types. Once it has seen a person, it will approach and offer a berry for them to eat. If you snatch it or are rude to it, it will defend itself and make itself seem bigger than the person to intimidate them before fighting. If you take it carefully and thank it, it will allow you to catch it if the person liked it and if not, to help them on their journey.

A legendary type The Balanced Pokemon A fire and water type It has a Signature Ability: If it is found at midnight by a river, the water will glow a bright baby blue and the area around it will heal to full health. Pokedex Entry: The first stage of its evolution doesn't have a name since it is simply an egg. Vapor: Its small size made it easiter for it to be hidden from people however it did help other smaller Pokemon if they were injured. To find Vapor, small bits of berries can be found leaving a trail to where it would be sleeping. Haze: It stands at 6 ft tall (182 cm) but is not hostile to anyone or anything. It can be found around abandoned islands or in the ocean, protecting its fellow Pokemon and also quietly helping travelers who are lost. It will let out small hums to lead them back to civilization. It does like a specific Pokemon, Gengar but its blue flames make it too bright for it.

I see all the "Maya and Miles interact on Steel Samurai fan sites/discord servers/fic websites but don't realize it"

And raise you: Maya knows Miles is a big fan and won't stop badgering him until he joins her discord server. She offers him a mod position. She tells him there's all sorts of fic and role-playing in it.

She goes to his office with her own fic printed out bc she wants his input and he calls security to drag her out. She being carried away while yelling, "It's slow burn! You'd like it!"

She calls Phoenix on dates and has him pass the phone to Miles so she can tell him the server is marathoning the first season together in an hour and he can join if he enters the server.

Hi friends, today was an exhausting and somewhat humiliating day, so I'm going to tell you some of my headcanons of:

•Chuck and Gray (+Silentstation) UwU

(no +18 Topics, inclusion of gay ship 🙏)

•Gray and Chuck grew up in a time where being gay was frowned upon and there was a lot of homophobia, they developed feelings for each other when they were around 20-23 years old, But they believed that the other would not reciprocate their feelings (and in the worst case) they would make fun of the other.

• Gray is a Bisexual cis man

•And Chuck is a a cis Gay man

•Gray has three bottles of perfume, one that He uses for everyday, another that He uses on special occasions and the other (which has a very light and fresh scent) that He uses to sleep in. Chuck only has one, which he uses daily, the smells overwhelm him a lot, but he doesn't want to stink all the time either.

So Gray usually smells quite sweet, and Chuck a little more "fresh"

•Speaking of smells, Gray LOVES Chuck's scent quite a bit and He expresses it, whenever He can, He'll spray a little of Chuck's perfume on His favorite teddy bear, which makes Him feel safe And makes him happy. Chuck has a pretty "Special" opinion of Gray's scent, saying he smells delicious. And since scents (in general) overwhelm him a bit, he loves that Gray always has a pretty light scent.

•Gray is an introverted man of very, VERY few words, he generally likes to express himself through physical gestures or Actions, only three persons (who he trusts a lot) have heard him speak.

•Chuck is the complete opposite, he is super talkative and loves to sing, there are few times when he can stay quiet and only Gray can shut him up.

•When Chuck comes out of the shower, Gray always asks for permission to dry Chuck's hair.

•They both sleep in the same bed, Gray is a guy who is quite sensitive to the cold. and it's very cold at Chuck's house (nah, they sleep together because they love to feel each other when they rest)

•Chuck loves movies where Gray acts, all the movies and series where his beloved had a role to play, are on his list of favorites.

•Chuck must have taken Gray's shirt and put it on at some point, he thinks he is weird for having done that, but he doesn't regret it.

•Chuck falls asleep late, VERY late (12:00 am- 5:00 am) and that worries Gray, So when Chuck tends to fall asleep while reading something or sitting on the couch, Gray makes sure no one comes over to wake him up. He even starts playing with Shade and Gus so that His boyfriend can get some rest.

•Gray used to hate music, but because Chuck loves it, he now loves it too.

•Same with silence, Chuck hated silence before, but How He see that Gray loves calm and being quiet, he learned to enjoy and love it.

•Gray always carries Chuck from his wheelchair and to his wheelchair (Chuck loves to be in his arms)

•Also, sometimes Chuck feels like a "burden" to his husband, for not being able to get up from his Wheelchair by himself for anything, Gray always tells him not to worry, that he doesn't mind helping him With his movement needs, and who will always take care of him.

•The cane Grayp has is mostly used for support while standing, Gray walks perfectly, but while standing it is a little difficult for him to keep his balance (Maybe by opening many portals and passing through them).

•A friend that they both have in common is Byron, Chuck is a friend of Mortis too, and Lola is a friend of Gray.

•Gray hates everyone touching his hair EXCEPT Chuck, he loves it when he brushes it, messes it up, tries to comb it, etc...

•Gray often gets sick, he is a bit delicate, so Chuck is always looking out for him, making him chicken soup, tea and keeping him company while he rests, so he can recover better energy And can feel better sooner.

•Chuck wakes up earlier than Gray, and he makes breakfast, but because he is in a wheelchair, he always asks Gus and Shade for help to prepare breakfast.

•And as the last for today, Gray in my Headcanon is the "dom" Chuck has a more "Expressive " and extroverted personality, which allows him to better express his love to Gray, but the Dom is Gray 🗿
