No phone. No TV. No smart watch. Nothing. If you can’t do this by yourself, involve your kids/husband/wife/significant other/whomever is home with you. Have them join you to just be quiet & still. Set a timer (ok ok you can use your phone for that 😉) 5 minutes, 10 minutes whatever you think you need. If the timer goes off & you feel like you need more, set it for 5 more minutes. Focus on your breathing. Think through all the things & people you are grateful for. In that silence, find your truth, your gratitude, your peace.
