It's actually been a long time since I drew Axl.EXE so I really don't have a lot of info about him (at least new info) so sorry if this is the only things that I have

Axl.EXE's design was mostly based off a NormalNavi because he was made to be a prototype of a next generation of NetNavi (so the Normal Navi was used as a basis for Axl kinda like how Windows uses the previous version as a base for their next OS. With this he can look like a regular NetNavi kinda like in Cars 2 with Rod Redline when he goes into his disguise (though he can possibly become other things).

and that's all I got for him sadly 💔

Maybe one day I'll try to develop him more...
