For @mysterious-messages, to 'Bless the child' by Nightwish
DPxDC Long Time No See
The crow was incredibly persistent. Which, of course, made it ten times more annoying in John's opinion, because he was trying very, very hard not to pay attention to the pitch-black bird with blood red eyes that was perched right outside the window.
Can't he have one single night where no impossibly powerful force of nature interrupts his attempt to drown himself in liquor? Honestly.
The crow knocks on the window again. Three perfectly timed knocks; this bloody bird sure knows how to draw attention, but it also definitely knows Constantine is avoiding it. Which is why it's insisting on making itself a nuisance, no doubt.
To be fair, John is not even entirely sure who's crow is it. Morpheus has a crow at his disposal, but his crow is a bitch. He wouldn't have simply sat on the windowsill and enjoyed annoying Constantine for the sheer spite of it. Death has her crows as well - very thematic, if you ask John - and then there was that one asshole raven that claimed itself belonging to Apollo.
And then, of course, there was-
Actually, maybe he should see what the crow wants. Might be important, after all.
Constantine sighs and puts his whiskey back on the bar before standing up. The world tilts to the side a bit - he might have had a few too many drinks, yeah. But then maybe it's just the side effect of the messenger crow being here, who knows. Constantine would rather put his money on the latter for the sake of his dignity. Not that he has much of that left.
He makes his way to the window, looks at the crow for a long moment, making his last internal debate obvious, and then opens the window.
"The hell do you want?" He asks, but quickly realises it was in vain.
He is not at the bar anymore.
Instead, he is standing in the middle of a graveyard, surrounded by tombstones, fog, and eerie silence. 4/10 on the creepy effect, John has definitely seen this shit done better.
The cloaked figure sitting on the nearest tombstone stays silent, watching him with unblinking, blood red eyes. John sighs again, pinches the bridge of his nose, and reaches into the pocket of his trenchcoat for cigarettes. If he ended up out of the bar anyway, he might as well use it for a smoke break.
"I'd rather you not," the cloaked being says, not a demand but a request by the sound of it. Constantine grimaces, but puts the pack back in the pocket. Arguing with this one will get him exactly nowhere.
"What's this all about, then?" He vaguely gestures around himself, at all the death, decay, and other things that start with the letter 'D'. "I never knew you're into this kind of thing. Very Mary Shelley of you," he raises an eyebrow.
The being - the Dead God, the Ghost of Time, Clockwork, Chronos, and any other name he likes calling himself - huffs a deep, low and breathy laugh. Then, he stands up, his feet firmly planted on the ground for once. He looks different to how John is used to seeing him, all sharp edges and monochrome colors, shiny leather oxfords and loose sleeves with tight cuffs.
Honestly, he kind of reminds Constantine of vampires. He really hopes this is not actually some kind of a new kink of his because John so didn't count on that kind of night. Despite what he's said before.
"No," Chronos shakes his head, his appearance shifting from young to middle-aged. Constantine blinks; if there's anything he learned about the Dead God through their various get-togethers, it's that his age usually reflects his level of seriousness.
But he doesn't have time to ask, nor does he get a moment to prepare, when a child, a literal goddamn child no older than ten steps out from behind Clockwork.
It looks like a boy, dressed in jeans and a blue hoodie with a NASA logo on it, and- He does look like Clockwork. Same pale skin, same eerie, unblinking eyes, same unearthly air around him.
Only, his eyes are a faint blue, like ice and winter skies. Like Constantine's eyes.
The unholy fuck. And he means it literally.
"Is that-" he starts, his throat suddenly dry, pointing his finger at the boy before he even thinks about it, but the Ghost of Time laughs again, a dirty grin on his lips.
"Yours? No, thank the Ancients," he says, making sure to sound just a tad bit offended even if John can see the mirth on his face. Bloody wanker. Constantine lets out a slow, loud breath through his nose.
"Amen to that," he agrees and looks at the kid again. And, as soon as the initial shock wears off, a sneaking suspicion starts to form in his mind. He narrows his eyes. "I don't want to ask, I really don't, but I'm going to anyway. Why?"
Clockwork's face looks distant for a moment, his features shifting into old.
"A child blessed by time has no home in his own life. A child blessed by death has no place among others," he says, and John hates when they speak in riddles, but he thinks he might be getting this one right. "I am only loved when I'm gone, the moments being held dear in memory. But a child does not deserve that," Clockwork's voice sounds almost sad, and, while John does understand it's supposed to be a metaphor, it doesn't feel like one.
But then, he is the Time itself. Maybe for him it's not really a metaphor.
He looks back to the kid, and catches the boy looking away with a grimace. Seems like they have at least one thing in common - they both hold a great distaste to Cronos' solemn way of talking.
Constantine is so going to regret this, but he knows where the Dead God is leading.
"Yeah, okay," he rubs his face with one hand, and, before he has time to ask or say another word, the whole graveyard is gone, and he is standing back in the bar, the low murmur of nightly crowd and warm light around him. Just like before he opened the window to the blood-eyed crow.
The only difference between then and now is the kid standing by his side, looking at him like John is the stupidest man he'd ever seen. Oh, he is already regretting this.
Constantine drops his hand down and goes back to the bar, where he left his drink.
"Want a beer?" He asks, and the kid rolls his eyes, trailing after him.
"I'm twelve," he deadpans, and, yeah, okay, he's got a point.
Fuck it, he is calling in a favor from Bats. That man has, like, twenty kids, he should have some parenting advice.
~•~•~•~
Yeah, the song really reminded me of Clockwork for some reason. Why am I loved only when I'm gone? is really stricking me as a line written for him because you only cherish the time after it's gone, you smile at your memories and pictures, but you rarely ever pay attention to it in the moment.
Also, I did my best with the Gothic aesthetic there, and here's the additional vibe.

Clockwork, just dropping a random ass kid on his occasional one night stand and vanishing into the night, knowing that John Constantine has a soft spot for kids and won't just fuck off to who knows where: it's for the greater good the better timeline
Danny, left alone with a clearly too drunk to think magician whose soul looks like a jigsaw puzzle: the fuck it's not

Hi could you write some angst about a deeply insecure reader who hates her appearance and is sort of friends with Elena and everyone(pushed to the side kind of relationship)but when klaus comes around it’s clear that she has a crush but believes he’s out of her league then klaus uses it to his advantage by showing an interest in her for information and helps her with her self worth.klaus then starts to develop feelings for her but then it’s revealed that he was just manipulating her and reader is devastated and utterly humiliated and it sets her back to how she was before him.(sorry if that was a really long explanation, you can decide the ending)thanks I love your writing btw

Real
Growing up in Mystic Falls is a bizarre experience.
There were town events almost every month where you had to dress up and act better than everyone, parents basically had a competition over who had the prettiest daughters or the most handsome sons.
Not my parents.
They didn't think I was good enough to even pretend that I could compete. I was told my worth from a young age and became more aware of it with time. When your own parents don't think you're good enough it's sort of an eye-opener if you will.
It didn't help that everyone in this town seemed to be born into modelling.
Somehow I was lucky enough to wind up 'friends' with people like Elena, Caroline and Bonnie but I knew I didn't belong with them. Somehow they were gorgeous enough to get whatever they wanted.
Sometimes I wondered if everyone else at the age of 17 looked like them and I was behind or if somewhere, I was above average. I doubted it. A lot.
Occasionally I would look at a mirror and think that I wasn't even that bad to look at. There was nothing particularly ugly about me, there just wasn't anything special. I looked plain in a way, bland and forgettable.
I was very forgettable actually. My 'friends' made that abundantly clear throughout the years when they would go out without me or forget to ask if I also wanted something or liked something.
Somehow I was of no value to them. Perhaps I was simply there to amplify their beauty. Like a DUFF. I was definitely the DUFF.
Damon actually told me that I was once, after Tyler had made the joke and Damon asked what it meant. Even though I already knew it to be true, to be told it was much worse.
You could sort of tell everyone else was thinking it, especially when I was stood beside Caroline.
Stefan was the only one who was nice but I wasn't sure if it was out of pity or just because that was who he was. Then again, I'd rather just not know.
So I tried my best to keep in the background, avoid attention and stay out the way.
Even with all the vampire and werewolf drama that took course, I kept myself quiet and to the side. Strangely it was Katherine who was kind to me, whether she had an ulterior motif I'm not so sure anymore but she never hurt me in the time she was there. Neither did Elijah when he came to town, he was polite to everyone but it was obvious that my presence was irrelevant to him.
And then of course, Klaus arrived.
I didn't officially meet him until the senior prank night, he sort of just threw to the side and told me to keep my mouth closed and not to bother running because he'd just kill me. Part of me thought about running anyway so he would just end it but I didn't.
Klaus dragged me by my wrist into his car, told me to keep quiet while he drove Elena to the hospital. For whatever reason he brought me along and left me in the car as he went to drain her of blood for his hybrids. I did as told: sat silently and waited.
He came back out and spoke to Damon for a moment, I saw them glance over in my direction only for Damon to laugh and smirk. I sighed to myself and got out the car. It was clear that Klaus thought I could be a good pawn but was surly mistaken and Damon told him to do whatever he wanted to me. In response I walked home, neither noticed so it was fine.
A week or so later he came back, crashed homecoming or something? I dunno, I wasn't there but I was told about it the next day via a stroppy Caroline.
It was that same day that he came and sat beside me at the grill. I ignored him for the most part, confused by his attempt at what I could only guess was flirting? I wasn't really sure. I think he could tell.
"Not easily impressed are you love?" he questioned as he leant forward, uncomfortably close. I sort of just looked at him, still unsure to what he wanted. A smirk pulled at the end of his lips and his hand lifted, his fingers wrapping around a piece of my hair making frown and pull away abruptly. Without hesitation I stood up and spun on my heel, going to leave. His laugh followed me and a hand grabbed my waits, it was stange.
"Calm down love, It's not like I was going to rip it out, I just wondered what it felt like" he chuckled, pulling my back flush against his front making me tense and squirm.
"It feels like hair" I stated simply "Now get off" I grunted, shoving my elbow into his side to make him let go. I kept walking, keeping my eyes on the ground.
The next time I saw him he apologised for the previous encounter which again, i didn't understand but there was no point in questioning and arguing so I just accepted it and tried to leave but he asked if I'd stay for one drink, he asked so nicely and he smiled. I was stupid enough to think it was genuine and accepted.
Looking back it was pretty obvious that this was a game for him or a trap, whatever you want to label it but in the moment I ignored what was right in my face. Deep down I knew it was all a joke of sorts really.
But no boy, let alone a man had shown me this sort of attention and the soft fluttering it made me feel had me staying for far too long. I listened to his little stories and asked a range of questions as the drinks kept coming. He asked a couple about me but i gave relatively vague answers. There wasn't much I had to give him on me, I wasn't up for a pity party about friends and I didn't really fancy talking about my shitty parents either. I think Klaus picked up on the fact that I didn't really want to talk about me and eventually gave up with it.
It was late when I realised I needed to get home and he offered to take me which I admit made me wary. I didn't want him to kidnap me and think I'd be any good as leverage again, though I guess Damon made that pretty clear already. I decided to just walk home which he eventually accepted and got into his car.
Walking by myself probably wasn't my best option after drinking so much in one go but I made it home with minimal stumbling. My mother shook her head when she saw me and asked what was wrong with me. When she realised I had been drinking her mind jumped to two very different conclusions. The first being that I was being a slut which was ironic as in the past she'd made it clear that no guy would want to sleep with me, and the second being that I had taken pills to kill myself.
Listening to her drastic thinking made me wonder what kind of pills she was on but I didn't question it and waited for my father to come and take her to bed, telling her to just ignore me. Then I proceeded to make my way to the bathroom, getting changed and washing my face before going to my bed.
My phone dinged making me sigh, thinking it was Elena asking me to help her with something dumb and life threatening however much to my surprise it was Klaus. A smile involuntarily spread across my face and we messaged back and forth before he told me to rest.
The following few days he would just check in. Not too much but he also made it clear that he hadn't forgotten me which was all I had ever truly wanted from someone. To be acknowledged at the very least.
Of course I didn't tell the others that he had been talking to me, besides they didn't ask so I didn't see why I should. I guess I just wanted something for myself.
I wasn't completely stupid. I always had the feeling that he was using me, especially towards the start...but he was just so wonderful with his words and his ways.
When he began to make and buy sweet gifts and claim they were tokens of his affection, I couldn't help the blush on my face. When he would find a way to have his skin against mine, or how he would pick up my hand and gently tug my along. Somehow we always seemed to end up somewhere for food, and he would always refuse to let me pay.
Something about him was so enticing, addictive if you will.
He began to make me feel a certain way. He made me warm and happy. His touch was so soft, it made me feel like I was buzzing. i was stupid for thinking he could feel the same way about me.
I had been so scared to admit my feelings.
He had assured me that he would never push me to.
He told me that he liked me, that he didn't want me to be frightened of him or nervous around him. "Not unless it's the sort of nervous that puts butterflies in your stomach sweetheart" he had teased and my cheeks had glowed red.
Over the space of months his presence never lessoned. He always made time to see me, and speak with me. I found myself longing for his voice, his touch.
On days where he was too busy at home, he would urge me to come over. I would spend as long as I possibly could with him, a few times I even stayed over but he had slept on top of the duvet so that I would feel comfortable.
This had gone on for a small while until he actually said the words 'I love you'.
Perhaps I was just so happy to actually hear those words. Maybe I believed them to be true, real. Or I just saw what I wanted to see, heard what I wanted to hear and ignored the rest.
The time I gave myself to him used to make my smile and blush. Now it just makes me feel dirty, humiliated and embarrassed.
Knowing that he could and has had his hands all over my body, his lips and eyes. In the moment I felt like a goddess, probably because that’s what he told me I was. The memory of him inside me haunts me. I had thought it to be such a beautiful experience, romantic and personal.
I wish I could say that I had slept with him only once but as the months went by we would share intimacy often.
I had even told him that I loved him, so many times and I meant it for all of them.
So you should understand why it was so hard to accidentally hear him tell his sister that he had been compelling me for any information on the others.
It had felt as though my heart had stopped when the words hit my ears and tears already made my eyes burn. I heard a weak laugh and turned my head to see Damon, strung up by chains whilst bleeding all over, looking straight back at me.
“Y/n…” I heard Klaus’s voice, his tone one of panic or maybe it was just surprise. He probably didn’t want me to know of his routine. Damon only rolled his eyes and gave me look,
“You didn’t…think it was real, right?” He coughed, a cruel smile on his face.
His words just made me quieter. They made me think. Why did I think it was real?
My eyes slowly lifted to meet Klaus’s. I could see and feel Rebekah looking at me, everyone was silent. Even Damon shut up for a second. I think maybe he was expecting me to say something but I didn’t really have anything to tell him.
As awful as it all made me feel, and even with the amount of emotions swallowing me, I felt more disappointed in myself than I did him.
My right hand went to my left arm, pinching my skin through my jumper in some sort of hope that I’d wake up from some stupid nightmare but it didn’t work.
The first tear fell from my eye and I sniffed to keep the other ones from coming.
Klaus just looked at me, I couldn’t tell what he was thinking, I didn’t want to know either. I could just guess anyway.
So without a word I just turned around and left, walking quickly back out the door before breaking into a sprint in the direction of my house. I could feel the mascara running down my face, ruining the foundation I had only recently started wearing, for Klaus’s benefit.
My hands wiped at the tears as I pushed my from door shut behind me and went upstairs, blocking out the annoyed voices of my parents and locking myself in my room.
It was only once I was in the shower that I was flooded with memories. That I remembered all the things I had done with him. By the time I stepped out of the bathroom my skin was scrubbed raw in an attempt to wash his touch away. Even the slightest touch made me feel as though my body was burning, stinging with pain but I would have rather felt that every day than have to realise Klaus had been using me for over a year now.
I was curled in my bed, hidden under the blankets and surrounded by the dark as I let every comment not matter how small or petty play back through my mind.
I wasn’t even sure who to be upset with. I chose myself.
Klaus must’ve known I was an easy target. Desperate. I wonder how much he’s had me tell him. To be fair I knew more than you’d expect about what was going on. I had gotten good at observing and overhearing so I still knew what was going on, even when spending so much time with Klaus himself.
I also wondered what else he had compelled me to do. I hoped he wouldn’t do anything other than ask questions but I couldn’t help that fear creep inside me. It made me sick to my stomach, and then I wondered if he would just wait to compel me again so that I could continue to be his information feeder.
The idea made my fingers dig into my arm, bruising the skin purple but I wouldn’t stop. I only did so that I could go get some vervain that I kept downstairs in one of the cupboards at the back. I was reaching for the little glass bottle when I heard a door close. I spun around quickly to see Klaus in the doorway of my kitchen. My hand clutched onto the vervain tightly and I noticed his eyes glance at it briefly. His hands went up as if to show no harm but there was no way I would believe that meant a thing.
“Sweetheart- listen to me..” he began and I let out a breathless laugh
“Get out” I whispered making him sigh and frown as though he had the audacity to be upset or annoyed.
“Y/n..”
“No Klaus. I’m fucking serious, get out.” I told him, my eyes watering again. I let out an involuntary whimper when he stepped forward making him stop and stand still.
“I never meant for you to know that” he whispered and I frowned, swiping a tear away.
“Sorry I ruined your plan” I mumble, exhausted.
“No- no I didn’t mean it like that- I meant that-“
“Klaus it’s fine” I murmur, avoiding his eye, “It’s fine, I get it. You needed to know what was happening, you got to be two steps ahead. I’d appreciate if you just found someone else now please”
I could feel his stare on me, it make my skin itch and I just needed him to go. I could feel my hand getting clammy as I held onto the bottle.
“I haven’t compelled you in such a long time” he muttered, as though maybe that made it better. “I used to, but I truly have fallen for you Y/n. I love-“
“Please get out” I cut him off, my spare hand resting on my forehead to cover my eyes.
“I love you”
“No you don’t” I cry, “you wouldn’t do this to someone you love. I know you don’t love me. You never have and you never could. You’re just pretending again so I’ll let you control me, I don’t like it” I whimper, tears streaming again. I could hear him getting closer but I was already against the counter and I couldn’t out run him. There was no point in trying.
“Sweetheart, I’ll never use you again-“ he tried to argue but I couldn’t listen to it.
“I really, really need you to leave. Please Klaus just get out, I can’t stand you” I tell him honestly and for a second as I look up at him, he looks almost sad but I have to assume it’s still apart of his act.
“You- you’re not going to do anything…anything harmful are you? To yourself, I mean.” He asked and I felt a wave of embarrassment wash over me. I should never have told him that I’d had those thoughts or feelings once. I shouldn’t have ever said a word to him.
“No…now go away” I whisper, my hands trembling as I stared at the ground, listening to his footsteps eventually get further away.
I knew there was no way I could sleep, he was probably still outside my house. Waiting.
I wasn’t sure what he was waiting for but I could him there.
I had no idea what I was going to do.

Wooyoung comes clean to Yeosang while you wait for Seonghwa to take you home
To say Yeosang was pissed was an understatement. He couldn't even look at Wooyoung, opting to stare out into the night from his passenger side window. The air was thick around them, but he didn't care about it. He cared about Y/N, his best friend. The person who stuck by him throughout thick and thin. When times were tough, she was there to hold his hand, as he did for her. The poor girl didn't have it easy growing up, and the last thing she needed was to be terrorized by Yeosang's partner.
"Sangie... Baby, I need you to listen to me."
He only glanced at Wooyoung, refusing to acknowledge him any further.
"Please Yeosang, I never meant to do her any harm."
He snapped. "Then why did you? Huh? Why did you do that to her?"
Wooyoung sighed, trying to reach over the center console to hold Yeosang's hand, but the man swatted him away.
"Okay, you're mad, I get it. I have an explanation, if you're willing to hear me out."
"Not necessarily, but I don't have a choice, do I? You're just going to start yapping anyway." He huffed, crossing his arms.
If they weren't in such a predicament, Wooyoung would find this adorable. However, now was not the time. He had to set the record straight, and he had to apologize to you tomorrow.
"Listen... I know the men who gave her the bracelet, I recognised it immediately. I'm sorry about my reaction, but I got scared for a moment. The lack of self control I have aided in everything else afterwards."
Yeosang turned to look at him, noticing the crestfallen expression on his face. He seemed to regret everything that happened, but Yeosang didn't know what to do, so he let him continue.
"Don't get me wrong, those men aren't bad people, nor did I have something going on with them, it's just... I did something once upon a time that might have been a bad decision, and I know they're pissed. She's your friend, you're bound to meet them if you haven't already, and when they see me... You get my point."
"So you did it because you were scared for your own ass? Really Wooyoung?" The disappointment was evident in his voice.
Wooyoung was stressed, so he pulled the car owner to the side of the road. He knew he couldn't keep anymore secrets from Yeosang, he loved the boy too much, but he didn't think he'd have to come clean in a situation like this.
"Look, I'm about to tell you something that will freak you out, but you have to believe me. You know I love you, I'd do anything for you. Hell, I'll even face those two vampires again!"
Wait. Vampires?
"What are you on about? Did you hit your head on a bowling ball when we weren't looking?" Yeosang was starting to get nervous.
"Vampires. I'm talking about vampires. Specifically, the two men your friend Y/N's been seeing. I know them, because about a hundred years ago, I cast a spell that didn't turn out how I wanted."
Yeosang was starting to lose it. "Stop it! Just stop! I get it if you did something bad, but talking about such nonsense is too much."
"I'm telling you the truth!"
The tension was starting to suffocate him, the car slowly becoming too small for Yeosang to sit in. He grabbed the handle, barely managing to free himself from the belt, before rushing outside. Wooyoung shouted after him, quickly exiting himself.
"Woah, calm down, please! You can't just run off like that!" He ran around the hood, grabbing Yeosang by the arms to make him calm down.
"What's gotten into you, huh? Are you trying to freak me out?" Yeosang gasped.
"Are you on drugs?"
Wooyoung almost screamed in frustration.
"No! I'm not on drugs! Just stay still and watch."
Time seemed to stop in that second. Yeosang watched as his boyfriend, someone he considered to be his soulmate, raised his hands in the air. There was black smoke coming from his palms, spreading towards Yeosang and enveloping him like a blanket. For a moment, he thought he was dreaming, but his feet were definitely off the ground. Wooyoung chanted something in a language he didn't understand, and suddenly they were in the middle of a forest.
"What the hell?" His feet were back on the forest floor, his boyfriend no longer in front of him.
"Now you believe me?" Yeosang quickly turned around and saw the man leaning against a tree so casually it was almost funny.
His breath got caught in his throat, heart racing a mile per minute.
"What the hell are you?"
Wooyoung smirked. "Most people call me a menace, but I prefer the term warlock."
Silence followed his statement. Yeosang only looked at him, trying to make sense of the last few minutes. His boyfriend was a warlock. His boyfriend also said he was alive a hundred years ago.
"How old... Are you?" Yeosang whispered.
"Older than you think." Was the only thing he replied.
Wooyoung moved from his place against the tree, taking a couple of steps towards him. He was careful, paying attention to Yeosang's reactions. His body language told him he was on edge, but there were no signs of panic.
"I'm sorry you had to find out this way. I planned on doing something romantic, like transporting us to Italy or France, but I couldn't lie to you anymore. Y/N was just a trigger, and I deeply apologize about my actions towards her."
He was almost in front of the stoic man. Yeosang cleared his throat, relaxing his shoulders in the process.
"So... What did you do?"
Wooyoung sighed, and motioned for Yeosang to sit down. They made themselves comfortable on the soft forest ground, and he began his story.
"I met Seonghwa and Hongjoong a long time ago. We became friends almost instantly, and we had a great time. They are a lot older than me, so they kind of helped me out in the initial stages of my magic studies. They knew a lot about the supernatural world, and after some time I became really good at creating new spells."
Yeosang nodded along, relaxing more and more as he listened.
"One day, they came in with a pair of rings. They were a gift from Seonghwa's mother, left for him in an archive. They were so happy... They wanted to be bound forever, and the rings were a sign of acceptance from Seonghwa's parents. I tried to create a spell to make the rings wearable by the owner only, and only with explicit permission could you take them from someone."
Wooyoung trailed off, now a bit lost in his thoughts. He quickly gathered himself, and lightly placed his palm over Yeosang's.
"I don't know what went wrong... The spell didn't work how it was supposed to, and the rings got stolen. I tried doing everything I could to reverse it, but it was impossible. I felt so guilty, I ran. I haven't seen them in a long time, and I'm still not ready to face them. They trusted me with something precious, and I messed up."
His crestfallen expression made Yeosang sad all of the sudden. This was something that bothered him for what? A hundred years? That's a long time to feel guilty about something. Pushing aside his own feelings, he intertwined their fingers, squeezing his boyfriend's hand.
"I'm sure they're over it by now, love. Even if they're not, you can always set the record straight and apologize. I love you, but I also love Y/N. I can't be put in a position to choose, that's out of the question."
Wooyoung nodded, scooting closer towards Yeosang.
"I would never ask that of you. Thank you for listening and not freaking out. I hope this doesn't change our relationship. I love you too, and I can't live without you, you know?"
They smiled at each other, and the previous tension was long forgotten. Yeosang had one more question though.
"So, what was it like living in the ice age?"
Wooyoung burst out in a fit of giggles, his high pitched laugh following along.
"Oh Sangie, I love you."
.
.
On the other side of the town, you were patiently waiting for Seonghwa to come pick you up. The events of the evening played out in your mind, but you didn't want Seonghwa to pick up on your bad mood. He had a way of reading people, and thus was not the moment for his ability to shine.
You were about to call him again when his car pulled up in front of you. There he was, sitting so casually in his silk pyjamas, a burgundy robe wrapped around him.
"Hey doll, hop in." You went to the passenger side, opening the door and settling in. He quickly buckled you up before reversing the car and heading towards your house.
You glanced at him, amused by his attire.
"I didn't make you get out of bed, did I?" You chuckled.
Seonghwa laughed bashfully. "Ah... I was too excited to see you, so I kind of rushed out. Hongjoong laughed at me, but I know he'd do the same."
The light conversation continued until he reached over to take your hand in his. You winced slightly, still sore from Wooyoung's tight grip from earlier. Seonghwa noticed immediately, glancing at your hand. He froze for a second, slowing down the car, expression going completely cold.
"Why is your wrist so red, doll?"
You didn't know what to say. If you lied, he'd figure it out, so it was only fair to tell the truth. You just hoped he would take it lightly.
"There was... Um..."
"Who did this, Y/N?"
He was now completely serious, and you weren't used to this kind of Seonghwa.
"I'm giving you one more chance to explain before I go and find your little friend."
You panicked, flailing your arms around.
"No, please! Listen, it was nothing, just a misunderstanding. Wooyoung apologized, he didn't mean to do it!"
The car suddenly stopped. At least this time he pulled over to the side. His hands gripped the steering wheel tighter.
"Wooyoung? His name is Wooyoung?"
You nodded. "Yeah, he said he knew you. He recognised the bracelet I guess. He didn't mean to hurt me, I swear! See, it's already going away."
You pushed your hand towards him, making him look closely at your wrist. The redness was fading away, but that didn't change the fact it happened.
Seonghwa stayed silent. So, the little menace is back, and he's none other than your friend's boyfriend. Oh, Hongjoong would love this.
"Yes, we know Wooyoung. We just haven't seen him in a long, long time. We were bound to reconnect at some point, but I never imagined it being like this."
In all honesty, they let go of their grudge against him. There was no point in hatred, Wooyoung was a kind hearted person who felt bad about the mishap he had. Still, it was fun to toy around with him.
There was a bigger problem now at hand, so Seonghwa tried to keep his cool. He believed Wooyoung didn't mean to hurt you, but it happened.
Seonghwa carefully took your wrist in his hand, trying to cool down your skin with his. There were benefits to being ice cold sometimes.
You sighed, feeling better instantly.
"See? It's no big deal, so please, don't make it one."
He sighed, not feeling any better, but he assured you he was calm. The drive continued after that, and you told him about the nice evening you had with the boys.
Seonghwa glanced at your hand throughout the whole ride, noticing how the redness faded away as you got in front of your apartment complex.
"Hey, it's all good now. Please, don't worry about it anymore."
He placed a light kiss on your palm, not fully convinced.
"I'll always worry, doll. So will Hongjoong, you better get used to it."
There was no point in arguing with him, so you just accepted it. For some reason, you were reluctant to get out of the car, wanting to stay with Seognhwa longer. He probably noticed your turmoil, because he chuckled.
"Doll, you've got us for the whole day tomorrow. You need to go and get some sleep now. Believe me, I'd stay with you forever if I could."
You nodded, smiling at him. "That's nice to hear. I'll see you tomorrow then?"
"That you will." He kissed your palm again, and watched as you exited the car.
Similarly to Hongjoong, you blew him a kiss before you even realised it, and off you went.
Seonghwa was ecstatic. He'd so rub it in his husband's face when he gets home.
However, he would have to tell him more important things before that. Maybe they could mess around with Wooyoung for a bit? Yeah, that would be nice. He did, after all, grab you and hurt you.
Nobody could hurt their doll, that was certain, but they'll think about that after your date tomorrow.
It was finally happening, and Seonghwa was so excited he could burst. He only hoped you'd realise how much you mean to them.
They would be one step closer to revealing their true identities to you, and you had to be ready for it. That night, he fell into his husband's arms, and they talked about you until sunrise.
The day was finally here, and Hongjoong and Seonghwa couldn't wait to see you.

This chapter is focused on Wooyoung and Yeosang, because I wanted to introduce their relationship a bit better. Some secrets are out, but our reader is still in the dark about the boys. What will happen on their date? Stay tuned for the next update to find out!
Lots of love, and happy reading X

Have you ever tried moving on from something that hasn't necessarily happened, but no matter how hard you tried, you just can't?
Your mind, constantly replaying stuff in your dreams, random times throughout the day.
Hitting you when you least expect it?
Then, when you finally think you've gotten over it, gotten rid of the haunting thoughts, it comes back, stronger than it was before?
That was you. Right now.
You had this feeling of anxiety, feeling like something was going to happen. It's happened multiple times a day, even causing you to wake up in the middle of the night, sometimes gasping for air.
But, you can never remember your dreams and nothing ever happens.
You could never describe the feeling.
Your friends would ask if you're okay because you looked 'tired' or you said no to doing something you always have said yes to.
They knew something was up, and so did you, but you just didn't know what was causing you to feel like this so it was always 'I didn't sleep well last night' or some other lame excuse that they could see right through.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Your friend, Cami asks, "You've been, not sleeping well, for the last week or so." She tilts her head, "What's really going on?"
You take a deep breath, "I honestly.." you pause, leaning forward to set your coffee mug down on the coffee table, "If I tell you, you have to promise not to call me crazy."
She nods, leaning back against the couch, "Okay."
You pinch the bridge of your nose, "So besides me not sleeping well, I'll get to that in a sec, but it started last week, after we came home from Tara's party."
"Did someone h-"
You cut her off, "No. no. It's not that."
She sighs, "Oh fuck, okay good." She motions, "Continue. Sorry."
You bat the air, "When I came home I felt like I was forgetting something, but I had everything I took with. I also felt.. I don't know, almost guilty for going and having a good time? Like, almost like I shouldn't have gone? I'd don't know."
She furrows her brows, "That doesn't make any senses. I mean, I just.." she stops, "it sounds like you're feeling emotions you'd feel when you're with someone and you did something you know they don't like."
You shrug, "I mean, yeah. It kind of does feel that way, but at the same time if I really think about it, it still doesn't make sense. I mean, maybe I think about it way too much, but-"
She cuts you off, "Are you talking to anyone? Maybe someone who is a potential boyfriend and you felt bad for going out?"
You look up at her, "That's where it gets crazy."
She gives you a weird look, "Huh?"
"I feel like- okay. You promised not to call me crazy, so just.. hear me out." You stare at her and she nods and you continue trying to explain, "I feel like.. I already belong to someone."
She makes a face and you hold your hand up, "I know. I know. I just, I can't. I can't explain it really. I mean, I keep seeing this person in my dreams and it almost feels like they're who I'm-"
You shake your head, "That sounds absolutely fucking insane. I take back what I said, you can call me crazy."
You laugh, slightly embarrassed at what you just said.
This is the first time that you've actually talked about it out loud, and it sounds a lot crazier than you originally had thought.
"You're into reading books, right?" Cami asks and you nod, "Yeah, I'm actually reading one right now."
"What's it about?" She brings her legs up, moving the blanket to cover up. You purse your lips, "It's a darker romance book, so it's basically about a guy who comes at the most random times but he has a big secret and all that."
"What's he described as? Like what does he look like?" She brings her mug to her face and you shrug, "Um. I mean, like a normal looking guy. Slightly tall-ish. Blue eyes. At first he had brown hair, then he bleaches it to blonde, what does-"
"Who's the guy you see in your dreams?"
You stare at her, "Oh shit."
She chuckles, "I don't know about you, and now when I say this, I speak from experience because I'm sure we've all have done it, but it sounds like you're experiencing fictophilia."
"What the hell is that?" You laugh slightly at the last word she said, "fictophilia?"
She nods, "Yeah, it's where people, real people like us, fall in love with fictional characters in a book."
"Can it be as strong as taking over how you feel?" You ask, tilting your head, "Because when I tell you, I could have puked from feeling guilty that night, I was-" you hold up your thump and pointed, an inch from each other, "-This close."
She shakes her head, "No, I don't think it can cause that. I think you just drank a little, too much." She smirks, "Those back to back shots definitely had something to do with it."
You sigh, closing your eyes as you nod, "Yeah, yeah no. You're probably right. I'm just definitely over thinking about it."
"And the not getting sleep will definitely play a part in that. You need to take a nap. A real nap." She smirks, "and stop being delusional."
You roll your eyes, smirking as you nod, "Yeah, yeah. I know. But these fictional men, Cami. They'll getcha."
She nods as she stands up, "No I know. I watched a movie the other day and thought about the one character for three days straight."
"See. My point exactly." She laugh as you walk her over to the door. She turns, "I don't think you're crazy. Fictional characters happen to us all."
She leans in for a hug, "But if it gets to the point to where you tell me you're dating someone who isn't real, I'm funny farming your ass."
You laugh, leaning back as you look at her, "I won't put up a fight."
You close the door after she walks out, turning around to look at your empty apartment. You flick the lock before you walk over to the couch, sitting down to switch on the tv.
You put on the show you were watching and you can't help but think about your conversation with Cami.
It felt like so much more than what you told her.
It felt too real, but you really didn't want her to think you were losing it. That you were crazy.
But you felt it.
After multiple days of trying to figure out who the guy in your dreams is and not having any clue whatsoever is maddening.
Constantly telling yourself, I'm going crazy, each time you try hard to remember his face and about lose it because you can't.
You have a feeling that he wasn't just the guy in the book.
He was so much more than that, to you, in your head at least.
But, little did you know, that he was a creature who had such a pretty face, a dark, dark soul - along with his friend.
You shake your head, laying down and getting comfortable on the couch so you can try and take a well needed nap.

You reach over the counter, smiling at the barista, "Thank you." She nods, moving on to hand out the next coffee.
You walk away, heading towards the door. You go to push it open but stumble out when someone on the outside opens it before you.
"Oh, shit." The guy lays an arm in front of you, stopping your stumble. You stand up straight, looking up at the blonde.
He smiles slightly, "Are you okay? I'm sorry. I didn't see you coming out."
You nod, laughing slightly, "Y-yeah. Yeah I'm okay. Thank you for opening the door for me." You smile at him and he shrugs, "Call it fate."
A loud thump causes you to jump awake. You sit up, slowly turning to look back over the couch. You blink a few times, trying to get your vision used to the darkness of your apartment.
You call out slight groggy, "Hello?"
No answer.
Your phone ringing causes you to jump and you let out a sigh as you look at it. You debated on not answering, mainly because you seen the movies.
You know how it goes.
But it was cami, so you answer, "Hello?"
"Hey, a bunch of us are going out tonight. Wanna join?" She asks, "We're going to bar hop." You bite your lip, quickly turning around when you feel a presence off to your left, "Uh, yeah. Yeah."
"You'll come?" She asks, excitement seeping from her words, "Great. We can all just meet up in the parking lot of your place and we can walk to Bar Eight."
"That's fine with me. I need a shower, I just woke up from a nap." You stretch your arm above your head, "you can come over whenever. I'll be here."
"I have to finish getting ready, too but I'll be over within the hour."
"Okay." You nod to yourself, "See ya." You pull the phone away from your ear and stand up. You walk over to the lamp, switching it on and from the corner of your eye, you can see a figure disappear.
"Oh fucking hell." You rub your eyes and sigh. You mentally tell yourself that it's the sleep deprivation or that you just need to distract yourself.
Maybe having people stay over after a night out will help.
You walk to the bathroom, switching the shower on and it quickly fills with steam. You undress, stepping in and sighing as the hot water washes over your body.
It feels like hands slid over your shoulders and you zone out.
You're walking down the street with Cami, having a small conversation. You're oblivious to the people walking towards you on the left side of the side walk.
Someone runs into your shoulder, knocking your purse off. It falls to the ground and some of your things spill out.
As you bend down, what you assume, is the guy who bumped into you, bends down to help you.
"Here. Let me help."
You look up, tucking hair behind your one ear as your eyes meet a guy with dark hair and blue eyes, "Oh, um. Thank you."
He nods, handing you the strap of your bag, "No need, I should watch where I'm going more often."
You laugh slightly, "Yeah, that probably wouldn't be a bad idea." He stands up and holds his hand out. You felt oddly trusting of him, so you take his hand to stand up.
"I'm Colby." He smiles and you nod, "I'm y/n."
You turn around quickly, wiping the water from your face as you only remember the hands on your shoulders, "what the fuck!"
You pull the shower curtain back, peaking out as if that was the smartest thing to do, "Go away."
Nothing in response.
You lean back into the shower and fix the curtain before doing your routine. As you're rising the conditioner out of your hair, you feel like there's eyes on you.
Like someone is watching.
You finish up, quicker than you thought, and step out.
You tilt your head at the neatly folded towel on the corner of the counter and stare at it, "Did I do that?"
You think hard but can't remember.
You grab it, snapping it open so you can wrap up your hair and put the other one around your body. You open the bathroom door, and nothing else seems out of ordinary as you step out.
You turn, walking into your room and going to your closet. You shift through the hangers, finding a cute top and a pair of ripped jeans.
You toss the towel down, quickly getting dressed before taking your hair down.
A very faint, she's so pretty, causes you to snap your head towards the door, "Cami?" You slowly scrunch your hair in the towel and shake your head, it's just the tv.
After a while, there's a knock on your door and you get up to go open it, "Hey guys. Come in." You smile as Cami and your other friends walk in, greeting you with smiles.
"I just need to grab my bag then I'm ready." You walk into your room, grabbing your purse and turning to walk out when you suddenly stop.
You don't know why you stop, but you just do.
Your mind goes blank for a second and then suddenly you're walking back out to your friends like nothing just happened, "Okay. I'm ready."
.·:*¨ ✘ ¨*:·.
"So do you come here often?"
You try not to roll your eyes at the cringey, overused pickup line, "I mean.. kind of?" You laugh slightly and sip your drink, "I only live a few minutes away."
Why would you say that? You don't know him.
Your brows furrow, "That was weird."
"What was weird?" The guy still standing infront of you asks, making you realize that you now just thought out loud, "Um, nothing. Nothing sorry. Continue."
"No." He laughs, "I like weird shit, tell me."
You sigh, smirking slightly, "Do you ever.. how do I say this." He shrugs with a smile, "Just say it."
"Do you ever feel like there's someone in your head but it's not you?" The words roll off your tongue and you instantly regret it, "Wait. No. That sounds awful."
He shakes his head, "No I know exactly what you mean."
No he doesn't.
You close your eyes, "Almost like it's someone trying to talk to you, but it's just.." you laugh, "Confusing. Weird. I don't know."
The guy nods, "I'm so glad someone else thinks the same as me."
You smile and that feeling hits again. Like you shouldn't be there. Like you're about to be sick, which can't be from the alcohol, you've only had three so far and they weren't your usual double shots.
"If you'll excuse me I need to g-" you walk away, leaving your drink at the bar. As you're walking towards the bathroom, someone steps back from the bar, too quickly for you to dodge them.
You run right into them and sigh, "Excuse you."
"I'm sorry, sweetheart."
You look up and a blonde guy is standing there. Something about him causes your curiosity to spike, "No.. it's fine. I was just-" you shake your head, "I'm sorry, is this is weird, but do I know you?"
He shrugs, "My name's Sam."
"Sam. Sam. Sam." You repeat to yourself a few times quietly, "No, sorry. I don't think I know a Sam."
"Hmm. Well maybe we can call it fate that you just happened to run into me like you did." He smirks and for some reason, his words cause you to straight up your posture, "first off, you weren't paying attention."
You smirk and tilt your head, "Second off, I swear we've had a conversation before. I just-"
"Can't think of it right now? That happens to me all the freaking time." He chuckles as he sips his drink, "Are you drinking?"
"I mean, I was. I left mine back there with a guy, I was on my way to the bathroom."
"Oh, shit. I'm sorry, are you with someone?" Sam asks and you shake your head, wanting to say yes because it really feels like it, but in reality, you're not.
"No, no. My friend just left me there and he appeared and yeah. Nothing serious, I don't even know his name."
Why are you defending yourself to someone you don't know, you think, "I'm y/n. I guess I should have told you that when you told me yours."
He smiles, "Pretty name, y/n." He motions to the bar, "Can I buy you a new one?" You smile, "I think I'd like that a lot, Sam."
You step up to the bar with him and Sam flags down the one bartender, "Whatever she wants. It can go on my tab, Golbach."
As you look up at him, you get this odd feeling of déjà vu.
"What?" He asks with a smirk and you shake your head, "You just.. remind me of someone I can't really remember."
"What?" He laughs, "Sorry, I don't mean to laugh I just-"
"No, no please laugh. I'm so awkward." You cover your face with one hand and he shakes his head, "I'm sorry." He moves your hand from your face, "I think you're beautiful."
You feel your cheeks heat up and he bites his lower lip, "Can I ask you a question?"
You nod, "Yes."
He leans in, eyes focusing onto yours, "You will answer yes to my question and not question anything else. Can you follow me to the bathroom so I can have a taste of you?"
You smile, "Yes."
"That was easy." He downs the rest of his drink and slides his hand down into yours, "Follow me, princess."
You leave your drink, mind only focusing on one thing right now and you absolutely were not questioning it.
He leads you to the back, pushing the door to the bathroom open and lets you walk in first. He follows behind you, shutting the door and locking it.
He stares at you for a few seconds, the only thing he's focused on right now is listening to your blood flow through your veins.
"You're going to taste so fucking good." He moves in front of you within a second, hands on your hips which guide you back to sit you on the sink's edge.
His eyes focus on yours again, "Don't make a sound."
All you do is nod, moving your eyes from him to the wall behind him as he dips his head down to press his lips to the side of your neck.
Your eyes flutter closed as he gently sucks a spot into your neck, tongue moving over your skin before lifting his head ever so slightly.
His grip tightens on your waist as his fangs emerge, eager to be sunk into your delicate skin.
"Ready?" Sam whispers and you nod silently. He smirks and your eyes go wide, hands sliding up and gripping the collar of his shirt as his teeth sink into your skin.
His groan is muffled by your neck and his hands pull you in closer to him.
Your hand lays on the back of his head, mouth parted in completely silence as your eyes flutter closed.
The feelings you get is pain mixed with the upmost euphoric pleasure.
As you open your eyes, you see a man leaning up against the wall, watching. You can't tell who he is, as your vision is kind of hazy.
Sam lifts his head a little, "Go away Colby."
The guy, who you presume as Colby now, chuckles, "Come on, who says you can have all the fun?" Sam stands up, licking his now red lips. He lifts a finger, wiping away the blood drop that's rolling down his chin from the corner of his mouth.
"You can have your fun later. This was my idea, so I get first dibs, remember?" Sam glances back at him and he walks up next to him, eyes on you, "She is so fucking beautiful."
"Ain't she?" Sam grips your chin, "You can talk now, but you're still not questioning anything."
You clear your throat, swallowing to relieve it from the dryness and Colby sighs, "Clean her blood up, Sam."
"Why?" Sam teases, "Smells good doesn't it?"
Colby shakes his head, "You know I don't have control like you do." Sam sighs, rolling his eyes as he wipes the blood from your neck with his thumb, "Scaredy cat."
He smears some of his blood on the open wounds, getting them to heal faster so he can cover his tracks before he brings his thumb to his lips.
You watch as he licks the red liquid from his skin, "Mm." He leans back slightly before leaning back in, his voice going quieter, "So fucking good."
He presses his lips to yours and the metallic taste of your own blood washes over your tongue.
"Alright. You gotta get her back to her friends, they're ready to go to another bar." Colby moves back, leaning against the wall and Sam nods, "Do you have any questions for me, sweetheart?"
You smile slightly, reaching out to grab his shirt with your hands, "You're coming with me."
He raises a brow, "Is that a demand?"
"Only if you want it to be." You bite your lip, staring up at him as you continue to smile at him. He sighs, "I'll find you, babe. I promise."
You nod, sliding down from the sink, "You better." As you go to walk towards the door, Colby clears his throat, "Sam."
Sam sighs, "Shit, right." Sam quickly moves between you and the door, "I promise I'll undo all of this later, but for right now.." he cups your cheeks with his hands, looking into your eyes, "Forget about what happened and what you saw. You're going to tell your friends that you used the bathroom and only remember me as Sam Golbach. A regular guy from the bar down the street."
Within a blink of an eye, they're both gone and you're left standing alone in the bathroom, "Guess I'm done here."
You walk out and your friends are standing in a group by the door, "There she is. We thought you left." Cami says reaching out to grab your hand.
"No, I was just using the bathroom." You smile, "Are we going to another bar?"
Cami nods, "We're going to go hang out at Electric Avenue." You groan, "Oh my god, I love that place."
She laughs, "Then what are we waiting for?" She wraps her arm around yours and as you leave Bar Eight, you can't help but feel like you're forgetting something.
Something that happened, but you can't quite put your finger on it. That sick feeling returns, but this time it comes with heartache.
Even though you're with your friends, you feel extra lonely right now. In this moment you just want to go home, curl up in bed and cry because you're missing something so bad right now, but if anyone were to ask, you can't give them an answer that sounds sane enough for them to not laugh or think you're not crazy.
Because let's face it, the fact that you're obsessing over someone or something that you have zero knowledge about, is pretty insane.
"ID's please." The bouncer says as you walk up. You dig into your purse and pull out your wallet, slipping your id from its holder.
He checks it over, handing it back to you to move onto Cami. You wait for her by the door and when she walks through, you link your arm with hers, pretending that you're not ready to run home.
"Shots. Please!" She yells over the music and you sigh, "I'll do one, maybe two."
"We'll see." She giggles as she pulls you with her to the bar and rests her arms on the tall counter.
"Well hello ladies." The bartender walks up, "I'm Blake, anything you need I'll be happy to serve it to you."
Cami giggles, "Thank you, Blake. I think.. to start off, we'll do-" she pauses for a second, "Six teq-"
"No." You say quickly and she sighs, "Fine. Six vodka shots."
Blake smirks, "You got it." He winks at you before walking away and Cami leans in, "He is so hot." You shrug, "He's alright."
"Alright? Are we seeing the same guy? Y/n. He's into you!" She nudges your side with her elbow, "Get his number."
If he, as so little as it may seem, gets your number, I will snap his neck in front of everyone.
"No." You snap at Cami, "I'm not giving him my number. And you aren't either."
She scoffs, "Is this about the little crush you have on that character in your book because if so-"
"Cami." You roll your eyes, "no it's not about that okay." She turns towards you, leaning against the bar, "Then what's it about? Hmm."
You sigh and right as you're about to give her some bullshit answer, a guy comes up beside you and wraps his arm around your waist, "It's about me."
You look up and your mood instantly switches, "Sam! There you are."
"Here I am." He smiles as he looks down at you, "I told ya I'd meet you here."
Cami shakes her head, "Wait." She points to Sam, "Who is this and when did you meet him?"
"Cami, this is Sam Golbach. A regular guy from the bar down the street." The words seem scripted to you, but you didn't really pay attention to that.
You felt safe. Complete. Almost like this is the meaning to your obsessing and empty fantasies.
"Why didn't you tell me? I thought you were talking to that other guy?" Cami tilts her head and you scoff, "You make it sound like I'm a whore, Cami."
She laughs, "Oh god, no. No, I didn't mean it-"
"It's fine." You laugh, "He knows about the other guy I was talking to. It just.. didn't work out."
Blake comes back and delivers the six shots on the tray. His eyes move to Sam, staying on him as he speaks, "Six vodka shots."
He walks away and Sam can't help but laugh, "I don't think he likes me."
"Well maybe it's because he was eyeing up your girl before you showed up." Cami grabs a shot and looks around for the others.
She waves them down, motioning for them to come over and they do. Singing along and dancing mildly to the music that's bumping through the club.
"Heyyy. Who's this?" Your other friend asks pointing to Sam. He leans forward, "I'm Sam."
"Sam. Sam. Sam." She laughs, clearly reaching her alcohol limit, and fast, "You gonna stick around?"
Sam nods, "I mean, yeah. I planned on it. At least until one of us-" he nods towards you, "- is ready to leave."
Your friend laughs, "No, no. I meant sticking around as in dating my girl here." Sam's brows raise and he nods, "I mean, yeah. Yeah. I plan on it, I mean. That's if she wants me to."
Your arm tightens around his waist and he smiles, "I think that's a yes." You nod, resting your head on his shoulder. As you're standing there, waiting for the shots to be distributed, you spot another oddly familiar face.
"Who's that guy over there?" You ask pointing across the bar. Sam leans down, "Which one, sweetheart?" You lean over slightly, "The guy next to the girl in the pink top."
"Oh that's Colby." Sam turns his head to look into your eyes, "You recognize him from back at the bar, he's a good friend of mine." Sam looks at you and you nod, "Oh okay. Yeah that makes sense. Maybe I do remember him."
Sam smiles and kisses your temple. He closes his eyes as he takes a deep breath, remembering what your blood tasted like on his tongue.
His hand grips your hip tight, loosening as he takes a shot glass from Cami, "Thank you."
You take yours and wait for Cami to tap hers against the bar. Everyone follows, tapping each glass against the wood before knocking them back.
Everyone cheers, pulling each other onto the dance floor. Sam takes your hand into his, pull you with him before spinning you around to press his chest against your back.
His hands slide down, gripping your waist as you move to the beat of the song. Your head rests back onto his shoulder and he rests his cheek against yours.
Your arm slides up, wrapping around his neck and you spin around to face him, your other arm moving up to interlock your hands behind his head.
"You're so beautiful." Sam says which causes you to smile. He brushes hair from your neck, subtly inspecting the now healed bite mark. He lick his lips, tilting his head as his eyes meet yours again.
"Does your friend need a dancing partner? I can send Cami over to talk to him?" You tilt your head and Sam chuckles, "Nah, I think he'll be alright."
"Girlfriend?" You ask and Sam shakes his head, "No."
"Oh, is he gay? My friend Curtis ca-."
Sam laughs, "No, no. He's not. He just.." he brushes hair from your face, "He has his eye on someone very special already."
"Good for him." You smile, pulling Sam closer. Sam nods, "Yeah, it really will be good for him." He leans in, lips connecting with yours and its sparks.
Bright sparks, hell. Those are fireworks.
"I don't want to leave you." You admit, "Sorry if that w-"
"I don't want to leave you, either." Sam cuts you off, lips connecting right back with yours. You lay your hand on the back of his back, sliding the other one down his chest and pushing away from him, "They're all coming back to my place, so I hope that doesn't change anything."
Sam shakes his head, "doesn't change a thing, baby."
.·:*¨ ✘ ¨*:·.
You giggle slightly to yourself as you dig for your keys, "I hope I grabbed them."
"I'm sure they're in there." Sam says giving you a smile. Cami pushes between the two of you, "Do you have them?"
Sam glances at her and back to you, "She's looking for them."
You look up at her, "Can you move your head, you're blocking the light." You try not to laugh but fail, causing her to laugh which spreads throughout everyone else.
Sam shakes his head and you pull out your keys, jingling them as you look back, "Found them."
They all cheer and you unlock the door, pushing it open before you drag Sam in with you.
You set your bag and keys on the counter before turning to face Sam, "Do you need a drink or anything?"
He licks his lips, brushing hair from your neck, "I do, but I'll get it then."
"I can get it fo-"
He cuts you off, "I'm fine, sweetheart." He smiles, "Come on, let's go sit." He takes your hand into yours and pulls you towards the couch.
You sit on his lap, looking back at Cami and your other friends who are raiding your fridge. She gives you a look and nods towards your room.
She walks over stopping at the door way, "Y/n, can you come help me unzip my dress."
You look back at her, "Oh yeah." You get up, sliding your hand along Sam's shoulders as you walk around the couch.
Cami pulls you into your room and shuts the door, her voice is quiet, "Don't you think.. Sam is.." she trails off and you tilt your head, "Sam is? What, Cami?"
She waves her hands in a circle, "I don't know, he seems a bit.. controlling."
You laugh slightly, "What do you mean?"
"The way he just pulled you over to the couch, I mean you were just trying to offer him a drink." She shrugs, "I don't know, it just.. you just met him, we just met him, and he's already back at your place?"
"I don't understand what you're saying? You do this all the time, cami." You cross your arms, "Do you want me to kick him out?"
"That's not what I'm saying at all, y/n. I'm just saying that I get a really weird vibe from him, he just.. he seems cold." She shrugs, sighing as she turns around, "Can you unzip me quick, though please?"
You roll your eyes, reaching up to quickly unzip the dress, "I know you're just trying to look out for me, but something about him just feels.. right."
She turns around, leaning down to grab her bag, "ultimately it's your choice at the end of the day, but I'm just saying be careful. I just didn't like the way he drug you over to the couch."
"I think you're being a little dramatic." You laugh, "Now change, and come out so we can watch a movie."
You walk over to your door, opening it to walk back over to the couch. Sam greets you with open arms as you sit back down on his lap, "Everything okay?"
You nod, "Yeah, her zipper was just stuck in some loose string from her dress."
You didn't have to lie, Sam already heard everything.
"Dress okay?" He asks and you nod. He plants a kiss to your cheek, "Good."
Cami walks back out, coming over to sit next to you, "So, what movie are we watching?"
"Something funny. Oh!" Cami snaps, "Why don't we watch Vampires Suck? Have you seen it?"
"Isn't that the movie that's based off of Twilight? Doesn't actually suck?" One of your friends say, and Cami nods with a smirk as she leans forward to grab the remote, "Yes, it is, and it's supposed to suck on purpose. That's the whole point."
Sam chuckles shaking his head, the thought of watching a bad vampire movie was so cliche to him.
Cami turns his head, leaning out to look at him, "Is that alright with you?"
He looks at Cami and nods, "Why wouldn't it be?"
"Cami." You sigh, "Just play the stupid movie." She sighs quietly and presses play, tossing the remote down next to her.
A little bit into the movie, you lean in to Sam, "I'll be right back, I have to go to the bathroom." He nods, giving you a smile as you get up.
You walk to the bathroom closing the door and as you look at yourself in the mirror, your mind shifts from Sam and you zone out.
"You're just.." Colby smiles, brushing hair from your face, "So pretty."
You smile, a blush rising onto your cheeks, "Thank you, Colby." He leans in, "I've honestly never come across anyone as pretty as you."
"Okay, now you're just saying stuff." You laugh and he shakes his head, "No, I'm not. I'm being serious. I've seen hundreds of faces, and yours is my favorite one of all."
You look away, laughing slyly, "Colby."
He grips your chin, turning your head back to face him, "I'm being so serious right now. I'd risk fighting Lucifer himself to be with you."
"Lucifer?" You question and Sam's voice pops up, "Colby. That's enough. Knock it off."
You look around, unable to spot Sam..
Your eyes focus on your figure in the mirror, blinking a few times before you continue to do what you went in there for.
You open the door, flicking the lights off as you walk out.
"Hey I think I'm going to head out." You look up at your friend as you sit down next to Sam and Cami, "Are you good to drive?"
They nod, "Oh yeah, I feel fine. I'll text you when I get home."
"Okay. Be careful." You smile and they nod as they walk out.
A little bit later, two more friends leave, then another one, leaving you with just Sam and Cami.
"Is it just me, or were they acting kind of weird?" You look between them and Sam shrugs, "I know they were getting tired, probably didn't want to have to sleep on the floor." He teases them reassures you, "I think they were good."
Cami yawns and stretches as she leans forward, "Yeah, I think I'm going to head home. I forgot I had an appointment early in the morning."
"But it's Saturday?" You question and she shrugs, "Yeah. There's one that has certain hours."
"Oh." You nod, "Okay." Your eyes follow her as she gets up, walking over to grab her back, "I'll talk to you tomorrow. Love you!"
"Yeah, okay. Love you, too." You watch her shut the door and then you slowly look over at Sam, "That was so weird."
"Maybe they just settled down, got tired from the alcohol?" Sam suggests and you shrug, "I mean, yeah. You're right." You laugh, "Sorry I'm just-"
There's another thump, almost like the same one at earlier on in the day.
"That happened earlier." You look back, "Hello?"
"Maybe it's your neighbors?" Sam stands up, "I'll go check, maybe someone else did leave."
You nod, turning around to watch as he walks back to check the rooms. He comes out of your room and shakes his head, "No one's here."
You nod, continuing to watch as he then gets this annoyed look on his face and he sighs, "Fine."
"Sam?" You slowly get up, "Who are you talking to?"
"No one, I just-" he laughs, "I have something to tell you."
Your heart starts racing and you feel like your chest gets heavy, "Oh god." Your mind starts racing through every single idea that could potentially happen.
He had a plan this whole time. Gain your trust, get your alone, murder you.
He chuckles, "Relax, sweetheart. I'm not going to murder you."
Your head snaps towards him and you point, "H-how did you-"
"I can read your mind."
His words catch you off guard, "Y0u ju- you can r-" he pause, closing your eyes as you rest your forehead in your hand, "What the fuck is hap-"
You look up, gasping when Sam is right in front of you, "Shit." You go to step back but Sam grabs your wrist.
As scared as you want to be, when he touches you, it's like all your fear washes away and you want to do anything in your power to keep him with you.
"Listen to me." Sam's voice is soft, "I have to tell you something, but I need you to not freak out." He looks into your eyes, "Okay?"
You nod your head, "Y-yeah. I guess I can try."
"Come." He motions towards the couch, "Have a seat."
You walk over, sitting down. You turn your body towards him and rest your hands in your lap. Sam leans back, casually extending his arm over the back, "I made your friends go home."
"Huh?" You tilt your head, "What do you mean you made them leave?"
He shrugs, "Because we were getting impatient and they were just being massive cockblocks."
You sit in silence as you try to process his words, "We?"
Sam nods, "Yeah, remember Colby from the bar?" You nod slowly, "um, yeah. Yes." Sam nods, "Well he's here, too."
You whip around, looking for him, but you don't see him, "Where?" You turn back around, heart racing faster, "Why is he here, too?"
Sam stares at your chest, biting his lip as he pushes the thirst for your blood out of his mind, "You can't see him, he's hiding himself."
"Hiding himself?" You run your hand through your hair, breathing out a quiet, "Fuck."
After a moment of silence, Sam speaks up, "Do you want to know what happened at the bar?"
"I know what happened at the bar. I met you, we talked had a drink, I went to the bathroom then came out and walked with my friends down the street to another club." You look at him and he smirks, "No, sweetheart. Do you want to know what really happened?"
"What really happened?" You question and Sam leans forward, looking into your eyes, "When you remember, you won't make a big deal about it."
You nod and Sam tilts his head, eyes still on yours, "Remember."
You freeze as your mind plays what actually happened at Bar Eight.
Sam compelling you to say yes to his question. Following Sam to the bathroom. Sitting on the edge of the sink and being told not to make a sound.
His teeth sinking into your neck and you can almost feel the pleasured pain he caused you as he sucked your blood from your neck.
Colby emerging from behind Sam as your vision goes hazy.
Everything flows if, filling the cracks with missing information and you're left speechless.
You blink, your eyes moving to look at Sam. The only words you can form leave you more shocked as they leave your lips, "Y-you're.. a vampire?"
Sam smiles, nodding his head as he leans forward to rest his elbows on his knees, "Correct."
"And Colby?" You raise your brows and Sam tilts his head, "He's a demon."
"A de-" you shake your head, "No. I'm dreaming I can't- this can't be real." You stand up, placing one hand on your forehead and the other on your hip, "I'm having a really, really weird dream."
"Hate to break it to ya, babe." Colby's voice startles you as he walks around from behind you. You jump, stepping back as you look at him. He holds his hand out, "I'm sorry. Didn't mean to scare ya."
He chuckles, "But you're not dreaming. You're awake, and we're here."
You slide your hand down, resting your fingers over your lips and your mind starts racking up questions.
"Yes, we're why you felt guilty after going to Tara's party." Colby nods, "And why you felt so obsessed over, well.. nothing really."
"It wasn't really nothing, y/n. We made it so you were, what? Colby. I don't even know what you'd call it." Sam looks to Colby and Colby purses his lips, "Mm."
He snaps his fingers and looks to you, "Love sick."
"We made you love us, without even knowing us. That's why you felt so comfortable with me at the bar, we'd basically manipulate your dreams so you'd know who we were, but someone.." Sam trails off, glaring at Colby before looking back to you, "Thought it would be best if we made it so you couldn't remember when you woke up."
You can feel your legs shaking below you, "And the making me do things? What.. what's that?"
"Oh the compulsion?" Sam nods, "Yeah, that's my favorite thing about being a vampire." He laughs, "I can make anyone do anything I wanted."
"So you.. compelled me.. to.." you point to your neck and he nods, "Yes."
"Why?" You stare at him and he shrugs, "Come on, if a stranger came up to you and said follow me to the bathroom, I want to bite your neck and drink your blood, would you have honestly, willingly gone with?"
"I mean, no but- wait." You point to Colby, "You don't like my blood?"
He sighs, "Ah, yeah. That."
"He could rip you apart if he really wanted to." Sam laughs and Colby rolls his eyes, "So could you, Sam."
Sam nod, leaning back to bring one of his legs up to least on his other one, "That's true. I could tear you apart if I wanted."
Sam is in front of you within the blink of an eye and you lean back slightly. His arm snakes around your wait, hand planting on the small of your back, "But I think you are just.. the sweetest thing."
There is absolutely no fear in your body, and they both know it.
"Why me?" You ask, your breathing growing faster as Sam slides his other hand up your arm to push your hair out of the way, "Why not you?"
His fingers run over the spot he had previously drank from before, "You have such a pretty face, on a pretty neck. You drive me crazy."
He leans in, lips gently pressing against your skin before tilting his head up, "Tell me you don't want me right now. Tell me you don't want us.. right now."
"I-I." You gasp as you feel Colby appear behind you, his hands sliding onto your waist. You bite down on your lip, "Are you going to hurt me?"
"Not unless you want us to, baby." Colby chuckles, "We're here to pleasure you. Make you feel things you've never even thought of feeling."
Colby presses his chest against your back and Sam tilts his head, "We don't take orders from anyone.." his thumb brushes over your bottom lip, "But you."
A rush of excitement washes over you and they both chuckle, "she's excited." Colby whispers, "I can feel it."
"This is so fucking weird." You laugh, still slightly in shock, "Oh my god."
"What do you say, sweetheart." Sam looks into your eyes, "Will you let us be your sickening desire?"
Your lips part open as Colby's lips attach to your neck, sucking a mark into your neck.
You had to admit, the devils voice is so sweet to hear.
Along with them being pretty cute for being, what others would consider monsters.
"You think we're cute?" Sam teases and you sigh, "My thoughts aren't safe anymore are they?"
Sam shakes his head, "Not at all, babe."
"You share them with us now." Colby whispers, "So are you going to answer Sam's question. Are you going to let us show you what an exhilarating ride it is to dance with the devil?"
After taking a moment to think, your eyes meet Sam's and you nod, "Take me."
"As you wish." He lifts you up, walking over to the couch, "But before we start. Can I have that drink now?"
"So that's what you meant?" You bite your lip and he nods, "Uh huh. Exactly." He looks over at Colby and when you look over at him, he's gone.
Sam turns your chin back towards him, "He's not too far off." He winks and slides his hand to the back of your neck, pulling you in closer to him as he leans up, mouth close to your neck.
Your hands grip the collar of his shirt, preparing for the initial piercing of your skin.
"Tell me when. You call the shots." Sam whispers and you nod, "Go."
You let out a whine, tilting your head to the side as his fangs sink into your neck.
Your fists tighten with his collar still balled up in them, and a moan slips through. Sam wraps tightens his arm around your waist, groaning against your neck.
The euphoric feelings rushes in, causing your arousal to spike.
You need him, and you needed him bad.
Your mind dances off onto the topic of Colby, thinking about how good he looks in the black leather jacket.
How his dark demeanor intimidates you, but also turns you on more than anything.
"Fucking hell, babe. You taste fucking good." Sam leans back, fangs still out as his licks the blood from his lips.
Your eyes gaze over his face as you slide a hand up, wiping away a bead of blood that's getting ready to drip. You drag your finger up his chin, slowly placing it in his mouth and you gasp when his lips wrap around it, sucking your flood off your finger.
"I know I should be scared but.." you bite your lip, pulling your finger from his lips, "I'm not."
"We don't want you to be scared." Sam whispers, "We love you."
Without any hesitation, "I love you both."
"That's the way we want it." He smirks, looking over your shoulder, "You good, Colbs?"
"Oh yeah." Colby answers from behind, "Clean her up. I want my turn with her." Sam smirks and licks his lips again before leaning forward.
A shiver goes down your spine from Colby's words and Sam's tongue gliding over the fresh puncture wounds.
A little whimper leaves your lips, "Please."
"Soon baby." Both say in unison.
"Stand up for me, princess." Sam says and you stand up, slightly wobbly. Colby moves behind you, sweeping you off your feet, "You'll get used to that the more it happens."
You stare up at him, captivated by how a demon can look so pretty.
"I'm not in my true form, sweetheart." Colby smirks, walking you into your room, "Maybe one day I'll show you."
"What do you look like?" You ask and Colby lays you on the bed, "Let's not talk about that right now." He licks his lips, pressing them to yours.
Your hands move to his neck, moaning quietly against them. He slides a hand down, slipping it under your shirt, earning a moan as he toys with your nipple.
You tilt your head back, arching your back as he pinches a bit harder.
You wonder where Sam is, and he instantly appears next to you, "I'm right here, princess." He smirks down at you and you bite down on your lip.
You had so many emotions flooding through your mind and body.
You have never, never felt like this before and that was part of their goal.
Colby slips his hand out, gripping your shirt at the top and tearing it with a smooth glide, exposing your chest, "Mm. Naughty girl, not wearing a bra."
You bite your lip, looking down at him and he smirks, "I like it better when you don't." He winks and leans down, attaching his lips to one nipples while his fingers find the other.
A moan leaves your lips as you lay a hand on the back of his head, "Fuck."
Sam leans down slightly, laying a hand on your head and brushing it over your hair, "We've been watching you for a while now. Did you know that?"
"N-no." You whimper and Sam chuckles, "Of course not. We didn't want to make you love sick, we just needed a way to make you ours before we told you who we truly are."
Colby leans up, "You're the only sense of humanity we have."
"Really?" You look from him to Sam and Sam nods, "Really." You look back to Colby as you feel your jeans being unbuttoned. You lift your hips, eager for them to be off quicker.
Sam stands up, unbuttoning his shirt as Colby works on undressing you fully, "Shit, this is so fucking hot."
Colby smirks, chuckling as he slides his hands up your bare legs, stopping at the band of your panties, "You're more than ready for us, aren't you?"
You nod quickly, "Yes." You move your hips up and down, "yes."
"Taste her, Colby." Sam commands and with that, your panties are ripped from your body, tossed like nothing to the floor.
"Fuck." Colby groans, quickly getting into position with his head between your thighs. Your lips part as you watch his inch closer to you, biting down on your lip when he glances up at you.
He closes the space, his tongue gliding up and down your folds, groaning against you as he finally tastes what he's been anticipating.
Sam's eyes are heavily focused on Colby, watching as he eats you out, "Fuck." He whispers, hand sliding down to palm himself.
You slide your arm towards him while placing your other hand on Colby's head, moaning as your back arches, "S-Sam."
Sam's eyes move to you, instantly picking up on what you want to do for him. He discards his pants, his boxers quickly following, leaving him naked as he climbs on the bed.
He sits on his knee, resting back on his calves as he reaches down. His fingers wrap around your wrist, guiding it to wrap around his cock.
He lets out a relieving moan, bucking his hips as you squeeze and gently stroke him up and down, "F-fuck."
His chest rises and falls quickly as his eyes watch you touch him.
You look over, locking eyes with him as you moan. He focuses on yours, "Cum."
Your body tenses up as a wave of absolute pressure washes over your body, screaming out as you tug on Colby's hair, which earns a deep groan from him.
"That's it, princess." Sam moans, "Fuck."
You catch your breath, watching as Colby sits up. He moves up, attaching his lips to yours and you moan at the taste of yourself on his tongue that moves against yours.
Sam grabs your wrist, pulling it away from him as he moves to the end of the bed. Once Colby climbs off, Sam grabs your ankles, easily pulling you down so your legs hang down.
You watch as Sam drops to his knees, hooking his arms under your knees as he moves in. His tongue slips into you, groaning as you gasp, "Sh-it."
Colby gets onto the bed, biting his lip as he watches you take his cock into your hand without being told, "Such a good girl." He reaches down, running his thumb over your bottom lip.
You part them, taking his thumb into your mouth and sucking. He tilts his head, watching the sight below him.
He looks down at Sam, watching him devour you before looking back, "Use your mouth, baby."
You comply, you don't need any kind of compulsion to do anything.
It's all you.
You push his thumb out of your mouth with your tongue, lifting your head to allow the tip of his cock to replace it.
He gasps, moaning as he lays a hand on the back of your head, "More, baby. Take more of me."
You swirl your tongue, coating him in saliva before you push your head onto him more. You moan around him as Sam slips a finger into your soaked cunt, tongue swirling around your clit.
Colby fights to keep his eyes open, "Shit." He pushes your head down, holding it there as he thrusts his hips, "Doing so fucking good."
Your back arches and your moans are muffled. Colby holds still, allowing you to have control again.
You bob your head, pausing as Sam slips another finger in, curling them slowly as he sucks your clit.
"Fuck." Colby glances down at Sam and back to you, brushing hair from your face. You tilt your head back, taking a deep breath as you moan loudly.
Colby moves back a little, leaning down to whisper in your ear, "Cum."
You whimper as your orgasm rushes in again, ripping loud moans and screams from your throat as you cum around Sam's fingers.
"Does that feel good?" Colby asks stroking his hand over your hair, "Looks like it does."
"Yesyesyes!" You scream out, "Fuck yes!"
Sam pulls his fingers out, standing up to lean down over you. Your eyes lock into his as he slips his two fingers into your mouth, "lick them clean for me."
Your tongue swirls around his fingers, sucking them clean like he said. He drags them out, pulling your bottom lip down slightly as he leans down to kiss where he bit a not, too long ago.
He reaches up, gripping your chin as he studies your face, "I want to drink from you while Colby fucks you from behind."
You nod, "P-please, Sam."
"You don't have to beg, princess. Not this time." He smirks and stands up, walking around to lay on the bed, "Come here."
You sit up, turning around to crawl up the bed, straddling his lap. Colby moves behind you, hands on your hips as you lean down to connect your lips with Sam's.
You feel spit run down over your center, followed by Colby's cock rubbing it in before slipping the tip of his cock in.
You gasp into Sam's mouth and both of their hands hold your body still, "Feel good?" Sam asks lowly and you nod, eyes closed as you moan, "So good."
Sam kisses down the front of your neck, licking back up to under your jaw, "Think you can take both of us at once?"
His words surprise you and he chuckles, "Only if you want to try of course."
Colby pushes his cock into you, groaning as his fingers dig into your hips, "Shit." He bites down on his lip, slowly pulling out before starting to thrust at a slow pace.
You moan, looking down at Sam. He watches your face scrunch up as he slides his hand up to your neck, slowly squeezing.
"fuck, I can't fight it anymore." Sam groans as he pulls your hair back into a make shift ponytail, holding it with his hand, "Stay as still as you can for me, okay?"
You whimper in response, moaning from Colby's cock thrusting in and out of you.
Sam licks his lips, tilting his head to get to the side he hasn't bit yet. He pulls you in close and sinks his fangs into your neck.
You let out a small yelp, quickly covering it up with a loud moan. You fist the sheets next to Sam, pulling in them as you try to stay as still as you can.
Colby's grip on your hips is tight enough to where you know you'll have small round bruises from his fingers digging into your skin.
Sam sucks your neck, moaning lowly as lifts his head slightly. His eyes flick down to your neck, "I'll never get enough of you."
"I'm yours." You moan out quietly, "Both of yours."
"Who do you belong to?" Colby asks, "Say it louder."
Sam reconnects his mouth to your neck, making your vision go blurry, "Y-yours." You moan, screaming out, "Both, I belong to you both."
"That's our girl." Colby groans, "Our fucking girl."
Sam lifts his head, licking your neck clean and lays his head back. You stare down at him as Colby's thrusts come to a stop.
Sam reaches down, grabbing his cock to slide it into your cunt along with Colby's.
You let out a whimper as you feel yourself stretching to accommodate them both, "F-fuck." You hang your head down, whimpering as they both start to thrust, quickly finding a pace.
Sam slides his hand back up, cupping your cheek, "Tell us how good you feel."
"So.. fucking.." you gasp, "Good!"
"Do you want to cum?" Colby asks and you answer him immediately, "Yes, yes. So bad." A string of whines and moans leave your lips non-stop.
"Little bit longer baby." Colby rubs his hand up and down your back, "Doing so good for us."
Your eyes scan quickly over Sam's face. There's just something about the blood covering his chin that turns you on even more.
"Thank you." He groans out with a smirk. You smile, biting your lip as your brows furrow, "Oh fuck. Fuck."
"Think she's had enough, Colbs?" Sam asked eyes not leaving your face.
"She's earned a break." Colby answers and Sam pinches your chin between his pointer and thumb, "Look at me, princess."
You open your eyes and he locks his onto yours, "Cum."
Pleasure washes over you, causing your body to shake as it feels much more powerful than the last two orgasms you had.
You feel their cocks slip out of you and you cling to Sam, moaning and whining as you work your way through your high.
"That's it, baby. That's it." Sam whispers as he plants kisses on your face, leaving little spots of blood.
You slowly relax, breathing heavy as you roll off of Sam to lay on the bed.
"You know. You look so cute with blood on your face." Sam leans over and smiles down at you. You laugh slightly, too tired to even care.
You feel someone one wiping you off and Sam comes back with a clean face and something to wipe yours off with.
You didn't think they would do this, you thought they were just going to have their way with you and leave.
"Just because we're labeled as not good doesn't mean we don't care about the aftercare part." Colby smirks slightly and you smile, "Sorry."
"Don't be sorry, sweetheart. You have a lot to learn." He winks and pulls the blankets up over your legs, "And yeah, that means we aren't going anywhere."
"Mhm. We claimed you." Sam says lying next to you, he brushes hair from your face, "so does it all make sense now?"
You nod, looking between them, "oh yeah. Everything is so much clearer now."
"You're still in shock aren't you?" Colby asks and you bat the air, "not at all." He raises a brow and tilts his head, "We can tell how you're feeling, babe. No need to lie."
You sigh, "Okay, fine. Maybe a little bit."
Colby lays next to you on your other side and rubs your arm, "Do you have any questions for us?"
"Were those thuds I heard earlier, you guys?" You ask as you pull the blanket up a little more. Sam laugh, "Yeah, that was Colby accidentally knocking stuff over."
You laugh, "This is just.." you sigh, "I'm sure I have more questions, I just.. my brain right now is so scrambled."
"You're fine, princess." Sam smiles, "You need rest."
"Will you be here in the morning?" You ask and look between them. Sam nods and Colby smiles, "We're always with you."
Sam smirks, "You have claim on us now."

Another vampire idea
Logan knew there was something off about Wade. He couldn't pinpoint it exactly but it was something. He smelled like death and Logan would assume it was cancer but...it didn't quite smell like that either.
Logan had had answer when he went back with him to his universe. The idiot as soon as he walked into the appointment went to the fridge and pulled out blood bags. Logan just watched on in utter shock.
"Uh.." Logan trailed off. Wade just turned back to him and smiled. Logan's brain finally caught onto the fangs... holy shit
Althea was cursing him out as Wade continued on his task if warming up the blood.
"YOU OLD BASTARD WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU?!" Al yelled
Wade just rolled his eyes, "You wouldn't believe me if I told you."
"You're probably right but what the FUCK?!" Al continued.
Logan just watched the two go back and forth in shock. Wade eventually had to stop bitching as he went to drink the blood. Logan was just starting dumbly as the man he had spent days with seemed to relax.
Logan hadn't even noticed Wade had been tense before... Al seemed to realize he was occupied and turned to glare in his general direction.
"Who are you?"
Logan intruded himself and explained the situation all while he watched Wade in disbelief. How the fuck had he not noticed?!
After Wade finishes he lets out a sigh of relief, "Fuck I don't realize how much I needed that.... wish I could have more."
Al turns on him, "You know full and well you can have more."
Wade just rolls his eyes, "No Al I can't because then I won't have more for later and I'd need that. I can only get so much blood."
Logan feels like his world is tilting on its axis again.
"I didn't realize you were.." Logan trails off still completely lost
Wade raises a brow at him, "A vampire? How?? I may not remember everything but there's no way I didn't make it at least a few comments about it." Wade shot back.
Logan could think of a few things in retrospect but in his defense he had been detoxing. Wade seems to realize that too and just huffs in ammusmet, "Well congrats on figuring it out finally. I've been one for .....a long time."
Logan furrows his brow at that, "How long?" He asks dubiously.
Wade just smiles fangs on full display, "longer than you've been alive."
Logan feels like he was dropped into ice water. There was no way... It wasn't possible....
Wade picks up on his line of thinking and continues on, "Got turned at Valley Forge." (Idea via @orcadork4ever )
Logan trys uselessly to say something. He fails and Wade snorts, "Your old peanut but I'm older."

A Forbidden Drink
Tumblr media
You looked at Jake next to you, sleeping soundly. His breaths were deep, and he snored with a soft smile on his lips. You shook him. "Jake, wake up." He groaned in response, waving you away. You shook him harder. "Jake, something went wrong. Get up." He pulled the covers over his head. You could hear the blood rushing to your head as you hit him with your pillow. "Get up!"
Jake shot up, eyes wide. "What's going on?!"
"I still know who you are! Jake, you said I'd forget all this," you whined.
Jake looked down and fiddled with the comforter. He moved the pillow onto his lap, out of your reach. "Don't get mad—" You gritted your teeth, expecting the worst. You were a vampire now and were going to outlive all your friends. You would watch everyone you loved die and have to start eating people. "I got scared and didn't bite you..." Jake raised the pillow to cover his face in case you were ready to hit him again. When he realized you hadn't hit him, he continued, "I moved to bite you. But when I saw you lying there with your eyes closed, I couldn’t do it… So I pretended. And then let you fall asleep."
So you weren't a vampire—that was good news. "So what now? I just find my friends and walk out, right?" you asked.
Jake gripped the pillow again. "Not exactly. I ended up falling asleep instead of getting Sunoo to erase your memory. And as part of the erasing process, he’s supposed to give you orders to go home to your bed. There’s nothing wrong with knowing about us, but my brothers might come for you."
You frowned. "Orders? Come for me?"
"Vampires can hypnotize humans with our voices, but not nearly as powerfully as Sunoo can. I can only strongly suggest something to you, and you can resist if you’re strong enough. Sunoo’s hypnosis is pretty much unbeatable. You can't help but do what he says. I was going to tell him to send you home and for you to forget everything… And if my brothers find out that you’re out there and know we exist..."
You tried not to be creeped out by the fact Jake could tell you to do whatever he wanted, but the thought was there. “So, why can’t Sunoo just do that now?”
"Well… maybe. I don’t want you to forget me. It’s nice having a human friend. It makes me feel almost normal. Since we sleep all day normally and wake up when the sun starts to set, I should be able to sneak you out." Jake climbed out of the bed to peek out the door. He waved you over. "I don't see anyone, so let's be quick."
You followed Jake as he led you out the door and down the hallway. Passing the door where you’d first met Heeseung, the door he’d pinned you against was ajar, but the room was completely dark. You felt a strange sensation as you approached the door. It was like a voice tempting you to enter the room. You knew you had to go, but a peek wouldn’t hurt… Your body slowly drifted toward the door as the smell of roses enveloped you.
Jake noticed you and gently pulled the door shut. He mouthed a name, “Heeseung.”
You shifted to the other side of the hallway, away from the door. The voice fell silent, and the smell was gone. You thought about your friends again. Hopefully, they made it out okay, and none were his playthings. You reached the edge of the staircase, which overlooked the large living room on the first floor. It was still a mess from the party—sunlight poured in from the windows below.
You started down the stairs when Jake let out a sharp hiss. He was still in the hallway, looking at you on the stairs. "Come on, I don't know this place," you whispered.
"I can't." He put his hand toward the light but pulled it away before he could touch it. "Someone must’ve forgotten to close one of the curtains. I'll go the other way around." Jake turned around before walking back down the hallway. "I'll meet you downstairs."
“I can’t go with you!?”
He shook his head. “You’ll just get lost. Stay toward the front of the house, and don’t wander off.”
You sighed before continuing down the stairs. Alone. The whole house seemed abandoned now. Seven vampires lived there; six slept as you tiptoed around their home. Now that everything was in the sunlight, you could see the dust covering old furniture. A large portrait of the seven boys hung above the fireplace in the living room. One was sitting, and the rest were standing around the chair. The one in the chair was Jungwon. Next was Jay behind him. Then there was Sunoo; he looked a bit shorter in the painting. Heeseung was there, hanging off of Jake. There were two more that you recognized but hadn’t really spoken to: Ni-ki and Sunghoon, if you remembered right… They all looked almost the same as you’d met last night but with slight differences. Their hair colors and styles were different, and their clothes looked old Victorian-style.
You reached the bottom of the stairs. The only sounds in the house were your footsteps and your heart beating in your chest. The house was warm with light, but it had a certain coldness to it. From the living room, there was a straight shot to the front door. You made your way there until something moved out of the corner of your eye. You held in the urge to run for it and turned to see Jay lying in a corner near the door with his eyes closed. You stepped toward him, and his head twitched at the sound of the floor creaking beneath you.
That's a no-go.
There were a few more hallways you hadn’t explored last night. One path could lead to a back door. Or it could lead to another one of the brothers.
“Down here!” You heard Jake call you from down a hallway.
The same hallway where you'd bumped into that sharp-eyed man, the brother who didn't seem too interested in you. The last you'd seen him, he knocked you off your feet and yelled at you like it was your fault. The hallway was dark and cold, but a whisper came from there. It called to you, beckoning you forward. Following the whisper, you walked blindly—deeper and deeper, following each turn. It was a long walk in the dark, so you had to put a hand on the wall to guide you. Your eyes played tricks on you, seeing moving shadows in the darkness. They laughed at you, pointing crooked fingers as you stumbled blindly. You kept focused on the path in front of you. The voice was getting louder as you got closer. Eventually, you made it to a massive open room.
“Jake?” you called. You could hear water flowing, like a waterfall. Without the wall's support and suddenly robbed of strength, your legs gave out under you. You were forced to crawl on the floor toward the sound.
"Not quite. But you’re safe here. Come closer to me," a woman called. "I’ll protect you." Her voice was so sweet and relaxing, like a mother to a child. You crawled desperately. You didn't realize it earlier, but you were sweating heavily, and your throat was dry— even swallowing hurt. She sensed your thirst. "I can give you sustenance. Come to the fountain. Drink deeply." The sound of running water was closer now, getting louder until your hand hit a stone. The sound of the water under you made you put your hand out, reaching for the water—just a sip would be enough. The dehydration was unbearable. Your hand found the top of the wall and felt water splash onto it. A fountain! You used both hands to catch the water and brought it to your dry lips.
It was delicious, sweet, and had the sting of fresh raspberries. You wanted more. You needed it. You drank more handfuls, feeling the relief wash over your body and cool you down. You hadn’t realized how thirsty you'd gotten, and you couldn't stop drinking. The water dripped onto your clothes, but it didn't matter to you. You just needed more.
"Y/n!?" Jake's voice came from behind you. You wanted to turn, but you couldn't stop drinking. The water wasn't as delicious as the first few drinks, as it started to taste more like iron and was getting thicker. Your stomach hurt, but you couldn't bring yourself to stop. "Y/n! Stop drinking! Please!" Jake sounded so far away, like a fading memory. But you felt his hand land on your shoulder. He managed to pull you away from the fountain. You looked over your shoulder to see Jake. His face was blurry, but you could make out a concerned expression.
“Who turned on the lights?” you muttered.
"Y/n, how did you get here!? You shouldn't drink that! Shit! This is bad!" Jake scooped you up and carried you away. You felt the fountain call you, begging you to stay and drink more, but you felt sleepy and full. You drifted to sleep in Jake's arms as the smell of iron lingered on you.
You opened your eyes slowly, holding your stomach and slowly sitting up. You were in a bedroom with light pouring in from the window. The room was familiar, but—wait, you had already seen this. You looked over, but Jake wasn't tucked under the covers with you this time. There were voices outside the door, muffled, but you could hear them.
"Jake, what the fuck is the matter with you!? How could you let a human stay here!? And you let them walk around unsupervised!" One angry voice spoke; it was Jungwon.
"I'm sorry! It wasn't supposed to be like this..." Jake responded.
"So what do we do with him? Kill him?" Another voice asked, this one deeper and colder.
You stood but quickly fell to your feet. Your stomach protested moving so much. Pushing yourself to your feet, you reached for the ledge of a nearby window. You grabbed onto the curtain to support yourself, but it tore free. As light started to seep into the room, it was almost blinding. You stumbled as you lost your balance, hitting the ground with a loud thud.
The bedroom door burst open as Jake ran in. "Are you okay!?"
Jungwon motioned to Ni-ki. “Get the window covered.” The tallest nodded as he arranged the curtain back up.
Jake helped you under the covers. "You should lie down. A lot is going on right now."
"Like, what?"
Jake looked at Jungwon. "What do we do?"
Jungwon sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "We have to watch him. We don’t know his reactions to the fountain yet. Tell him."
Jake turned back to you, sitting on the bed. "Okay, this is a lot, so just listen." You nodded, waiting for Jake to begin. "Because of my irresponsibility in properly taking care of you, an incident has occurred," Jake said as he occasionally looked at Jungwon for approval to continue. "When you walked alone in the house, you found a fountain and drank the liquid in it, right?"
You nodded. "I did. I think I drank a lot." Your stomach roared in agreement with the statement.
"You did. And that's not good—we think. The liquid you drank was blood—special blood. And a lot of it. I can't describe it well, but we can only drink from it once a full moon." Jake touched your shoulder. "So, because of that, there might be side effects."
You tilted your head. "Like?"
Jungwon ripped the band-aid off. "You might be like us now, a vampire. But not completely since you were interrupted before finishing that informal ritual you’d started. You’re lucky to be alive or even sane right now. We can't risk you exposing our existence to the people. But you have a life outside of here, which is an issue because people will come looking for you."
"We can still kill them and hide the body," Sunghoon shrugged.
"He just said it would bring more humans to our home to look for us. Could we even risk that? We can't exactly move the fountain, and if they find it..." Jay shook his head as if the thought haunted him.
"That won't happen. And we're not killing. I'm sure y/n will work with us, right?" Jungwon asked, raising his eyebrow at you. You swallowed hard. It was a lot of information, but you didn’t have much of a choice. Jungwon spoke again. "So? What's your choice?"
"I'm with you. Please, don’t kill me," you mumbled.
Jungwon smiled. "I wouldn't want to do that either. So let's try to get along. You can use the room if you want it. Jake will give you a tour, and you can pick out another room if you don't want this one."
"This one is perfect."
"Great. Jake, give him a tour. He's your responsibility for now since he's your fuck-up. I'm going back to sleep. I'll see everyone when it's sunset," Jungwon commanded with a soft yawn as he walked out.
The other brothers left the room, leaving just you and Jake. Jake smiled like a dork. "Welcome to the family, I guess?"
You punched him. Hard. "Jake, what the fuck!? I might be a vampire, and you're cracking jokes?"
Jake rubbed his arm with a pained expression. "You should watch your strength! If I were a regular person, my arm would've broken. And I'm just trying to lighten the mood..."
You let out a yawn. "Well, what now?"
Jake giggled. "We sleep now. It's still daytime."
It was probably around noon. "Why do we have to sleep now?"
"We sleep during the day since we can go outside at night. That's why everyone was in such a bad mood since I woke them up in the middle of the day." Jake patted your head. "You're already tired, right?" His voice had a soft tone with a subtle bass to it.
You’d just woken up a moment ago, but your eyes could barely stay open now. You grabbed Jake's shirt tightly. "Did you just—" Your head fell against the pillow as you fell into a deep slumber, your hand still attached to Jake's shirt. Waking up for the third time in that house was the same as the first. You'd hoped it was all a bad dream, but seeing Jake sleeping next to you confirmed it was all real. You were sort of a vampire now—a member of a household of handsome men who were brothers. The room was still and quiet, too quiet. You needed something to make noise. Even the sounds of passing cars or people on the street would be okay. You escaped the bedroom without waking up Jake and started to explore the house. House was the wrong word—mansion fitted it much better. You passed Heeseung’s room from before, but you could see clearer into it now. Another vampire power was night vision, you guessed. Heeseung was lying in bed, sleeping. He was way too handsome, even while doing nothing.
As if he could feel you watching him, you heard his voice in your head. "Like what you see, little Mr. Curious?" You almost jumped. Your head whipped around to see where that voice came from. When you looked back into the room, Heeseung stood in the doorway. He had a low-cut shirt and a draping cardigan with baggy pants on. "Looking for something?" he cooed. He stepped out of his room. His scent was heavy, a mix of rose petals and chocolate. "I haven't had someone this cute in the house for a while, and now that you're staying, we can play a lot."
You stepped back. "You gonna drink my blood?"
"You're a vampire now, even if I did," He got closer. "You could drink mine, and we'd be even."
"I'm wouldn’t do that to anyone—"
Heeseung sighed in boredom. "Suit yourself. But you can only live like that for so long before it gets boring just drinking from the tap. It's way better from the source." Heeseung poked his nail into one of his fingers and let himself bleed a little. "You don't want to try? Not even a little?"
The smell was metallic but also had a subtle hint of something else. It was enticing… Your mouth watered. That feeling of intense dehydration came back, but now you also felt like you hadn't eaten in days. You wanted to bite Heeseung’s finger off.
Heeseung sucked his teeth at you as he pulled his finger away. "No, no. Don't let your hunger control you. Take it easy. Let only a little out at a time, or you could bite off more than you can take," Heeseung warned. He put his finger toward you, letting you smell his blood. "Taste some, no tricks."
You hesitantly moved to grab his hand, but he pulled away.
"No hands. We use our mouths for food. You’ll learn Jake's a lousy teacher. So you can learn from me," Heeseung smirked as he moved his finger back to your lips. He poked them, getting his blood on them. Your tongue instinctively darted out to taste it. It wasn't as good as the fountain, but it was a close second. You wrapped your lips around Heeseung's finger and sucked gently. "Ah, there's a good boy," he moaned. He moved his hand, forcing you to follow it to his waist. You ended up on your knees, sucking his finger while he watched with a playful look in his eyes. "You're bad at sucking blood, but I can teach you better. Let me." Heeseung took his finger from your mouth, much to your dismay.
You almost jumped at him as the urge to pin him to the wall and bite his neck seeped into you. Your heart pumped, and your fingers flexed. Or you would’ve jumped at him if you could move. But it felt like an invisible weight was stacked on you. You couldn’t get up…
"Oh, how scary. Are you trying to fight me? Don’t you think we should be even? You tried mine, so I'll try yours." He leaned down, sniffing your neck. "Fingers are for you since you’re still learning. Only the adults can get big bites. And since Jake fucked it up, I'm your first time. I'll consider being gentle." Heeseung stroked your cheek. "So hold still." There was more authority in Heeseung’s tone; he compelled you to stay. When he bit into you, there was a rush of ice-cold pain as you felt the blood drain out of your neck slowly. It hurt at first but then shifted into something more pleasing. It felt good. Heeseung shifted, laying you on the floor, putting his hand on your waist to pull you in as his other hand laced his fingers with yours.
You moaned embarrassingly loud. The sensation was nothing like you’d felt before. And Heeseung made it feel so intimate between you. Heeseung pulled away, his teeth red and his mouth agape. "You taste good. Really fucking good—better than anyone I've tasted. Maybe since you turned recently?"
Heeseung went down for seconds, but you started resisting. "Obey." His voice rang in your mind. The invisible weight on your body intensified, keeping you completely still.
Just as he was about to bite you again, there was a snap at the end of the hall. "He said that's enough. I'm fine with you feeding off him consensually, but let's not do anything we'll regret, Heeseung." It was Jay, standing near the stairs, leaning on the wall.
Heeseung chuckled. "Jay, you've gotta try him. He's delicious."
Jay shook his head. "I'll bite if he offers. You're taking your lesson too far here. Don't do anything to make things more difficult."
Heeseung let you go and turned to you, his eyes softening when he looked at you pinned to the floor. The pressure that kept you on the floor relaxed. "I'm sorry about that, y/n. I didn’t mean to hurt you there… You can forgive me, right?" Heeseung couldn't look at you while he apologized. His cheeky attitude was gone, as his body slightly shook. He didn’t even have that cocky grin anymore. He didn’t wait for an answer before retreating to his room.
Jay approached you, offering you a hand. You took it, and he pulled you up so easily, you felt like you were floating. He wiped a finger on your neck, tasting some blood that was there. “Don’t want to get your clothes dirty, do you?”
"Jay, is it normal for vampires to drink each other's blood?"
"We don't normally do it since we're all brothers. Feeding can be a bit intimate. But I heard some vampires would feast on each other to survive. But those were usually extreme cases." He waved you to walk with him. "I want you to be a little cautious. Since you're not our brother, some might be interested in you. In a less than innocent way."
You tilted your head. "So you don't drink from each other because you're brothers?"
Jay nodded. "We’re not brothers in the sense that we’re all born from the same mother. But we’re brothers still, so pretty much. And we haven't had another vampire here in a long time. The last one was a girl that Jake got close to. When she left, she did some damage to everyone. But Jake felt it the most. He hasn't bitten someone since then."
You remembered. Jake said it had been 100 years since the last time he'd bitten someone. It must've been pretty bad.
Jay continued, "Anyways, that's history. We should figure you out. But let's eat first…

Mihawk x FemReader + OOC Alucare

Old Men Series <- Click to read more
It had been far too long out at sea, especially with the growing irritation of Mihawk and Alucare- Maybe It was their personalities being too similar or the fact they were training daily but had to be careful. However it looked like two monsters about to Duke it out any day- You sitting there trying to keep the peace.
But finally the 3 {almost 4} Of you made it to the Grand Line and Kuraigana Island- You didn't know what to expect... but it sure wasn't nightmarish hellscape with a dark castle!?
Alucare and You standing there on the docked ship staring up at the Gloomy place- Your son slowly turning to look at his father.
"Are you some vampire we don't know about?-"
Tumblr media
Mihawk sighed at this and gave a half glare to Alucare.
"No... it is ruins of the Muggy Kingdom that I have converted into my home" The two Dracule men glared at each other and you knew then.. this wasn't going to be as positive as you hoped.
It had been some weeks since arriving at Mihawks home and you had hoped the tension would disperse between Mihawk and Alucare.. but it honestly just got worse somehow? Maybe it was a father son thing but it seemed now both were fighting over everything- Food, Books, and even for your attention.
"I am warning you now Alucare- If you continue your attitude I will take something of value to you" Mihawk said with a narrowed gaze- The teenager cocking his head to the side in almost amusement.
However most recent was Perona, The young women taking a liking to Alucare who was the younger version of Mihawk in her eyes- While she was still too old for him, That didn't keep Alucare from flirting and trying. Much to Mihawks ire...
The older male taking Alucare out to training one day- Glaring at his spawn.
"Alucare- I do not appreciate you trying to flirt with my pupil... Not only is she too old for you, I know you're doing this to irritate me" Mihawk spoke calmly, Alucare giving a emotionless stare.
"Whatever do you mean?" He said calmly, Mihawk taking a breath.
"Oh? What like taking me away from the place I was raised? my mother? Throwing me across an island?" Alucare said with some venom in his tone. Mihawk taking a breath through his nose to calm himself.
"You son of a bitch!!!" You heard Alucare shout from his room, Mihawk smirking slightly as he sipped his coffee. You heard Alucare rapid footsteps march right to the kitchen area and you gasped at the sight- Alucare long hair had been cut- While before his hair was down to his waist it was just past his shoulders and fairly evenly cut, The shortness making the thick hair spike more and it reminding you of Mihawks more natural hair.
"Alucare- I am being serious. Stop it with Perona and stop testing me.." He demanded, Alucare giving a smirk at the man.
"Or what?" He said calmly, Mihawk feeling something snap inside of him.
"..." The older man just nodded and ended the training then and there- The rest of the night being oddly quiet between the two..
By Mornibg you had started breakfast and was talking to Mihawk when you heard it-
"Mihawk you didnt-?!" You start, Glaring at the male who continued to sip his coffee.
"Hm?- I warned him... if he kept up the disrespect I'd take something precious of his as punishment-"
"SO YOU CHOSE MY HAIR!? YOU CRAZY MOTHERFUCKER!" Alucare yelled in pure rage, Mihawk smiled at his choice of wording and winked.
"Yes that is a fair insult- I am a Mother Fucker" He said calmly setting down his teacup and picking up his newspaper to read. You groaning in your hands in both embrassment and irritation at your partner. Alucare was red in the face from anger and marched outside angrily and slamming the doors behind him- He was most likely going to train somewhere far away from the island.
"Must you antagize him Hawks?.. that was way to famn far and you know it-" You start now mad and standing up from the dinning room table.
"No- I'm giving him something he needs and something I didn't have-" Mihawk said calmly, this making you huff in frustration.
"Oh and what is that?!" You place your hands on your hips, feeling that the hormones were working you up and ready to bite Mihawks head off.
"The opportunity to be a teenager-" And just like that he took the wind from your sails... confusion being written on your face at his words.
"You said it yourself.. Alucare acts just like me- From the stoic attitude to hiding one's emotions... He has matured far too early for his age to protect you- But taking away his need to be strong for you, it's allowing him to express bottled up emotions and act as he should for a 16 year old.. Is he angry? Yes. Is he being dramatic? Absolutely. However it's better for him to express these in a environment that can handle it and then be taught how to work through them.... then to never feel them at all again-" Mihawk said truthfully and with a twinge of regret in his voice. Your heart Sinking as the realization of this all hit you...
Mihawk was wanting to let Alucare experience teenage emotions since he was never able to and help him grow as a person.. Mihawk didn't want his son to be like him- But better then him..
Sitting down you felt your eyes water.
You didn't see Alucare that night- or the next night. While you were shaken with worry Mihawk had insisted that Alucare was fine and he had checked in him from time to time- simply camping out on the north side of the island.
By the second night you went to the study and saw Mibawk drinking his normal wine, Seeing what looked to be a cheese and fruit board prepared as well.
"Ah (Y/N) thank you for the wine and snacks" Mihawk said calmly, finishing off the last cracker and cheese. You didn't remeber setting them out yet- But you usually did so it wasn't a huge surprise especially if you forgot.
"Hm I guess I forgot I did that- But no problem honey" You kiss his cheek and he smiled up at you touching your rounded stomach.
"It's normal- What did you call it? 'Pregnancy Brain?'" You nodded and smiled quite pleased he'd remembered. After some brief conversation Mihawk yawned and tried to shake the sleep away- He looked more tired then usual, Rubbing his eyes as he finishes his final glass of wine.
"Hm.. I'm exhausted" He mumbled, you watching as he seemed a bit uneasy on his feet when standing. You assumed he had drunk too much so it wasn't surprising, so the two of you walked back to the bedroom and he fell asleep quickly and soundly that night, you following suit soon after.
Unknown to both of you a pair of yellow eyes was watching the whole time-
The next morning you were the first one up, deciding Mihawk could sleep in and headed downstairs. Much to your surprise to see Alucare- bathed and dressed with his hair in a short low ponytail. Cooking a nice and large breakfast.
"Sweetie you're back!" You said cheerfully and kissed your sons cheeks. He smiled softly, finishing cooking.
"Couldn't miss the show" He said almost cheerfully, you raising a questioning eyebrow at this as you made a plate for yourself.
Perona was the next down, Chatting mindlessly with Alucare and even saying his hair didn't look bad either. Which he clearly appreciated but you could tell his mind was elsewhere- Soon the heavy footsteps of Mihawk approaching alerted all of you.
"Morning-" You heard Mihawk start as he stepped in the kitchen and it was like someone threw bricks at you all..
Perona choked on her eggs suddently and started to cough hard as she turned away. Your jaw dropped as a surprised shriekd left you- damn near dropped your plate as well, Alucare sitting there with a smirk on his face as he ate another bite of his breakfast calmly.
"M-Mihawk.. Honey" You start, The tired man looking at you confused at your reactions.
"Are you okay? Is something wrong?... I do apologize you had to make breakfast- I feel drowsy for some reason.." Mihawk admitted as he rubbed his temple to try and ease the drowsiness away.
"I'll be out training..." Alucare said calmly as he stood up and left the kitchen quickly. Perona now starting to laugh which confused Mihawk more-
"Your face... oh my God your face" You manage out and cover your mouth- Unsure if you should laugh or cry first.
"My what?-" Mihawk said quickly and went to the closest mirror which was in the hallway and stared at himself. There he saw it- half his facial hair had been shaved off paired with an eyebrow and some very nice pen work which had 'Dickhead' on his forehead with a detailed cock on his cheek.
It then clicked- The wine and snacks... The little fucker must have drugged him and did this to him while he slept-
"..."
You closed your eyes and sighed, practically feeling Mihawks anger from the hallway and you prayed your son would survive whatever was about to happen- Especially when Mihawks voice boomed across the castle and island.
"ALUCARE!!"

Damon Salvatore x fem!reader

Warnings: For mature Audiences, themes of assault, drunk Damon (well isn't that new? Said no one ever.), uh, does a 'takes no shit' !reader count as a trigger?, Elena being a mysterious plot point
Words: 1.7k
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I watched Elena Gilbert make this weird expression at me... Caroline was saying something stupid, Bonnie was arguing with that judgemental gleam in her hazel eyes, but what caught my attention, was that foreboding purse of Elena's lips. The furrow of her flawless brow, the way her eyes sparked with something that scared me. It was almost hidden, she smiled wryly in my direction. Her eyes like daggers that penetrated my skull, it made me shiver; as I felt like I had been stripped bare of anything that belonged to me in that moment. Any ground or loyalty I had in our friend-group, I knew was gone, with the flick of Elena's hair behind her shoulder- my other friends hadn't even realised yet, but they would. Come morning I would be a stranger, even to my closest friends since kindergarten. I would be on the fringe of everything I used to know.
I was 12 when I stopped hanging out with the most popular girls in Mystic Falls. Strangley, I never regretted that day. What I had seen in my closest friend, that unexplainable glint about her that still gave me nightmares, had opened my eyes to something dark in the shitty little town I'd spent my entire life in. I said I'd never regretted that day, that was until the vampires came...
~~~~~
"Yes Care, i will be there before dark." I pinched the bridge of my nose, willing the annoying voice on the other end of the line to go bother someone else. "No, I did not tell Stefan." I responded dryly. Elena was in danger, yet again. Klaus was on the prowl, for the daggers, for Elena's blood, for all of us... And Caroline was bugging me about my communication skills. "Well seeing as I'm dropping these old spellbooks for Bonnie at the boarding house, I figure, 'Hey, why not kill two vampires with one study session from hell." I groaned internally as Caroline got heated over the phone. I slammed the back door to my dad's old Toyota corolla, opening the drivers side and collapsing into the leather seat. "Then take it up with someone who cares Caroline. Sorry, I'm driving through a tunnel, on an airplane, while hanging up the phone."
I can't even remember what I did with my phone, all I know is that I started my engine and reversed out of my driveway, heading for the outskirts of the town and towards the infamous Salvatore residence.
It had been 4 goddamm years since I called those girls my friends. I had seen an entire 'nother leap year, in the time it took for these bitches to deem me useful. I travled with my mom, Rome, Paris, India, Africa. I would've gotten my high-school diploma six months ago, if I hadn't had to move back to this ancient cesspool of a town.
And don't misunderstand me, that is the time it took for my life to go to crap. Vampires, the Salvatore Brothers, Elena... I shuddered in my seat, clenching my hands around the wheel as I thought about her.
I was so lost in my thoughts, that I jumped when I reached the boarding house. It was tall and looming, with an ominous darkness catching the corner of my eye. I sighed as I parked, readying myself for the chaos of the two people I despised more than Mystic High's Queen Bee. You see, in the last 6 months I had discovered something about myself, I was perceptive. Yes, I have always been a little more aware than perhaps usual, but it was more than that. I was something supernatural, I didn't know what but I did know that I could see magic, hear a vampires nearly imperceptible heartbeat and feel the forces of nature that others couldn't even dream about.
It was strange, knowing you could see other people when they never expected to be seen at all. I could read their faces, know their tells, pick apart their lies. It was why I was suddenly on the Mystic Falls supernatural hit-teams most wanted list. I could see. I scoffed as I pulled the back door of my car open. Heaving the heavy books into my arms, shifing my weight into my lower back as I ambled up the porch steps to the front door. If all these people needed me for was my sight, then these assholes should really get their eyes checked.
The door was already open, I ducked in sideways, trying to keep my balance while toppling books inched out of my grip. "Let me take those off your hands." I audibly groaned, the voice that assaulted my ears was silky smooth, like fine wine pouring into my ears.
"Damon, look what the bat dragged in." I couldn't see him over the pile of scripts and dusty memoirs of old witches, but I could hear his stupid smirk as he took the pile away from me.
"Still as snarky as ever Y/N. Didn't your mummy ever teach you to be nice to charming men who carry your books?" Anyone else wouldn't have noticed the foe-disdain in his voice, or the slight quicking pace in his pulse, of course, I'm not anyone else.
"Oh! That's what the karate classes were for." I looked at him now, this tall, brooding, Greek God of a man was attracted to me. Stupid I know. That's what I thought too, but I've never been wrong. Especially not since I came into my powers. Normally I would take the shot, go for it, but I had no chance. He was in love with his brothers girlfriend, a stupider decision if you ask me.
"Glad I've only ever seen you in action once or twice then." He smirked. I walked past him and into the living room. The fire was roaring, as I often found it was when Damon was alone on a Thrusday through Sunday afternoon. Where he was the rest of the time, I hadn't had the stomach to ask. I laughed unconvincingly.
"Didn't I almost shoot you in the face when you first tried to use me as a human pincushion?" He set the books down with a thud on the ornate coffee table. I set mine down with a far greater deal of grace. He frowned at me.
"Details, details. Besides," He took a step towards me, he smelled like alcohol and something else..."the way to a vampire, is always through his heart." He grabbed my hand, gently at first, clinging onto it as I tried to pull away. He made me touch his chest, it was firm and rising jaggedly with air he didn't need.
I glared at him. "You're drunk. Go leech on something else," i paused "leech." He laughed, it sent shivers down my spine, his eyes were deadly and cold. He pulled me flush against him. I wasn't unused to this radical "Damon Behavior", but there was something wild about his eyes. Something needy. To be honest, maybe I was needy too.
"Someone should teach you manners little lady." Or maybe not. I timed it perfectly, jutting my elbow out from between us into his diaphragm, he caught my arm, blocking it and shifting my upper body to the right. His lips found my ear, his breath tickled as he whispered into my hair. "One day that mouth of yours will bite off more than those pretty little lips can chew.
"Someone should teach you the modern cure for the insufferable womanizer." I spat. Then suddenly- I was on the couch, the fire crackled so loudly in my ears I thought my head would explode. Damon was leaning over me. His ebony hair feathered against his forehead, his lips were inches from mine, our breath mingled into each other. I felt his body become hotter above me, it was almost startling compared to his cool demeanor at the door. "Damon, please. Use at least one brain cell to think about this stupid decision you're making-"
He cut me off, "See that's the thing Y/N, you talk to me with that foul little mouth of yours and think it's okay. No one talks to me like that." For the first time in an agonizing ten minutes he looked away from me. "I never let anyone talk to me like that. But its like this-" if we had been having this conversation like normal people, I would've smiled at the hint of Italian in his accent. "I do let you. You drive me crazy. I hate you for that."
I tensed. "Well people who hate each other don't treat one another like this. So one of us is lying." I don't know if I knew who was lying to themselves between the both of us, but maybe that would give me enough of a chance to distract him and then-
And then he was kissing me. It was deep and firey. He moaned against my lips as he parted them with his tongue, his grip around my waist tightened as he explored my mouth. It all happened so quickly, I barely began to understand what was happening before "I don't like lying Y/N."
What the hell was that?
He bolted away from me and was on the other side of the room so fast he was only a blur. He started to say something, probably to shout at me in his drunken stupor, but I was quicker- "Did you say that out-loud?" I asked, I was breathless and disgusted and fascinated all in the span of 5 seconds.
He made a face at me. "The hell, "did I say that?" He mocked my question,he was agitated, borderline disbelieving. "I was in the middle of kissing you, moron. I did not say that. What the hell did you do?" He held his arms close to his chest, obviously he felt as violated as I did. I scowled at him.
"Then, moron, did you think it?" He looked at me with big, blue, question- filled eyes.
"I-"
"Y/N?" Shit, Bonnie, i glanced to the door. I turned back to the fireplace and the leather-clad, bad boy vampire was gone. I pinched the bridge of my nose... worst timing ever Bonnie Bennet...
What the hell just happened?

I chewed my lip as I stared up at the building before me. If this were any other situation, I would've turned on my heel and run by now. But there were two little girls, one on either side of me, who needed me to be strong. This was their best hope of being safe, which meant all of my stuff needed to take a back seat.
I took a deep breath, trying not to let the girls sense just how nervous I was, then started heading for the door to the bar. It was the middle of the day, so hopefully no one would mind me bringing two kids in with me.
Caroline and Ric had trusted me with Josie and Lizzie, and I refused to let them down. Some new supernatural none of us knew existed had come to town and, worse, had started going after the girls. So, I'd sat down with their parents, and we'd figured out a plan to keep them safe: take them to the bigger, badder supernatural who I used to know.
My eyes scanned the bar for the familiar face of Klaus Mikaelson, and after a moment, I found him. He was leaning against the counter talking to the bartender, and I was surprised he couldn't hear my heart beating out of my chest from here. I hadn't seen him in years, and I'd also rejected him the last time I saw him. But he was the best chance the girls had, so I was just going to have to hope he didn't hate me now.
I cleared my throat, shook my nerves off as well as I could, herded the girls into a booth where I could keep an eye on them, then turned to face the bar. I found Klaus already looking at me, his arms crossed and a curious look on his face as he leaned against the counter. A wave of emotions hit me at once, but I shoved back against the feeling, squaring my shoulders and putting one foot in front of the other until I stood in front of Klaus.
"Hello, love," he said, and my heart damn near stopped in my chest. I took a deep breath. "It's good to see you again."
"It's... it's good to see you again, too."
And it was. Most of my friends had been relieved when Klaus finally left town, and they'd freaked out the minute they found out he'd come back to see me. And at the time, I'd convinced myself they were right, and that it was better he was gone. But standing before him now, that slight smirk on his face, I realized I had really, really missed him.
"So what brings you to New Orleans?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He looked past me to where the girls were playing a clapping game in the booth. "I take it it has something to do with them."
I sighed. "Yeah. Yeah, it does."
"And who's the father?"
Now it was my turn to cross my arms and raise an eyebrow.
"They're actually not mine. But I'd say you don't have a lot of room to judge, considering the reason you moved to New Orleans in the first place."
"Who said I was judging? I was just trying to gauge how jealous I might need to be."
I huffed a laugh, trying and failing to hide my smile by glancing at the ground. Nik grinned at me, and for just a flash of a moment, it was like nothing had changed between us since the last time I'd seen him.
But then I heard Josie and Lizzie behind me, and I remember why I'd come here in the first place. I sighed and met Nik's eyes again.
"I need your help."
His eyebrows immediately drew together, and he straightened up from the bar, taking a half step towards me. The intensity of his worried stare made my heart melt.
"What's wrong, love?"
"There's a new supernatural in town. Or a few new ones, I guess. We're struggling a little bit to deal with them, and they've made Josie and Lizzie their targets. Caroline and Ric are their parents for all intents and purposes, and we sat down and decided our best chance at keeping the girls safe is if I left with them, alone, and came to you."
"And whose idea was that?"
"...Mine. It... actually took a lot of convincing for Ric and Caroline to let me bring them to you."
A hint of a smile flickered across Nic's face as he huffed a barely audible laugh. His beautiful blue eyes met mine with the intensity I'd seen a thousand times for both good and bad moments, and it made my heart race.
"You will always be welcome here, with me. I'll keep the three of you safe."
Relief washed over me. I closed my eyes, taking a minute, and when I opened them again I found Nik still watching me intently. I thought he might lean in for a hug or a kiss or something else, but instead, he just gave me a small smile and nodded in the direction of the girls.
"Mind introducing me?"
The girls absolutely loved Nik from the first moment they met him, and he was nothing but sweet and patient and kind. He made a few absolutely ridiculous jokes that had them falling out of their chairs laughing, and had my heart melting all over again. We left the bar together, the four of us strolling through the streets of New Orleans as Nik led us to his home. He glanced over at me a few times with the roguish smile I'd come to love, and despite the fact that I'd come here on the run to protect the girls, I couldn't help enjoying this moment with him. In different circumstances, it might've just felt right.
"We're almost home, but I just had a thought," said Nik, his arm swinging back and forth with Lizzie's as they marched down the street together. Lizzie and Josie held hands, and I did the same with Josie, making us a little chain. I turned to smile at Nik over the girls' heads.
"And what's that?" I asked. Nik smiled at me, then turned his attention to the girls.
"My favorite ice cream place in the whole of the city is very close to here. Does anyone else feel like we ought to make a pitstop?"
"YES!" the girls screamed in unison. I laughed as Nik stopped abruptly, turning on his heel and then pulling us in the other direction.
"Alright, come on then!"
The girls cheered as they marched after him, and my heart soared as I followed along behind the three of them. I'd gotten to see Nik like this every so often in Mystic Falls, but a lot of our interactions were colored by whatever drama he and his family had going on with my friends and I. Being with him, like this, and seeing him being so amazing with the girls was seriously doing something to me.
"This place really does have the best ice cream," Nik assured me as we stepped inside and joined the line, the girls bouncing excitedly in front of us as we stood shoulder to shoulder. "Hope loves it."
"Hope... how is she? How's... how's Hayley?"
Nik smirked. "They're both good. We've had our rough patches, but Hayley and I have found our rhythm as coparents despite not being together."
I released a breath I hadn't realized I'd been holding, and Nik laughed.
"Now look who's trying to gauge their jealousy."
I rolled my eyes, but couldn't hold back a grin all the same.
"Whatever. But... you're happy? Being a dad, and being here, and... and everything?"
The corner of Nik's mouth quirked up, but the smile didn't reach his eyes.
"Like anything, it's had its ups and downs. But I wouldn't trade Hope for anything in the world."
I nodded, and the two of us fell into comfortable silence as we worked our way through the line. The girls were ecstatic to try their cones, and Nik recommended his favorite flavor to me, which lived up to the hype he'd promised. The four of us wandered slowly the rest of the way to our destination, which turned out to be an absolutely massive compound in the middle of the French Quarter.
Nik pushed open the door and led us inside just as the sun began to set outside. I came to a stop in the beautiful open space just inside the front doors, staring around at it in awe.
"C'mon, love," Nik said gently, resting a hand on my back and guiding me in the direction of the stairs. "Let's get the girls settled in for the night."
I just nodded, putting my focus back on the girls as we followed Nik through the massive compound. He pushed open one of the many doors along the second floor, letting us into a bedroom with two beds. I even spotted a few kids books on the shelves to one side of the room.
I slid my eyes to Nik with a raised eyebrow, but he just shrugged.
"For Hope, and any friends she might decide to bring over when the time comes. No reason to not be prepared, especially since we have the space for it." The corner of my mouth tugged up into a smile, that warm feeling spreading in my chest again. "I'll bring a few of her pajamas in, they should fit these two alright."
"Thanks."
"Of course, love."
Between the two of us, Nik and I managed to get the girls settled down and in bed in under an hour. They'd had a long, tiring day, after all, and if I weren't practically jittering with nerves after the afternoon I'd spent with Nik I'm sure I would've been right behind them.
Instead, I found myself following him after we closed the door to the girls' room, going who knows where in this massive house in his new life since he'd left Mystic Falls. After a few moments, I couldn't really take the silence anymore, so I spoke up.
"Where are the rest of the Mikaelsons?" I asked, my voice thankfully even. "I'd expected to see at least one of the siblings by now."
Nik turned to give me a little smirk over his shoulder, and I hated that he could probably hear my heart race.
"They're busy with other things for the night. And Hope is with Hayley having a mother-daughter weekend away from everything. It's just us, tonight."
My heart sped up even more, although that shouldn't have been possible. After a moment, Nik led me into the kitchen and headed straight for the refrigerator. I took a seat at one of the high stools at the counter, watching him as he moved.
"I assume you still like hot chocolate more than most other drinks?" asked Nik without turning around. I smiled.
"Absolutely. I know it's been a little while, but come on Nik, I'm not a completely different person."
He paused to give me a smile over his shoulder, then continued in his hot chocolate preparations. I scratched at something on the counter while he worked, trying to get up the courage to talk about all the million things hanging in the air before us. Finally, I cleared my throat and forced myself to look up, watching Nik's back as I spoke.
"Thank you for this, by the way. For taking us in, even after... Well, even after I told to leave me and Mystic Falls."
Nik sighed, bringing our two mugs of hot chocolate over and setting them down on the counter before walking around to stand in front of me. We were barely an inch apart, but he didn't make a move to close the distance anymore. I'd set a boundary the last time I'd seen him, and he clearly had no intention of crossing it.
"I will always be here for you if you need me, love. If you seek me out for refuge, or to change your mind and take me up on my offer to show you the world, or even because I make the best hot chocolate in the entire world and you just can't live without it... I'll be waiting."
I stared up at Nik, a slight twinkle in his eye, as I fought to keep tears out of my own. He'd truly caused so many problems in Mystic Falls. My friends' dislike-to-hate of him made sense. But he'd always been sweet and funny, patient and kind and understanding, with me. If I was totally honest with myself, I'd been starting to fall in love with him before I'd decided to side with my friends and push him away.
"Don't cry, love. It's alright," he said, his eyes scanning my face. I hiccupped, the tears finally starting to fall, a combination of all the different emotions and stressors of my past few days coming together and overwhelming me at once. I'd held it together for the girls, but now they were in bed and taken care of, so I could safely fall apart.
I leaned forward, falling into Nik's chest, and he wrapped his arms tightly around me the moment I did.
"It's alright. You're safe with me."
That brought on a whole new wave of tears, not just for the stress of the day, but for everything I'd lost with Nik, too. He just held me tighter, rubbing soothing circles on my back as I let it all out, then slowly started to calm down.
I pulled back slightly once I managed to get ahold of myself. One of Nik's hands stayed on my arm, and he brought his other hand up to gently cup my face, wiping away a few of the tears with his thumb.
"What can I do, love? Tell me how I can help you and I'll do it."
I choked back another sob, this one turning into a half-laugh.
"You've already done enough, Nik. More than enough. It's just... it's been such a long day. I feel like I've been barely holding back a complete stress breakdown for like a week, and I always had the girls with me so I had to keep it together..."
"Well then, why don't we get you settled into a room so you can get some sleep, hm? We can always talk more in the morning."
Nik started to move to help me off the stool and up to bed, but I stopped him, hands resting on his biceps. He raised an eyebrow at me but didn't move away.
"No, Nik. I don't want to talk tomorrow, I need to say this. I... I love you."
Any hint of humor or lightness dropped off Nik's face, replaced by completely serious shock. My heart was racing out of my chest, and I knew he could hear it, but I pushed on anyway.
"I think I was falling in love with you before, and I didn't want to admit it to myself. But being with you here, now... it feels right. There are a bunch of powerful murderers chasing me, trying to hurt two kids whose parents have trusted me, exclusively, with their safety, and I'm in a strange city far from anywhere I've ever called home. But for some reason I just feel... happy. Happy to see you again, happy to spend time with you, about a thousand times calmer than I was without you. You feel like home, Nik, and I love you. I just... that just feels like something you should know."
Nik's eyes had been scanning and searching my face intently the entire time I'd been talking, the slightest hint of wetness gathering in his own eyes. A smile tugged at the corner of his mouth once I'd finished speaking, and he brought his hand back up to cup my face, his thumb brushing lightly over my cheek.
"I don't think I've made it any secret how I feel about you, love," he said, voice soft and tender. "But in case you need to hear it again, I love you. Always and forever."
A few tears managed to sneak out and down my cheeks again, but this time I had a smile on my face. Nik's expression mirrored my own.
"Once... once all of this is over, do you think... well, maybe I could come back here. To New Orleans, once the girls are safe back home. That is, if... if your offer to follow you to New Orleans still stands from the first time you extended it?"
Nik beamed back at me. "I can honestly tell you that absolutely nothing would make me happier."
My smile grew to the point of pain as I stared up at Nik, a light in his eyes that I'd missed much more than I'd realized. I leaned forward just slightly, Nik mirroring my move as I glanced at his lips. One corner of his mouth rose higher in the troublemaking smirk that always made my heart race before he closed the rest of the distance between us, his lips meeting mine, soft at first and then with the same urgency pulsing in my heart.
I'd kissed him before, but it had always been tempered by concern for my friends, and about what they'd think. But this time, as fireworks exploded in my chest and thousands of butterflies took off in my stomach, I couldn't bring myself to care.
I was safe and happy in the arms of the man I loved, kissing him senseless. I'd missed out on a lot of times like this, but from now on, I didn't intend to let anything keep me from spending every second I could just like this, friends and insane supernatural threats be damned. Always and forever.

Elijah kept coming back, week after week, booking the platinum suite and requesting you. Every time you entered the suite and locked eyes with him your memories came flooding back in an instant. He would lay his head in your lap and tell you his heartaches while you stroked his dark hair. You learned how he was robbed of his life a thousand years ago, and how much guilt he carries in his heart. He would speak of his family with equal love and frustration, his world tipping further into turmoil with every passing day.
You admired his heart, his humanity, his fearlessness in facing his darkness. Sometimes, on rare occasions, his vulnerability would peek through and he would confide in you about his need for control and his fear of losing it. And sometimes, even more rarely, his heart would bleed for those he had killed and will kill. They were moments of weakness that he only let you see.
You began to care for him, truly care for him, past being his private dancer, past him being your cash cow. They were times when his perfect mask slipped just a little, showing a more fragile side of him, one you knew he had carefully crafted and honed to perfection. These moments revealed to you just how human he still was, despite having spent the past one thousand years as a vampire.
One night, as you gently traced your fingers through his dark hair while he rested his head on your lap, you softly asked, "Why did you choose me?”
Elijah, his gaze fixed on the opposite wall, murmured, "The way you looked at me... there was something about your eyes, they were so..."
"What?" you whispered, the intimate moment creating a tightness in your chest.
"Alive," he whispered back. "You looked at me as if you could see straight through my mask to the inner demon beyond and didn't care."
"I do see straight through you," you teased.
Elijah smirked, then averted his eyes. It was painfully evident to anyone who met him that beneath the facade of a perfect gentleman in tailored suits, a dark turmoil simmered within him, a side he struggled to keep subdued.
He sat up and ran his hands through his hair, as though trying to compose himself, and returned his gaze to yours.
"Do you like this job? Does it make you happy?" he asked curiously.
"Not happy, but it helps me survive." You replied honestly.
"If there was a way for you to never have to do this job again, would you take it?" Elijah asked seriously, studying you intently.
"It's complicated, this is my only way to earn money and stay afloat, I can't imagine life without it," you explained, a bit confused by his line of questions.
"If you had a choice," Elijah started, leaning in closer.
You sighed, borderline amused by how cliche he was being. It must have shown on your face because the side of Elijah's mouth twitched, and he continued.
"Would you want to leave with me, leave all of this, escape to a better place?" His question made your stomach lurch, and you sat up straighter, heart pounding. You weren't a fool; you had heard this offer from a few clients before. They all craved the fantasy of having a stripper for a girlfriend while playing the white knight, rescuing her from what they deemed a shameful profession. As you stared at Elijah for a long moment, sizing him up and searching his eyes, you realized he was different. Unlike the other men who made similar offers, Elijah possessed the power to fulfill his proposition—a considerable amount of power, so much that it left you feeling unsettled.
"I'd say take me to your kingdom," you jested, wearing a playful expression, not revealing any clear intention to go with him.
He gave you a searching look and leaned towards you, hands on either side of your hips, pinning you to the couch. "Say the word, and we leave this instant," he murmured, a conspiratorial glint in his eyes.
"I'm not a fantasy, handsome. I'm a person with a life outside of this place, one you know nothing about," you remarked quietly.
"Then tell me," Elijah asked, the atmosphere around you intensifying, his gaze transforming into a look that pinned you down in more ways than one.
Running your fingers through your hair, you chewed the inside of your cheek, torn about whether revealing the truth would shift the power balance. The mysterious allure you carefully maintained gave you control over clients, resulting in higher tips. However, a part of you hesitated, not wanting Elijah to view you solely as a mystery. You longed for him to see the real you—a human with flaws and struggles like everyone else—rather than getting entangled in the fantasy of you.
"I'd rather not," you said firmly.
"Do you have terrible dark secrets?" He teased light heartedly, not daring to take his eyes away from yours.
"This," you said, gesturing around the room, "is not about me,"
You resisted this glimmer of hope, this tempting fantasy. Reality held you captive, you had troubles and responsibilities that hadn't magically disappeared just because Elijah walked in and requested to see you specifically.
"I disagree," he said gently, cupping your chin, turning your face to meet his. "It's very much about you. I would have never returned to this place if you weren't here,"
You blinked back the stinging feeling behind your eyes, and reached out and grabbed his tie, pulling him close so you were face to face.
"Exactly darling, it's all about you," you murmured, brushing your lips against his.
"That's not what I meant," Elijah whispered, but let you deepen the kiss regardless.
"Isn't it though?" you teased, sliding out from under him, standing up.
"This is where our night comes to an end, handsome," you announced, extending your hand out to him.
He grasped your outstretched hand, his dark brown eyes focused on you, and pulled you down until you were straddling him. You let out a soft gasp of surprise, your hands automatically resting on his chest.
"One more kiss," Elijah murmured, his voice muffled as he nuzzled your neck.
You gave a low laugh, tilting your head back, exposing your neck to him. You could feel his breath on your skin, warm and even, sending a thrill through your whole body. You closed your eyes, letting yourself get lost in the sensation of his touch.
His hands traveled up your thighs, until they reached your hips, his thumbs hooking under the straps of your g-string. The heat from his fingers caused a blush to rise on your cheeks and your heart to beat faster.
"May I touch you?" Elijah asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Your breath hitched in your throat, your body tensing at the thought of him being intimate with you. This wasn't allowed, Mitch would fire you on the spot. No sleeping with clients. It was his number one rule. Mostly because the club would lose its license.
But you didn't care about any of that, all that mattered was Elijah. You wanted him to touch you, to bring you pleasure. You wanted him to take you away from the pain and sadness, if only for a little while. You swallowed thickly and nodded your head in consent.
Elijah's eyes darkened with lust, his hand sliding between your legs, fingers grazing your damp panties. You bit back a moan, your hands gripping his shoulders, nails digging into his skin. He continued his gentle teasing, his fingers rubbing circles against your clit, watching your responses.
"You are so lovely," he murmured, kissing your neck.
You whimpered softly, arching your back, pushing your breasts against his chest. You wanted more, needed more. You wanted him to make you forget everything except his touch.
He dipped two fingers into your aching core, a breathy moan escaping your lips. You clenched around him, your head swimming with desire. He moved his fingers in and out of you, curling them ever so slightly. He brought his thumb up and traced small circles against your clit. You gasped, your eyes fluttering closed, your climax swiftly approaching.
"That's it, beautiful," Elijah whispered, nipping at your ear.
You came undone, the tension in your body melting away, your hips bucking against his hand. You felt a sharp pain in your neck as he sunk his fangs into your skin. Your legs trembled as wave after wave of pleasure washed over you, your breathing ragged, your skin slick with sweat. He continued to stroke you, his movements drawing out your orgasm until you were a trembling mess.
He let out a low groan, pulling his mouth away from your neck, blood smeared on his lips. His eyes were completely black, dark veins snaking down his cheeks.
You gently ran your fingertips over his cheeks, marveling at the creature that lurked beneath the mask of a gentleman. He was breathtakingly beautiful and terrifyingly deadly. Your touch was enough to calm him and his features returned to their human appearance.
He pulled his fingers from you and brought them to his mouth, licking away your arousal with a predatory growl.
You giggled and leaned in, brushing your lips against his. His hands rested on your hips, his grip tightening. He returned the kiss, a sweet yet heated one that took your breath away.
"We shouldn't have done that," you whispered, a faint blush creeping up your cheeks.
"Why not? Did you not enjoy yourself?" Elijah questioned, his eyes full of concern.
"No, no it's not that, I...I mean, we're not allowed to have sex with the clients," you confessed, embarrassed by your admission.
"Do you still see me as just a client?" He asked with a raised brow.
"No, but Mitch will. I'll lose my job." You mumbled, biting your bottom lip.
He ran his fingers through your hair and cupped your chin, his eyes boring into yours. "Then come with me," he murmured, his lips ghosting against yours.
You closed your eyes and rested your forehead against his, taking a deep breath. You wanted to say yes, you really did, but the reality was still there. He kisses you again, gently biting on his lip, the taste of his blood making your skin tingle. You felt the sting of the bite mark on your neck fade, and you pulled back. His fingers traced the area where the wound was, his eyes slightly far away.
"I’m sorry," he murmured, his brow furrowing in concern.
"Why?" You asked, your heart skipping a beat.
"I didn't ask for your permission," he explained, his jaw clenched.
You placed your palm on his chest, feeling his heart beating beneath your fingers, soothing the storm inside of him. "It's fine," you reassured him.
His expression softened and he smiled at you, the love and affection in his gaze filling you with warmth. You never had anyone look at you like that before and you found yourself wishing that the moment would never end, but reality set in.
"Time to go, darling." He said quietly, his breath fanning over your face. "You won't remember this until you see me again,"
You kissed him one last time and rose off his lap, swaying on your heels. You could feel his eyes on you as you stretched lazily, earning his appreciation.
"Have a good night, handsome." you murmured, teasingly blowing him a kiss as you strutted out the door.
Tumblr media
You sat in the dressing room, looking down at the stack of hundreds on your lap. Once again confused on how you made that much. You couldn't remember a single detail of your time with the wealthy client in the platinum suite, it unnerved you. You wondered if the molly was strong enough to block out your memory and leave you totally empty.
"I hope your not fucking suit guy," Stacy remarked, walking by your chair, admiring herself in the mirror, a dark purple silk robe draped loosely around her body.
"I'm not." You assured her, shoving the hundred dollar bills back into your bag.
"You better not be, Mitch would fire you so fast, not to mention Jordan would be devastated," she remarked, a smirk on her face.
"I don't do that," you repeated, watching her change her attitude.
"There's an exception to every rule," Stacy remarked, pursing her red stained lips and applying another coat of lipstick.
"I'm not a cheater. Elijah is just a wealthy client who likes to talk, you know the type," you said with a shrug.
"Elijah," Stacy echoed, laughing. "You're on a first name basis with him? God, you might as well be fucking him," she taunted, raising her brows at you.
"Fuck off, Stacy," you snapped, glowering at her, refusing to let her get a rise out of you.
Jordan walked in, his usual friendly expression on his face, an extra spark in his eyes, and wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you close. He pressed his lips to your cheek in greeting.
"How's my baby?" he asked cheerfully.
"Good," you mumbled, quickly moving your bag out of sight.
"Hiii Jordy," Stacy sang, batting her eyelashes at him.
He flashed her a quick grin before turning his attention back to you. You could feel the knot in your stomach slowly untying itself, he was in a good mood today.
"Let's go get dinner, I know this great bar near here," Jordan said eagerly, his hands cupping your face, his thumbs stroking your cheeks.
You gave a half hearted smile, nodding your head. You would rather go home to a quiet apartment but you knew better than to spoil his mood with your defiance.
"Sounds fun," you murmured, forcing a smile.
Jordan and you walked out of the club, his arm wrapped around your shoulder. He glanced down at you, his face still carrying a smile, but his eyes holding a warning.
"You okay baby?" He asked.
"Tired," you replied simply, hoping it would be enough to explain your earlier behavior. "Is it okay if we just go home?"
"No! It's Friday, and I need time with my girl," he practically whined, as he guided you to his car.
Your heart sank at the tone in his voice, knowing very well he wouldn't take no for an answer. It was a game he played to get you to do what he wanted and give him an excuse to fight later, usually for being stubborn or a stuck up bitch.
"My shift was so long," you mumbled.
He shoved you into the passengers seat, closing the door before you could reach the handle. He got into the drivers side and turned the key, a sly smirk on his face. He grabbed your wrist, squeezing it tightly, his nails biting into your skin, he leaned in, his lips next to your ear.
"Why is it so hard to please you baby?" he whispered, his tone seething.
You stared at him, keeping your face neutral, dread churning in your stomach. You could feel the bruises beginning to form on your wrist, his anger slowly rising. He squeezed even tighter and you winced, a strangled cry leaving your lips. He let go of your wrist and slipped his hand between your legs, inching his fingers to your mound, squeezing roughly.
"This belongs to me, baby. How many times do I have to remind you that you're mine?" Jordan sneered, tightening his hold on you.
You squeezed your eyes shut, tears burning behind your eyes, and looked away, trying to detach yourself from the situation.
"You're right, I'm sorry," you murmured, shrinking away from him.
"Damn straight," he said, releasing his grip on you and turning his attention to the road, "Dinner and drinks at Rousseaus, you’ll love it."
You gave a stiff nod, trying to ignore the fear and anger in your heart.
Tumblr media
Rousseau's was more crowded than you expected, but you both managed to find a table. You sat and waited while Jordan got drinks.
Other men always looked at you, wherever you went, it always made you uncomfortable. Especially so when you were with Jordan, his jealousy could cause an explosion at any moment. You wished he hadn't insisted on coming to the bar tonight, there was a feeling in your gut that told you something was going to go wrong.
When he returned with the drinks his mood had dramatically shifted, his eyes darting around the room as he slid into his seat next to you.
You picked at your finger nails, chipping away at the paint, and scooted your chair a few inches away from his. You could feel his eyes on you, seething with jealousy, his fists clenched so tight his knuckles turned white.
"Maybe we should go," you suggested, shooting him a wary look.
"We just got here and I ain't done drinking," he replied, placing his hand on your knee, caressing your skin with his fingertips.
"Okay," you said in a small voice, lifting your eyes to meet his gaze.
He brought his hand up to your face, lightly brushing the pad of his thumb across your cheekbone. You could tell by the look in his eyes that something wasn't right.
"Stacy was telling me something very interesting about you," he whispered, his voice dripping with suspicion.
"Oh?" You asked, feigning innocence, heart beginning to race.
"Yeah," Jordan mused, gently tracing a pattern on your skin. "She told me how you kept having one on ones in the platinum suite. Absolutely raking in the tips. Does that sound like something you're familiar with?" His words were soft, but his voice was harsh.
Your stomach dropped at his question, realizing what he was getting at. You stared back at him blankly, trying to formulate a response. You thought about lying to him, you were a good liar, you did it everyday of your life. Jordan was visibly seething, but he wouldn't do anything to you in public, so you kept your guard up just in case.
"I'm sure I have no idea what you're talking about, babe," you said in the sweetest, yet most patronizing tone, grabbing his hand in yours, squeezing it reassuringly.
He narrowed his eyes at you and took another sip of his drink. Your stomach turned, you knew he wasn't finished, this was far from over.
"If I find out you're lying to me," he started, his voice menacing. "I'll kill you."
The color drained from your face, fear coursing through your veins. You wanted to bolt out the door, run for your life, anything to get away from him, but you didn't. You looked away from his terrifying eyes, holding back the tears that were threatening to spill.
That's when you saw him, sitting near the window, watching you intently. Elijah.
The reality of his existence hit you like a swift blow. He was a vampire. He had bared his heart and soul to you. Just hours ago, you had been in his embrace, experiencing pleasure as he fed off you. Then he would erase the memory from your mind, leaving you oblivious to what he truly was. He offered you a knowing smile, his dark eyes piercing into yours. Your cheeks flushed red as you looked away. Despite everything, a part of you yearned to run to him, to forget about the monster lurking beside you.
"Excuse me for a second," you whispered, letting go of Jordan’s hand and sliding your seat back.
"Where the fuck are you going?" Jordan snapped, his grip on your knee tightening, his fingers digging painfully into your skin.
"Just the bathroom," you muttered, struggling to keep your composure.
He gave you a steely look, before releasing your knee. You gathered your purse and rose to your feet and without glancing back at him, headed for the bathroom.
You felt Elijah's presence behind you when you got to the hallway. Fear churned inside you like a whirlpool, as you turned to face him, not completely sure what you would say to him.
"It's not a good time for a talk," you said in a low voice, opening the door to the ladies room, hoping Elijah would get the hint.
"You seem distressed," he said quietly, concern clear in his voice.
"Come in, you can't be out here with me," you whispered, tugging on his hand, pulling him into the bathroom.
You checked to make sure the coast was clear and locked the door, feeling Elijah's eyes following you.
"Is that your boyfriend?" He teased in a gentle tone, clasping his hands in front of him, subtly checking you out.
"Yes," you said softly, leaning against the counter, staring down at the floor.
"Is he why you won't run away with me?," Elijah asked, taking a tentative step towards you.
You felt the knot in your stomach tighten, as he placed his hands on the counter, boxing you in between him and the sink.
"Among other things," you replied evasively, tilting your head up, your gaze resting on his.
"Name one of them," he purred, bringing his hand up to your hair, twirling a stray strand around his finger.
"You've messed with my memories, Elijah. When I'm not around you, I don't remember our time together; I’m frightened of you," you admitted, your body stiffening. "I blame it on the drugs I take, I get anxious about my mental health," you trailed off, feeling shame rising in your throat.  "But then I'm with you and..I feel calm, I feel safe, like you'd protect me. And, it scares me, this emotional whiplash is taking its toll,”
"I'm sorry for frightening you, that wasn't my intention," he said gently, his hands lifting to rest on your hips, gently lifting you onto the counter.
"Everything is... complicated, Elijah," you murmured, running your fingers through your hair, trying to muster an answer.
"I know," he murmured, leaning in and kissing your neck, causing goosebumps to erupt on your skin. “I won't compel you anymore, my dear, I trust you,”
You closed your eyes, inhaling his wonderful scent, it made your stomach flutter with butterflies. This didn't feel real, you hadn't felt this happy in so long, it was surreal.
Your hands went to his chest, feeling the solid muscle beneath your palms, and his lips met yours. The kiss was soft, affectionate, and full of meaning. You wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him closer, never wanting to let go.
"You don't love him do you?," Elijah whispered in your ear, trailing his finger down your jaw.
"No," You breathed, shaking your head, grasping the lapels of his suit. "I couldn't, I try, I have for years, but I just can't,"
He hummed his agreement and kissed you with more passion than you'd experienced with any man before. You could feel his desire, his urgency, and you craved him. Your fingers buried themselves in his hair, letting out a soft gasp when his hands slipped under your dress, gently kneading your thighs.
"No, we can't, not with Jordan here," you rasped, reluctantly pushing his hands away. "Please don't. If he suspects something..." You whispered, trailing off, swallowing hard.
Elijah glanced down at your hands on his chest, his brow furrowing as he noticed your bruised and swollen wrist.
"You're hurt," he observed, examining the marks on your skin, his expression a strange mixture of anger and concern.
"It's fine," You reassured him, trying to pull away from his grip, "just forget about it. Really, I'm ok,"
"He hurt you," Elijah insisted, frowning.
"I had an attitude with him," You mumbled, yanking your arm back, and cradling your wrist in your lap, and nervously twisting the hem of your dress in your fingers.
"Y/n," he said softly. "This isn't the first time he's hurt you is it?"
You looked up at him through tear filled eyes, your mask of composure finally slipping.
"No," you said in a small voice.
"How long has he done this to you?" He asked in a low voice, cupping your face in his palms.
"Years," you choked, no longer able to hold in your emotions, tears trickling down your face. You felt such pure humiliation, embarrassment that Elijah had seen such weakness in you.
"I have to go," you stammered, rubbing your eyes and sniffling.
"You don't have to leave," Elijah insisted, bringing your face up to look at him. "Why didn't you tell me sooner?"
You froze at his question, wondering what kind of answer he wanted.
"It ruins the fantasy," you said with a dry laugh, trying to brush it off as some stupid joke.
Elijah furrowed his brow at you, looking shocked at your response.
"Do you think I judge you? See you as just a stripper?" He asked earnestly, all of his usual confidence dissipating.
You shook your head, not trusting yourself to speak, but not daring to lie to him, watching him through watery eyes.
"I told you about my life, my father, the torment he put my family through, how could I judge you?," Elijah asked, lowering his face to yours, our lips inches apart, his scent flooding your senses.
"I don't know," you whispered, keeping your gaze fixed on his, savoring his kindness.
"We'll get through this," Elijah whispered in your ear. "Together."
"I have to go," you whispered, before the weight of what he said could sink in.
"Walk out with me, you never have to be near him again," Elijah begged.
"No, please, it'll make everything worse," You pleaded, sliding off the counter. "Don't give me hope, I can't handle hope."
"Y/n," Elijah began, sounding exasperated.
"I'll see you at the club, okay? Goodbye." you said quietly, before he could protest anymore, leaving the bathroom.
Tears filled your eyes as you walked through the bar, taking slow deep breaths to calm yourself. Jordan was still sitting at the table, looking extremely impatient. You tried to ignore the unsettling feeling in your gut as you sat down. He swirled the liquid in his glass, his expression blank.
"Took you long enough, what were you doing in there?" Jordan sneered, pinning you with his icy glare.
You could now remember everything about Elijah, how he made you feel, all those hours together in the platinum suite. Everything. And now here, looking at Jordan, your abuser, the man who took so much from you, was such a contrast that it was almost unbearable. You were revolted by his very presence.
"I just needed a moment to myself, you know? After what you said about killing me," You forced a tight smile, taking a sip of your cocktail, your throat had never been drier.
Jordan scoffed, his features darkening with annoyance. "Let's go, this bar fucking sucks," he snarled, slamming his empty glass down on the table, rose to his feet and swiped his keys off the table.
You took the last sip of your drink and reached into your purse, pulling out your wallet. You felt his hand rest on your arm, you were almost paralyzed with fear.
"What the fuck is that?" Jordan snarled, looking at the tips you earned from Elijah earlier.
You swallowed thickly, completely taken aback, you had no idea what to do.
"I... I got a bonus today," you said in a feeble tone.
Jordan stared down at the money, completely enraged. "Stacy was right wasn't she? You've been fucking that rich asshole," he whispered, his fist closing around your arm, dragging you to your feet.
He quickly guided you through the crowd and outside the bar, pulling you towards the nearby alley. Your mind reeled with panic, realizing what was happening. Your legs no longer functioned as he dragged you behind the building.
"Baby, let's go back inside, I don't understand what's going on," you pleaded, trying to regain composure.
"I asked you a question. Tell me," Jordan growled, his fingertips dug into your arm painfully.
"It was a bonus," you snapped.
His fist connected with your face in a sudden and violent burst of rage. The impact was so intense it dazed you, the air being knocked out of your lungs as you tried to keep your footing.
"I know you're fucking some gangster and keeping all the tips for yourself," he shouted, his hands wrapping around your throat, forcing you against the wall.
Your hands scrambled for his, trying to pry his fingers off, his grip squeezing tighter as the lack of air made your vision blur.
"I asked you nicely and you have the nerve to fucking lie to me? That just shows me that you don't love me at all," he yelled, rage boiling in his veins, his grip nearly crushing your windpipe.
"Please..." you whispered, through ragged gasps for breath.
"I've done nothing but take care of you since we met and this is how you repay me?" He shouted, his grip tightening even more, your entire body struggling to get oxygen, tears pricking at the back of your eyes.
You brought your knee up as hard as you could to his groin. Jordan groaned and doubled over, loosening his grip enough to allow you to wrench yourself free.
You began to run in the direction of the street, wanting to get as far away from him as possible. But he caught up, grabbing your hair and forcing you to the ground. You cried out in pain as he landed on top of you, his hands roaming all over your body as he held you down, squeezing every inch of skin he could grab.
"Shh, shh, don't scream baby, don't scream," he hushed you, slapping his hand over your mouth. "It's okay I forgive you."
"Get off of me!" You cried, as he frantically tugged on your dress. He didn't waste another second, gripping your jaw tightly, his fingers digging in painfully.
"You think I'd let you cheat on me and get away with it?" Jordan gritted out, his hands wrapping around your throat again, increasing the pressure. Your screams were only barely audible now, your vision starting to fade, everything slowly turning black.
Suddenly there was no weight on your chest. You gasped for air, taking desperate shallow breaths, looking up at Elijah who was pinning Jordan to the wall by the throat. Elijah's eyes were completely black, gray veins stretched out under his eyes.
"Do you know what it feels like to be unable to breathe?" He growled, his grip tightening, Jordan's face turning a ghastly shade of blue. "The fear, the terror that overwhelms your body. To know that no matter how hard you fight, you're going to die?"
Jordan's eyes bulged in fear, his hands clutching at his throat, trying to get away.
"You were going to kill her, weren't you?" Elijah seethed, his voice trembling with rage.
"Please... I'm sorry," Jordan wheezed, his voice barely audible.
"She begged for mercy and you ignored her, why should I show you the same courtesy?" Elijah asked, in an eerily calm tone.
Jordan's eyes widened as he struggled against Elijah, desperately trying to loosen the vampire's grip.
"Cockroach," he snarled, his fingers curling tighter around his neck, lifting him up, Jordan's feet no longer touching the ground. "Be still."
"No... no," Jordan squealed pathetically, "what are you?"
Elijah pulled Jordan's face close to his, Jordan's limbs thrashing at his sides, trying to pry away the iron grip on his neck. Elijah gave him a sinister smile, his fangs gleaming in the dim light.
"Death," Elijah whispered, before swiftly snapping his neck.
The blood drained from your face, your head spinning, everything feeling as if it was happening in slow motion. His body fell to the ground with a heavy thud, an unnatural twist to his neck, Jordan's life no longer there.
You felt your heart stop, like someone had thrust a knife through your chest, you almost couldn't breathe. He was dead. Gone. A part of you was happy, euphoric even, he would never touch you again, hit you again, torture you any more. You never felt any pleasure when you were with him, the man was your prison, he had no redeeming qualities and yet, the scars still remained.
Elijah knelt in front of you, pulling off his suit jacket and draping it across your shoulders. Your hands were numb as they slipped through the holes, holding it shut in the front.
"We can't leave him like that," you whispered, staring at Jordan's body, slumped against the brick.
"I'll handle it," Elijah murmured. "Can you stand?"
You nodded, rising on unsteady feet, grateful when he wrapped his arms around you, supporting you as you stumbled. He picked you up bridal style and carried you to his car, quickly setting you down in the passenger seat.
"Do you wish for me to take you home?" Elijah asked gently, seeing that you'd retreated inside of yourself, staring into the distance.
"No." you said hoarsely, resting your head against the glass.
He didn't seem surprised, opening the door, slipping inside and starting the car. His hand rested on your knee, drawing lazy circles on the bare skin, the effect was soothing and you closed your eyes, taking slow steady breaths.
"My home it is, then.”

Chapter Twenty - I'll Make That Dream a Reality… And Then Some
I slammed my door, harder than I had meant. I just felt so angry, I flopped down onto my bed and pulled my phone out, I flipped it open and started texting Paul.
'Bella and I had an argument'
Paul responded almost immediately.
'What happened? Are you okay?'
'Yeah, just annoyed it happened'
Paul responded, his messages showing his support.
'You don't have to pretend to be okay, sweetheart. I'm here if you need to talk. You know that, right?'
'I love you, goodnight <3" I texted, I'd talk to him about the argument at some point.
'I love you too, sweetheart. Don't hesitate to wake me up if you need me. Goodnight and sweet dreams.'
The next morning, I groaned as I walked into the kitchen, my body ached from the cliff diving. Bella and my dad were sitting in the kitchen, Bella looked tired, and maybe a little regretful.
"Morning, you look exhausted" My dad says, I smile weakly and sit by him at the table.
"Long day yesterday, Paul and I went on a long hike" I say, quickly making up the cliff diving. Dad didn't need to know about that. Dad chuckled, a warm smile on his lips.
"Ah, hiking. That'll do it. You should be careful, though. Don't push yourself too hard." He answers me, Bella remained silent, her eyes avoiding yours as she sipped her coffee. I knew Bella wouldn't rat me out to dad, I could easily rat her out for the motorbike building with Jacob. Dad went back to reading his newspaper, oblivious to the silent tension between me and Bella. He seemed none the wiser that something was amiss between his daughters.
The next few weeks were awkward between Bella and I, we hadn't apologised yet. But we were being civil to one another. I hated arguing with her. Which is why it surprised me when she invited me to her movie plans with Mike and Jacob. I of course invited Paul, not wanting Mike to think this was a double date. Mike seemed slightly displeased with mine and Paul's presence. I laughed along with Jacob and Paul whilst Bella bought the tickets, though Mike looked sour, he didn't join in with the conversation.
I held onto Paul's arm, holding him close as I reached up, kissing his cheek. Jacob made a joke about us making out in the movie and that we better not. Paul wrapped an arm around my waist, pulling me in closer.
"Don't worry, Jacob. I'll try to keep the make-out sessions to a minimum during the movie."
"He's just jealous, he doesn't get to kiss the specimen that is Paul Lahote" I say with a soft giggle.
Paul chuckled at your words, his chest puffing out a little in mock arrogance. He put on an exaggerated display of flexing his muscles, playing along with your comment. "Damn right he's jealous. Who wouldn't be envious of this specimen?"
"Dork" I chuckled, Jacob laughed with me, Mike just looked like he'd rather be anywhere else but here. I sighed, I had tried, but he seemed so ready to dismiss anyone that wasn't Bella. Paul pretended to take offense, feigning being hurt by your remark. But the corners of his lips betrayed his amusement.
"Hey now, don't call me a dork. I'm wounded," he said dramatically, clutching his heart in mock hurt.
Bella came back with the tickets and we all walked into the cinema, when we sat Paul wrapped his arm around me, holding me close to his side. I snuggled in, getting comfortable. I watched both Mike and Jacob hold their arms out obviously wanting Bella to hold one of their hands. She wouldn't. I linked my fingers into Paul's hand holding him close as the movie plays. Halfway through the movie Mike runs out, heading to the toilets to be sick. Bella, Jacob, Paul and I rushed out following him. Bella and Jacob walked to sit on the stairs to wait whilst Paul and I stood near the counter opposite the toilet doors.
Paul stood close to me.
"The movie sucked anyway" I giggled softly, for a moment my head felt a little woozy, Paul must of noticed because he wrapped an arm around me, holding me before my legs went wobbly.
"You okay, sweetheart? You're feeling a bit unsteady."
"Yeah, my head feels a little funny" I answer, I was hoping I wouldn't get the bug that had been going around, but in the next few seconds I knew I definitely had the bug, I started to feel a little sick, my stomach twinged slightly.
"Maybe we should go home, you don't look too good."
"Yeah.. take me home?" I ask, we tell Bella and Jacob we were heading home. Paul gently guided me outside, he held his arm tightly around me as we walked to my car, he helped me inside and buckled me into the passenger side.
"You're looking a bit worse for wear, sweetheart. Are you sure you don't need a doctor or something?"
"Paulie, it's fine. There's been a bug going around at school, , I probably have that... you're lucky wolf genes don't let you get ill"
"Yeah, I guess I am pretty lucky in that sense." He says with a chuckle, as he drives he moves one hand to my thigh, holding me. When we reach my home, Paul helps me up to my room, the sickness had hit me a little harder, I felt dizzier.
He had to tell my dad I wasn't feeling well, it was the only way dad let him upstairs. Paul helps me into my pyjamas, in time as well, the second I was dressed my body ached, I ran to the bathroom and emptied my stomach into the toilet.
Paul followed me to the bathroom, worry etched on his face. He held my hair back as I puked into the toilet, his fingers gently brushing through my hair to soothe me.
"Shhh... it's okay, sweetheart. Let it out. I'm here, I got you..."
"Ugh Paul no, I'm so gross, you don't wanna see this" I groaned.
"Sweetheart, there's nothing gross about this. You're not feeling well, and I want to be here for you. So hush and lean over the bowl. I got you."
Once I was done, I brushed my teeth and groaned back to my bed, I crawled in.
"Dad won't let you stay" I mumble to Paul as he tucks me in.
"Damn it. I really wanted to stay and keep an eye on you. Make sure you're alright."
"Go ask him, tell him it's my death bed wish, to have you with me" I say giggling weakly.
"Alright, I'll go down and talk to your dad. But I'm not using the 'death bed' excuse, that's a bit morbid."
After a few moments, Paul came back into my room, he had a huge grin on his face.
"Guess who gets to stay the night, sweetheart"
I looked at him with wide eyes. "What? Really? I don't believe you"
"I'm serious. Your dad caved. I just had to butter him up a little, that's all."
"Witchcraft" I whispered.
Paul chuckled quietly, he stripped his top and shorts, and crawled into the bed with me, he curled against my body, holding me close. "Not witchcraft, sweetheart. Just charm. I can be pretty convincing when I need to be."
"Thank you, nurse Paul" I mumble as I close my eyes. Paul moved his hand to my hip, tracing circles into my skin. "You're welcome, my sickly patient. I'll take good care of you tonight, don't you worry."
In the night I threw up a few times, managing to get to the toilet in time, Bella was also unwell, so it was the bug, I groaned as I finished throwing up, Paul was still in bed asleep as I shuffled back into my room, I felt too hot so I changed into a pair of black basic panties and a tank top needing to cool down. Paul stirred softly as I shuffled back into the room, his senses obviously attuned to my movements. I climbed into the bed. He was still half-asleep, but his natural instincts as my protector kicked in. He rolled over, wrapping an arm around me and pulling me closer to him. His voice was slightly gravelly from sleep as he mumbled against my shoulder.
You alright, sweetheart?"
"I'm dying" I mutter. "Which sucks, cause I look so sexy in this outfit"
Paul chuckled huskily, his eyes still heavy with sleep. Despite his exhaustion, he couldn't help but appreciate the sight of me in my little outfit. He pulled me even closer, his arms wrapping tighter around me, his hands roaming softly over my bare skin.
"You're not dying... but I can't argue with the sexy part. You look absolutely gorgeous, even while you're throwing up every few minutes."
"Go back to sleep baby, dream of me wearing these little black panties and my tank top, and nothing else, and when I'm not dying you can enjoy it for real"
Paul let out a soft growl. "You're not making it easy for me to go back to sleep, sweetheart... Especially after planting that vivid image in my head."
"Sorry" I whispered. Paul smiled, his hand continuing to stroke my back gently. He shifted slightly, his body pressed against me, his voice barely more than a low rumble in my ear.
"Don't be sorry, darling. Just know that when you're feeling better, I'll make that dream a reality... and then some."
"Okay" I whispered, I shuffled in the bed, my tank top rising slightly as I cuddled close to him.
"You're making it really hard for me to behave myself, sweetheart."
"I was vomiting five minutes ago baby" I say flatly.
"I know you were, sweetheart. and I don't want to pressure you when you're not feeling well. I just can't help myself when you're wearing next to nothing and snuggled up against me. You're too damn tempting."
I grinned, but then stopped, jumping out of the bed. "Hold that thought" I cry before running back to the bathroom. Moments later Paul was behind me, holding my hair, stroking my back.
"Jeez what did I do, to get such a sweet boyfriend like you huh" I mumble.
"Sweetheart, you don't have to do anything to deserve me. I'm just a guy whose head over heels for you, that's all. Even when you're hunched over a toilet throwing your guts up, I still think you're the most beautiful girl in the world."
I swished mouthwash through my mouth and then shuffled back to my room with Paul. In bed Paul wrapped his arms back around me again, I felt exhausted, so I melted into him.
"Goodnight" I whispered.
"Good night, sweetheart. Sleep well. I'll be right here if you need me." He replied.

Hi! First off I just wanna say how much I love your work! You are such a talented writer🤍 okay okay so for the Halloween prompt request, I was thinking maybe Vampire Seonghwa? (He's been plaguing my mind hella hard) with the prompts 3 and 22? I'm excited to see what you come up with!🤍
Thank you so much!🤍
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
◆Vampire!Seonghwa◆ (pink haired Seonghwa has me in an unhealthy grip and it will end me one day)
↳3. Well, that didn’t hurt nearly as badly as I was expecting it to.
↳22. Do I look tasty?
A/N: Hii! Thank you for your kind words, it makes me happy to know people like my stories as I place a lot of time in them. I shall say that pink haired Seonghwa has me in a GRIP and I'll NEVER escape it, so uhm, I did a little something here, haha. I hope you enjoy this little one and requests are open until the 1st of November for anyone interested! Before you start the short story, I want to say that this was inspired by Vampire Academy written by Richelle Mead, so here's a little explanation for those who haven't read the books:
1. Moroi-are born vampires, imbued with the magic to have power over the elements;
2. Dhampir-are half-human, half-vampires who are born to protect the Moroi. Don't have elemental magic, but have enhanced strength and senses making them the strongest protection against the Strigoi;
3. Strigoi- are the type of vampires that one would expect from an old horror classic
TW: cussing, blood, very slightly suggestive?
◆Halloween Prompts◆
That damned pink hair could be visible from miles away. If his desperate need to be distinguishable by some feature wasn't enough, then his flamboyant persona certainly was. Park Seonghwa was absolutely detestable. It isn’t enough that he comes from one of the royal moroi families, which makes him incredibly famous, he also makes sure to remind everyone of his high status in the order by looking down on you while flaunting his riches, the arrogant smirk never absent from his face. I truly wish one day I'll be able to punch that perfect nose of his, even if dhampirs weren't allowed to hurt morois. I tried to keep the sneer off my face as I glared at the back of his pink head, a disgusting color if anyone asks me, as his loud laughter carried over the crowd. How was it possible that he could be heard over all the chatter in the auditorium? I felt a nudge to my side and my attention was off Seonghwa as I stared at my best friend, whose eyebrows were raised. She already knew I would be in a sour mood when I realized I was forced to breathe the same air as Seonghwa, but today was also the day we'd be paired up for our field trip. The dreaded field trip. Us, dhampirs, would be assigned to a moroi to protect for a week, totally left alone by our teachers and other guardians. Basically, we were forced to fend for ourselves for a week in order to show how capable we were in completing our duties once we graduated. I, on one hand, was ready. I was born ready; I knew I could do this. The only problem was that I didn't know who I'd be assigned to protect and the thought of having to possibly spend a whole ass week with Seonghwa was giving me a freaking headache.
"I think he can feel your glare, Y/N." Kazuha muttered as I turned to look back towards the front, Seonghwa’s annoying hair bugging my eyes again. I just rolled my eyes and ignored my best friend’s comment, thinking to myself, that it was only good if he felt my glare. Everyone knew I didn’t like Seonghwa, why try and hide it? The head teacher walked in holding a big paper scroll in his hands, stopping in the center of the auditorium.
“Quiet down, everyone.” Despite the authority in his voice, Seonghwa proceeded to finish his joke and laugh loudly as everyone else glanced his way, the teacher sighing before continuing, “I’ll read the dhampir names first and then the moroi they’ll have to protect for the following week. Changing your partners isn’t allowed, and if anyone does so in secret, they’ll be expulsed from the Academy, never to graduate. And then you can try and live a miserable life.”
I don’t think I agree with the teacher. Having to live without being surrounded by some annoying spoiled morois sounded like every dhampirs most secret wish. The teacher opened the scroll and started reading the names, most students looking content and even happy with their partners, but there was one problem. Park Seonghwa’s name hasn’t been read yet, and with my luck…my fate in this whole thing was slowly dying out.
“Lee Y/N.” I stood up straighter in my seat, debating whether to say a quick prayer, but the moroi’s name was already called, “Park Seonghwa.”
Fuck. I hissed and allowed my head to fall against the table, creating a loud bang as I groaned lowly. The people sitting around me chuckled, amused by my reaction, and probably thankful they didn’t get paired with Seonghwa. Lucky bastards. I felt eyes on me before I could lift my head and I braced myself for the conceited smirk on his face as I looked up, eyes connecting with his. Seonghwa was smirking, and as if to make things worse, he winked before turning around and ignoring my existence.
I would’ve done anything to avoid this moment. To avoid sitting in a car as Seonghwa was handed the keys to the Academy’s expensive Mercedes, as if he didn’t own at least two muscle cars back at home. God, I wanted to die. He opened the door and sat inside, head turning to look at me. My jaw was clenched as I looked straight ahead, refusing to look at him, able to see from the corner of my eyes the amusement written all over his features. God, if only I was allowed to punch him.
“Since when are morois allowed to drive?” I snapped as he ignited the engine to life, “You know the dhampirs are the ones supposed to drive around and shit.”
“I know,” Seonghwa shrugged nonchalantly as he backed out of the parking lot of the Academy, our head teacher and the dhampir supervisor watching us with hawk like eyes as I mouthed a small ‘please, save me’ to them, a displeased look crossing their features, “But I don’t trust a woman with driving.”
I scoffed annoyed, my tongue pressing against my cheek as I tried to hold myself back, Kazuha’s words ringing loudly in my head. ‘Ignore him, think of anything else and just stay calm. You can do this.’ In fact, no, I was certain I couldn’t do this, and we have barely left the safety of our Academy.
“Do you even know where we’re supposed to go?” I opted to ask instead, glaring at the radio as Seonghwa turned it on, browsing through the channels.
“To my family’s vacation house?” Seonghwa gave me a look which said, ‘are you crazy for even asking that?’.
“If that’s where you’re taking us, just pull over, and I’ll walk back to the Academy myself and sabotage my own future.” I groaned and allowed my head to fall back against the headrest. Seonghwa scoffed and gave me a quick glance as we turned onto the highway.
“You seriously want to live in a shady neighborhood in a dodgy apartment for a week?” He looked at me as if I was crazy and I closed my eyes, pressing the button to roll down the window. I needed some fresh air. Perhaps that would stop me from wanting to crash our car, which I was supposed to be driving. I’ve never driven such a luxury car, Seonghwa robbed me of another once in a lifetime experience…once again.
“Yes, Seonghwa, because this is a test to what our lives will look like very soon, you conceited idiot!” I snapped, finally breaking as I turned to face Seonghwa, “You might have everything handed to you on a silver plate, but I certainly won’t be living in a mansion or my family’s vacation home once I’ve graduated.”
“If you graduate.” God, I really wanted to punch that arrogant smirk off his face. I didn’t have to be top of my class to graduate. I was one of the best dhampirs at our Academy currently and I was needed as female dhampirs were rare. Unlike him, who was raised on a silver plate, he had no significance whatsoever if he was stripped of his title. He wasn’t even a prince, he was around fifth in line to the throne, so he really was unimportant. His skills were mid and unless he continued his family’s business, he was a no one. That brought a content smile on my lips and Seonghwa threw me an annoyed glance, probably able to sense that my thoughts weren’t the nicest. He didn’t say anything else as he focused on the road, turning up the volume of the radio, making me sigh as I relaxed into the car seat and closed my eyes. It’s not that I trusted him, but I had barely gotten any sleep last night as we threw a secret party before our departure. It was wild.

Four days had gone by and things were going surprisingly well. For me, at least. I quickly got familiar with the area and did my patrols regularly, keeping an eye out for any unwanted danger. I even managed to become friends with our upstairs neighbor, who was a nice old lady. I found mundane tasks quite enjoyable as I walked to the market each morning and bought fresh fruits and vegetables to cook later, and of course, since it was Seonghwa’s money, I enjoyed spending it even more. I finally managed to get that long deserved haircut and all in all, this test turned out to be a lot more manageable than I expected it to be. Living with Seonghwa wasn’t too difficult, surprisingly, as he stayed in his room almost all day, listening to loud music and facetiming with his other moroi friends almost every other hour. Hearing his boisterous laughter and awful jokes through the thin walls was rather depressing, but I managed to block his voice out as I turned on the TV in the living room and turned the volume up, hearing Seonghwa scream at me to be quieter, only to get ignored. Of course, things weren’t going constantly smoothly as he always found something to start a petty fight based on, but after realizing that my anger was only bringing him enjoyment, I stopped showing my emotions. That didn’t mean that I didn’t want to bash his head against the wall at times, I was just smarter and started hiding it. However, despite me living my best life for the past four days, Seonghwa seemed to hate it here. He would jump at the slightest sound coming from outside and the curtains would have to be drawn almost all day as his skin was specifically sensitive to sunlight. That was a thing I didn’t believe, but I didn’t want to try my luck and actually set him on fire, that wouldn’t only get me expelled from the Academy, it would earn me the death penalty too. I preferred staying away from that one if possible. It was one of those serene nights, where I almost couldn’t tell if Seonghwa and I were living together, but my heightened senses could pick up on his breathing, a thing which annoyed me, but normally was very good as I could protect the morois in case of danger. Earlier today I bought some red wine and condiments to cook some pasta as I missed the taste of it, the chef’s cooking back at the Academy is rather bland, almost makes you think she’s a moroi. I have prepared everything and threw the ingredients together, letting it boil before pouring the heavy cream over it, letting it simmer for a few more minutes as I stirred it. I was lost in my world, humming a song which Seonghwa had been listening to on repeat, when suddenly I felt warmth behind me and my muscle memory kicked in as I whirled around, grabbing the intruder by the neck and slamming them against the nearest wall. My grip instantly loosened around Seonghwa’s neck when I finally realized it was just him, his normally round eyes wider than I’ve seen them ever before.
“Don’t ever creep up on me again, Seonghwa.” I hissed, eyebrows furrowed, “I could’ve hurt you.”
“Isn’t that what you want?” The stunned look was gone from his face, replaced with an annoying smirk. God, I hated his stupid face.
“Yeah, it is.” I muttered as I released him and went back to stir my sauce before shutting the gas off, taking the pot to the table. Seonghwa followed after me and watched me as I sat at the table, pouring the sauce over my spaghetti. I grabbed my glass of wine and took a sip, humming at the rich taste of it. It was expensive, but then again, Seonghwa was founding me so I only bought the priciest things, hoping to deprive him of all of his money. It was impossible, but it still bought a little satisfaction to my heart.
“You cooked dinner and didn’t even tell me…” Seonghwa trailed off, face falling for a second before it became composed again as he walked to the cupboard, taking out a plate.
“I didn’t know in what mood you were.” It was clear, Seonghwa was struggling without blood. I might’ve hated him, but I knew a moroi, a vampire, couldn’t survive without blood. Yes, they were able to eat normal food, but it could make them sick for days even. Seonghwa hasn’t eaten anything since we left the Academy. Hasn’t fed since we left the Academy. I tried to convince him to come to the hospital with me and I’d take a few blood bags for him, but he refused and said he’d survive without this week. He preferred fresh blood, apparently. And the lack of blood was already showing its first signs, his skin was paler than usual and dark bags were slowly forming underneath his eyes. I noticed his eyes glowing red every now and then, but that wasn’t necessarily a sign of bloodlust.
“I’m starving.” Seonghwa muttered more to himself, forgetting that I could hear him. I paused chewing as he sat down opposite me, surprised that he was willingly sitting at a table with me. He’d never do that at the Academy, but then again, I probably would pour my food all over his head if he did. I pushed the spaghetti and sauce pot towards him as Seonghwa reluctantly leaned forward and inhaled, eyes widening a little.
“Oh, this actually smells really nice.” He muttered absentmindedly and my eyes narrowed as I analyzed him. Was he being sincere? He seemed like he forgot I was even sitting at a table with him.
“I probably won’t be able to eat much, my stomach’s rather weak these days.” He said as he looked up and placed some spaghetti and sauce on his plate. I nodded and continued eating, watching his face for a reaction when he finally took a bite. He chewed slowly on the food and his eyebrows furrowed before he gulped the food down. He just glanced up at me and wordlessly continued to take a few more bites, but stopped at the fifth one. He pushed the plate away and grabbed a stray glass from the table, pouring himself wine.
“That wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected it to be.” I was about to thank him, for the first time in my life, but he had to continue, “I didn’t know dhampirs are now taught how to cook. But then again…you’re a woman, you’re supposed to know how to do that.”
“If you don’t shut up I will push that knife down your heart.” It was an empty threat, but it felt nice saying it as Seonghwa chuckled and took a big gulp of the wine, eyes going to the bottle before settling back on me.
“Are you trying to bereave me of my money, Y/N?” He cocked an eyebrow elegantly and I rolled my eyes, leaning back in my chair as I was finished with dinner too.
“As if you don’t have more than enough already,” I scoffed and took a sip of my wine, “Since I risk my life to protect you, you at least can let me spend as much as I’d like—”
“Yeah, like at the hairdresser.” Seonghwa cut me off with a scoff, eyes narrowing, “Who even charges that much?”
“I might’ve left a bigger tip than necessary.” I replied nonchalantly and hid my smirk behind my glass as I took another sip, Seonghwa scoffing as he drank the contents of his own glass before pouring some more wine for himself.
A few hours later, the lights seemed to dance around me as I sat in the chair, leaned back and one leg brought up on the chair, hair pulled in a low ponytail as I was feeling hot. It was from the wine, I knew that, but I couldn’t help fan myself as Seonghwa placed another card on the table. It was red. I didn’t have any red cards, so I had to pick up one from the deck. If anyone told me four days ago that I would be playing some silly card games with Seonghwa while the both of us were tipsy, I would’ve laughed in their face and asked them to walk to the psychic ward. But it was happening right now and Seonghwa was winning, for the fifth time. I was getting fed up.
“You’re cheating, okay?!” I exclaimed and slammed my cards on the table as Seonghwa placed his last one down, winning again. He just chuckled and took another sip of his wine, cheeks slightly flushed. One would say he looked like a living creature for once. It was late in the night and we were supposed to be sleeping, but I haven’t done my patrolling duty yet and it was cold outside, I really didn’t want to go. Besides, I was tipsy, my reflexes were dull, and if a strigoi were to attack me, I probably wouldn’t get very far, let alone be able protect Seonghwa.
“I’m not cheating,” He scoffed, looking offended, “I’m just really good at this game.”
“Yeah, right,” I scoffed and rolled my eyes, “Like you are at everything else.”
“Of course, I am.” He smirked and flicked a stray pink strand out of his eyes.
“Then why do you refuse to go to the hospital and steal one or two blood bags with me?” I raised my eyebrows challengingly, crossing my arms in front of my chest. Seonghwa stiffened for a second before he leaned forward, placing his interlaced hands on the table and his chin on them.
“Because,” His voice lowered, as if he was scared someone was eavesdropping on us, “I only drink fresh blood.”
I scoffed, of course he did, he had the circumstances to, he was rich, “And why is that? Did mommy and daddy spoil you that much?”
That annoying smirk was back on his lips, “Yes, they did. I can’t stand the stale taste of blood; it makes me throw up. I like drinking it from the source, when it’s still warm and gushing, thick and rich and full of aroma.”
His eyes flashed red again and I watched as he licked his lips, suddenly the bloodlust obvious on his face. Perhaps I shouldn’t have brought up this topic, but I wanted to know the real reason. A vampire who was thirsty shouldn’t be challenged, but I was safe. It was strictly forbidden for morois to drink blood from dhampirs. And it would make me seem like a whore. But the alcohol was hitting hard and I was genuinely curious, never having talked to a moroi about this before, almost wanting to experience the euphoric feeling it’s said a vampire’s bite gives you.
“Do I look tasty?” The words left my lips before I could think much as Seonghwa and I made eye contact. I knew my eyes were glazed over with intoxication from the alcohol, but suddenly Seonghwa’s pupils grew in size as his eyes flashed red and remained like that. The ceiling lamp’s light falling on him made his eyes seem a deep red, swirling around almost in his round eyes.
“You or your blood?” Seonghwa’s voice was low and a strand of pink hair fell into his eyes as he stared me down. Suddenly, I felt glued to my place. He looked like a predator ready to pounce on its pray.
“Both.” I answered breathless, taken aback by Seonghwa’s sudden change of character. He was always so arrogant, so uncaring and so irritating, you’d never think he was capable of looking at you with such danger written all over his face and body. A vein in his neck was visibly pulsing and his hands tightened around each other, knuckles turning white as he inhaled deeply, eyes slightly fluttering closed.
“You smell like flowers, but it’s so—sweet.” His voice was strained as he blinked his eyes open, red glinting back at me as I straightened up in my chair, body suddenly flushing at his words. It was most certainly the alcohol making me feel like this, but I pushed my ponytail behind my shoulders, and I didn’t miss Seonghwa’s eyes focusing on my neck as I cleared my throat.
“Have you tasted sweet blood before?” I whispered, Seonghwa’s jaw clenching and unclenching as if he was fighting back his demons. He said nothing as he shook his head no and I sucked in a deep breath, making eye contact with him, “Would you like to?”
Before I could blink, Seonghwa was up on his feet and next to me, sending his chair to the floor with a loud clank, and I was hauled up by a grip around my bicep. Seonghwa’s long fingers dug into my skin with a bruising force as he sneered down at me, our height difference very obvious. He’s never stood so close to me before.
“You’re playing with fire, Y/N, stop.” He warned, voice deep and eyes flickering from red back to its brown color to red again. I bit my lower lip and stood on my tip toes, lips barely brushing against his earlobe.
“I know you want to bite me, Seonghwa, suck my blood—” What was the reason of my taunting? Probably nothing more than wanting to fuck with him. To finally see him so out of control and desperate, anything like the Seonghwa he always presented himself to be. And it was the alcohol, of course, because I would’ve never asked such thing of him sober. I was ruining my dignity at the moment.
“If anyone finds out…” His voice was horse as he slightly pulled me back, looking down at me, eyes trained on the smooth skin of my neck.
“Nobody will,” I smirked at him, barring my neck more for him as his eyes flicked back to red, “But you have to swear you will keep your mouth shut, Seonghwa.”
“Will you become my supplier, then?” That annoying smirk was back on his lips and I hissed at him, glaring fiercely.
“Don’t overstep your boundaries, asshole.”
“As if you aren’t the one begging me to bite you.”
“As if you aren’t the one desperate to bite me.”
That’s all it took for Seonghwa to finally give in, lips parting and fangs shirking as he opened his mouth more, locking eyes with me. I nodded subtly and my body tensed as Seonghwa slowly leaned down, closer to my neck. My breath caught in my throat as Seonghwa’s plush lips pressed softly against my neck in a small kiss before I felt them retreating and instead two sharp fangs poked against my skin. Before I could have time to rethink my poor choices, the sharp fangs pressed hard into my skin, making me gasp loudly and grasp onto Seonghwa’s shoulders as his teeth tore through my untouched skin, sharp pain erupting in the area as it traveled towards my shoulder and ear. My grip on Seonghwa turned harsh and suddenly I felt him pulling my body flushed against his as he held my nape, sucking on my blood. As soon as the pain came it was gone, the feeling of his fangs foreign as my eyes started becoming blurry, brain fogged up. My lips fell open as my whole body seemed to tingle, from head to toe, and Seonghwa suddenly moaned, lightly pushing me backwards until my hips were pressing against the table. The euphoria was becoming overwhelming as my breathing stuttered and I whined quietly as my head lulled back, knees feeling faint all of a sudden. Seonghwa moaned again, sending vibrations down my neck, my skin covered in goosebumps as I had to grab onto the table with one hand as the other still held onto Seonghwa. Dark spots started covering my vision, but I was unable to speak, unable to let Seonghwa know that he was probably drinking too much. But he must’ve known as suddenly, his cold fangs were gone from my neck, the cool air hitting the marks as Seonghwa’s nose nuzzled against my jaw, breathing hard. I gasped as my knees bucked for a second, Seonghwa’s arms holding me up as my mind slowly started to clear up. The fog was lifting, but just barely, as I squeezed my eyes shut, suddenly the light too much for them. I took deep breaths, the marks pulsed as I was finally able to close my mouth and swallowed, my throat dry all of a sudden. The dark spots were gone, but a slight headache started overtaking the haze, forehead lightly pulsing rhythmically. As I opened my eyes, I was met with Seonghwa staring down at me with lust coating his whole face, his red eyes shinning as he was breathing hard. Apparently I wasn’t the only one affected as my body continued to tingle, a different kind of want overtaking it. Seonghwa’s hand was still gripping my nape and my eyes fell to his plump lips, the inside of the still bloody. Coated with my blood. Something inside of Seonghwa snapped again as he leaned down, crashing his cherry red lips against mine, tasting like iron, nothing like the sweet taste he described. His lips moved against mine hungrily and I kissed him back with just as much fervor, fingers tangling in his pushed back pink hair, yanking on it when he pushed my lips more open with his tongue. His tongue slipped inside my mouth and lapped at my own, sucking on it hard, making me moan involuntarily. Seonghwa’s hands gripped my cheeks hard as my lungs screamed for air, but I was drunk on his warmth and passion, teeth clanking against the other. I bit his lower lip hard, making Seonghwa hiss before I released it, licking the saliva off my lips. Seonghwa went and clipped my lower lip with his suddenly shirked fangs. His breath was fanning my face, quick and hot, and all I could do was look up in his brown eyes and chuckle, pulling my head back slightly to free my lip from his assaults.
“Well, that didn’t hurt nearly as badly as I was expecting it to.” I muttered and Seonghwa smirked, leaning close again that his lips were brushing against mine.
“If you think you’ll ever get away from me after this,” He chuckled and shook his head, “you’re very wrong. Once we have graduated I will request for you to be my guardian.”
“Fuck you.” I snapped, suddenly glaring at him as Seonghwa smirked viciously, “You’ll never have me.”
“Oh, but don’t I already?” He taunted and pressed a soft kiss against my lips mockingly, making me wrestle out of his grip as he just laughed, “I always get what I want.”
“If you tell anyone that I—” Suddenly I felt too sober, suddenly I realized the weight of my actions.
“Oh, I wouldn’t want anyone to know about our dirty little secret, love.” Seonghwa chuckled as I walked away from him, needing to put distance between our bodies, “I hope you do know vampire venom is addictive—”
“Of course, I know!” My voice raised as I whirled around to glare at him, “One bite won’t make me addicted, though.”
“One or two won’t, indeed.” I didn’t like the glint in his eyes nor the promise in his voice. Something told me that this wasn’t the last time he’d come to me to drink my blood. Fuck, I just fucked myself over for a lifetime. Park Seonghwa always gets what he wants, and if he requests for me to be his guardian after graduation, he would get just that. It’s true what they say after all, curiosity killed the cat.

Diabolik Lovers x Vampire Knight Crossover
Arranged Marriage
Tumblr media
If there was one thing the Sakamaki brothers could agree on. It was that the favorite brother was (Name). Sakamaki (Name) was the oldest Sakamaki brother. But sadly he was also the shortest. Which he got teased for constantly. (Name) was the child between Karl and a Vampire Princess of a different clan. Sadly she didn't survive the birthing.
But even though (Name) didn't really have anyone to raise him since his father's wives didn't care for him. (Name) always cared for his little brothers. He raised them and gave them love he wishes someone would've given him. He would always play with them and protect them from their so called mothers. (Name) even with his short height was always in control of his powers.
If he wanted to he could even take down his father. Thats how strong and in control he is. But (Name) never cared for fame or power. He only cared for his brothers. Which lead him to this part of his life. "No way!" yelled Subaru punching the coffee table in the living room. Their so called "Father" had came to visit. Which didn't fool any of them. They knew what his visits meant. They just didn't know what to expect when he visits.
(Name) was surrounded by his brothers frozen. "As much as I hate to admit it. But I agree with Subaru. I won't let you marry Aniki off like some princess." Laito stood behind him massaging (Name)'s shoulders. Trying to get their brother back down to earth. "The pervert is right! Oresama won't let you give Aniki away so easily!" Ayato yelled standing in beside the chair (Name) occupied.
Reji sighed pushing up his glasses. "Just what are you planning?" Karl was smirking. Sitting across from them on the couch. Behaving like it was his throne. "It's not up to you boys whether or not (Name) marries the Kuran boy. It had already been decided ages ago." (Name) couldn't wrap his head around what was going on. His father was selling him off as if he was cattle...Shu who saw the heart broken look on his brothers face turned.
Glaring at the smirking Vampire King. "You don't get to decided it either old man. Aniki is more powerful then you. He decides whether or not he'll marry the guy." Karl's smirk turned into a frown. He growled but then smirked even bigger then before. "But I know he'll agree especially to it. Especially since he knows what I'll do if he doesn't." The brothers flinched at the statement. The younger Sakamaki brothers knew exactly where he was going with this conversation.
"(Name) if you don't marry him I can't promise the safety of your brothers." (Name) stiffened before shooting a glare so dark it sent shivers down the others shoulders. Karl knew his brothers were his weakness. (Name) cared more for his brothers then he cared about himself. It'd always been that way. (Name) frowned deeply before he slowly stood. The brothers stiffened ready to attack if signaled.
"You bastard!" (Name) yelled his eyes boiling with anger. "You're always using them against me. Because you know if it weren't for them I'd have killed you years ago." He growled. Kanato knowing his brothers anger level was rising softly grabbed the back of his shirt. Lightly tugging it. (Name) forced himself to calm down. He didn't want anything to happen to them. "I'll marry him. On one condition." Karl laughed thinking he won.
"Deal. Now whats the condition?" (Name) and the brothers smirked. "Where I go" (Name) opened his arms and the brothers stood surrounding him. "We go." The brothers spoke making Karl smirk drop into a deep frown. "You can't do that!" (Name) laughed. "You already agreed! So when are we leaving?" Karl glared at them. "The wedding is in 4 months. You leave in two weeks."
Within the two weeks many things happened. Their father tried sending them a bride. Thinking the brothers would change their minds but luckily for them where they were going she could join. It was the night before they leave and (Name) was packing up his last few things. He looked around the room and frowned. It wasn't that he was gonna miss the place. He was just going to miss the good memories he had in it.
Like when each of his brothers were born. When he taught them to walk and talk. When he saved Ayato from drowning. Or when he saved Laito from being traumatized by his so called mother. God (Name) wishes he could resurrect her and just watch her burn all over again. That bitch had almost killed him on multiple acutions. Though it wasn't out of love. She thought he was in her way of being powerful.
(Name) smirked. Jokes on her she didn't even realize how she walked into their uncles trap before she died. He never loved her. Nobody did. They just liked how powerful her family was. (Name) shook his head removing the negative thoughts before leaving his room. When he made it to the full dining room he noticed how happy everyone was.
Well. (Name) turned to the pale bride who looked absolutely terrified. He sighed and took the place at the head of the table. The seat his brothers had carved his name in surprisingly. "Alright." He spoke gaining their attention. "Is everyone ready to go to Cross Academy?" The brothers nodded and he turned to the only female. "What about you, Yui? Have you finished packing or do you need help?"
She quietly shook her head. "N-No! I'm good." She looked like a trembling leaf. (Name) ran a hand down his face. He was only trying to help. Since she'd arrive all the brothers except him had drinken from her. He guesses she's waiting for him to "strike" as the humans called it. "Yui. You don't have to worry about me trying to drink from you. I don't drink from brides. It's seen as intimate in my mother's family."
She looked confused. "See my mother was a Princess from a strong Pureblood clan. In her clan drinking blood, especially from one's neck is seen as something only loved ones should do. Like husband and wife." Yui nodded slightly relieved. Though she couldn't help but wonder how he survived then if he didn't drink from the brides. "I've only drank from my brothers anyways." Her face grew hot at the thought.
"Oi! Pancake it's not like that kind of drink!" Ayato immediately cleared her thinking. "We'd let him drink from our wrists. It's seen as a more familiar kind of way. The neck is for spouses, while wrists are for siblings and parents. Damn your just as bad as the pervert over there!" Laito whined telling Ayato he was being unfair.
(Name) chuckled. Causing the others to slightly smile. They didn't know what was gonna happen when they arrive at Cross Academy. But one thing they agreed on was to stay by (Name)'s side. Not to let his fiancée think he could walk all over their brother. They wouldn't let that happen.
At Cross Academy Kaname had just gotten a letter informing him of his upcoming "guests". He was currently informing his followers of what was happening. "So I'd like your helping in welcoming them." The others just stared. Kaname was getting married? To someone he doesn't even know?!
"B-But lord Kaname! I don't understand why they are coming here! They're life style is the opposite of what you worked so hard for!" Kain groaned loudly at his cousin's antics. Ruka soon joined in. Complaining that he shouldn't be forced into an arranged marriage. "Oh but I didn't tell you the best part did I?" The smile on Kaname's face sent shivers down their spines. "My fiancee is the Vampire King's Eldest son. Sakamaki (Name)."
Pure silence was all that was heard. Kaname stood letter in hand walking towards the Moon Dorm entrance. "I'll be needing to inform the chairman of our "special" guests." Once Kaname was out of their sight the student slowly look at each other. The Vampire King was sending his sons here? Their Lord Kaname was being married to Sakamaki (Name)? They all shivered looks of absolute terror on their faces.
They know how powerful not only the king is but according to rumors. (Name) suppresses his father power by well a lot. "What are we going to do?!" Ruka was panicking. The ruler of their kind was sending his children to their school and they couldn't do anything about it. They looked out the windows surrounding them. They hope (Name) isn't power hungry or manipulative like his father.

─── ⋆⋅ ☾⋅⋆ ───
It hits you.
Everything. All at once.
You're like a deer, frozen in the headlights of an oncoming semi.
You break your stare from the bloodsucking creature infront of you, looking down to the mug that's in pieces on the floor, "Shit."
"Don't move. You don't have shoes on." Colby steps around the sharp pieces and walks over to the closet.
"You seem a little jumpy there, y/n." Sam licks his lips as he smirks.
You laugh slightly, "Yeah, I-I guess so." You stayed still, making sure not to cut yourself because that would send Sam into a frenzy and you cared about Colby.
You'd basically be signing his death note if you did.
Sam's stare holds on you as Colby comes back with the broom and dust pan. He drops the pan to the floor and rests the broom against the back of the couch, "C'mere."
He wraps his arm around your waist, lifting you from your spot and moving you to a clean area.
You look from the messy floor up to Sam and the memories keep coming in heavy waves.
From the way you were controlled, flawlessly by him.
"You're the hottest one here. Come here." And your body went to him, automatically.
To the way he looked into your eyes when he said, "We're going to have a little fun, okay?"
".. tilt your head for me because I'm fucking thirsty."
And that's when you lay your hand over your 'makeup', feeling the arousing pain all over again.
You were scared. Majorly confused, and kinda turned on.
All at once.
You didn't know what to do.
"Alright." Colby walks over, dumping the pieces into the trash and sets the stuff down, "And you always wonder why I call you butterfingers." Colby chuckles as he walks over and stands next to Sam.
You laugh, trying not to sound so nervous, "Yeah, yeah I get that now."
You walk over, slipping on your shoes.
"Can you be a little slut for me y/n?" His words ring in your head, making you feel a little nauseated because that's what you were last night.
You stand up straight, closing your eyes as you feel like you could puke, "Maybe.. we can hang out later or something?" You slowly turn and Colby puts his lip out, "No." he pouts, "Please?"
Your eyes move to Sam's and in that moment, you wanted to, or at least try to prove that you had more power over him.
But there's a difference between you and Sam.
He can compel you. You have nothing.
Or so you thought.
Sam tilts his head slightly, biting his lip as you sigh, "Fine. I'll go see this movie with you, as long as we're back by four because I have work."
Sam's eyebrow twitches, and you knew you'd be seeing him tonight.
"Work? I thought you had off?" Colby shakes his head and you shrug, "I forgot I picked up Violet's shift. She texted me before you got here, she's home sick."
He nods slowly, "Alright." He turns and that's when you remember what Sam said, about Colby.
"Do you think he'd fuck you better than me?"
You bite down on your lip, "I can always ca-"
"No. It's fine." Colby sighs, "We're going to be late for the movie."
You sigh, watching as he walks over to the door and goes out. You turn to look at Sam, who is closer than he was before, "Why are you here?"
He smiles and shrugs, "I told you I'd be seeing you again. I'm not done with you just yet." He brushes his fingers over your neck, "That's a pretty nasty bite."
You roll your eyes, "Mm. I know."
Sam grabs your wrist as you go to walk away, "Roll your eyes at me again and I'll make it so you can't ever do it again."
He lets go of your wrists, "I can tell you like thinking about what happened last night."
"I do-"
He cuts you off, "Tell that to someone who can't read your mind, sweetheart." He smirks, "Come on. He's probably waiting for us."
Sam walks over to the door, turning around to look at you, "Don't make me do it."
"Do what?" You cross your arms and he sighs, "alright." He walks back over to you, "You asked for it."
"Asked for what-"
"You're going to act like we're all good friends and that nothing is strange between us. You will continue to keep thinking about last night, but you won't say anything about it." He winks and steps back, "Let's go."
You nod, following him out the door and down to Colby's car. You get in the back, leaning forward, "So what movie are we going to see?"
Colby glances over at you, "Um, that new Exorcist movie, The Exorcist Believer."
"Oh sick." You nod and lean back, "did you guys know that the one girl from the original movie is in it.. first time in years I think."
Sam looks over, "Really? That is pretty sick. I didn't know that."
Your eyes scan over Sam's face as the scattered replay of last night plays in your head, "sit on my cock."
"Ride me."
"Fuck you feel so good."
You press your thighs together, clearing your throat as you try to distract yourself, "So where are you from Sam?"
He laughs slightly and shrugs, "I'm originally from Kansas, but I've been all over."
"Really? I'm from Kansas too." Colby looks over, "Small world, huh?"
Sam shakes his head, "Not really. You find that out when you travel as much as I do."
"But you're here for college right? What made you decide to do that?" You chew on the inside of your lip as he glances back at you, "I just thought I needed a change, I mean I honestly don't think I'll do anything with it when graduating but.. you never know."
"What are you studying?" Colby looks over at him, "I know we have a lot of the same classes."
"I don't really have a major picked out yet. I told them what I possibly wanted to do, so they just threw me into some classes and said if I changed my mind or whatever to let them know." Sam explains.
"They had me pick something. That was fucking stupid." You sigh, "Maybe they're just sexist." You laugh and Sam chuckles, "I don't think that. I think they see the potential you have and just want to push you to do your best."
Colby glances over at Sam, clenching his jaw slightly, "She is a very smart girl. Her choice in how she gets the money to pay for school really isn't."
"You don't like her working at the club?" Sam looks to Colby and he shakes his head, "Not really."
"How come?" Sam asks and rests his elbow on the console.
"I just.. don't think that she needs to do that. I mean, don't get me wrong, she's really good at it, but at the same time, she's my best friend and I just don't want anything happening to her." Colby glances back at you in the rearview and you give him a small smile.
"I see where you're coming from, Colby." Sam nods, and Colby sighs, "it's just.. all the creeps and weirdos out there.. you just never know."
"I've been watching you for all those weeks."
You stare at Sam as his voice plays inside your head, "There's just something about you that keeps me coming back.."
Which makes you question, to yourself, why you? What is it about you that Sam likes so much?
"You can't trust anyone anymore, I get what you mean fully." Sam looks back and you look away, "What time does the movie start?"
"In about ten minutes. But you have all the previews so not for another twenty or so." Colby pull the car into one of the stalls, cutting the engine, "I'm excited to see this."
You nod, "I know. You've been talking about it for weeks." You laugh slightly as he looks back at you with a smile.
You can tell that Colby and Sam are getting jealous of each other when it comes to you.
But you secretly loved it, and Sam picked up on it instantly.
.·:*¨ ✘ ¨*:·.
As much as you wanted to focus on and actually watch the movie, you couldn't. You kept going back to Sam and what happened at the club last night.
The way you could feel how good he made you feel.
The way you can hear his voice, clear as day, telling you how good you feel around him, "Fuck me, you feel so good."
You turn your head, leaning into Colby, "I'll be right back. I have to pee."
He nods and your stands up, quickly making your way out of the theater and into the bathroom.
You go to the mirror, taking a few deep breathes as you try and get Sam out of your head, but the harder you tried, the worse it got.
You swore you could feel him choking you.
You could feel him inside of you.
You wanted it to stop, but at the same time, in the strangest ways possible, you wanted him.
Now, that might be the compulsion, but you didn't care. You needed him again, you were craving him like he craves you.
You turn around, jumping when you see Sam standing there, "Trying to get me out of that pretty little head are we?"
You swallow, "I-I.. no. No."
He walks over, slowly cupping your cheeks with his cold hands. He tilts your head up, eyes scanning over your face, "I know.. it's such a blessing and a curse to be around me."
"Curse?" You move your head back slightly, "What do you-"
"Let's not worry about that right now, sweetheart. Let's just get back to the movie, yeah?" Sam brushes hair from your face, "I'll be seeing you later. But you probably already knew that."
He drops his hands and you grab his arm as he turns, "Wait."
"What?" He smirks, knowing that you want to kiss him, "Tell me, baby."
You lick your lips, biting your bottom lip as you work your the courage, "Kiss me." Your voice is barely there, but Sam heard you anyway.
"Why should I do something like that?" He moves over to stand infront of you, hands on the sink behind you as he leans in, "Have you deserved it?"
You look up at him, nodding slightly, "Yes."
He chuckles, "If you say so." He licks his lips and presses them to yours.
You feel like an addict who was finally getting a fix after what felt like days.
You grab the red collar of his shirt, pulling him to you as you try to deepen the kiss but it's cut short when someone pushes the door open and Sam vanishes.
The woman gives you a smile as she walks into the one stall and you can't help but cover your mouth to hide your slightly nervous laughter.
What the hell are you doing?
You made your way back to the theater, sitting in your seat next to Colby, "What did I miss?"
He shrugs, "Not much. You're good." He hands you the popcorn and you take it, "Thanks."
You lean back in your seat and you can feel Sam looking at you from behind Colby. Colby is too into the movie to realize what is happening, but you stay focused on trying to watch the screen.
.·:*¨ ✘ ¨*:·.
"That was such a good movie." Colby says as he throws his popcorn bag away, "Better than I expected, honestly."
You nod, "Yeah, it was." Sam walks up behind you, laying a hand on your lower back as he moves past you, "I have to rewatch the original, it feels like it's been ages since I've seen that one."
You raise your eyebrows at the word, ages, and laugh slightly, "I'm sure it has." You mumble thinking no one heard you.
But you forgot that Sam can, "What did you say?"
You look up at him, "I didn't say anything." He raises his brows quick and smirks, "Mhm."
"So. Are you hungry or anything? You have time before you have to get ready." Colby holds the door open for you and you nod as you walk through, "Yeah, I could eat."
"Me too." You knew what Sam meant, just by the tone of his voice.
"What are you guys hungry for?" Colby asks getting into the car. You get in, shrugging, "Whatever honestly."
"That doesn't really help me decide." Colby laughs, "we'll just drive that way and see if anything sounds good."
"Yeah, that's fine." You chew on your lip as you remember what it felt like when Sam bit your neck.
How the pain felt.. good.
How him sucking your blood felt.. good.
You glance up at him, laughing and talking with Colby. He was honestly one of the prettiest things you've ever seen. It shocked you how 'human' he looked.
Shit, he has Colby fooled.
"Is that okay with you?"
You shake your head, blinking a few times as you lean up, "Huh? Sorry.."
They both laugh and Sam looks at you, "There's a pizza place up here. Is that okay with you?"
You nod, "Oh yeah. I love pizza."  You lean back, your mind going straight to what it was occupied with before.
Sam's fangs in your neck.
You'd think that thought would be enough to scare anyone away, but not you. You're under Sam's control with and without compulsion.
.·:*¨ ✘ ¨*:·.
Back at the house, while the boys are out on the couch eating their pizza, you're in your room getting ready for work.
You have music playing quietly as you do your makeup, simple today. You don't really feel like doing full glam, actually you don't even feel like going to work.
Colby's words had an effect on you, you felt bad. You knew he was right, you didn't have to work at the club, you chose to.
In a way, you kinda felt like you were going against him, and that hurt worse than seeing his friend behind his back.
"Hey." Colby says walking into your room, "You got a second?"
You set your brush down and turn to him, "What's up?" He sits down on your bed, "So.. I've been meaning to ask you.."
"What is it Colby?" You cross your leg, staring over at him.
He sighs, "would it be alright if I stayed here for a little while?"
You nod, "Of course. But what's going on?" He shakes his head, "Nothing it's just that.. staying on campus is getting expensive and I ju-"
"Okay." You cut him off and try to fight your smirk.
He tilts his head, looking at you, "No. you don't get to say it."
"Oh come on, Colby." You laugh slightly, "Just once? Please?"
He sighs and motions to you, "One. Time."
You stand up, walking over to him. You take a dramatic breath, "i told you so."
He nods in defeat, "You did. You did. Now. While you're at work, I'm going to pack up some stuff." He stands up and pulls you in for a hug.
You're facing the door, so you see Sam sitting on the couch, staring at you.
His stare gives you chills, but in a good way.
"Alright." You say breaking your stare with Sam and leaning back, "I gotta get to work. I'll be home around eleven? Maybe a little bit later."
He nods, "Okay. Be safe."
You smile at him, nodding as he walks out of the room. You hear him tell Sam about moving some stuff and Sam agrees, "Yeah, totally. I do have to be somewhere around eight, but other than that, I gotcha."
Eight.
.·:*¨ ✘ ¨*:·.
"Thank you, darling." The man sitting in the chair smirks, "You're why I come here." He tucks a fifty into the band of your lingerie body suit and you smile, "You're why I do this."
You wink at him, dragging your hand over his shoulders as you walk away, strutting up to the stage.
"You ready?" Lina as she turns to you.
You look out, smiling as you see Sam sitting center stage on your side, "Oh yeah." You look at her, "Blondie's mine."
You glance over and see Sam chuckle and shake his head.
You could get used to this whole seeing a vampire thing.
You shake your head, the whole idea still shocks you, but you quickly pull yourself out of your head and nod to the DJ.
He gives you a thumbs up and you walk out, holding hands with Lina as Partition by Beyoncé starts playing.
The crowd around the stages cheer, whistle, just genuinely get loud. Sam sits still, leaning back in the chair, one leg crossed over the other as he watches you and only you.
You let go of Lina and you go to your pole, spinning around a few times before dropping down. You open your knees, moving to the beat of the song.
You move down onto your knees, leaning forward slowly as you crawl towards Sam, mouthing the words to the song, "Take all.. of me.. I just wanna be the girl you like.."
He smirks, biting his lip as he watches dollar bills land on your half naked body.
You roll over, popping your ass out before pushing yourself up, moving over to the others.
Sam doesn't like it, and he'll be sure to let you know later, but for now. He's letting you make your money.
You move back to the pole, lifting yourself up so you and slowly set yourself back down, squatting down to pop your ass out to the beat.
"Give it up for these ladies gentleman." The DJ says and you walk around, collecting the money from your side as the men continue to cheer you on.
Sam stands up, making his way over to the bar and once you're off stage you follow him over, "So.." you bite your lip, leaning against the bar, "What did ya think?"
He turns to you, his chest extremely close to yours, "I was in awe of you." He gently grabs your chin, tilting it up, "I'm always in awe of you."
You smirk, "Sounds like you need some time in the champagne room."
"How'd you know?" He smirks and sets his empty glass down, "lead the way."
You grab his hand, pulling him with you to and through the red lit hallway, "Right in here." You motion for him to walk in but he shakes his head, "Mm. After you."
You smirk, letting go to walk in, and in a matter of seconds, the door is shut and you're straddling him, "That still gets me." You laugh slightly and Sam shrugs, "You'll get used to it."
Your heart rate picks up a little, causing Sam to lick his lips, "You wanna tilt your head for me?" You bit your lip, nodding as you slowly move your head.
Sam brushes hair from your neck and sighs, "Fuck, I will never get over you."
You grip his shoulders as you feel his hands tighten on your waist and his lips gently press to your necks few times.
"Wait.." you feel Sam pull away and you look at him, "Can I see?"
He chuckles and nods, "Anything you want, princess." He winks and parts his lips, moving them to show his teeth. You watch intently and jump slightly when his fangs pop out.
You were aching for him. That was the hottest thing you've ever seen.
"Now.. can I-"
"Please." You grip the collar of his shirt and pull yourself into him. He raises his eyebrows, "Eager thing aren't we?"
You nod and he leans in, breathing in your scent before sinking his teeth into your skin. You let out a whimper, gripping his shirt collar tighter the more blood he drinks.
"S-Sam." You whimper out with a moan following. You grind down into him and he moans against your neck. You slide your hand up and onto the back of his head as you feel kinda dizzy, but it's euphoric.
His arm slides around your waist and he holds you against him as he slowly lifts his head away from you, whispering lowly into your ear, "sorry if that was too much. I've been craving you all damn day."
You sigh, turning your head to look down at him, "get your fix?" You smirk slightly and he moves you to lay on the couch, his body hovering over yours, "For now."
He licks the blood from the corner of his mouth before leaning down to kiss you. The make out is heated, full of passion.
Sam was honestly surprised he didn't need to compel you like the night before. He thought you would have put up more of a fight.
But he's not complaining.
"You want me in your life?" Sam kisses back your jaw, "You sure seem like you do." He kisses down your neck and licks over the fresh puncture marks.
You gasp, arching your back slightly, "wouldn't be the worst thing." You smile as he leans his head up to look down at you, "Are you lying?"
"Compel me to tell the truth or whatever." You bite your lip, hiding your smirk.
He slowly smiles, "I believe you." He dips his head down, pressing his lips to yours. You lay your hand on his cheek, wrapping your legs around his waist.
"Someone's coming." He mumbles, "I hear them."
You look over at the door, "Maybe it's-"
The door knob starts to jiggle and Sam gets up fast, "I'll see you after your shift."
You turn and he's gone, "How does he do that?" You whisper to yourself and turn as the door opens. You move your hair back over to cover your neck and smile at Lina, "Hey. You need this room?"
"Sorry." She laughs slightly, "I didn't realize this was already occ-"
"I'm done here. I was just cleaning up. Last person spilled a drink. It's all good now. Enjoy." You smile at her and quickly make your way out of the room, back out to the floor.
The last few hours of your shift felt like it was just dragging. Each song felt like it was on for a year.
Sam was the only thing on your mind and you just wanted to get home.
.·:*¨ ✘ ¨*:·.
You unlock the door to your apartment and walk in. You don't see Colby or Sam anywhere, "Hello?"
"Hey. We're in here." Colby calls from the spare bedroom. You set your bag on the counter as you walk over, leaning against the door frame as you watch them unload boxes.
"How was work?" Sam asks giving you a smirk. You smile, "work is work. You know."
He nods, "Any weirdos or creeps come by?"
You tilt your head, resting it against the frame, "There was this one guy.. he was pretty strange."
Colby looks up, "What?"
You laugh, "It's okay, Colbs. He left before anything happened so no worries." You glance over at Sam and he shakes his head chuckles to himself.
"They need more security there." He shakes his head and goes back to unpacking his box. You sigh, "I'm going for a shower."
Sam raises his eyebrows and watches as you leave the doorway. You knew Sam would follow, at this point, you'd even settle for him compelling Colby to just stare at the wall.
You grab your stuff and walk into the bathroom, turning the water on. Steam quickly fills the bathroom, fogging up the mirror. You take off your sweats and t shirt, tossing them to the ground before looking up and swiping the mirror with your hand.
You jump slightly, "Fuck."
"Sorry. I guess I could have just used the door." Sam laughs and walks up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist.
"How'd you get in here?" You turn your head and he chuckles, "You mean like how did I just appear or getting passed Colby?"
You laugh slightly and turn around to face him, "I mean both, but mainly the second one."
He shrugs, "I compelled him to keep unpacking, not to worry about where we're at." He brushes hair from your shoulder, biting his lip as he looks at the day old mark on your neck, then moving to look at the few hours old one.
"Is that a problem?" His eyes move up to meet yours and you shake your head, "Just as long as it's not all the time."
He nods, "Mhm." He pulls you in, gently pressing his lips to yours, "you ready for the blessing part?" He smirks against your lips and you nod, "Mhm."
He slowly pulls your panties down your legs, bending down to kiss up your thigh. You grip the counter as you watch him inch closer to where you need him most.
Your breathing picks up, almost to a pant as his tongue gently flicks up and down your clit. He hums lowly before pulling away and standing up.
He slips his shirt off his body, undoing his belt to his jeans. He nods towards the shower, "go get in."
You walk over, stepping into the shower and shutting the door. You let the water wash over you, closing your eyes as it hits the sensitive marks on your neck.
You hear the door slide open and you turn around, leaning against the wall as you watch Sam step in, sliding the door shut, "Come here." He holds his hand out and you lay your hand in his.
He pulls you to him and wraps an arm around your body, "You wanna know why I'm here?"
You nod and tilt your head as he kisses your neck, "Yes."
He takes a long pause, sliding his hands up and down your body before sighing, "You're the one thing that makes me feel closest to being a human again."
His words confuse you, "But we've only known each other for two days. Not even."
He chuckles and brushes his fingers over your cheek, "That's where you're wrong."
Your brows furrow and he continues speaking, "I've been with you, these last few weeks. Watching. Following. You know, what you thought."
You nod, still staring at him, "so.. we've.. done this before?"
He shakes his head, "No. no. Not until yesterday." He smirks, "Today."
"So we just what? Hung out?" You lay your hands on his biceps, "I'm confused."
He leans forward, looking into your eyes, "Rememeber."
You round the corner, stumbling your way back to the bathroom, mumbling to yourself about the guy who spilled his drink on your outfit, "Fucking asshole."
You grab the knob, twisting it to push the door open. You walk in, freezing when you see a blonde haired boy attached to someone's neck.
You didn't think anything of it, you thought you interpreted something, "Oh sorry."
"No. You're fine."
You look back and your lips part slightly, "Wh-" you shake your head, blinking as if you're hallucinating the scene that's in front of you.
Blood runs down both chin of the blonde and neck of the, what you can only assume, dead guy I'm front of him.
"Sorry. I just didn't like the way he treated you out there." The blonde tosses the body to the floor, "He was such an asshole."
You stare at the blonde as he stands up, wiping his chin with his wrist, "I'm sorry. How rude of me. I'm Samuel, but you can call me Sam." He holds his clean hand out and you take it, "y/n."
"Yeah I know that already." He chuckles and you shake your head, "I'm sorry.. I must be.. a lot drunker than I thought."
Sam moves over to you, his hands on your waist, "Why aren't you running away? Screaming for help?"
You shrug, "I don't know if I believe this."
He nods, "Okay.. that's fine." He smiles and you smile back at him, completely forgetting what you just witnessed.
He sighs, "Well, I have to get going. I'll see you again, soon, y/n."
"You will?" You question and he nods, "Forget about that you saw until I tell you to remember."
You gasp, leaning back slightly, "Is that why?"
He bites his lip, eyes scanning over your face, "You didn't fear me."
"I was drunk, Sam." You laugh slightly and he sucks air through his teeth, "I don't think you were."
He was right. You were drunk, but you would have remembered everything that night. Actually, something did feel off, you felt like you were forgetting something about it, but you couldn't ever figure it out, until right now.
You look down and back up at him, "So you're here because I'm not scared of you?"
"That's a part of it. Along with you making me feel somewhat human again.. even when I wasn't physically next to you. You just.." he smiles and shakes his head, "I knew the moment I saw you, I knew I needed to keep you safe."
You smile slightly, biting the inside of your cheek, "oh."
He cups your cheeks, moving your head up to look at him, "Do you want me in your life?"
You stare at him for a second, slowly smiling as you sigh, nodding as you lean up to kiss him. He pulls you closer to him and you lean back, "Can I tell you something?"
He nods, "Anything."
You lick your lips, "I like the whole being compelled to do stuff, maybe not all the time, but you know.."
He chuckles and nods, "Mm. You mean like this.. get on your knees, baby."
You instantly drop to the shower floor, looking up at him as you bite your lip, "Uh huh."
"Open that pretty little mouth of yours." He smirks and your lips part, opening up so you can take the head of his cock between them.
Sam groans, "Fuck." You wrap a hand around his cock, stroking as you suck the tip. You work your way down, bobbing your head as you grip his thighs.
He places a hand on the back of your head, letting out a sigh, "You can do it, baby."
You relax, taking him in fully as your nails dig into his skin. He tangles his fingers into your hair and slowly works your head up and down his cock, "Fuck, baby. This is so much better when you're doing it on your own."
You bob your head a few more times, leaning back with a string of saliva keeping you connecting to his cock until you wipe it with your wrist.
He pulls you to your feet, pushing you against the shower door, "You're so beautiful." He whispers as he kisses your cheek, back your jaw, "Can I have another taste?"
"Yes." You whimper out as his cock rubs against your clit. He kisses down your neck slowly, "Are you sure?"
You nod, "Yes."
"If you say so." He chuckles slightly before his fangs pop out and puncture your skin for the third time.
You gasp, whimpering as you wrap an arm around his neck. That euphoric feeling quickly returns and your eyes flutter shut, "Sam.."
He hums against your neck and you can feel blood leaning a trail of red down your body, "S-Sam." You squeeze his shoulder and he pops off, stepping back.
His eyes move from your neck, following the trail of red that goes between your boobs.
You turn to look at him, breathing heavy as he brands down, licking from where the trail stops, up to your neck.
You wince at the slight pain, but moan when you feel his fingers circle your clit, "You all around taste divine."
"Only for you." You whisper and he smirks, "That's what I like to hear." He interlocks his fingers with yours, pinning your hands above your head as he makes out with you.
"Please., Sam.. I need you." You whimper against his lips and he gently bites down on your bottom lip, "turn around."
You flip around, pressing your cheek, hands, and chest to the glass shower door. Sam rubs the tip of his cock against your pussy, slowly pushing in.
Your moans reverberate off the walls, echoing louder and louder the further he pushes into you.
"Let me hear all those loud and pretty sounds, baby." Sam grips your hips and pulls out, only to thrust back into you.
His pace is harsh, punishing. Your legs quickly feel like they're about to give out. But you push through, "F-Fuck. Yes yes yes."
You slide your hands down the wall and he reaches up, laying a hand over your left and interlocking his fingers over yours, "Fuckin' hell." Sam groans, "You're incredible."
A non stop string of moans leaves your lips the closer he gets you to cum.
"You're so close, baby. You're right there." Sam pants, "Come on, baby. Cum for me."
You squeeze his cock and he groans, "Fuck, d-don't do that." He lets go of your hand and grips your hips, "I want you to cum first."
You drag your fingers down the steamy glass, moaning against it as you feel the knot snap.
"Sam! Fuck, yes! Yes!" You scream out, pushing your hips back to meet his, "Fuck."
He groans and his thrusts grow sloppy, fast.
"Shit, shit." He pulls your hips to him as he pushes in, tilting his head back and closing his eyes as he cums after you.
He slowly pulls out and spins you around, "Come here." He pulls you to him, wrapping his arms around you as you stand under the, now warm water,
He rubs his hand up and down your back, watching as the water washes away the rest of the blood, tinting the water going down the drain a slight red color.
"You okay?" He whispers and you nod, "Yeah."
"Tell me what you're thinking." He kisses your head and you sigh, "What's the curse part to this?"
He sighs, pulling you closer to him, "That.." he swallows, "Not so much on your part, but more or less mine."
You pull away slightly and look up at him, "What is it Sam?"?
He shrugs, "I'm immortal. You.." he gently boops your nose, "..are not.."
Without even thinking, "What if I was?"

eternal eclipse ☆ | drolta x fem!reader (castlevania;nocturne)
to share only night together was not enough, only an eternity could quench your thirst for drolta.
warnings : talk of death, kissing, vampire stuff
word count : 1.5k+
note : soooo, it's been a while since i've posted any fanfic. not gonna lie life been really kicking ass and i struggled to write for my normal shuri stuff cause i lost my fixation. but i hope this little niche fanfic finds those who enjoy it :)
Tumblr media
.
Tumblr media
p.s. i recommend listening to "no ordinary love" by sade :)
"why don't you ever stay the night?"
"i stay every night." drolta says to you, licking her lips and recalling the fresh taste of your magnificent blood.
"or rather, morning." you whisper out, finding yourself a little too frail to sit up all the way. your dress falls as you sit up slightly. an exposed bite causing blood to run down your chest. drolta watched through pink eyes. the dark surrounding them was something so hypnotizing that you always found yourself falling into it. it was like some kind of inviting abyss.
"mortals and their silly questions. how you grovel for my touch and teeth among your skin is ever so amusing."
"i grow older drolta!" you weakly yell out to her. this grabs her attention, not once have you ever yelled at the higher powered being. you shed a single tear, letting out a sigh of utter desperation. "i age with every sunrise and dawn. my bones grow weaker and some day you will come to see me only to find an old woman in my place. i know i am young now, but i've aged over the last couple years and nothing about you changes. you're still as beautiful as the day we met and you will forever remain this way."
drolta's eyes drop away from yours, taking in your words of anguish. she knew you were right, because she'd have other companions before. she had bed women and men far before you were ever born. she'd watch them go and come, their children or grandchildren sometimes even becoming her next fling. it was a cycle she had grown oddly accustomed to, not feeling any certain emotion for one or the next. she liked the fact that she aged and grew more powerful in the search of the vessel for her goddess while others perished. it made her feel the power she knew she had within her.
your hand finds her exposed arm. she turns to look at you.
"drolta, i envy that some day i will be too old for you and yet someone will be just young enough. it is not fair that you help me to discover such deep emotions. not ever will i feel for someone the way i feel for you. all this feeling, just for it to one day end once i can no longer serve you."
"there have been some before you and there will be many after you. i am a soul that walks this earth with no true claim anymore. you have a purpose, and warm blood to keep you living in the way your story speaks."
"what if my story is simply for me to serve you? i want to be your companion in this feeble mortal life that i share with my human counterparts. then, have that companionship follow into a new world my soul can not comprehend. i do not want to age among the rest, i want to have a face that is young but a mind that is aged by love. your love."
drolta had heard many a confession, but this one did something different to her. she swore that if she had a heartbeat she could feel it perhaps skip a beat.
"do you know exactly what it is that you're asking of me? what that means to be my partner eternally?" drolta asks, clearly enticed by the idea.
"i don't now what all it means, but i'd have an eternity to learn. i want to devour the sunlight with you, devour the world alongside you. what if i am the vessel that you desire?"
drolta's pink eyes lock onto your dark ones. for the first time she thinks she can feel a devotion to someone other than her goddess. or, perhaps, for her goddess in a new twisted discovery. this shocks her, renders her unable to think properly. she had spent so long devoting her life to a woman that she didn't know what it meant to have true devotion back. her body tingled, and her pink hair began to flame up from the idea.
you were the vessel for her messiah.
"you will devour the sun, me alongside you. first, i shall devour you."
the word devour sent chills through your body.
she extends a hand out to you. you gracefully accept the invite. she uses her enhanced strength to pull you up, your warm body next to her cold one as she spreads out her wings. the two of your exit out of the french doors and onto the balcony that your family's wealth had graciously provided for you. it was where you first met drolta.
her wings flap and for the first time you find yourself floating in the air. your eyes grow wide and a childlike smile spreads across your face. drolta gives you a devilish smile in return.
oh, to be in love with something so unholy as she.
no angel could ever look this beautiful.
"romantic, isn't it?" she asks, licking over the neck wound. it sends you into a euphoria, as your blood sends her into a similar one. you can feel the heat from her inflamed pink hair grazing your skin.
"i love you, drolta."
your lips find hers as you're both suspended in the air over a lake. your eyes are closed but you can still see the pink hues from among your eyelids. as if you were stuck in a trance, she kisses you harder and faster. you can taste your own blood in her mouth, ever so addicting. now you can see why she can't seem to leave you alone.
a moan escapes from inside of you, one out of the millions drolta had heard before. she had come to see you every night since you met, which was three years ago. some nights she'd stay for a chat or a simple couple of minutes. others she would ravage you and drink you almost dry just to do it again the next night.
"take me!" you beg to her, causing her flame to grow bigger and eyes to grow wider. god, how she craved your mortal being. your naivety and free outlook. anyone else feared death, and yet you welcomed it, knowing the transformation may not even work with how powerful drolta's blood truly was. she had turned others before. you were just the first in a very long time.
she stops her feverish and hungered kisses, diving for your neck. sharp teeth overtake you, a pain echoing from your neck to the rest of your body. it was a familiar pain, but it never got any easier to get accustomed to. you welcomed the pain and the feeling of being drained entirely. you enjoyed the feeling of her tongue sweeping over the blood seeping from your neck. just as you loved the way her tongue swept over your feminine autonomy. the devil was draining you and you desired it to never end.
it didn't matter that you were losing the color in your body. nothing mattered anymore. as you could feel your life force being drained from your very being. she was bringing you death, but she was also bringing you to a new life. an eternal one.
your hand fell from her neck, losing all of its feeling. drolta senses that you're near the end and rips her teeth away from you, finding it hard to control herself. your blood was unlike any other that she'd ever tasted. it was blood good enough to compare to the likes of her messiah.
the moonlight shone on the two of you, bouncing off of the tiny ripples that existed among the waters below you. it was beautiful, a perfect end to a beginning. your eyes closing slightly, drolta being the last thing you see. she was smiling at you, but not out of love, more out of accomplishment.
"drink." the words slither out of her mouth. she rips into her own wrist, causing a new blood to seep from within her.
surprised in yourself, you don't waste any time reaching fervently for the blood of your lover. your mouth clings onto her wrist and suckles in any blood she can spare for you. your eyes are closed as you fall into a bliss. her moans filled your ears every so pleasantly.
she pulls you away from her wrist, knowing that if you get any more you may kill her.
when she sees your face again it is still the same shade she's always adorned. yet, your eyes are different this time. no longer a dark brown, but a light one, almost a shade of gold. it reminds her of egypt.
it reminds her of sekhmet.
your fangs are dripping with her blood.
"my bringer of death!" she shouts out to you. you don't register what she's saying due to the unfamiliar new being you seem to find yourself as.
her lips once again collide with yours. there's a newfound hunger shared between the two of you. something much deeper than anything ever felt before. drolta did not know what it meant to love, you did. yet, somehow this seemed like something so unfamiliar to the both of you. was it lust? or was it something much deeper that transcends both vampire and human?
it didn't matter, as the two of you kissed deeply and passionately in the air above the lake. the sight so beautiful that even the sun not dared to come up in fear of interrupting the moment. for a second, it seemed as if the night would be eternal, just you and drolta suspended in the air for an eternity.
an eternity you were sure to bring, as the vessel for the new messiah.

Hello again!
I'm not sure about which characters from Buffyverse you want to write but still I have to try and ask if you're okay with vampire reader (with soul) x Willow.
If it's not your thing, i completely understand.
I thought about vampire reader just getting her soul back and Angel asks scooby gang if they can help her to accommodate
During that Willow and reader get to know each other more and fall in love. Reader decides to stay in Sunnydale with her new girlfriend
Thanks 😊
I will write about any character! I hope this is what you wanted and you enjoy it. Thank you for requesting 🫶🏻
Falling for the vampire
Tumblr media
Y/N never thought she'd get her soul back, but Angel found a way. She was a little scared about the change, she hadn't felt emotions in years. But Angel promised he had people who would take care of her and help with anything she needed.
That's how she found herself staying with Buffy, the slayer. She felt nervous to be under the roof with someone who was trained to kill her but Angel told her she was safe. Y/N trusted Angel, and Buffy seemed to be incredibly warming and nice.
Buffy promised to not kill her as long as she played nice with everyone. Y/N knew she could play nice, she didn't feel that urgency to kill anyone.
She met the rest of Angel's friends if she could call them that. Xander was skeptical, but Angel said he was always like that. Willow was shy but friendly, and insanely beautiful. At first, she thought Willow and Xander were together, which caused her to feel something.
Willow didn't like to admit it, but she judged Buffy a lot for falling in love with a vampire. It was too risky and seemed way too complicated. She thought Buffy was insane, but as her best friend she accepted Angel. Then she met Y/N, and she realized Buffy didn't have a choice but to fall.
Willow tried to ignore the attraction she felt, not wanting to bother with a vampire. But every time Willow went over to Buffy's and saw Y/N, her heart couldn't help but race.
"Hi Willow," Y/N smiled, greeting the redhead before she went into the spare bedroom.
"Hi," Willow smiled. She thought she was good at hiding her feelings but Buffy could see right through her.
"You so like her," Buffy teased, shoving Willow's shoulder as they settled on her bed.
"I do not!" Willow argued, looking down at her hands. "I barely know her."
"Well you know that she is a vampire, has a soul, and is single," Buffy smiled, "She asks about you a lot."
"Really? Why?" Willow couldn't help but perk up. Buffy chuckled at the obvious crush, she knew her best friend too well.
"You make her feel a lot of emotions, so she needs help telling what they are sometimes. But she likes you. She likes your red hair, thinks your magic is badass, and always asks if you and Xander are a thing."" Buffy explained. "So if you like her, I'd go for it."
~
Willow took a deep breath as she knocked on Y/N's door, the vampire had the door open in seconds.
"Hi again," she smiled, letting Willow in the small room.
"Hey, how have things been with you know- the new soul?" Willow asked, moving to sit on the bed.
Y/N smiled and joined her, sitting as close to her as she could. "It's different but Buffy is helpful."
"Yeah Buffy is great," Willow smiled
"Not as great as you," Y/N smirked, she enjoyed the way Willow's cheeks turned red like her hair.
"I came over to ask you something," Willow sighed. She nervously played with her hands. "Do you want to go on a date?"
Y/N was shocked by the question but her heart swelled. She didn't miss a beat as she said yes.
~~~
After that first date, the two girls were inseparable. The date was five months ago and Willow knew she was in love. She feared for Y/N's life on hunts. She learned any spell she could to protect her. She got jealous whenever Spike flirted with her, believing that since she was a vampire they had a ton in common. Willow tried her best to keep her jealousy under wraps but sometimes Spike was thrown across the graveyard.
Willow and Y/N hadn't admitted their love for each other yet, but it was obvious to everyone around them. Willow figured she had all the time she needed to confess but her life never worked out easy.
"You're leaving?" Buffy asked, tears already welling in her eyes as she looked up at Angel.
"Sunnydale isn't for me anymore, Buffy. I need to leave for me," he confessed. The gang didn't want to intrude on their moment, so they sat in silence.
"But what about me? What about us?" Buffy fought. Willow watched between the two, saddened for Buffy.
"Buffy there hasn't been an us for months. It's not safe for vampires here." His eyes cast over Y/N for a split second before he looked at Buffy.
Willow saw the look and fear filled her stomach. Was she leaving too?
"Is she going with you?" Buffy asked, Willow froze at the question. Buffy looked at Y/N and Y/N walked over to stand next to Angel.
"I've been thinking about it," Y/N confessed, too scared to look at Willow.
"You're leaving?" Willow asked, her voice cracking as she rushed up to her. Y/N looked down at her feet but Willow pushed her head up.
"I might, but if you want me to stay I'll stay," Y/N confessed and she meant it. If Willow wanted her forever, she'd stay forever.
Buffy envied Willow, knowing if she said the word her lover would stay. But Angel already decided.
"But do you want to stay?" Willow asked, she knew she would never forgive herself if she forced Y/N to stay in an unsafe town.
Y/N cupped Willow's face, smiling at her. "I want to stay because I love you, Willow. I will fight for my life every day to stay with you."
Willow gulped at her confession. "I love you too," she cried. She pressed her lips against hers, the two felt like they were the only ones in the room.
Xander coughed, making the two separate. They mumbled a small sorry.
"I love you too," Willow smiled, throwing her arms around Y/N into a bone-crushing hug.
"Then I'll stay right here," Y/N whispered into her ear.
