You'll want to indulge in the luxuries life has to offer even more. There is also possibility of travel within the country for starters and a lot of back and forth.

Be more protective of your energy as well otherwise you'll feel moody and depleted.

You might feel like you're in the spotlight or you'll be fixating on the bigger picture of something and nothing else. A path you had chosen months back has led you to where you are right now, good or bad, you'll make peace with it once you realize that it's on you to change your direction or do what's need to be done to steer your life in the right direction. Too many choices in love, studies, career direction, hobbies etc you might feel a bit overwhelmed at first since the energy might feel scattered, so you'll proceed to expressing yourself more creatively and openly because of your new found confidence in your body and enthusiasm towards life. A lot of your creativity will come via your dreams, or engaging in fantasy literature and media or meditating or simply day dreaming.

Your creativity as well as beauty will draw in more career opportunities as well networking with people. You will also be actively addressing the ways you engage in self sabotage and it will be your responsibility to work through the same.

You might just accept the "delulu is the solulu" (I can't believe I typed that) saying or to put in better words, you'll simply allow your desires and dreams to manifest without you attaching conditions to it or thinking of the what ifs and how's etc

The courage and resources to get up and leave. Simply rising above something successfully no matter how weighed down you feel or have felt till now. You might also be juggling multiple things at this time (jobs, work and studies, hobbies, ideas, investments, applications etc) you'll find more balance somehow you'll also find clarity in your next steps.

You'll also be more assertive and stand up for yourself against someone who has held some form of power over you. You'll also realize that projecting omeone else's anger, mindset or bullying, towards yourself or others is not going to break the cycle. There is a theme of walking out, away and relocating heavily for you. But there is inevitable triumph in the path you're taking. Maybe in the past you've been procrastinating on it but that phase has come to an end.

A select few of you might also be going through your saturn return at this time so you might feel tested but you're simply having a period of shedding old skin and rising from the ashes of what was barren all along. You'll bring in more structure and discipline into your life in the process which in turn will reward you with joy and being content with your achievements instead of looking at your to do list for the next big thing.

Try engaging or creating things that make you feel light-hearted or entertained or it was something that was taught to you as a child, I feel you'll find the 'lost art' to something and recreate it.

Let yourself have fun and feel joy for what seems like the first time in your life. You'll realize life wasn't just unrewarded labour, that was an old way of being and you're stepping into a reality that feels a lot more comforting and compassionate than the one you're leaving behind.

WARNING! AHSOKA SHOW RANT DOWN BELOW! SPOILERS!

Furthermore, I’m going to be completely honest in this review so if you’re someone who truly enjoyed the show, you’re a Rebels stan, etc. then this post isn’t for you. Haters will be blocked immediately so take your negative energy elsewhere. You have been warned!

For everyone else, buckle up because I’ve got a lot to say and I’d love to hear your thoughts on this as well. All comments are welcome so long as they are respectful to everyone.

Okay, so now that the show is done for now. I’m going to be listing some major talking points. We’re there some aspects of the show that I enjoyed/appreciated? Absolutely! But overall, I’m leaving this show very disappointed, confused, and frustrated. The finale left me feeling empty and never have I personally been more silent after a Star Wars show. Now mind you I think this has a lot to do with the fact that I love Ahsoka’s character dearly as well as the Clone Wars and the prequels so there is bias here. Furthermore I am pretty indifferent with Rebels so going in knowing that the Ahsoka show wasn’t going to be…well about Ahsoka but rather a Rebels sequel, that already put a bad taste in my mouth and I was very nervous how this show was going to go and well…it was exactly what I expected from a Filoni/cheap Disney production. Without further ado, here’s a list of all my beef.

1.) Lack of a Coherent and Cohesive Story

So I’ve mentioned this in a previous post, but my main issue with Dave Feloni productions is that the story seems to be going all over the place and there’s a lot of moving parts that don’t necessarily meld well together. I often think to myself that Ahsoka is an example of a poorly written fanfiction brought to the screen. So the plot of the show initally was focused on Ahsoka bringing Ezra home. Okay, that’s simple, there’s many different ways we can make that cool and interesting but that’s not what happened here. We’re just filled with a ton of confusing information and we’re in for a very boring journey heading for a very anticlimactic and unsatisfying ending.

For starters, we the audience are informed that Ahsoka and Sabine had started an apprenticeship (which I have ALOT of issues with but that’s for another talking point) but they got into a tiff (which we never find out about and/or see) and now things are just depressing and weird between them. First of all, anyone who has seen Rebels KNOWS that Ahsoka and Sabine literally had very little to do with each other; I can’t recall a single conversation those two have had in the past, nor was it ever eluded to us that Sabine is Force sensitive.

Second we see that Hera and Sabine don’t have anything to do with each other for some reason? Which is weird considering all that’s happened and their history but okay suddenly Sabine, a grown ass 30+ year old woman is Ahsoka’s responsibility, which again why? We don’t get any background information, we’re just expected to accept and go with it.

Third, Ahsoka and Hyuang are reunited and working together immediately but again do we know how that became to be? No. We see none of that.

Fourth we are told that Morgan Elsbeth, a one off antagonist from the Mandalorian that Ahsoka fought is suddenly a Dathormirian woman even though she looks nothing like one besides her outfits in the show nor was that eluded to previously.

Fifth, we are introduced to these two new…I don’t even know what to call them “dark siders” “non Jedi” Shin and Baylan (who is apparently a former Jedi from the Clone Wars but did we see that or see how he knew Ahsoka and Anakin? No.) but we aren’t given any reason to care about them other than they’re in Ahsoka’s way of completing her mission. They end up being more like time fillers that anything else and end up walking away from the big conclusion. Like…why are they even in this show and why should we care?

Perhaps Dave Feloni has this big grand story in his mind but he’s so far up his own ass that none of us get to see this story. It’s like seeing a little kid play with their action figures and they’re super passionate about it but as a outsider you have no idea what’s going on. Now this isn’t good not only for the sake of good storytelling but it’s bad for business too.

Disney wants to make as much money off of Star Wars as they can. That’s extremely obvious. However here you have a show that isn’t going to pull in a casual Star Wars viewers (they would have to watch so much content to catch up on whose who and what is going on) nor is it really going to pull in fans of Clone Wars and Rebels because while they overlap, the fandoms are different and Feloni hasn’t done a good job melding those worlds together thus the divisive opinions on this show. This leaves for an incredibly small niche of people and honestly I think whatever toy sells they make from this show will do better than the actual ratings. I would be shocked if they greenlit for another season because I’m pretty done with this story as is many of the people who would be willing to watch.

All in all this is embarrassing how Feloni and the gang with all the money and resources can’t pull off a simple and epic show when there are thousands of unpaid fanfic writers that could pull off a much better story and build these beloved up characters, which leads into my next point.

2. The Characterizations of Ahsoka, Sabine, and Hera Are Bad

Now I have mentioned previously how much I love Ahsoka but damn it upon watching this show, she may as well be dead. Ahsoka has been given the Luke Skywalker treatment in that Ahsoka has been stripped of everything that made her lovable in Clone Wars and Rebels and is left as a sorry shell of who she once was. Her dialouge is hollow and lifeless not like the lively Ashley counterpart that made us all love Ahsoka in the first place. And no don’t give this “well she’s older now” bullshti excuse because Obi Wan Kenobi never lost his cheekiness and charisma as an old man, neither did Yoda, or Leia, etc. Just because you age doesn’t mean you have to be lifeless. Maturity does not equate to emotionless. Secondly for a woman whose well into her fifties and still acts very much like a Jedi Ahsoka’s views on the Jedi and their philosophy seem very warped and the audience is again left confused as to where she stands on the Jedi. I mentioned in a previous post how I couldn’t stand Ahsoka’s negativity towards the Jedi and how nobody seems to matter but Anakin (even though he’s put her through a ton of trauma and has tried to kill her as Vader) because it’s just so distasteful to the people who raised her and loved her that died by genocide no thanks to Anakin. Ahsoka has zero character development other than she seems to forgive Anakin for his wrongdoings despite the nonexistent apology. For a show that has her name on it, she sure is boring. Makes me miss Ashley and old Ahsoka even more.

As for Sabine I probably could write a whole thesis on how unlikeable she is but I’ll keep it short. One, I find it sick on Feloni’s part that he’s having a grown 30+ year old woman act like a teenager and be snarky with just about everyone. Ezra, who annoyed me immensely in Rebels, was WAY more mature and grounded. And again I’m sick and tired of the Mandalorian excuse of you getting to be an asshole because youre Mandalorian. Shut up. No one is above manners and decency. Sabine’s actions in this show have been far from Jedi like and thanks to her immaturity, she left Ahsoka for dead once and is indirectly responsible for the death of New Republic officers who were trying to stop this very dangerous mission that could possibly bring Thrawn and the Empire back ensuing more death and destruction of innocents. Ahsoka deserves to be angry with her for her words and actions, but of course Sabine gets a free pass and her bad behavior will continue to be enabled.

As for Hera…when did she become such a Karen? Just because you’re an officer doesn’t mean you get to abuse your power for your own personal agenda. That Senator was right about her. Finding Thrawn is a threat to the galaxy and using resources and putting lives at risk for it is a big deal. Hera was depicted as honorable and responsible in the Rebels series and I swear I was watching a different person on screen. Also she is a major Sabine enabler and that needs to stop. Sabine is grown and needs to grow up and fix her attitude.

3.) Anakin’s Role In the Show

Now don’t get me wrong, I love Hayden and I love Anakin, I have the dude tattooed on me for Force sake so don’t come at me for that, but I had some issues on how his character was used here. First, I’m tired of Ahsoka’s relevance to Anakin being the only defining trait about her. Second, I’m continuously annoyed by Anakin’s lack of accountability in these shows; he never once apologizes to Ahsoka for all that’s happened, he never once’s has a meaningful conversation with her; he just basically beats her down until she finally lets go of her past. Did I love the Clone Wars flashbacks! YES! They were my favorite part of the entire show and I want MORE of that; but I so wish Anakin could have been reflecting on his own actions with Ahsoka instead of being like “Is ThAt WhAt ThIs Is AbOuT?” Like come on 🙄

4.) Ahsoka’s “It’s Time To Move On” Line

Are you kidding me Ahsoka? There is still so much more to unpack with her past such as all the other relationships she’s had that completely changed her trajectory like BARRISS and REX and she could also be a mentor figure to Luke and Leia, etc. But nope the only thing that matters is getting over Anakin and all is well despite being stranded in another galaxy and Thrawn being unleashed back home. Like THIS IS NOT OKAY!

5.) The Cheap Ass Production of this Show

I’m not normally one to comment on production but it was so obvious in this show how many corners were cut. For one characters like Thrawn look god awful. Dude looking like a blue Elon Musk instead of an intimidating villain. The use of fog and the volume were very obvious and the places we went to were so boring minus the red leaves forest. The worlds of Star Wars used to be so cool and otherworldly but that’s not the case nowadays and it’s sad. Also why does Force ghost Anakin look better in the 2000’s than it does now? I prefer quality over quantity so I really wish Disney would quit churning out these cheaply made productions and have the audacity to rise their Disney plus subscriptions and not pay their people well.

6.) THE RACISM

I’m so fucking tired of this y’all! 🤬 of course make the Jewish actor in the shipyard be greedy and power hungry. Of course make the Asian Senator the asshole and not any of the white protagonists. The antisemitism and racism against POC is unacceptable to me and it should be unacceptable to you too.

Conclusion

I’m sure I’m missing some talking points but these are my biggest grips and as an Ahsoka fan I’m disappointed. Being a miserable Jedi not Jedi responsible for bringing a new evil into the galaxy but being content being stranded in another galaxy is not the future I believe Ahsoka deserves and I sincerely hope they don’t continue this story. It’s just bad all around. Except for the Loth cats… the Loth cats can stay. And Clone Wars flashbacks.

2) han var 'et par og tyve år' så lad os sige 22, og var blevet overført fra Vejle til Antonigade - så hvornår fanden tog han sin politiuddannelse? man skal være 21 for at kunne starte? uddannelsen tager 3 år? han kunne da ikke være betjent allerede på det tidspunkt???

men noget andet jeg også lagde mærke til - i kapitel 1, hvor vi følger Kimmie, siger hun på et tidspunkt 'det var på tide at skifte ham' og stjæler så en rejsekuffert fra en velklædt kvinde og det er helt tydeligt at det har hun gjort før, og har en hel strategi for hvordan og hvorledes hun skal bære sig ad.

noget ved Fasandræberne filmen der altid har irriteret mig er når Kimmie efter sin tur i badeanstalten laver en fuldstændig makeover på sig selv som om hun er en eller anden pro til at lige pludselig at spille en rolle - efter tyve år på gaden med psykoser og dårlig hud og hvad ved jeg - det får mig til at tænke på bogen Mænd der hader kvinder hver gang jeg genser filmen og hvor meget jeg fucking hadede (alt ved den bog men især) scenen hvor Lisbet Salander tager til Schweiz og spiller skuespil i alle bankerne helt glamorøst som om at det kan hun bare uden videre. ingen som helst referencer til at det var en evne hun besad før hun gjorde det. I Fasandræberne bogen er der så en forklaring: Kimmie har gjort det før! mange gange! det kom desværre bare ikke frem i filmen.

it was only her first week on the council and already sevika hated it. she didn't even know why the offered her the seat. no one cared about her input, she was talked over and sometimes even openly mocked. no matter how humiliating it was, she would stick it out. she had to. zaun needed to have a voice and as the leader of the under city, she was that voice. she'd do it to both to honor the memories of those she lost and to better the lives of those she could still save no matter how she was treated by those snotty top siders.

she was in the little hole of an office slash living space assigned to her in piltover and it was nearly five thirty. she was busy finishing up some documents for the next meeting when there was a knock on the door. sevika had never been a 'book person' so this part of the job was excruciating to her. she rubbed at her temples and muttered some random obscenities under her breath. she was almost done for the weekend and then she could get out of there and go back to her real home. her apartment in zaun. she wondered what last minute bullshit she'd have to deal with today.

"doors unlocked, come in." she called out trying not to sound as agitated as she felt. masking her feelings was not something sevika was skilled at in any way. she didn't feel any need to try. the door opened and an assistant stepped inside with a vaguely familiar blonde woman following. "i tried to tell her to come back on monday..." the young girl looked terrified of sevika. who could blame her? sevika was an intimidating woman and she knew it. she didn't care. "but miss vitali insisted on meeting the councilor representing zaun." she turned to andromeda. "she'd like to welcome you..." that part seemed to be added as a way of saying it could have waited but andromeda used her 'celebrity status' to get her way.

"is that so?" sevika didn't seem amused or ready to graciously accept this visitor in any way. she stared at her with a neutral expression as she racked her mind trying to remember where she knew this woman from. and then it hit her. that damn psychic paranormal investigator. "vitali. as in andromeda vitali? the ghost hunter?" she chuckled clearly amused at the notion. sevika didn't believe in anything the younger woman did. she was haunted but definitely not in the supernatural way. "the welcome is accepted." she practically growled. "if there is nothing else i can help you with," and she was sure there wasn't. "have a nice weekend. i'm about to leave for the day to go home." it was clear she didn't consider this room or piltover her home.

hello  upper  east  siders  .  seems  like  we’ve  finally  got  snow  and  you  know  what  that  means  .  our  group  of  beloved  upper  east  siders  are  retreating  upstate  for  their  annual  ski  trip  .  now  we  don’t  have  all  the  details  but  from  what  i’ve  received  in  past  years  ,  this  will  be  a  week-long  trip  filled  with  drinking  ,  debauchery  and  yup  ,  you  guessed  it  ,  drama  .

rumored  to  take  place  from  the  day  after  christmas  all  the  way  until  the  first  of  january  in  the  adirondacks  ,  this  ski  trip  is  one  you  wished  you  were  a  part  of  .  with  up  to  115  ski  trails  ,  a  vertical  drop  of  2,537  feet  and  enough  terrain  for  beginner  and  advanced  skiers  ,  we’re  sure  that  you  can  find  the  gang  lodging  near  gore  mountain  .  and  we  know  that  not  everyone  will  hit  the  slopes  so  be  sure  to  keep  an  eye  out  off  the  slopes  as  well  !

we  know  this  is  a  ski  trip  and  there  isn’t  a  dress  code  but  we’d  hate  to  give  you  a  false  sense  of  security  .  we’re  POSITIVE  we’ll  be  seeing  some  chic  winterwear  so  be  sure  to  exceed  our  expectations  !

   CATALOGUE #648, AKA 'QUICKSILVER' was an adult 310 ton Mithrilian Iron-Sided Skimwhale. By estimate, she had to have traveled around 40,000 miles in her lifetime, and was one of the most charismatic Iron-Siders to ever be tagged by the Ibex Conservation Society. She was beautiful, she was intelligent, and now, she was dead.

   Everyone could see it coming from a mile away; She'd begun to slow down, swimming in smaller and smaller patterns until she'd all but confined herself to a puny patch of ocean. Eventually, positional data showed that she'd stop swimming entirely, and had begun her graceful fall to the seafloor.

   The tag she'd been outfitted with was embedded deep in her plating, and had been collecting all sorts of data on the Mithril Sea's Iron-Sider population and general ecosystem health for quite some time. To say it was precious would be an understatement. The problem was is that the part of the tag that remotely transmitted that data had long since been knocked off in a scuffle, and now, someone had to go nearly 5 thousand meters down... and get it. Unsurprisingly, the team in Ibex quickly sent for Nautica.

   Water-frames were hard to come by, and even more-so if you were looking for someone capable of deep sea traversal. Nautica had a niche, and she was happy to play into it. She was practically shin deep in the water by the time they asked her to go. Just slap a long distance communicator, a tool belt, and a camera onto her, and she was ready to go.

   It'd taken her some time to get to depth, and a bit longer to precisely locate the shelf the fall was resting on. It was impossibly dark at this zone, with the only light coming from her own highbeams. She would check in every 15 minutes, and take pictures of anything of particular note. It'd be boring to anyone else, but to her, it was a delight; Peace and quiet, all by herself with nothing but passing fish and the rocking of the ocean to keep her company. She really ought to do this more often.

2023 Bahama Cruise. Part 9. March 18 Lee Stocking Island.

Rough weather today, but we took the dinghy to the beach anyway after breakfast. Nancy found two cleaned conch for a photo op.

Her sour dough starter that she has had for years is saving the day. The oven ran better today. But Nancy still sits on the galley sole and keeps an eye on the flame and temperature.

Her own technique to clear spider webs from the trail. Works great!

This is a side trail on Lee Stocking Island that heads to the beach. You will see that S/V Cookie Monster had a part in this. Corbet is a fixture in the Exumas. And actually he is the closest anchored sailboat to us this evening.

Views from the top of the cliffs here are stunning.

Down at sea level they pretty good as well.

It is a climb to get back up the cliff. Luckily past cruisers have secured a knotted rope to help climb the hill.

The local tree snails love this dead tree. Not sure what kind of tree has a twist in the wood, but it makes for an interesting shot.

When we dinghied back to the boat, it was obvious the winds and waves had picked up. We were anchored in 10 ft. of water with 80 ft of chain out. Not near enough scope, when you add deck height of 5 ft. to the water depth of 10 ft. Winds will probably pick up tonight and rain tomorrow. The lee shore was looking pretty close. I dove the anchor, it was in a great area but was not completely buried.

At any time you can get hit with a 40 kt. squall.

Being a chicken, I decided to pull anchor while it was daylight. Then move further away from the lee shore and re- anchor with much more chain.

With Nancy at the helm and using our wireless headsets. We were able to retrieve the snubber lines and anchor. As soon as the anchor was off the bottom the boat headed for the nearby shallows. Nancy added power and got the boat headed back into the wind.

Now we are in 7 ft. of water with 130 ft. of chain out. Now I can sleep tonight. I make it a standing rule to wear shoes on deck when working around the anchor. Good thing I had my top siders on. The windless brake loosened up and started freewheeling. By standing on top of the windless with my shoe I was able to create enough friction to stop the freewheeling. Then I quickly put a chain hook on the chain, while Nancy brought the emergency windless handle up to me.
