so the first time i watched ofmd, i think it was rory kinnear’s performance as nigel badminton that got me hooked. now i find myself quoting him all the time and i die laughing every rewatch because of him

and i think it’d be REALLY funny if he became my favorite character.

it’s like david jenkins said “oh yeah hi welcome this is my gay pirate show we have an amazing cast of colorful LGBTQ+ characters that are all each fun and quirky in their own way. who will you choose as your favorite?”

and i said “yeah hi i’ll take one straight white man.”
