Did a bit this week!

I made this while reading a fanfic on AO3 called "A Beautiful Melody and SICRhymes" by JacOfAllTrades (JMHarper). It's really well written! The main character, Sam, and their friend Spencer experience panic attacks and there's a scene where Sam calms Spencer down by saying "5,4,3,2,1" and with each number, Spencer is saying objects in his room. Later, Sam tells Mark that it's a coping mechanism. I figure this visual may be helpful for some people as a reminder or something.
