Mini Announcement!

So, I have some announcements to make:

After much thought, I have decided that I will be taking a mini hiatus from Tumblr for sometime. Reason: Too many WIPs, IRL commitments, and losing the joy for writing in the process, and I hope to reclaim it soon. I may be on hiatus mostly on or before the 15th of Jan. I will be queueing posts on rb, to let y'all know that I'm still here xD I also however will have a collab setup on my OC and selfshipping blog, so please do check out (@/anikasenkujo) for that <3 Also, if we're mutuals, and if you don't have my Discord ID, please feel free to ask for it <3

When I come back, I shall be doing something that I had planned on doing after speaking with @kagejima : set up days dedicated for my blorbos (and yes, this means setting up new tags for them.) They will be “Marine Biologist Mondays,” (dedicated to Jotaro) “Salaryman Saturday,” (dedicated to Nanami) and “Sports Promoter Sunday.” (Kuroo) I shall make a detailed post for this soon. You can send me headcanons, requests, rambles and thirsts all week, but I will respond for them on those days. (thirsts should be sent to @musings-and-moans , please follow rules accordingly.)

I have been thinking, of changing my BYF/DNI rules, so when I do, I shall be rbing that too. Please make sure to follow them.

Lastly, I do plan on setting up commissions once I'm done with my WIPs, so please be on the lookout for them.

The Sega Saturn is a 32-bit fifth-generation home video game console developed by Sega and released on November 22, 1994 in Japan, May 11, 1995 in North America, and July 8, 1995 in Europe. The successor to the successful Sega Genesis, the Saturn’s release was seen as one of the biggest blunders in gaming history.

The initial U.S release for the console was intended to be September 2nd 1995 but with the higher ups at sega , most notably its president hayao nakayama, fearing the upcoming other console releases in the form of the atari jaguar and sony’s first foray into the console market, the Sony playstation.

those working at sega were forced to move up the release date from the originally planned September 2nd, what would have been dubbed Saturn Day to may 11, the first day of E3 1995.

Although the Saturn had great success on its initial 1994 japanese release, performing very well and boasting a roster of strong titles with Virtua fighter in particular being the most popular arcade game in japan, the saturn’s announcement and release happening on the same day made it quite difficult for magazines and retailers to publicize the launch, making it hard to advertise.

This launch also limited the amount of retailers that would receive the console at first, mostly due to its limited stock on release, resulting in various other retailers becoming very upset to the point that some downright refused to stock the console in response.

Despite the launch of the Saturn, most of the games on it are actually pretty good, so good that even through this day there is still a very well devoted fanbase that appreciate and love the Sega Saturn, myself included.

So it is why this STAGE of the Retro VGM Revival Hour we honor the 25th anniversary of the sage Saturn with these selected tracks from various Sega Saturn Games.

Presenting.... Themed Days!

So, now that I have come back from my mini-hiatus, I will be setting up days related to my top three 2-d men who have my heart everytime <3 (Thank you so much @kagejima for this, you should check out her blog, she is lovely ^^)

The days are... Marine Biologist Mondays, Salaryman Saturdays, and Sports Promoter Sundays. As you can see, Monday is dedicated to Jotaro, Saturday to Nanami, and Sunday to Kuroo. These men have my absolute heart.

What would happen on those days? Nothing eventful, but... I accept imagines, discussions, headcanons and drabbles related to those men. You all can send them week long, but I will answer them on that day. If you want to send thirsts, you can send them to my NSFW account ( @musings-and-moans )... and in some days, I will be allowing thirsts here in my main as well ( so, minors, prepare to block some tags!)

I may do moodboards as well... I hope this helps me write more someday. So, let's do this, I suppose?

Inspiration: There's a Bollywood movie of the same name and I somehow fell in love with the music. I'd also used this alias in a skit and since then, Aisha has become one of my nicknames. It's a name that's close to my heart, and I wanna share that with y'all!!

My Maiden Shadowbanning Experience

Sooo, yeah, it's what it says. Half an hour ago, I realized that I could neither access my messages nor am I appearing on the dash or notifs I think, so after consulting a couple of my moots, I've learned that I've probably been shadowbanned. :/ (my main blog I mean, @/tetsukentona)

Now this sucks, and I'm gonna file a claim to the support, but until then, I wanna inform my moots that I haven't disappeared or deactivated, I'm here, but can't be seen.

Shyna's 100 Follower Event: Made with Love

Thank you so much for the number of followers and I can only hope it'll grow <33 In honor of y'all's support and of my family who've set high bars for me in terms of cooking, I've decided to come up with a domestic-type event here! (PS: Thank you Sil, @burnthoneymint and Icarus @cuz-like-why-not for brainstorming this event and giving me feedback ♥️)

This will go on for a week and a half (April 7,2022) or until I get all the requests. Basically, all of the write-ups from this event will be based on the domestic AU setup.

Announcement: SHYNA’S SEIYUU BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION - Part 2: Junichi Suwabe

Since Junichi Suwabe's birthday is on the 29th, I'll rather start getting requests a week earlier, than after his birthday for a week.
