What happened to Ryan Shtuka?

On December 1, 2017, Ryan Shtuka and his best friend arrived in Sun Peaks, British Columbia with plans to spend the winter season doing seasonal work and snowboarding. Ryan was living in a residence with roommates in Sun Peaks and worked as a lift operator for the ski resort.

On February 16, 2018, Ryan (21) left home after work and went with his roommates to a local pub for a Silent Disco event. The group later left the pub and went to a house party, located just a few minutes away from their residence.

On February 17, 2018, Ryan was last seen leaving the house party on Burfield Drive in Sun Peaks, British Columbia, around 2:10 am.

When the group of friends decided to leave the party, Ryan was reportedly seen standing up, believed to be putting on his coat and shoes. His roommates then walked out of the door with the belief that Ryan was right behind.

By the time they turned around, Ryan was nowhere to be seen. They initially assumed that he was either lagging behind to tie his shoes or decided to stay at the party so they went home without him, about a five minute walk. Ryan Shtuka never returned home and hasn’t been heard from since. His roommates filed a missing person’s report with the Kamloops Royal Canadian Mounted Police when Ryan failed to show up for work later that day.

Authorities conducted an extensive search of the area Ryan was last seen with the help of Kamloops Search and Rescue, as well as volunteer teams, canine units, drones, snowmobiles, and helicopters, but found no signs of Ryan Shtuka. His phone record, bank account, and social media have had no activity since he disappeared. His family believes Ryan likely succumbed to the elements and his body is somewhere in Sun Peaks.

Poster: Mr. Mykola Buzhenitsa Advokaty (alternative pop, synthpop / UA) Advokaty — новий проєкт фронтмена Dzierzynski Bitz. Першим релізом групи став провокаційний кліп «Детка». У цьому відео внутрішній світ героїні поєднався з яскравими фешн-образами. Кліп зібрав більше 200 000 переглядів у соц. мережах. Закріпив успіх дебютний альбом «23:45», який вийшов у квітні 2018-го і відразу потра��ив до чартів Apple Music. Видання Meduza описало платівку так: "Напевно, якусь таку музику виконував би головний герой фільму "Асса", якби його знімали зараз". Крім того, диск став одним з номінантів на премію APrize від Радіо Аристократи. Далі Advokaty випустили ще кілька кліпів. Арт-хаусна короткометражка на трек «Люди» стала фаворитом програми «12 злобных зрителей» на MTV. А відео на трек «Умри», створене острозькою студією Iconic Art Collage в коллажній техніці, було визнано українськими медіа як одна з найбільш незвичайних відео-робіт року. Навесні 2019-го був випущений кліп на трек «Пчела» (режисер і сценарист Женя Адвокат). Касетне перевидання альбому «23:45», яке нещодавно вийшло на Belka Records, зібрало хорошу пресу у Франції. Концертна історія групи почалася з виступів у Берліні, Празі та Вроцлаві, далі було міні-турне країнами СНД на підтримку свого альбому. Влітку 2018-го колектив успішно відіграв на фестивалях BeLive і URBAN Fest Druzhkivka. Пізніше восени Advokaty розділили сцену з Lust for Youth (DK).
