10112017. still have plenty of time, stick to itinerary, we went to Shrine of Remembrance, although its close when we arrive there, we still can take a lot of picture outside the building. After that we go to Royal Botanical Garden to rest for a while. Than we run to Brighton beach before the sunset so we still can take a picture of almost every beach box when the sun still out. Enjoying the sunset. Then go back home.

LIFE. Hey?! We all have it, even if we didn't ask for it - we are here! I'll be honest with you, recent times - now - it's frightening stuff! I went for a early dusk stroll around Melbournes botanical Gardens and came to the Shrine of Rememberence which pays respect to the men and women who have worked in, or been recruited Into the British Empire, or Australian armed services from as far back as 'The Great War' to recent times of battle. It dawned on me, this flame which Queen Elizabeth lit in 1954 represents something. It doesn't just represent the fallen men and women due to protecting Australia. It's a fast reminder if where our future could lead us if our leaders make bad decisions. I'm not going to make sense of terror hysteria now occurring around the globe, but I will say - it is up to us as Australian citizens to make it LOUD and make it CLEAR on what our values as a nation is. And if you look into the flames and try to harness or even imagine previous generations have experienced because someones daughter, son, husband or wife didn't come home - you may think this is something we do not want happening again anytime soon. Contact your local MP's and Senators and make a stand it's not ok for our political leaders to bomb other countries and turn away refugees.
