So if Hatty, Puzzleman, and Mettaton are all showhosts then what exactly do they all do for their show?

It was a bit of a multi-sketch bit, for the most part. Hatty made a fantastic narrator for Puzzleman and Mettaton's shenanigans. Later down the line, their acts became more organized; they would rotate focus so the theater would have a different show every week. MTT worked multiple jobs and Puzzleman was a part-time auctioneer in central, leaving Hatty to be the primary entertainer. They'd have plays, musicals, quiz shows... yeah. It was a mess but the people loved their humble acts!
