he’s a little too old for those kinds of games at his age. little ploys for attention like that are a younger man’s territory, but he’d be lying if he said he doesn’t think it’s fun. plus, you almost had him at the end there.

Idk if we'll ever get this, but after going back and learning how Sanji ended up on that one ship where Zeff found him, I need Zoro backstory.

All I fucking know about the little mosshead is that he just appeared out of thin air one day at a dojo and demanded he be trained. I want to know what motivated him to want to become a great swordsman.

Did he have family? Was he an orphan? Was he raised by wolves? Where the hell did he come from, and who raised him up until he was self sufficient? Does Zoro have parents? Did they die by sword? Was his dad a samurai that died and Zoro thought that if he could be the greatest swordsman, he could protect everyone he cared about? Did he have a mom that he loved die because he couldn't use a sword? Did he see a samurai and just think they looked neat?

Where did this idiot moss ball see a sword and think "I WANNA BE THE WORLD'S GREATEST SWORDSMAN???"

..... okay, serious answer now though. he IS Goop, for lack of a better term. a Goop consisting of the DNA of Peppino, old pizzas, and frogs (a very specific type of frog! 😉) how does all that work together to form a working clone? i dunno, it's ✨SCIENCE!!!✨

as for how it'd feel, i do compare him to Silly Putty a lot, but more like putty that's been dampened or made squishier, though it depends: he can be tougher or squishier if need be, or depending on his surroundings; for example a colder environment will make his "skin" firmer and more snappy, harder to stretch himself.

in terms of being able to shapeshift, my Fake is an interesting case, he can't actually morph his body as much as other clones can. so if say, he tried to make himself look more like Noisette, his best efforts would be stretching his hat to be more like bunny ears, and his "hair" to be like hers, but not a true "transformation".

but, he CAN manipulate his body very well in other ways! he's extremely stretchy, like stretching his limbs and body as far as they're needed. he could potentially stretch into a matter of odd shapes and sized, but as for truly mimicking something, that's a different story.
