Welcome to the Cutest Pokemon Election of 2023!

This poll aims to find what tumblr considers to be the cutest Pokemon of all time. I will be accepting submissions via a google form that will be open for about a week! The 64 pokemon that were submitted the most will be put into a bracket with randomly decided matchups. We will then do a five-round election to determine who the cutest pokemon is!

RULES:

You can submit any pokemon EXCEPT for temporary forms, like Gigantamax forms or Mega Evolutions.

All submissions MUST be submitted through the google forms linked at the end of this post

You can submit as many pokemon as you want, just do so in separate submissions!
