every now and then I see a post or listen to a song and one of the original settings I came up with characters, but not plot, for comes back to haunt me
#shoutout to the fantasy creatures noir setting#shoutout to 'what if I combined three Tumblr Fantasy Aesthetics into one thing' setting also#well it's a lie to say I didn't come up with a plot it's just that. the plot did not compel me enough to see it through I guess#which probably means the Themes weren't coherent enough for me to latch on to#also the fantasy noir setting started as a joined project with someone I lost touch with a While ago#which makes me unsure of which parts of it I should reuse#like. the worldbuilding IS mine and so are many plot points but a lot of it was made for someone else's characters and I can't just. use it#but also I like that world and the fact I'm still thinking about it years later probably means something. idk#herearedragons speaks
