Hey there I’m the anon who asked about the chi xiao’s last move and ya they mentioned about all the chixiao’s 7 moves in the old art book and not the reset one. It’s on chen page that says 赤��有七式—拔刀、泪锋、奔也、扬眉、绝影、云裂、天瞠。and oh family drama…… i really hope hg won’t mess up Chen’s story like chapter 8 again…. (Basically I hate how amiya stole all the show but it’s just my opinion pls don’t kill me-

I GET IT......i understand their 'look at chens character development' angle but....i get it.... ngl i went to re-read a bit of JT8-3 and the part with Tal going 'I will live until I have the right to die for them' like hm . . . (tears down the flag)

tbh im not quite sure how chen's character arc will proceed, the current situation seems to be like - Chen being pretty decisive (saying this because of the Ch3 'if you choose to girlboss you have to girlboss to the end' convo with Amiya who was still like wavering over misha) but harbours a lot of doubt/self-resentment over her actions > dossoles where she...hmm.... thinking about this post again since the event is re-running lmao. she's willing to sacrifice herself, but not others...? while Wei has no qualms about either if its for the greater good ™ and I think chen does not want to follow his footsteps

was thinking they'll probably have her pull off the move eventually in front of him but i dont think she needs/wants wei's approval anymore (i hope not!!)
