Concert For 13 Galaxies

 In another future, two years from now, Laura took care of her Yeff friend Ryee and his Areonian wife, Adia, from other worlds. She took care of them and did a lot of music therapy with brain-injured Ryee. Now, he's invited 50 artists to introduce 13 galaxies to Earth music. Since Laura used music by these 50 musical acts, he wants her to answer their burning question. Why us?

This is my short story entry in the 2024 Wattys Contest from @shortstory Wattpad Ambassadors’ profile.
