I lost my pen for my laptop so, I doodled with my son to practice again

To be honest, I’ve been lost on what to draw recently so, I haven’t posted in a month (although I have been doing a mini project though!)

So I doodle a thingy at the very last minute because, I still don’t know what to work on... enjoy!

I’ve been recently working on doing backgrounds more, so this took a little bit longer to make... a lot longer

I’ve also been experimenting a little because, I’ve been trying out Clip Studio Paint! I feel really proud of this one!

I drew Shiro’s and Saito’s old designs from years ago. It makes me feel really nostalgic.

When they first met, it was through ice cream...

This was supposed to be a simple shading one however, I didn’t like how it looked so, I actually shaded it.

Anyways, I feel like the scenario would be that Saito came late to the library (which is usually the place Kou and Shiro hang out at) after doing his club stuff, saw Shiro and Kou sleeping and decided to join in (let me draw cute things okay!!)

I finally finished this!!! It took a long while, but I did it! I drew all the lilies individually (no copy and pasting) although, I feel like there wouldn’t be that much of a big difference. Oh well though!

I decided to draw Shiro with her actual hair length instead of long hair, I think it looks better at least here. Anyways hope you enjoy the image!

Wahhhh, finally finished a sort biggish project of mines!! I’ve always wanted to do something like this, so imma very happy and le proud of myself!

Pardon some derpyness was in it though (especially the faces)

I have another biggish project on the way as well, although not as big as thing one though...

I’ve finished making my school uniform reference chibis!!!! I’ve redesigned/recolored some of them, so I hope you like it!

Apologies about the formatting being a little awkward, I still wanted to keep the same format okay... the uniform main colors are on the right middle side!

(Mikoshi is homeschooled so, he doesn’t have a school uniform, so I just put him in his casual clothing)

Better reference images for the pattern on the uniform (mainly because, the spacing for the guys pants are a bit too close, but they’re a Chibi...)

Happy Valentine’s Day! Despite me not really celebrating Valentine’s Day, here’s a thing for it! I always wanted to do this so, I did it (this year I’m completing my to-do list)

I sorta miss drawing Shiro with extremely long hair that’s down, so here it is! I really like and enjoyed drawing her hair!! Wooo!

I kept her clothes simple so, I can have her hair the main focus. Although it sorta reminds me of an old character design she had a long time ago! I didn’t do it on purpose I swear...

I also think I fixed my coloring? I no longer need to color correct now!!

I finally finished my banner!!!

It includes majority of my OC’s and it has all of their updated outfits, so I’ll soon update my Chibi reference sheet especially for Sakura’s new cloths as well as eye colors!

I hope you like it, and I wanted to mainly add some pink highlights as well!

Apologies if the image looks a bit off in terms of coloring, my laptop for some reason desaturates the actual image, so I had to color correct the image somehow...

Here’s some extra stuff, and I wanted to compare last years group oc to this year (It’s not a redraw...) I actually included Ao and Mikoshi this time, and updated and finalized character designs!

If you’re interested, here’s some design notes:

Mona I changed to keep the integretiy of her previous design (before last year, since I didn’t like her design last year.)

Hisashi wanted to be a bit more formal but, keep the brighter outside, darker inside type of thing.

Kousuke and Saito basically stayed the same, and forgot Saito’s bandage but, oh well!

Shiro I changed from suspenders and sweater, to dress with poncho... I wanted a poncho alright!

Sakura’s design changed the most, I liked her last year design, hated this year design, and changed it to something more elegant while keeping cute?

Ao and Mikoshi’s old designs I’ve never posted expect for a Chibi a did a long while back... but they’ve changed quite a bit!

I was able to redraw some more old art! This time, it was one scene of one of my old animatics (Shoujo rei by Mikoto-P)!

I just my updated school uniform and made Saito taller (mainly because I didn’t feel like drawing more hair.)

The left image was made around December 2020ish? I don’t remember...

Apologies about the cringe names. I’ve only altered a few of the names but, the majority of them was when I was in middle school/elementary school

Small mini doodle from me (I mainly used the pencil/watercolor tool and I didn’t continue layering shades, just one layer that’s all)

I’m almost done with my current project going on, so be on the look out for that!!

During Shiro’s and Kou’s school time, they would probably get along the most as well as fangirl over authors and stories they’ve read (because, they don’t really know people that read as much as they do, so it’s mainly just them geeking out)

(Also I’ll be using this image for a project of mines as well again, because I liked how it turned out)

I wanna use this opportunity to talk about Kousuke’s and Shiro’s story together a bit although I wouldn’t be too specific on it.

At the beginning, Kou hated Shiro because; she seemed like the “cute, innocent type that’s too much of a push over and makes people pity her, and she was fake about it)

They accidentally got along because, one day Shiro picked out a book that Kou enjoyed (might change someday but, I want them to geek out and be nerds) and then, boom friendship!!

Kou was able to find out that Shiro isn’t really that type of person that he though Shiro was (Shiro is very soft spoken by the way! So sometimes it’s difficult to hear her when she talks. I’ll talk about all that stuff in an upcoming post as well as my other main characters) .

That friendship continued over to where they’re basically best friends that talk to each other about anything and everything. They would mainly been seen as a trio though, because Saito is included but, usually he’s busy with club activities.
